主体还包括左面板105、右面板106、正面板107和背面板108。该左面板和右面板平行且相对设置,其宽度小于45mm。该左面板105和右面板106通过正面板107和背面板108相互以焊接、螺纹连接等方式连接成上面和底面均敞开的第一外壳体(未标号)。该第一外壳体套设在整体4的***。正面板107和背面板108采用钢化玻璃制成,以增加主体1的透明感和美感,左面板105和右面板106采用硬塑材料制成,以防止左安装板101和右安装板102受外部电路的电磁干扰,提高安全性,同时,增加LED显示屏的外观美感。主体的左面板105、右面板106、正面板107以及背面板108分别围合成一上开口和下开口(未标号),上开口和下 开口分别用作该主体与第一安装座之间的连接口以及该主体与第二安装座之间的连接口。
另外,参考图5,每一灯条包括PCB板501及安装于该PCB板501上的第一电气元件502,在本实施例中,该第一电气元件502包括多个侧发光LED、多个驱动芯片等,该多个侧发光LED通过贴片形式安装在PCB板上,等间距分布在PCB板501上,使每一灯条上的多个侧发光LED的显示密度在横向上到达3.9mm。该多个侧发光LED、多个驱动芯片彼此之间的对应电连接时通过在该PCB板上布线来实现的。该PCB板的厚度为1.0mm,增加了灯条的透明度,同时,侧发光LED采用透明材质制成,进一步增加灯条的透明度。灯条支撑架104采用透明的PC压铸件制成,以保证多个灯条的分布位置的精确度,并且保证主体的通透率。
主体还包括LED驱动电路板和LED控制板(图中未示出),该两者之间相互电连接,与每一灯条上的第一电气元件通过在该PCB板501上布线来实现的,该LED驱动电路板和LED控制板均集成在左安装板101和右安装板102上,这样可以增加LED显示屏整体的通透率,同时,能降低LED显示屏的厚度。
在本实施例中,第一安装座2包括第二外壳体(未标号)、以及容纳于该第二外壳体内的第二电气元件(未标号)和上横梁6。上横梁6的形状为L型,第二电气元件包括多个电源51和LED播放控制板52,该多个电源51固定于该L型上横梁6的底面,电源51的尺寸在210mm*30mm*25mm(长度*宽度*高度)以内,LED播放控制板52固定于该L型上横梁6的侧壁,以进一步降低LED显示屏的厚度。
同时,多个电源51和LED播放控制板52间隔排列,可以有效地防止电气元件之间的电磁干扰,具体的排列顺序可以根据具体的电路设计来确定,LED播放控制板与距离其近的电源通过导线电连接。例如,多个电源依次排列,固定在上横梁的底面的左侧位置,LED播放控制板固定在上横梁的底面的右侧位置对应的上横梁的侧壁上。上横梁6的相对两端分别以焊接、螺纹连接等方式连接主体的左安装板101和右安装板102的上端。上横梁6采用金属材料制成,可以对多个电源和LED播放控制板起到支撑作用。此类结构,使得容纳在第二外壳体内的电气元件排列紧凑,减少了电气元件安装所需的体积,这样就大大降低了LED显示屏的厚度,便于其加工、安装及使用。
第二外壳体大致呈长方体型,与第一外壳体的长度和宽度相同。该第二外壳体采用硬塑材料制成,其左右、正背及上端面相互之间以焊接、粘接等方式连接合成带有底面开口(未标号)的容置空间。第二外壳体通过该底面开口罩设在L型上横梁6上,使得L型上横梁6整体容纳在该容置空间内,以保护上横梁上的电气元件。该第二外壳体的底面开口与主体的第一外壳体的上开口的边沿以焊接、粘接等方式对应连接。在本实施例中,第二外壳体的上端面上设置有用于安装LED显示屏的多个安装环,使得本LED显示屏可以直接挂在墙壁上。
在本实施例中,第二安装座包括第三外壳体、以及容纳于该第三外壳体内的第三电气元件(未标号)和下横梁7。下横梁7的形状为倒置的L型,第三电气元件包括多个电源51,该多个电源51固定于该倒置L型下横梁7的上端面,以降低LED显示屏的厚度。下横梁7的相对两端分别以焊接、螺纹连接等方式连接主体的左安装板101和右安装板102的下端。下横梁7采用金属材料制成,可以对多个电源51起到支撑作用。
第三外壳体大致呈长方体型,与第一外壳体的长度和宽度相同。该第三外壳体采用硬塑材料制成,其左右、正背及下端面相互之间以焊接、粘接等方式连接合成带有上面开口(未标号)的容置空间。第二外壳体通过上面开口罩设在倒置L型的下横梁7上,使得倒置L型的下横梁7整体容纳在该容置空间内,以保护下横梁上的电气元件。该第三外壳体的上面开口与主体的第一外壳体的下开口的边沿以焊接、粘接等方式对应连接。
在本实施例中,上横梁和下横梁上的多个电源51均通过左安装板和右安装板上布线与多个灯条103的PCB板的两端连接,以给每一灯条上的第一电气元件供电。
