进一步的,所述处理器利用外部设备展示人机交互项的具体操作为:通过WIFI基于多屏互动协议,利用与多***终端关联的外部设备展示所述人机交互项;
当所述外部设备为多个时,处理器还执行:将多个外部设备展示给用户,根据用户操作选择一个或多个外部设备展示所述人机交互项。
进一步的,所述处理器在监听到通话请求后,还执行:检测是否开启多屏互动功能;当开启时,提示用户是否选择将当前人机交互项通过外部设备展示;当用户选择时,利用外部设备展示人机交互项,并切换至所述通话请求所属的***处理所述通话请求。
进一步的,所述处理器在处理所述通话请求之后,还执行:提示用户是否返回所述人机交互项所属的***执行所述人机交互项,若是,则切换至所述人机交互项所属的***执行所述人机交互项。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供的方案,终端在当前***执行人机交互项的同时,监听通话请求,在监听到通话请求后,提醒用户,并根据用户操作将正在执行的人机交互项利用外部设备来继续执行,并将终端切换到通话请求所属的***供用户接听新通话,在此基础上,即可通过外部设备继续某***操作,又可切换至通话请求所属的***处理新通话,解决了现有技术中用户需要处理某***的电话等新通话时,必须终止其他***的活动的问题,增强了用户的使用体验。

具体实施方式
现通过具体实施方式结合附图的方式对本发明做出进一步的诠释说明。
本发明所涉及的通话包括电话、QQ应用中的视频/语音等需要用户切换到对应***才能接听处理的应用通话,终端在接收到这类通话时,会产生通话请求来提醒用户。
第一实施例:
图1为本发明第一实施例提供的通话管理方法的流程图,由图1可知,在本实施例中,本发明提供的通话管理方法包括以下步骤:
S101:在执行人机交互项时,监听通话请求;
本发明主要在用户利用终端在执行某些人机交互项时执行,如利用普通***观看视频、浏览网页等。若用户没有执行某些人机交互项,如终端处于待机状态时,即便出现通话请求,用户直接切换至对应***处理即可,而不需要终止人机交互项,即,当终端处于待机等没有存在人机交互项时,不需监听通话请求,可以在一定程度上降低终端的功耗。
S102:监听到通话请求后,根据用户操作利用外部设备展示人机交互项,并切换至通话请求所属的***处理通话请求;
在实际应用中,人机交互项所属的***与通话请求所属的***存在两种关系:相同与不同。具体如下:
人机交互项所属的***与通话请求所属的***相同的情况,如用户在普通***看视频、位于普通***内的联系人来电(即通话请求属于普通***)时,用户在普通***看视频说明终端处于普通***,此时通话请求也属于普通***,用户不需要切换终端的***即可处理,针对这种情况,用户在接听电话的同时,还可以继续之前的人机交互项(现有大部分手机都可以实现),无需通过外部设备展示。在一些实施例中,用户可以设置出现通话请求时,即将人机交互项通过外部设备展示,那么在这种设置下,当监听到通话请求后,终端即提示用户选择一个外部设备作为展示人机交互项的新设备,在这个新设备上继续执行之前的人机交互项,而用户使用终端进行通话,只是不需要终端切换***而已;例如,用户在接电话的同时,在新设备上继续观看视频,并与通话对象分享观看体验等。
人机交互项所属的***与通话请求所属的***不同的情况,如用户在普通***看视频、位于安全***内的联系人来电(即通话请求属于安全***)时,用 户在普通***看视频说明终端处于普通***,此时通话请求属于安全***,用户需要切换终端至安全***才能处理通话请求。针对这种情况,若按照现有技术,用户在接听电话之前,必需终止之前的人机交互项,并将手机等终端从普通***切换到安全***才能处理这个通话请求;若按照上述步骤,用户无需终止在普通***运行的人机交互项,仅需将其通过外部设备展示,而终端则会切换到安全***以供用户接听通话请求。
