Abstract

In an electronic device, a microphone cushion (21) is affixed to a peripheral edge of a microphone sound hole (3a) near an undercut portion (3c), in a position corresponding to a microphone (20). The microphone cushion (21) is made of an elastic member which has a higher flexibility than a housing (3) and which is in contact with a peripheral edge of a substrate-side sound hole (7a) formed in a microphone substrate (7) in correspondence to the microphone (20), at least a part of a peripheral edge of the microphone cushion (21) being surrounded by a fitting rib (3e) that bulges out from the peripheral edge of the microphone sound hole (3a). Accordingly, when an acoustic electronic component cushion is pressed down by an acoustic electronic component or an acoustic electronic component substrate, the acoustic electronic component cushion is prevented from peeling off.

Description

Electronic equipment with built-in acoustic electronic components
The present invention relates to an electronic device in which an acoustic electronic component such as a microphone or a speaker is built in a sound hole for an acoustic electronic component formed on the peripheral edge of a casing, and particularly to prevention of peeling of the cushion for the acoustic electronic component.
Conventionally, a housing, an acoustic electronic component that is housed in the housing and has a sound collection surface to acquire sound, and is interposed between the inner surface of the housing and the acoustic electronic component, and has a semi-closed cell structure foaming An electronic device including a cushion material made of a body is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1). This cushion member suppresses the occurrence of echoes and ensures good call quality.
For example, as in the case of the electronic apparatus 101 illustrated in FIG. 10, when the microphone 120 that is an acoustic electronic component is sandwiched between the cabinet 103 on the front side and the rear side where the housing is divided, the insertion of the microphone substrate 107 is obstructed. Since there is no undercut portion or the like to perform, a microphone can be incorporated vertically with respect to the cushion 121 attached to one cabinet 103 side.
However, when a microphone is incorporated in the undercut part of the housing instead of such a sandwich structure, the microphone cannot be incorporated perpendicularly to the cushion because the undercut part interferes with the cushion. On the other hand, it is necessary to incorporate the microphone while sliding it in.
For this reason, there is a possibility that the cushion previously attached to the housing or the microphone side may be peeled off when the microphone is incorporated. Then, there exists a problem that the adhesiveness of a housing | casing and a microphone falls and an acoustic characteristic deteriorates.
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide an acoustoelectronic component or an acoustoelectronic component substrate on which the acoustoelectronic component is mounted on the attachment surface of the acoustoelectronic component cushion. The object is to prevent the acoustic electronic component cushion from being peeled off when the acoustic electronic component cushion is pressed by the acoustic electronic component or the acoustic electronic component substrate when it cannot approach the vertical direction.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is premised on an electronic device in which an acoustic electronic component is built inside a sound hole for an acoustic electronic component formed in a housing,
The electronic device
An undercut portion provided at the periphery of the housing;
An acoustic electronic component substrate that is inserted so that one end side is inserted into the undercut portion, and the acoustic electronic component is mounted on the one end side;
A cushion for an acoustic electronic component attached to the periphery of the sound hole for the acoustic electronic component corresponding to the acoustic electronic component;
The cushion for acoustic electronic components is higher in flexibility than the casing, and is in contact with a peripheral edge of a board-side sound hole formed in the acoustic electronic component substrate corresponding to the acoustic electronic component or the acoustic electronic component. It consists of an elastic member.
And at least a part of the periphery is surrounded by the fitting ribs that bulge from the periphery of the sound hole for the acoustic electronic component.
According to the above configuration, since at least a part of the periphery of the cushion for the acoustic electronic component is surrounded by the fitting rib, the acoustic rib is protected by the fitting rib when the substrate for the acoustic electronic component is inserted into the undercut portion. The cushion for acoustic electronic parts is difficult to peel off. Further, the positioning of the cushion for the acoustic electronic component is facilitated by the fitting rib. By configuring the cushion for an acoustic electronic component with an elastic member that is more flexible than the casing, the sealing property with the acoustic electronic component or the acoustic electronic component substrate is increased, and the acoustic characteristics are improved. In the present invention, the acoustic electronic component directly contacts the cushion for the acoustic electronic component, and the acoustic electronic component is attached to the opposite side of the acoustic electronic component cushion in the acoustic electronic component substrate, and is provided on the acoustic electronic component substrate. The present invention can be applied to any case where the peripheral edge of the board-side sound hole comes into contact with the acoustic electronic component cushion. Note that the acoustic electronic component means an electronic component that changes sound such as a microphone (microphone) into an electric signal, or an electronic component that generates sound such as music or voice by changing an electric signal such as a speaker into physical vibration.
