本申请涉及但不限于交互式网络电视(IPTV,Internet Protocol TV OR Interactive Personal TV)技术,具体涉及一种基于IPTV的增值服务实现方法及IPTV***。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,用户可在足不出户的情况下通过电话渠道与网络渠道进行商品的订购,如进行衣服、餐饮等的订购。以订购餐饮为例,通常电话订购看不到食谱图片;网络订餐虽然能够看到食谱图片但对于不经常使用网络的人群(如老年人)来说操作难度较大。
IPTV是一种利用宽带网,集互联网、多媒体、通讯等技术于一体,可向家庭用户提供多种交互式服务的技术。与传统的电视相比,IPTV可实现与用户的双向互动。
发明内容
以下是对本文详细描述的主题的概述。本概述并非是为了限制权利要求的保护范围。
本发明实施例提供一种基于IPTV的增值服务实现方法及IPTV***,可实现商品订购的简单化,提高基于IPTV的商品订购的大众性与灵活性。
本发明实施例提供了一种基于IPTV的增值服务实现方法,所述方法包括:
IPTV***获取商品信息并将所获取的商品信息显示在第一终端上;
接收用户通过所述第一终端输入的商品订购请求;
依据所述商品订购请求生成订单。
上述方案中,所述IPTV***获取商品信息,包括:
通过读取用于存储所述商家信息的商家信息管理***中的数据而获取所述商品信息;或者,

在本发明实施例中,可简单实现对商品(如衣服、餐食等)的订购,订购步骤较简单,适合于不同年龄段的人群,可大大提高基于IPTV的商品订购的大众性与灵活性。
本发明实施例提供了一种基于IPTV的增值服务实现方法,可应用于IPTV***中,如图1所示,所述方法包括以下步骤:
步骤101:获取商品信息并将所获取的商品信息显示在第一终端上;
这里,所述商品信息可至少包括商家链接地址,商家所出售的商品类别(如衣服、鞋帽、餐饮等类别),还可以至少包括商家名称,还可以至少包括每类商品的价格,也可以还包括所出售商品的商品图片;商品信息可以为其它能够想到的形式,此处不做具体限定。通常这些商品信息可预先存储于某个(些)商家信息管理***中,本实施例中的IPTV***可通过读取存储在这个(些)商家信息管理***中的数据而获取商品信息,或者将所述商家信息管理***中存储的所述商家信息以工单的形式批量注入至本实施例的IPTV***,IPTV***将这些商品信息显示在第一终端上。所述第一终端可以为电视机(也包括机顶盒和遥控器)、个人计算机、手机、平板电脑(Pad)等设备。第一终端可选为电视机,当第一终端为电视机时,配合遥控器、机顶盒等设备的使用可将商品信息显示在电视机上。其中,所述商家信息管理***、第一终端均可以为本实施例的IPTV***的一部分也可以为独立的设备,此处不做具体限定。
这里,以第一终端为电视机为例,可以在电视机播放IPTV电视节目时,将商品信息进行显示;也可以先不在电视机上显示商品信息,而是当用户按压遥控器上预定的功能按键(该功能按键为用于显示商品信息的按键)时,再将商品信息显示在电视机上。其中,商品信息可进行电视机的全屏显示,也可以进行部分屏幕的显示,如将商品信息显示在电视机显示屏的某个预定区域处,如显示屏的下方区域或上方区域,以不影响用户的节目观看体验为准。
步骤102:接收用户通过所述第一终端输入的商品订购请求;
这里,确定所述用户通过遥控器所选择的所述商品信息中的商家链接地址,确定与所述商品链接地址对应的商品订购页面,接收所述用户在所述商 品订购页面上所选择的商品订购信息,其中,所述商品订购信息可以为商品标识如商品名称和商品订购方式,或商品标识、价格及商品订购方式。可选地,当电视机上显示有不同商家的商品信息时,用户可根据实际的订购需求,通过遥控器选择相应的商家链接地址进入与该商家链接地址对应的店面(商品订购页面),如需要订餐则通过遥控器选择商品信息中的某个经营餐饮类的商家链接地址而进入该商家的商品订购页面,在该商品订购页面中可查看到该店所出售的各种菜品的名称、价格、图片、订购方式等信息,用户依据实际的需求通过遥控器选择在电视机上显示的某个菜品名称及订购方式,IPTV***接收输入的这一商品订购请求。其中,所述订购方式可至少包括在线支付和货到付款这两种方式。
由此可见,本实施例基于IPTV***实现的增值服务如商品订购,利用IPTV***可与用户进行交互的特性,仅需要对遥控器进行操作即可在电视机上订购出想要的商品,订购操作比较简单,更适合于老年人,可大大提高基于IPTV的商品订购的大众性与灵活性。另外,基于IPTV***的订购方式,用户既可以看见想要订购商品的图片也可以看见其价格,更方便用户的订购,提升了用户的订购体验。
步骤103:依据所述商品订购请求生成订单。
这里,接收到用户输入的商品订购请求时,依据用户选择的商品及订购方式,生成该用户的订单,该订单中至少记录该用户输入的商品送达地址、商品名称如菜品名称、商品价格、订购方式;还可以记录商家信息,如商家的店面名称、商家实际店面地址等信息,订单中所记录的内容可以为其它能够想到的形式,此处不做具体限定。