在一些实施例中,上述实施例中的利用外部设备展示人机交互项的步骤包括:通过WIFI基于多屏互动协议,利用与多***终端关联的外部设备展示人机交互项;本实施例提供了一种具体的、可以利用外部设备展示人机交互项的方案。多屏互动是指基于DLNA协议、闪联协议或者Miracast协议等多屏互动协议,通过WIFI网络连接,在不同多媒体终端上,如常见基于Ios、Android、Symbian等不同操作***上的不同智能终端设备如手机、PAD、TV等之间,可进行多媒体(音频、视频、图片)内容的传输、解析、展示、控制等一系列操作,可以在不同平台设备上同时共享展示内容,即几种设备的屏幕,通过专门的连接设备就可以互相连接转换,比如手机上的电影可以在电视上播放,平板上的图片可以在电视上分享,电脑的内容可以投影到电视上。本实施例所涉及的外部设备是指与本申请中的多***终端建立了多屏互动连接的设备,在用户需要处理通话请求时,可以将当前的人机交互项通过这些外部设备进行展示,实现了这些人机交互项的继续执行,而不必终止这些人机交互项。
在一些实施例中,当外部设备为多个时,上述实施例还包括:将多个外部设备展示给用户,根据用户操作选择一个或多个外部设备展示人机交互项。本实施例是基于上述实施例的进一步说明,与本申请中的多***终端建立了多屏互动连接的设备可以是一个,也可以是多个,那么,在实际应用中,用户可以选择一个或多个外部设备展示用户正在执行的人机交互项,便于用户根据实际情况选择合适的外部设备展示人机交互项,例如用户在客厅就可以选择TV进行展示,若在卧室就可以选择PAD展示。
在一些实施例中,上述实施例在监听到通话请求后,还包括:检测是否开启多屏互动功能;当开启时,提示用户是否选择将当前人机交互项通过外部设备展示,当用户选择时,利用外部设备展示人机交互项,并切换至通话请求所属的***处理通话请求,若用户不选择将当前人机交互项通过外部设备展示,那么 就终止该人机交互项,直接切换至通话请求所属的***处理通话请求;当未开启多屏互动功能时,直接根据用户操作终止当前人机交互项,并切换至通话请求所属的***处理通话请求。
在一些实施例中,上述实施例在处理通话请求之后,还包括:提示用户是否返回人机交互项所属的***执行人机交互项,若是,则切换至人机交互项所属的***执行人机交互项,若否,则终端停留在通话请求所属的***,并继续利用外部设备执行人机交互项。
图2为本发明第二实施例提供的通话管理装置的结构示意图,由图2可知,在本实施例中,本发明提供的通话管理装置2包括监听模块21及管理模块22;其中,
监听模块21,用于在执行人机交互项时,监听通话请求;
管理模块22,用于监听到通话请求后,根据用户操作利用外部设备展示人机交互项,并根据通话请求确定所属的***,切换至通话请求所属的***处理通话请求。
第三实施例:
图3为本发明第三实施例提供的通话管理装置中管理模块的结构示意图;由图3可知:
在一些实施例中,图2所示实施例中的管理模块22包括连接单元221,连接单元221用于通过WIFI基于多屏互动协议,连接多***终端与外部设备,并利用与多***终端关联的外部设备展示人机交互项。
在一些实施例中,图2所示实施例中的管理模块22还包括选择单元222,选择单元222用于当外部设备为多个时,将多个外部设备展示给用户,根据用户操作选择一个或多个外部设备展示人机交互项。
在一些实施例中,图2所示实施例中的管理模块22还包括检测单元223,检测单元223用于检测是否开启多屏互动功能;当开启时,提示用户是否选择将当前人机交互项通过外部设备展示;当用户选择时,利用外部设备展示人机交互项,并切换至通话请求所属的***处理通话请求。
在一些实施例中,图2所示实施例中的管理模块22还包括切换单元224,切换单元224用于在处理通话请求之后,提示用户是否返回人机交互项所属的***执行人机交互项,若是,则切换至人机交互项所属的***执行人机交互项。
对应的,本发明也提供了一种多***终端,其包括本发明提供的通话管理装置2。
第四实施例:
现以用户在手机的普通***观看视频、安全***有新来电为应用场景对本发明做进一步的诠释说明。图4为本发明第四实施例提供的通话管理方法的流程图,由图4可知,在本实施例中,本发明提供的通话管理方法包括以下步骤:
S401:终端开启多屏互动功能,建立多屏互动连接;