Moreover, in another invention, the above-mentioned cushion for acoustic electronic parts is provided,
One end of the substrate for acoustic electronic components is covered with a resin holder that prevents contact with the cushion for acoustic electronic components at the time of insertion, and the resin holder is configured to fit into the undercut portion. .
That is, the ends of the acoustic electronic component substrate often have a sharp edge shape or a file shape when cut, and the acoustic electronic component cushion is peeled off when directly contacting the acoustic electronic component cushion. However, since the end of the substrate for the acoustic electronic component is covered with the resin holder, this end does not directly contact the cushion for the acoustic electronic component, and the resin molded product in which the corner is difficult to sharpen during molding Since it contacts the cushion for electronic parts, the cushion for acoustic electronic parts is difficult to peel off.
As described above, according to the present invention, the acoustic electronic component or the acoustic electronic component substrate on which the acoustic electronic component is mounted cannot be brought close to the attachment surface of the acoustic electronic component cushion. When the acoustic electronic component cushion is pressed by the electronic component or the acoustic electronic component substrate, the acoustic electronic component cushion can be prevented from peeling off.

(Embodiment 1)
1A to 6 show a smartphone 1 as an electronic apparatus according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. The smartphone 1 has a rectangular plate-like housing in which a display unit 2 such as a liquid crystal display or an organic EL display is fitted on the surface side. A body 3 is provided. The back side of the housing 3 is covered with, for example, a plate-like back cover 4, and the left and right side surfaces and the bottom surface are covered with a substantially U-shaped decorative member 5 made of a resin molded product or the like. On the back side of the housing 3, for example, a main substrate 6 and a microphone substrate 7 as an acoustic electronic component substrate connected to the main substrate 6 are accommodated. The back side of the microphone substrate 7 is covered with, for example, a resin holder 8 including a main antenna and a holder cover 9. The back side of the main board 6 is covered with a sub antenna assembly 10. These components are fixed to the housing 3 with screws 50 or the like. The rechargeable battery 11 is also housed on the back side of the housing 3.
Unlike the conventional structure in which the front-side cabinet and the rear-side cabinet are fitted together, the housing 3 is made of a single resin molded product and the like, and the smartphone 1 is further reduced in thickness. And the microphone 20 as an acoustic electronic component is incorporated in the inside of the microphone sound hole 3a as a sound hole for an acoustic electronic component formed in the periphery of the housing | casing 3. As shown in FIG. A speaker sound emitting hole 3b is formed on the side of the microphone sound hole 3a, and both are covered with the mesh member 12. The decorative member 5 is formed with a pair of through holes 5a corresponding to the microphone sound hole 3a and the speaker sound emitting hole 3b, respectively. As shown in FIG. 1A, the microphone sound hole 3a is formed such that a horizontally extending through hole communicates with the upper end of the vertically extending through hole, the front side is closed, and the rear side is communicated.
The housing 3 has a substantially rectangular plate shape, and the mold opening direction of an injection mold (not shown) is the thickness direction. In the vicinity of the microphone sound hole 3a at the peripheral edge of the housing 3, an undercut portion 3c that needs to be molded is formed by a slide mold or the like in a direction orthogonal to the die cutting direction. A back cover 4 is attached to the frame-like back side wall 3d of the housing 3 forming the undercut portion 3c.