在本发明一个可选的实施例中,在IPTV***生成订单后,可将订单的生成结果(如订单生成成功、失败或订单处理超时等)通过终端显示给用户,以方便用户得知是否成功订购。
本发明实施例的IPTV***除了可执行前述的商品订购的流程外,还可执行订单查询、订单确认、订单撤销等流程,具体请参见后续相关说明。
在图2~图5中,均以第一终端为电视机为例,该电视机配合遥控器和机顶盒来使用,下面结合图2~图5,对本发明实施例提供的技术方案做进一步 说明。
图2为本发明实施例提供的实现基于IPTV的商品订单订购业务的流程示意图;如图2所示,上述过程包括以下步骤:
步骤200:订单处理***获取商品信息,并将所获取的商品信息经由电子节目单(EPG,Electronic Programmer Guide)***发送至第一终端;
订单处理***通过读取存储在商家信息管理***中的数据而获取商品信息;订单处理***发送至EPG***的商品信息为传输控制协议(TCP,Transmission Control Protocol)类型的消息,EPG***将该TCP类型的商品信息转换为超文本传输协议(HTTP,Hyper Text Transfer Protocol)类型,再发送至第一终端,以令第一终端显示该商品信息。
步骤201:在电视机上显示商品信息并接收用户输入的商品订购请求,发送该商品订购请求至EPG***;
这里,当电视机上显示商品信息,用户通过遥控器选择某个商家链接地址进入该店面,在该店面的商品订购页面上选择某个菜品及订购方式,电视机接收用户输入端的这一商品订购请求,并将该请求发送至EPG***。
步骤202:EPG***将商品订购请求进行消息类型的转换,并发送消息类型转换后的商品订购请求至订单处理***;
这里,通过第一终端输入的商品订购请求通常为HTTP类型的消息,EPG***需要将HTTP消息类型的商品订购请求转换为TCP类型,以方便订单处理***对该请求的处理。
步骤203:订单处理***接收到TCP类型的商品订购请求时,基于用户所选择的商品及订购方式,生成订单。
这里,该订单中至少记录用户输入的商品送达地址、商品名称如菜品名称、商品价格、订购方式等。
步骤204:订单处理***将订单生成结果、及所生成的订单经由EPG***返回给第一终端;
这里,订单处理***所生成的订单生成结果为TCP类型的消息,EPG***需将该TCP类型的消息转换成HTTP消息类型,并返回该消息至第一终端 以呈现,以便用户查看是否成功订购。其中,该订单生成结果为订单生成成功、失败或订单生成超时等。
步骤205:商家信息管理***通过创建快速动态网页技术(AJAX,Asynchronous Javascript And XML)定时轮询订单处理***,以获取用于提醒商家产生了生意订单的第一提醒消息;在订单产生时通常订单状态为未受理状态,商家得知有订单产生时,通过商家客户端在商家信息管理***上修改该订单的订单状态(未受理状态)为已受理状态,订单处理***随之更新该订单状态为已受理状态。
这里,在订单处理***生成订单后,产生第一提醒消息,以通知商家有生意产生。当商家通过客户端在商家信息管理***上修改订单状态时,订单处理***随之进行同步更新。其中,所述订单状态至少包括:订单未受理、已受理、已撤销、已送达及已收货。
图3为本发明实施例提供的实现基于IPTV的商品订单查询业务的流程示意图;如图3所示,上述过程包括以下步骤:
步骤300:电视机显示订单状态查询页面,在该订单状态查询页面上接收用户输入的订单状态查询请求;
这里,在通过前述步骤201~步骤204生成订单之后,第一终端显示订单状态查询页面,用户可通过遥控器点击订单状态查询页面上的订单状态查询按钮进行订单状态查询请求的输入。
步骤301:发送该订单状态查询请求至EPG***;
步骤302:EPG***将该请求进行消息类型的转换即由HTTP类型转换为TCP类型,并发送至订单处理***;
步骤303:基于转换后的订单状态查询请求,订单处理***读取该用户所预订订单的订单状态,将读取的订单状态查询结果经由EPG***返回给第一终端;
这里,订单状态查询结果(当前的订单状态是什么状态)为TCP类型的消息,EPG***需将该TCP类型的消息转换成HTTP消息类型,并返回该消息至第一终端,以便用户查看当前(最新的)的订单状态。
如果最新的订单状态为已受理状态,本流程结束;
如果最新的订单状态为未受理状态,那么还应该执行步骤304。
步骤304:第一终端接收用户输入的第一提醒请求,并将该请求发送至EPG***;EPG***将该请求进行消息类型的转换即由HTTP类型转换为TCP类型,并发送至订单处理***;订单处理***接收到该第一提醒请求,生成第二提醒消息,并将对第二提醒消息的生成结果(如第二提醒消息生成成功或失败等结果)经由EPG***返回给第一终端,并通过第一终端呈现给IPTV用户,继续执行步骤305;
