一种接口转换装置及充电器 技术领域
本申请涉及但不限于充电领域。
背景技术
随着技术的发展,常用的USB(Universal Serial Bus,通用串行总线)-type A(类型A)接口因为其开口面积及焊盘面积都比较大,不能满足移动终端等设备日益轻巧化的需求,基于此,相关技术提出了USB-type C接口以减小接口面积。由于USB-type A接口比较大,焊盘面积也大,USB-type C接口比较小,而且焊接复杂,在一块PCBA上公用设计很难实现,此,需要开发不同的PCB(Printed Circuit Board,印刷电路板)来实现不同类型的接口输出。
若用户同时使用分别支持USB-type A接口及USB-type C接口的移动终端,就需要同时购买分别支持USB-type A接口及USB-type C接口的充电器,使用成本较高。
发明内容
以下是对本文详细描述的主题的概述。本概述并非是为了限制权利要求的保护范围。
本文提供了一种接口转换装置及充电器,以解决需要分别购买支持USB-type A接口及USB-type C接口的充电器带来的使用成本较高的问题。
一种接口转换装置,其包括:卡位固定件,目标接口胶芯,以及信号转换模块;在使用时,卡位固定件设置为通过卡位方式将信号转换模块固定在当前接口内,信号转换模块固定目标接口胶芯,并设置为电连接当前接口及目标接口胶芯,将当前接口的输出信号转换为目标接口的接收信号,目标接口胶芯设置为与目标接***动连接。
可选的,当前接口为USB-type A接口,目标接口为USB-type C接口,目标接口胶芯为USB-type C胶芯。
可选的,信号转换模块包括PCB板。
可选的,USB-type C胶芯焊接或者压接在PCB板。
可选的,在PCB板上设置有导电构件,导电构件设置为在安装后电连接USB-type A接口。
可选的,导电构件包括4条弹性金属片,设置为在安装后通过4条弹性金属片与USB-type A接口内USB-type A胶芯的4个铜箔分别接触。
可选的,卡位固定件包括塑胶件,塑胶件与目标接口胶芯以及信号转换模块通过注塑或者倒槽方式配合形成接口转换装置。
一种充电器,其包括本申请提供的接口转换装置。
可选的,充电器具备USB-type A接口,接口转换装置的目标接口胶芯为USB-type C胶芯,接口转换装置的信号转换模块为PCB板,在充电器使用接口转换装置时,PCB板通过其上设置的4条弹性金属片与USB-type A接口内USB-type A胶芯的4个铜箔分别接触。
可选的,接口转换装置的卡位固定件为塑胶件,在充电器使用接口转换装置时,塑胶件将接口转换装置固定在USB-type A接口内。
本发明实施例提供了一种接口转换装置及充电器,用户仅需购买支持USB-type A接口的充电器,即可通过接口转换装置的信号转换,完成USB-type C接口的格式信号,而不必分别购买2个充电器,降低了使用成本,解决了用户需要分别购买支持USB-type A接口及USB-type C接口的充电器带来的使用成本较高的问题,增强了用户的使用体验。

第一实施例:
图1为本发明第一实施例提供的充电器的结构示意图,由图1可知,在本实施例中,本发明实施例提供的充电器在使用时包括:当前接口1及接口转换装置2,其中,当前接口1为USB-type A接口,接口转换装置2包括目标接口胶芯21、信号转换模块22以及卡位固定件23;在使用时,卡位固定件23通过卡位方式将信号转换模块22固定在当前接口1内,信号转换模块22固定目标接口胶芯21,并电连接当前接口1及目标接口胶芯21,将当前接口1的输出信号转换为目标接口3的接收信号,目标接口胶芯21与目标接口3活动连接。
在一些实施例中,上述实施例中的当前接口1为USB-type A接口,目标接口3为USB-type C接口,目标接口胶芯21为USB-type C胶芯。
在一些实施例中,上述实施例中的信号转换模块22包括PCB板。
在一些实施例中,上述实施例中的USB-type C胶芯焊接或者压接在PCB板。
在一些实施例中,上述实施例中的在PCB板上设置有导电构件,导电构件在安装后电连接USB-type A接口。
在一些实施例中,上述实施例中的导电构件包括4条弹性金属片,在安装后通过4条弹性金属片与USB-type A接口内USB-type A胶芯的4个铜箔分别接触。
在一些实施例中,上述实施例中的卡位固定件包括塑胶件,塑胶件与目标接口胶芯以及信号转换模块通过注塑或者倒槽方式配合形成接口转换装置。
在一些实施例中,上述实施例中的接口转换装置的目标接口胶芯为USB-type C胶芯,接口转换装置的信号转换模块为PCB板,在充电器使用接口转换装置时,PCB板通过其上设置的4条弹性金属片与USB-type A接口内USB-type A胶芯的4个铜箔分别接触。