The microphone substrate 7 is inserted into the undercut portion 3c so that one end side (lower end side) is inserted and fixed to the housing 3. A microphone 20 is fixed to the back side of the lower end of the microphone substrate 7, and a substrate-side sound hole 7 a is opened on the front side of the microphone 20 so that the sound from the microphone sound hole 3 a can be collected. The microphone substrate 7 is covered with a substrate holder 13, and the substrate holder 13 is provided with a speaker frame portion 31 for attaching a speaker 30 that emits sound to the speaker sound emitting hole 3 b.
A microphone cushion 21 as a cushion for an acoustic electronic component is attached to a position corresponding to the microphone 20 at the periphery of the microphone sound hole 3a in the vicinity of the undercut portion 3c. The microphone cushion 21 has appropriate flexibility such as silicon rubber, urethane rubber, and elastomer, for example, more flexible than the housing 3, and is more resistant to friction against the microphone substrate 7 and the like than the sponge. Made of small material. For example, a rectangular through hole 21a is formed at the center of the microphone cushion 21, and a frame-shaped protrusion 21b is continuously formed on the microphone 20 side (back side) so as to surround the through hole. The protrusions 21b are in contact with and in close contact with the peripheral edge of the substrate-side sound hole 7a of the microphone substrate 7. Thus, unlike conventional sponge-type cushion materials, elastic members such as silicon rubber have good moldability, so that the protrusions 21b can be easily protruded, and the frame-shaped protrusions 21b make the sealing performance much greater. It has come to improve.
Further, between the microphone cushion 21 and the periphery of the microphone sound hole 3a, a microphone sheet 22 as an acoustic electronic component sheet including a waterproof film 22a and a frame-like double-sided tape 22b is sandwiched. The outer shape of the microphone seat 22 is smaller than the outer shape of the microphone cushion 21. The outer shape of the microphone seat 22 may be the same as the outer shape of the microphone cushion 21.
The one end of the microphone substrate 7 is covered with a resin holder 8 so as to prevent contact with the microphone cushion 21 during insertion. In the assembled state of the smartphone 1, the resin holder 8 is fitted into the undercut portion 3c. Here, one end of the microphone substrate 7 is covered with the resin holder 8 as well as the case where the resin holder 8 exists to the side of the microphone substrate 7 as shown in FIG. 1A. Even when the resin holder 8 does not exist on the side of the microphone substrate 7 as shown in FIG. 6, the resin holder 8 protrudes from the end of the microphone substrate 7, and the end of the microphone substrate 7 is This also includes the case where it is difficult to make contact with the microphone cushion 21.
Thus, in this embodiment, since at least a part of the periphery of the microphone cushion 21 is surrounded by the fitting ribs 3e, the microphone cushion 21 is extremely easy to position and the microphone substrate 7 is placed under. The microphone cushion 21 is difficult to peel off when inserted into the cut portion 3c.
Also, by configuring the microphone cushion 21 with an elastic member that is more flexible than the housing 3, the sealing property with the microphone substrate 7 is increased, and the acoustic characteristics are improved.
In addition, the end portion of the microphone substrate 7 made of a printed circuit board is often formed in a sharp edge shape or a file shape when cut, and the microphone cushion 21 is peeled off when directly contacting the microphone cushion 21. End up. However, in this embodiment, since the end portion of the microphone substrate 7 is covered with the resin holder 8, the end portion does not directly contact the microphone cushion 21. The resin holder 8 has a rounded corner that is difficult to sharpen during injection molding, and even if the corner abuts against the microphone cushion 21, the microphone cushion 21 is difficult to peel off.
Further, by attaching the microphone sheet 22 including the waterproof film 22a, the waterproof property is secured, and the microphone sheet 22 that is easily peeled off is covered with the microphone cushion 21 made of an elastic member. It is difficult to peel off. In addition, since the outer shape of the microphone sheet 22 is smaller than the outer shape of the microphone cushion 21, the microphone sheet 22 that does not easily peel off does not come into contact with the microphone 20 or the microphone substrate 7, and the microphone sheet 22 is more difficult to peel off. It has become.
Therefore, according to the smartphone 1 according to the present embodiment, the microphone cushion 21 can be effectively prevented from peeling off when the microphone cushion 21 is pressed by the microphone substrate 7.
