现有的防伪不干胶标签,由于其生产的工艺步骤不尽合理,导致其防伪效果较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种颜色耀眼、亮丽,遇光褪色慢,防伪效果更好的具有定位全息效果的防伪不干胶标签。
具有定位全息效果的防伪不干胶标签,其包括如下步骤:
A、准备聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯材料制成的薄膜,薄膜厚度为25-50um,对薄膜双面用凹印机涂布水性覆盖涂料,水性覆盖涂料的涂布厚度为10-16um,水性覆盖涂料由重量份为50-70的丙烯酸树脂、重量份为30-40的水、重量份为0.2-0.3的Hydropalat 100分散剂、重量份为0.5-1的Alex F-252防腐防霉杀菌剂、重量份为0.4-0.6的PE100润湿剂、重量份为0.3-0.5的附着力促进剂F4011、重量份为0.6-0.8的FoamStar A36消泡剂、重量份为0.5-1的Dispersant PE-100非离子型表面活性剂、重量份为0.1-0.3的水性多功能PH值调节剂AMP-95混合制成;
B、对步骤A得到的薄膜的一面用凹印机涂布UV光油,涂布UV光油的厚度为2-8um,等UV光油处于半固化状态,利用刻有菲尼尔透镜沟槽纹理的镍板对涂布UV光油的薄膜表面进行冷压,然后经过 UV固化,在薄膜表面的UV光油上留下菲尼尔透镜的镜像花纹;

本发明的具有定位全息效果的防伪不干胶标签,其中所述步骤D中还包括:等到水性定型涂料固化后,在薄膜表面用凹印机涂布UV光油,涂布UV光油的厚度为5-8um,在UV光油固化后,再在固化的UV光油的表面涂布硅油,在格拉辛底纸上涂布胶水,经过烘道在50℃-55℃条件下让胶水中的水分,溶剂蒸发,再将底纸和薄膜贴合,做成双层结构,然后将做好的双层结构材料作为印刷原料,通过电眼跟踪进行多色定位套印,模切并分条制成盘标。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明的具有定位全息效果的防伪不干胶标签作进一步说明。
具体实施方式
本发明的具有定位全息效果的防伪不干胶标签,其包括如下步骤:
A、准备聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯材料制成的薄膜,薄膜厚度为25-50um,对薄膜双面用凹印机涂布水性覆盖涂料,水性覆盖涂料的涂布厚度为10-16um,水性覆盖涂料由重量份为50-70的丙烯酸树脂、重量份为30-40的水、重量份为0.2-0.3的Hydropalat 100分散剂、重量份为0.5-1的Alex F-252防腐防霉杀菌剂、重量份为0.4-0.6的PE100润湿剂、重量份为0.3-0.5的附着力促进剂F4011、重量份为0.6-0.8的FoamStar A36消泡剂、重量份为0.5-1的Dispersant PE-100非离子型表面活性剂、重量份为0.1-0.3的水性多功能PH值调节剂AMP-95混合制成;

    A、准备聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯材料制成的薄膜,薄膜厚度为25-50um,对薄膜双面用凹印机涂布水性覆盖涂料,水性覆盖涂料的涂布厚度为10-16um,水性覆盖涂料由重量份为50-70的丙烯酸树脂、重量份为30-40的水、重量份为0.2-0.3的Hydropalat 100分散剂、重量份为0.5-1的Alex F-252防腐防霉杀菌剂、重量份为0.4-0.6的PE100润湿剂、重量份为0.3-0.5的附着力促进剂F4011、重量份为0.6-0.8的FoamStar A36消泡剂、重量份为0.5-1的Dispersant PE-100非离子型表面活性剂、重量份为0.1-0.3的水性多功能PH值调节剂AMP-95混合制成;
    B、对步骤A得到的薄膜的一面用凹印机涂布UV光油,涂布UV光油的厚度为2-8um,等UV光油处于半固化状态,利用刻有菲尼尔透镜沟槽纹理的镍板对涂布UV光油的薄膜表面进行冷压,然后经过UV固化,在薄膜表面的UV光油上留下菲尼尔透镜的镜像花纹;