在一些实施例中,上述实施例中的在充电器使用接口转换装置时,接口转换装置的卡位固定件为塑胶件,塑胶件将接口转换装置固定在USB-type A接口内。
现结合应用场景对本发明实施例做进一步的诠释说明。
第二实施例:
如图2可知,在本实施例中,本发明实施例提供的充电器与接口转换装置在使用时包括:装置I:Type A连接器输出接口,实现USB-type A接口;装置II:Type C连接器输出接口,实现接口转换装置的USB-type A接口到USB-type C接口的信号转换功能;USB-type C胶芯连接器焊接在PCB板上,通过固定塑料件固定,然后组装在USB-type A连接器内即实现接口转换;其结构如图3至图5所示,不再赘述。
针对接口转换装置,其结构如图6及7所示,不再赘述。
在使用时,如图8所示,PCB板上留四个铜箔与USB-type A接口的四个弹片连接,实现电连接;如图9所示,利用目标接口USB-type C接口的公头外壳与USB-type A接口的外壳接触,实现接地,其中,利用USB-type A外壳上面的两个弹片与USB-type C组件的挤压,或者,利用USB-type A外壳两侧的开孔与组件两侧的凸台,或者,两者同时实施实现USB-type A与接口转换装置的固定。

本发明实施例提供了一种接口转换装置及充电器,用户仅需购买支持USB-type A接口的充电器,即可通过接口转换装置的信号转换,完成USB-type C接口的格式信号,而不必分别购买2个充电器,降低了使用成本,解决了用户需要分别购买支持USB-type A接口及USB-type C接口的充电器带来的使用成本较高的问题,增强了用户的使用体验。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种接口转换装置,包括:卡位固定件,目标接口胶芯,以及信号转换模块;在使用时,所述卡位固定件设置为通过卡位方式将所述信号转换模块固定在当前接口内,所述信号转换模块固定所述目标接口胶芯,并设置为电连接当前接口及所述目标接口胶芯,将所述当前接口的输出信号转换为目标接口的接收信号,所述目标接口胶芯设置为与所述目标接***动连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的接口转换装置,其中,所述当前接口为USB-type A接口,所述目标接口为USB-type C接口,所述目标接口胶芯为USB-type C胶芯。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的接口转换装置,其中,所述信号转换模块包括PCB板。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的接口转换装置,其中,所述USB-type C胶芯焊接或者压接在所述PCB板。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的接口转换装置,其中,在所述PCB板上设置有导电构件,所述导电构件设置为在安装后电连接所述USB-type A接口。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的接口转换装置,其中,所述导电构件包括4条弹性金属片,设置为在安装后通过所述4条弹性金属片与所述USB-type A接口内USB-type A胶芯的4个铜箔分别接触。
  7. 如权利要求1至6任一项所述的接口转换装置,其中,所述卡位固定件包括塑胶件,所述塑胶件与所述目标接口胶芯以及信号转换模块通过注塑或者倒槽方式配合形成所述接口转换装置。
  8. 一种充电器,包括如权利要求1至7任一项所述的接口转换装置。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的充电器,其中,所述充电器具备USB-type A接口,所述接口转换装置的目标接口胶芯为USB-type C胶芯,所述接口转换装置的信号转换模块为PCB板,在所述充电器使用所述接口转换装置时,所述PCB板通过其上设置的4条弹性金属片与所述USB-type A接口内USB-type A胶芯的4个铜箔分别接触。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的充电器,其中,所述接口转换装置的卡位固定 件为塑胶件,在所述充电器使用所述接口转换装置时,所述塑胶件将所述接口转换装置固定在所述USB-type A接口内。