这里,第一提醒请求为用于提醒商家尽快处理订单的请求,用户可通过遥控器点击提醒请求生成页面上的提醒请求生成按钮进行提醒请求的输入。EPG***用于将HTTP消息类型的第一提醒请求转换为TCP消息类型,和将TCP消息类型的第二提醒消息生成结果转换为HTTP消息类型。
步骤305:商家信息管理***通过AJAX技术定时轮询订单处理***,以获取用于提醒商家应该尽快处理订单的第二提醒消息;
这里,第二提醒消息用于提醒商家尽快处理订单并尽快送货。
如果商家送货及时,继续执行如图4所示的商品订单确认流程:
步骤400:商家通过客户端在商家信息管理***上修改订单状态为订单已送达状态,订单处理***随之进行同步更新;
步骤401:电视机显示订单确认页面,在该订单确认页面上接收用户输入的订单确认请求,发送该请求至EPG***;
这里,用户通过遥控器在订单确认界面上选择订单确认按钮,以确认该用户已收到所订购的商品。
步骤402:EPG***将该请求进行消息类型的转换即由HTTP类型转换为TCP类型,并发送至订单处理***;
步骤403:订单处理***更新已送达状态为已收货状态,并按照订单中的商品价格扣除商品费用。
这里,需要说明的是,如果用户所选择的订购方式为在线支付的方式,那么订单处理***需要扣除相应的费用;如果用户所选择的订购方式为货到 付款,那么订单处理***需要扣除的费用为0元。
为方便运营商对订购数据的统计,如统计哪个商家的哪种商品如菜品比较受大众的欢迎,那么还可以执行步骤404:生成并保存话单信息,该话单信息中至少记录有商家的店面名称、商家所出售的商品价格;还至少包括用户输入的送达地址;该话单信息可包括其他任何能够想到的内容,此处不赘述。该话单信息可方便运营商定时根据用户的订单信息,分析用户的订购行为等。
此外,考虑到存在有用户在收到自己所订购的商品之后忘记对该商品订单确认的情况,当一定时间如7天之后,订单处理***仍然没有接收到来自第一终端的订单确认请求,自动执行步骤403;其中,所述一定时间可根据实际的使用情况而灵活设定。
如果商家送货不及时,那么执行如图5所示的商品订单撤销流程:
步骤500:电视机显示订单撤销页面,在该订单撤销页面上接收用户输入的订单撤销请求,发送该订单撤销请求至EPG***;
这里,第一终端显示订单撤销页面,用户可通过遥控器选择订单撤销页面上的订单撤销按钮进行订单撤销请求的输入。
步骤501:EPG***将该请求进行消息类型的转换即由HTTP类型转换为TCP类型,并发送至订单处理***;
步骤502:订单处理***基于该请求,撤销该订单,更新该订单的订单状态为已撤销状态,将订单撤销结果经由EPG***返回给第一终端;
这里,订单撤销结果包括订单撤销成功或失败。订单撤销结果为TCP类型的消息,EPG***需将该TCP类型的消息转换成HTTP消息类型,并返回该消息至第一终端,以通知用户订单撤销是否成功。
步骤503:订单处理***生成用于提醒商家用户已撤销订单的第三提醒消息,并将该消息通知至商家。
这里,商家信息管理***通过AJAX技术定时轮询订单处理***,当获取到第三提醒消息时,提示商家该订单已被撤销。
由此可见,在前述基于IPTV的订单订购、查询、撤销及确认等增值业 务实现过程中,利用IPTV***可与用户进行交互的特性,用户仅需要通过遥控器对电视机上的按钮进行相应的操作即可实现商品订购、查询、撤销或确认等操作,操作比较简单,比较适合于各个年龄段的用户,更方便了老年人通过IPTV电视进行商品的订购,可大大提高基于IPTV的商品订购的大众性与灵活性。
需要说明的是,在图2~图5中所涉及的EPG***、订单处理***均可作为本发明实施例IPTV***的一部分;第一终端和商家信息管理***可作为本发明实施例中的IPTV***的一部分也可以不作为本发明实施例的IPTV***的一部分。
基于前述的增值服务实现方法,本发明实施例还提供了一种IPTV***,如图6所示,所述***包括:
第一获取单元601,设置为:获取商品信息;
第一控制单元602,设置为:将第一获取单元601所获取的商品信息显示在第一终端上;

在一个优选的实施例中,所述***还包括:第三转换单元和第一扣除单元(图6中均未示意出);其中,所述第一控制单元602,还设置为:将所述订单的订单确认页面显示在所述第一终端上;所述第一接收单元603,还设置为:接收所述用户在所述订单确认页面上输入的订单确认请求,其中,所述订单确认请求为HTTP类型,所述订单确认请求为确认用户已收到商品的请求;第三转换单元,设置为:转换所述订单确认请求为TCP类型;第一扣除单元,设置为:基于类型转换后的订单确认请求,按照所述订单中的商品价格信息扣除在所述订单中所订购的商品的费用。
需要说明的是,所述IPTV***的实施过程及实施原理均可以参见前述方法的实施过程及实施原理描述,重复之处不再赘述。
