在上述实施例的基础上,所述床体2上方设置有床头3,床头3的底端与床体2的顶端固定,支撑管一21设置在床头3和支撑管二27之间,床头3远离支撑管一21的一端设置有把手5;所述床体2的下方设置有两组万向滚轮1,万向滚轮1均匀安装在床体2的底面上。万向滚轮1一般是前后两组,方便推动时的稳定,床头3既是作为床的一个基本结构及功能,同时也是集中控制中心,特别是产品系列中的智能型产品的控制中枢。在自动控制类的产品,床头3安装有智能控制箱6,可自动完成所有***中预设动作。在第一次使用时, 可把病人感到舒适的各项参数进行设定。也可以点动控制各机构的运动。本发明属于医疗器械行业,产品适用于卧床不起、无法行动、行动疼痛的重症病人;年老体衰后卧床不起的老人等,在需要更换床单、背部透气、擦拭身体、大小便、饮食、离开病床接受检查治疗、转移到病房外接受阳光浴和呼吸新鲜空气等护理时,本产品可提供无痛病床转移和移动到目的地行驶。
实施例5:
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示,多功能重症护理***的操作方法,包括以下步骤:将吊带从病人身下穿过后扣紧在支撑管的吊带扣紧装置上,启动铅垂升降动力机构,使得升降架向上升起,将支撑管提升一定的高度,直到病人脱离与床板的接触;所述铅垂升降动力机构能够同步或单独升降,使得病人的身体能够实现侧身;启动横向伸缩动力机构,使得横向伸缩机构进行横向伸缩,改变支撑管之间的横向宽度;启动张紧动力机构来调整吊带的张紧度,达到人体躺或坐的舒适性;启动传动动力机构,利用传动丝杆上的传动螺母移动,在倾斜支撑柱的作用下将支撑管一绕着转动万向节转动,使得病人的上半身实现支撑。病人的悬吊过程主要是上下运动、横向运动、对张紧度的调节以及上半身斜撑过程,上述具体过程顺序根据使用要求调整,通常情况下上下运动是作为最主要的,先向上提升了才能有足够的空间使得病人脱离与床板的接触,实现透气以及更换床单这些功能,然后在横向伸缩或者斜撑时才有足够的空间,不会造成与其他部件出现干涉的现象,护理人员使用原理简便,在家庭中家庭成员能够方便地照顾病人,降低劳动强度,尤其是在现有空巢老人生病时,子女不在身边,只能是老伴之间相互照顾。
一般悬吊的时间不宜太长,最好是能够实现规律性地间隔悬吊,既实现了病人透气或者更换床单等功能,也避免造成悬吊后受力部位出现充血或者局部组织坏死的现象。
如上所述,可较好的实现本发明。

Claims (10)

  1. 多功能重症护理***,包括床体,其特征在于,所述床体(2)上方设置有提升架,提升架中设置有床板(13)和若干根吊带(12),床板(13)安装在床体(2)上,吊带(12)的两端与提升架固定,吊带(12)设置在床板(13)的上方,提升架上设置有能够调整吊带张紧度的张紧机构(11),且张紧机构(11)与吊带(12)连接;所述床板(13)的两侧均设置有能够进行铅垂方向升降的铅垂升降机构,铅垂升降机构底端与床体(2)固定,另一端均与提升架固定,铅垂升降机构之间设置有能够在水平方向进行伸缩的横向伸缩机构(16),横向伸缩机构(16)安装在床体(2)上,且横向伸缩机构(16)同时与铅垂升降机构连接;所述提升架连接有能够进行转动的上身倾斜机构,且上身倾斜机构与提升架连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能重症护理***,其特征在于,所述提升架包括两根相互平行的支撑管(18),铅垂升降机构的顶部与支撑管(18)的底部接触,吊带(12)设置在支撑管(18)之间,且吊带(12)同时与支撑管(18)连接,张紧机构(11)与支撑管(18)连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能重症护理***,其特征在于,所述支撑管(18)的下方设置有升降轨道(9),升降轨道(9)的底端与床体(2)垂直固定,升降轨道(9)中设置有升降导杆,升降导杆的顶端与支撑管(18)的底端垂直固定,且升降导杆能够在升降轨道(9)中进行铅垂方向移动。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能重症护理***,其特征在于,所述支撑管(18)之间设置有横向伸缩轨道(10),横向伸缩轨道的一端与其中一根支撑管(18)垂直固定,横向伸缩轨道(10)中设置有横向导杆,横向导杆穿过该横向伸缩轨道(10)与另一根支撑管(18)垂直固定,横向导杆能够沿着对应的横向伸缩轨道(10)进行水平移动。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能重症护理***,其特征在于,所述铅垂升降机构包括升降架(8)和连接管(19),升降架(8)的顶部与连接管(19)固定,连接管(19)对应设置在支撑管(18)的正下方,连接管(19)能够随着升降架(8)进行铅垂方向升降移动;所述横向伸缩机构(16)的两端同时与升降架(8)的底部固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的多功能重症护理***,其特征在于,所述上身倾斜机构包括传动丝杆(24),传动丝杆(24)的两端均套合有轴承座(25),轴承座(25)和传动丝杆(24)均设置在连接管(19)中,传动丝杆(24)的外壁上套合有传动螺母(23),传动螺母(23)设置在轴承座(25)之间,且传动螺母(23)能够沿着传动丝杆(24)的外壁移动,传动螺母(23)连接有倾斜支撑柱(22),倾斜支撑柱(22)远离传动螺母(23)的一端与支撑管(18)连接;所述支撑管包括支撑管一(21)和支撑管二(27),支撑管一(21)和 支撑管二(27)之间设置有转动万向节(20),转动万向节(20)同时与支撑管一(21)和支撑管二(27)连接,且支撑管一(21)能够绕着转动万向节(20)转动,支撑管一(21)靠近传动丝杆(24),支撑管二(27)与连接管(19)的顶部固定,倾斜支撑柱(22)远离传动螺母(23)的一端与支撑管一(21)连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的多功能重症护理***,其特征在于,所述传动丝杆(24)的一端设置有传动动力机构(26),传动动力机构(26)设置在连接管(19)外部;所述横向伸缩机构连接有横向伸缩动力机构(17),铅垂升降机构连接有铅垂升降动力机构(7),张紧机构(11)连接有张紧动力机构(4)。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的多功能重症护理***,其特征在于,所述床体(2)上方设置有床头(3),床头(3)的底端与床体(2)的顶端固定,支撑管一(21)设置在床头(3)和支撑管二(27)之间,床头(3)远离支撑管一(21)的一端设置有把手(5);所述床体(2)的下方设置有两组万向滚轮(1),万向滚轮(1)均匀安装在床体(2)的底面上。
  9. 多功能重症护理***的操作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    (a)将吊带从病人身下穿过后扣紧在支撑管的吊带扣紧装置上,启动铅垂升降动力机构,使得升降架向上升起,将支撑管提升一定的高度,直到病人脱离与床板的接触;
    (b)启动横向伸缩动力机构,使得横向伸缩机构进行横向伸缩,改变支撑管之间的横向宽度;
    (c)启动张紧动力机构来调整吊带的张紧度,达到人体躺或坐的舒适性;
    (d)启动传动动力机构,利用传动丝杆上的传动螺母移动,在倾斜支撑柱的作用下将支撑管一绕着转动万向节转动,使得病人的上半身实现支撑。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的多功能重症护理***的操作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(a)中的铅垂升降动力机构能够同步或单独升降,使得病人的身体能够实现侧身。
