Description

一种分体式卡托及移动终端 技术领域
本实用新型涉及通信领域的电子产品技术,尤其涉及一种分体式卡托及移动终端。
背景技术
由于内置电池的移动终端如手机不需要打开后盖来取出电池再安装或取出用户识别模块(SIM)卡或储存卡,所以,为了适应这种内置电池手机SIM卡或储存卡的安放,通常将安放卡的位置设置在移动终端的侧面。
目前,有推推型(push-push)卡座和托盘式卡座,推推型卡座需要另设塞子,打开塞子后按压卡使之弹出。一方面,塞子和手机之间的连接带来不牢固,塞子容易丢失且不美观;另一方面,多次按压卡后利用弹性力操作则变得不灵敏,不易安放和取出卡。托盘式卡座由于不需要另设塞子,目前使用越来越广泛。但现有的一体式卡座由于其制作材料难于与移动终端产品一致,造成不美观。此外,由于一体式卡座的一体性,不能针对不同类型的移动终端或卡进行更换,造成生产资源浪费。
即便存在分体式卡托,仍存在连接方面的问题:卡托主体和卡托盖板之间采用卡接连接,导致安装后不能再拆卸。而且受不同尺寸的卡或移动终端设置安放卡位置的限制,不能更换不同尺寸的卡托主体或卡托盖板。此外,卡托主体和卡托盖板之间的连接结构过于复杂,不容易安装,且对于如此小的部件,增加了加工操作和成本,安装过程中也容易造成损坏。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型实施例提供了一种分体式卡托及移动 终端。本实用新型实施例的分体式卡托,包括卡托主体和卡托盖板;所述分体式卡托还包括连接轴;所述卡托主体包括第一连接装置,所述卡托盖板包括至少一个第二连接装置;其中,所述第一连接装置包括至少两个突部和至少一个凹部,所述凹部与所述第二连接装置相配合;所述突部和所述第二连接装置上设有横贯通孔,供所述连接轴穿过。
本实用新型实施例的其他特征如下:
在所述凹部的底壁上设置有滑动凹槽,在所述第二连接装置上设置有与所述滑动凹槽相配合的凸台。
所述连接轴的横截面为圆柱形,所述横贯通孔为圆柱形孔。
所述连接轴与所述横贯通孔之间为过盈配合或间隙配合。
所述连接轴与所述横贯通孔之间为间隙配合时,所述间隙为0.1mm。
所述滑动凹槽和所述凸台之间为间隙配合。
在所述连接轴***横贯通孔的***方向上,所述凸台两侧均以0.15mm的间隙与所述滑动凹槽间隔开;在垂直于所述连接轴***横贯通孔的***方向且垂直于所述凸台滑入所述滑动凹槽的滑动方向的方向上,所述凸台两侧均以0.05mm的间隙与所述滑动凹槽间隔开;并且所述凸台以0.1mm的间隙与所述滑动凹槽的底部间隔开。
所述突部为两个,所述凹部为一个,所述第二连接装置为一个。
另一方面,本实用新型实施例还提供了一种移动终端,包括终端本体,在所述终端本体上设置有内置卡槽以及卡托开槽;所述移动终端还包括以上所述的分体式卡托。
本实用新型实施例所提供的分体式卡托及移动终端不仅结构简单、易于安装,而且方便加工、安装时不易损坏,成本低。

具体实施方式
图1和图2为本实用新型实施例分体式卡托组装后的视图。下面参考图3至图6对本实用新型实施例分体式卡托各个部分的结构及安装过程进行详细说明。
如图3所示,本实用新型实施例分体式卡托包括卡托主体21、卡托盖板22和连接轴23。如图4所示,当装配分体式卡托时,先将卡托主体21与卡托盖板22匹配到一起,然后将连接转轴23***卡托主体21和卡托盖板22中的通孔。在装配之后,连接转轴23可以相对于卡托主体21和卡托盖板22中的至少一个旋转。优选地,连接转轴23通过铆接固定到卡托主体21上,并且可以相对于卡托盖板22旋转。
具体的,参考图5和图6所示,卡托主体21通常为长方形的框,内置SIM卡或储存卡等。卡托主体21上设有第一连接装置101,卡托盖板22上设置有第二连接装置201;第一连接装置101与第二连接装置201相配合连接。在本实用新型实施例中,第一连接装置101包括第一突部104、第二突部105、以及中间的凹部106,当然,实际应用中,这种布置方式不是唯一的,突部和凹部的数量只要与卡托盖板22上的第二连接装置201的数量 相吻合即可。
较佳地,在凹部106的底壁上设置有滑动凹槽102,在第二连接装置201上设置有凸台202,凸台202可以滑入滑动凹槽102中。滑动凹槽102与凸台202相配合,两者为间隙配合。
继续参考图5和图6所示,第一突部104和凹部106设置有横贯通孔103,在第二连接装置201上设置有横贯通孔203。当第二连接装置201***第一连接装置101的凹部106内时,将连接轴23顺次***第一突部104、第二连接装置201和凹部106内的横贯通孔103、203,以实现卡托主体21和卡托盖板22之间的连接。在连接过程中,一般需要略微调整卡托主体21和卡托盖板22之间的位置,在加工精度满足要求的情况下,则不需要。
在设有滑动凹槽102和凸台202的情况下,需保证在***连接轴23前卡托主体21和卡托盖板22之间的位置相对稳定,有利于连接轴23的***。