在实际应用中,所述第一获取单元601、第一控制单元602、第一接收单元603、第一生成单元604、第一转换单元、第一读取单元、第二转换单元、第一撤销单元、第三转换单元及第一扣除单元均可由中央处理单元(CPU,Central Processing Unit)、或数字信号处理(DSP,Digital Signal Processor)、或微处理器(MPU,Micro Processor Unit)、或现场可编程门阵列(FPGA, Field Programmable Gate Array)等来实现。
本领域技术人员应当理解,图6中所示的IPTV***中的处理单元的实现功能可参照前述基于IPTV的增值服务实现方法的相关描述而理解。本领域技术人员应当理解,图6所示的IPTV***中的处理单元的功能可通过运行于处理器上的程序而实现,也可通过具体的逻辑电路而实现。
此外,本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被执行时实现上述基于IPTV的增值服务实现方法。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,本发明的实施例可提供为方法、***、或计算机程序产品。因此,本申请可采用硬件实施例、软件实施例、或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本申请可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器和光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。

这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备上,使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机实现的处理,从而在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的步骤。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序来指令相关硬件(例如处理器)完成,所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中,如只读存储器、磁盘或光盘等。可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用一个或多个集成电路来实现。相应地,上述实施例中的各模块/单元可以采用硬件的形式实现,例如通过集成电路来实现其相应功能,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现,例如通过处理器执行存储于存储器中的程序/指令来实现其相应功能。本申请不限制于任何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。

工业实用性
本发明实施例提供一种基于IPTV的增值服务实现方法及IPTV***,利用IPTV***可与用户进行交互的特性,用户可仅通过对遥控器的操作即可实现商品订购、查询、撤销及确认等增值业务,可实现商品订购的简单化,提高基于IPTV的商品订购的大众性与灵活性。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种基于交互式网络电视IPTV的增值服务实现方法,所述方法包括:
    IPTV***获取商品信息并将所获取的商品信息显示在第一终端上;
    接收用户通过所述第一终端输入的商品订购请求;
    依据所述商品订购请求生成订单。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述IPTV***获取商品信息,包括:
    通过读取用于存储所述商家信息的商家信息管理***中的数据而获取所述商品信息;或者,
    将所述商家信息管理***中存储的所述商家信息以工单的形式批量注入至所述IPTV***。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述接收用户通过所述第一终端输入的商品订购请求,包括:
    确定所述用户通过遥控器所选择的所述商品信息中的商家链接地址;
    确定与所述商品链接地址对应的商品订购页面;
    接收所述用户通过遥控器在所述商品订购页面上所选择的商品订购信息;其中,所述商品订购信息为商品标识和商品订购方式,或为商品标识、价格及商品订购方式。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,在依据所述商品订购请求生成订单之后,所述方法还包括:
    将所述订单的订单状态查询页面显示在所述第一终端上;
    接收所述用户在所述订单状态查询页面上输入的订单状态查询请求,所述订单状态查询请求为超文本传输协议HTTP类型;
    转换所述订单状态查询请求为传输控制协议TCP类型;
    基于类型转换后的订单状态查询请求,读取所述订单的最新订单状态;
    将读取的最新订单状态显示在所述第一终端上;
