随着现代通讯技术的发展和人们生活方式的改变,移动终端(包括手机)已成为日常生活中不可或缺的必需品;移动终端已逐渐取代个人电脑成为人们即时地获取信息的主要来源。目前,无线互联网技术的发展已经基本上实现了人们随时随地获取信息的愿望。然而,出于具体地点网络条件的限制和信息安全性的考虑,在无线网络环境下用户想要通过移动终端获取数据量较大的信息还有很多现实困难要克服。在这种情况下,用户往往会选择在个人电脑上进行下载,然后用数据线将下载的数据量大的信息移动到移动终端的内部存储介质中。这种做法的缺点在于操作所需的时间消耗较多,并且必须依赖于数据线或U盘等外部数据传输和存储装置,存在不能帮助用户方便快捷地获取信息的问题。另外一种常见的做法是利用带有数据下载和信息推送 功能的应用,以在手机上获取视频数据为例,通过利用如手机版本的视频播放软件或视频网站获取数据量大的视频数据;这种做法虽然能够在网络资源充足的条件下提供信息推送和下载的服务,但是客观上仍然存在信息定位不够准确和时间成本较高的两种弊端。例如,用户可能因为网络内容提供商未获得视频版权而无法或延期观看视频;由于网络条件的限制,用户在观看视频的过程中遇到卡顿现象,另外,下载视频数据需要一定的等待时间。

本发明实施例可以将无线路由器作为第一终端,将智能手机、平板电脑等移动终端作为第二终端。用户使用第二终端的网络搜索功能找到所需要的多媒体信息,将多媒体信息的数据源地址发送给第一终端,由第一终端根据提供的数据源地址提前下载所需的多媒体信息,并在第二终端的待机状态下 向其传输多媒体信息的数据,也可以在用户设定的任意时间或状态下进行传输。本发明实施例能够降低信息推送的时间成本;因为,本发明实施例提供提前下载和闲时传输的功能,用户无需耗费时间等待。本发明实施例将第一终端和第二终端置于无线局域网的连接中,信号强度实际上大于内容服务提供商获取并提供的信号,数据传输的速度等同于网络服务提供商直接提供的速度。另外,完全无需外部设备进行数据传输,也能提高信息推送的灵活性。本发明实施例能够克服关有技术中存在的信息定位不够准确的问题。本发明实施例用户完全根据个人需求,在开放的互联网中找到所需信息,并通知***下载信息数据,不再依赖于第三方提供的选择分类,所以能百分之百地实现信息定位的准确度。另外,本发明实施例可以由第一终端和第二终端组成***,***工作时,在第一终端中可以为数据源地址自动生成目录并实时更新,第一终端收到指示更新的通信指令后,第二终端可以将目录信息推送给第二终端,实现了信息推送的丰富化和高匹配度的内涵要求。