参考图4和图6,LED播放控制板52大致呈长方形,尺寸在60mm*150mm以内,包括主控模块521、无线模块522以及无线SMA接头523,该主控模块521、无线模块522以及无线SMA接头523分别安装在一PCB板(图中未示出)上,且通过PCB板上的布线来实现其依次电连接,主控模块521采用Andriod***,无线SMA接头523用于与LED驱动电路板或LED控制板进行连接,无线模块用于接受用户终端发送的控制信号以及发送LED显示屏的数据至终端用户,以实现无线控制L ED显示屏进行播放。由于LED播放控制板52包括无线模块522,使得LED显示屏支持无线连接和控制,并且可以使用WCDMA 3G网络,使得能与移动终端进行互联,并且,移动终端能通过该无线模块522对LED显示屏进行控制,从而使得终端用户能够直接使用和控制LED显示屏,具备便捷性。同时,由于主控模块采用Andriod***,LED显示屏进行节目播放可以通过移动终端上的APP来进行设置,进一步支持定时播放和循环播放功能。另外,LED显示屏工作时,数据信号和控制信号均通过无线网络传输,减少了LED显示屏的接线,只包含电源线接口,终端用户只需插上电源线,就可以使用LED显示屏。在本实施例中,该电源线接口在第二外壳体或第三外壳体的背端面上设置有缺口(图中未示出),该缺口用于电源线接口通过电源线连接以实现与外部家用220V交流电源的电气连接。
根据上述的主体、第一安装座和第二安装座的器件的结构关系,本发明提供的LED显示屏的厚度不超过50mm,多个灯条及多个灯条的每一灯条上的侧发光LED的分布情况使本LED显示屏的显示效果达到32768像素点/平方,且其通透率能达到85%以上。同时,在第一安装座的上横梁的侧壁上设置LED播放控制板,实现智能化LED显示屏,可以通过移动互联网设备进行控制,增加了终端用户的便捷性。
综上所述,本发明中提供的LED显示屏是一种通透率高、结构紧凑、厚度小且能实现智能化控制和标准化的LED显示屏。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述LED显示屏包括主体、与所述主体的上端固定连接的第一安装座以及与所述主体的下端固定连接的第二安装座;所述主体包括左安装板、右安装板以及多个灯条;所述第一安装座包括上横梁,所述第二安装座包括下横梁;所述上横梁的相对两端分别连接所述左安装板和所述右安装板的上端,所述下横梁的相对两端连接所述左安装板和所述右安装板的下端。
  2. 根据权利要求1中所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述上横梁采用金属材料制成,且所述上横梁的形状为L型;所述第一安装座还包括第二电气元件,所述第二电气元件包括LED播放控制板和多个电源;所述第二电气元件的多个电源固定在所述上横梁的底面,所述LED播放控制板固定在所述上横梁的侧壁,所述多个电源和所述LED播放控制板间隔排列。
  3. 根据权利要求2中所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述主体还包括采用钢化玻璃制成的正面板和背面板以及采用硬塑材料制成的左面板和右面板;所述多个灯条等间距分布在所述左安装板和所述右安装板之间,每一灯条的相对两端分别通过金属贴片固定连接在所述左安装板和所述右安装板上;所述正面板、所述背面板、所述左面板和所述右面板相互连接成的第一外壳体套设在所述多个灯条、所述左安装板及所述右安装板相互连接成的整体外。
  4. 根据权利要求3中所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述多个灯条的每一灯条包括PCB板及安装于所述PCB板上的第一电气元件,所述第一电气元件包括多个侧发光LED和多个驱动芯片;每一侧发光LED以及每一驱动芯片彼此之间相互对应电连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4中所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述多个侧发光LED采用透明材质制成。
  6. 根据权利要求5中所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述主体还包 括相互电连接的LED驱动电路板和LED控制板;所述LED驱动电路板和所述LED控制板均集成在所述左安装板和所述右安装板上。
  7. 根据权利要求6中所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述LED播放控制板包括采用Andriod***的主控模块和用于无线控制所述LED显示屏进行播放的无线模块。
  8. 根据权利要求7中所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述下横梁采用金属材料制成,且所述下横梁的形状为倒置的L型;所述第二安装座还包括第三电气元件,所述第三电气元件包括多个电源;所述第三电气元件的多个电源固定于所述下横梁的上端面。
  9. 根据权利要求8中所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述主体还包括用于支撑所述多个灯条的灯条支撑架;所述灯条支撑架的安装方向与所述左安装板或所述右安装板平行。
  10. 根据权利要求10中所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述灯条支撑架采用透明的PC压铸件制成。