    其中,所述订单状态至少包括:订单未受理、已受理、已撤销、已送达及已收货。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,在依据所述商品订购请求生成订单之后,所述方法还包括:
    将所述订单的订单撤销页面显示在所述第一终端上;
    接收所述用户在所述订单撤销页面上输入的订单撤销请求,所述订单撤销请求为超文本传输协议HTTP类型;
    转换所述订单撤销请求为传输控制协议TCP类型;
    基于类型转换后的订单撤销请求,撤销所述订单。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,在依据所述商品订购请求生成订单之后,所述方法还包括:
    将所述订单的订单确认页面显示在所述第一终端上;
    接收所述用户在所述订单确认页面上输入的订单确认请求,所述订单确认请求为超文本传输协议HTTP类型,所述订单确认请求为确认用户已收到商品的请求;
    转换所述订单确认请求为传输控制协议TCP类型;
    基于类型转换后的订单确认请求,按照所述订单中的商品价格信息扣除在所述订单中所订购的商品的费用。
  7. 一种交互式网络电视IPTV***,所述***包括:
    第一获取单元,设置为:获取商品信息;
    第一控制单元,设置为:将第一获取单元所获取的商品信息显示在第一终端上;
    第一接收单元,设置为:接收用户通过所述第一终端输入的商品订购请求;
    第一生成单元,设置为:依据所述商品订购请求生成订单。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的***,其中,所述第一获取单元,是设置为:
    通过读取用于存储所述商家信息的商家信息管理***中的数据而获取所 述商品信息;或者,
    接收所述商家信息管理***中存储的所述商家信息以工单形式的批量注入。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的***,其中,所述第一接收单元,是设置为:
    确定所述用户通过遥控器所选择的所述商品信息中的商家链接地址;
    确定与所述商品链接地址对应的商品订购页面;
    接收所述用户通过遥控器在所述商品订购页面上所选择的商品订购信息;其中,所述商品订购信息为商品标识和商品订购方式,或为商品标识、价格及商品订购方式。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的***,所述***还包括第一转换单元以及第一读取单元,
    所述第一控制单元,还设置为:将所述订单的订单状态查询页面显示在所述第一终端上;
    所述第一接收单元,还设置为:接收所述用户在所述订单状态查询页面上输入的订单状态查询请求,其中,所述订单状态查询请求为超文本传输协议HTTP类型;
    所述第一转换单元,设置为:转换所述订单状态查询请求为传输控制协议TCP类型;
    所述第一读取单元,设置为:基于类型转换后的订单状态查询请求,读取所述订单的最新订单状态;
    所述第一控制单元,还设置为:将读取的最新订单状态显示在所述第一终端上;
    其中,所述订单状态至少包括:订单未受理、已受理、已撤销、已送达及已收货。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的***,所述***还包括第二转换单元以及第一撤销单元;
    所述第一控制单元,还设置为:将所述订单的订单撤销页面显示在所述第一终端上;
    所述第一接收单元,还设置为:接收所述用户在所述订单撤销页面上输入的订单撤销请求,其中,所述订单撤销请求为超文本传输协议HTTP类型;
    所述第二转换单元,设置为:转换所述订单撤销请求为传输控制协议TCP类型;
    所述第一撤销单元,设置为:基于类型转换后的订单撤销请求,撤销所述订单。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的***,所述***还包括第三转换单元以及第一扣除单元;
    所述第一控制单元,还设置为:将所述订单的订单确认页面显示在所述第一终端上;
    所述第一接收单元,还设置为:接收所述用户在所述订单确认页面上输入的订单确认请求,其中,所述订单确认请求为超文本传输协议HTTP类型,所述订单确认请求为确认用户已收到商品的请求;
    所述第三转换单元,设置为:转换所述订单确认请求为传输控制协议TCP类型;
    所述第一扣除单元,设置为:基于类型转换后的订单确认请求,按照所述订单中的商品价格信息扣除在所述订单中所订购的商品的费用。
  13. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被执行时实现权利要求1至6任一项所述的基于交互式网络电视IPTV的增值服务实现方法。