在本实施例中,当第一终端确认所获取的信息为用户订阅的最新信息时,向第二终端发送更新提示,以请示是否将最新信息传送给第二终端。

    根据所述与第二终端绑定的多媒体信息的形式变化确定获取的所述与第二终端绑定的多媒体信息存在更新后,通过建立的所述无线局域网连接向所述第二终端发送指示更新的通信指令,以向第二终端提示所述与第二终端绑定的多媒体信息存在更新。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述方法还包括:所述与第二终端建立无线局域网连接之前,
    对所述第二终端进行身份验证;
    当确定所述第二终端身份验证成功后,与所述第二终端进行建立无线局域网的连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    所述接收到第二终端发送的获取所述与第二终端绑定的多媒体信息的通信指令时,向所述第二终端发送所述与第二终端绑定的多媒体信息所对应的数据。
  4. 根据权利要求1或3所述的方法,其中,
    所述通信指令为预先约定格式的通信指令;
    所述通信指令包括:信息头标识、指令标识、多媒体数据源信息、结束标识;
    所述指令标识用于确定所述通信指令的类型;
    所述通信指令的类型包括:指示更新的通信指令和/或获取更新的多媒体信息的数据的通信指令。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述获取与第二终端绑定的多媒体信息包括:
    根据第二终端的身份标识与所述多媒体信息的映射关系获取所述与第二终端绑定的多媒体信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1或5所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述绑定的多媒体信息的形式变化确定所述绑定的多媒体信息存在更新包括:
    根据所述与第二终端绑定的多媒体信息的形式变化获取所述与第二终端绑定的多媒体信息所更新的数据;
    将所述第二终端和第一终端已获取的所述与第二终端绑定的多媒体信息进行比较;
    当确定第一终端中存在所述第二终端未获取的多媒体信息时,确定所述与第二终端绑定的多媒体信息存在更新。
  7. 一种推送多媒体信息的方法,应用于第二终端,所述方法包括:
    与第一终端建立无线局域网连接;
    通过建立的所述无线局域网连接接收第一终端发送的指示更新的通信指令,以提示用户与第二终端绑定的多媒体信息存在更新;
    其中,指示更新的通信指令包括所述与第二终端绑定的多媒体信息的更新标识。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,所述方法还包括:与第一终端建立无线局域网连接之前,
    接受第一终端的身份验证;
    当确定身份验证成功后,与所述第一终端进行建立无线局域网的连接。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,所述方法还包括:向第一终端发送获取所述与第二终端绑定的多媒体信息的通信指令,接收第一终端发送的所述与第二终端绑定的多媒体信息所对应的数据。
  10. 一种推送多媒体信息的终端,所述终端包括:第一通信模块、第一处理模块、第一发送模块,其中;
    所述第一通信模块设置为,与第二终端建立无线局域网连接;
    所述第一处理模块设置为,获取与第二终端绑定的多媒体信息;
    所述第一发送模块设置为,根据所述与第二终端绑定的多媒体信息的形式变化确定获取的所述与第二终端绑定的多媒体信息存在更新后,通过建立的所述无线局域网连接向所述第二终端发送指示更新的通信指令,以向第二终端提示所述与第二终端绑定的多媒体信息存在更新。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的终端,所述终端还包括第一验证模块,设置为对所述第二终端进行身份验证;
    当确定所述第二终端身份验证成功后,所述第一通信模块与所述第二终端进行建立无线局域网的连接。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的终端,所述终端还包括第一数据模块,设置为当接收到第二终端发送的获取所述与第二终端绑定的多媒体信息的通信指令时,向所述第二终端发送所述与第二终端绑定的多媒体信息所对应的数据。
  13. 根据权利要求10或12所述的终端,其中,所述通信指令为预先约定格式的通信指令;所述通信指令的格式表示为:信息头标识、指令标识、多媒体数据源信息、结束标识;
    所述指令标识用于确定所述通信指令的类型;
    所述通信指令的类型包括:指示更新的通信指令和/或获取更新的多媒体信息所对应的数据的通信指令。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的终端,其中,所述第一处理模块是设置为:
    根据第二终端的身份标识与所述多媒体信息的映射关系获取所述与第二终端绑定的多媒体信息。
  15. 根据权利要求10或14所述的终端,所述第一发送模块是设置为:
    根据所述与第二终端绑定的多媒体信息的形式变化获取所述与第二终端绑定的多媒体信息所更新的数据;将所述第二终端和第一终端已获取的所述与第二终端绑定的多媒体信息进行比较;当确定第一终端中存在所述第二终端未获取的多媒体信息时,确定所述与第二终端绑定的多媒体信息存在更新;
    通过建立的所述无线局域网连接向所述第二终端发送指示更新的通信指令,以向第二终端提示所述与第二终端绑定的多媒体信息存在更新。
  16. 一种推送多媒体数据的终端,所述终端包括:第二通信模块、第二 处理模块、第二发送模块,其中;
    所述第二通信模块设置为,与第一终端建立无线局域网连接;
    所述第二处理模块设置为,通过建立的所述无线局域网连接接收第一终端发送的指示更新的通信指令,以提示用户与第二终端绑定的多媒体信息存在更新;
    其中,指示更新的通信指令包括所述与第二终端绑定的多媒体信息的更新标识。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的终端,所述终端还包括第二验证模块,设置为接受第一终端的身份验证;
    当确定身份验证成功后,所述第二通信模块与所述第一终端进行建立无线局域网的连接。
  18. 根据权利要求16终端,所述终端还包括第二数据模块,设置为向第一终端发送获取所述与第二终端绑定的多媒体信息的通信指令,接收第一终端发送的所述与第二终端绑定的多媒体信息所对应的数据。