前面提到,滑动凹槽102与凸台202为间隙配合。在本实用新型实施例中,优选地,在连接轴23装入方向(即横贯通孔103、203的轴向)上,凸台202两侧均以0.15mm的间隙与滑动凹槽102间隔开;在垂直于连接转轴23装入方向且垂直于凸台202滑入滑动凹槽102的滑动方向的方向上,凸台202两侧均以0.05mm的间隙与滑动凹槽102间隔开;同时,凸台202以0.1mm的间隙与滑动凹槽102的底部间隔开。
本实用新型实施例中,对连接轴23和横贯通孔103和203的形状不做具体限定,较佳地,连接轴23的横截面为圆柱形,横贯通孔103和203为圆柱形孔。两者之间为过盈配合,也可间隙配合,较佳间隙为0.1mm。
本实用新型实施例还提供了一种包含前述分体式卡托的移动终端,参见图7所示,所述移动终端包括终端本体1和卡托2;移动终端本体1上设置有内置卡槽11以及卡托开槽12。在将卡托2装入移动终端时,卡托2穿过卡托开槽12,固定在移动终端内置的卡槽11里。
如上所述,由于滑动凹槽102与凸台202为间隙配合,允许卡托本体21和卡托盖板22之间相对运动。在装入移动终端时,卡托本体21被移动终端的内置卡槽11固定后,调整卡托本体21与卡托盖板22的间隙,可以调整卡托盖板22与卡托开槽12的配合间隙。
本实用新型实施例的分体式卡托,卡托盖板和卡托主体可分开制造,卡托盖板可采用与移动终端壳体相同的材质,做同样的表面处理,使得外观更精致。卡托本体可以通用,节约了生产成本。
此外,卡托盖板和卡托主体之间采用连接轴进行连接,结构简单,安装方便,也容易拆卸,只要用带有尖端的工具稍微在一个方向推动连接轴即可,易于更换。此外,卡托盖板和卡托主体之间采用间隙配合方式进行连接,在将卡托装入终端时,卡托本体固定后,可调整卡托盖板的位置,即调整了卡托盖板与移动终端外壳开槽的间隙,使得整机更加美观。
上面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例进行了描述,但是实用新型并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,前面描述的实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是对本实用新型的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在本实用新型的启示下,在不脱离本实用新型宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围的情况下,允许做出多种变型,均属于本实用新型的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种分体式卡托,包括卡托主体和卡托盖板;所述分体式卡托还包括连接轴;所述卡托主体包括第一连接装置,所述卡托盖板包括至少一个第二连接装置;其中,
    所述第一连接装置包括至少两个突部和至少一个凹部,所述凹部与所述第二连接装置相配合;
    所述突部和所述第二连接装置上设有横贯通孔,供所述连接轴穿过。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的分体式卡托,其中,在所述凹部的底壁上设置有滑动凹槽,在所述第二连接装置上设置有与所述滑动凹槽相配合的凸台。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的分体式卡托,其中,所述连接轴的横截面为圆柱形,所述横贯通孔为圆柱形孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的分体式卡托,其中,所述连接轴与所述横贯通孔之间为过盈配合或间隙配合。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的分体式卡托,其中,所述连接轴与所述横贯通孔之间为间隙配合,并且所述间隙为0.1mm。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的分体式卡托,其中,所述滑动凹槽和所述凸台之间为间隙配合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的分体式卡托,其中,在所述连接轴***所述横贯通孔的***方向上,所述凸台的两侧均以0.15mm的间隙与所述滑动凹槽间隔开;在垂直于所述连接轴***所述横贯通孔的***方向且垂直于所述凸台滑入所述滑动凹槽的滑动方向的方向上,所述凸台的两侧均以0.05mm的间隙与所述滑动凹槽间隔开;并且所述凸台以0.1mm的间隙与所述滑动凹槽的底部间隔开。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的分体式卡托,其中,所述突部的数量为两个, 所述凹部的数量为一个,所述第二连接装置的数量为一个。
  9. 一种移动终端,包括终端本体,在所述终端本体上设置有内置卡槽以及卡托开槽;其中,所述移动终端还包括根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的分体式卡托。