根据用户操作及手机等终端的性能,与至少一个外部设备建立多屏互动连接,终端后台维护这些外部设备的路由表,并动态更新路由表,假设外部设备有TV、PAD这2个设备。
S402:用户使用普通***观看视频,终端开始监听通话请求;
用户利用手机普通***内的应用软件看视频,此时,手机后台开始监听是否出现通话请求。
在实际应用中,若终端被叫,则终端内通信应用层内的modem(调制解调器)在检测到通话请求后,会产生一个中断信号,本申请通过检测中断信号来检测通话请求。
S403:终端监听到通话请求,提醒用户选择外部设备;
当终端后台监听到来自安全***的通话请求后,根据路由表确定当前可用的外部设备,并通过UI界面向用户展示,用户根据实际情况选择一个或多个外部设备。
在实际应用中,当终端检测到modem产生的中断信号后,触发一个中断处理函数,该中断处理函数用于提取路由表中可用的外部设备,并通过界面显示给用户,供用户选择。
S404:根据用户选择,将人机交互项通过外部设备展示;终端切换至安全***,用户接听电话;
例如用户在客厅休息,选择TV作为继续展示视频的外部设备,此时终端不会中断普通***中的视频,只是切断当前视频播放的音频数据流,同时通过相关通信协议建立手机与TV的无线连接,并获取TV的屏幕播放控制权,将普通***中的手机页面或视频,音频等数据发送到TV继续播放。
在终端将视频数据等发送到TV以保证人机交互项继续执行之后,终端就 可以从普通***切换到安全***,用户就可以处理安全***的通话请求,如接听电话等。
S405:通话请求处理之后,提醒用户返回普通***;
用户在接听完通话、挂断电话之后,modem也将产生一个释放信号(也是一个中断信号),终端在检测到释放信号之后,利用界面提醒是否返回普通***继续执行人机交互项。具体包括:首先供用户选择是否保持当前状态,若保持,则继续用TV播放视频、手机处于安全***;若不保持,则再次供选择是中断人机交互项还是返回普通***继续执行人机交互项。
S406:根据用户选择处理人机交互项;
承接上述步骤,若用户选择保持当前状态,则继续用TV播放视频、手机处于安全***;若用户选择中断人机交互项,则中断人机交互项(断开终端与外部设备的连接,释放外部设备TV的控制权)、手机处于安全***;若用户选择返回普通***继续执行人机交互项,则将终端从安全***切换至普通***,断开终端与外部设备TV的连接,释放外部设备TV的控制权,继续在普通***播放视频。
第五实施例:
图5为本发明第五实施例提供的多***终端的流程图,由图5可知,该多***终端5可以包括:至少一个处理器51,例如CPU,至少一个通信总线52以及存储器53;通信总线52用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信;存储器53可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。存储器53中存储一组程序代码,且处理器51用于调用存储器53中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
在执行人机交互项时,监听通话请求;
监听到通话请求后,根据用户操作利用外部设备展示所述人机交互项,并切换至所述通话请求所属的***处理所述通话请求。
可选的,所述处理器51利用外部设备展示人机交互项的具体操作为:通过WIFI基于多屏互动协议,利用与多***终端关联的外部设备展示所述人机交互项;
当所述外部设备为多个时,处理器还执行:将多个外部设备展示给用户,根据用户操作选择一个或多个外部设备展示所述人机交互项。
可选的,所述处理器51在监听到通话请求后,还执行:检测是否开启多屏互动功能;当开启时,提示用户是否选择将当前人机交互项通过外部设备展示;当用户选择时,利用外部设备展示人机交互项,并切换至所述通话请求所属的***处理所述通话请求。
可选的,所述处理器51在处理所述通话请求之后,还执行:提示用户是否返回所述人机交互项所属的***执行所述人机交互项,若是,则切换至所述人机交互项所属的***执行所述人机交互项。
综上可知,通过本发明的实施,至少存在以下有益效果:
终端在当前***执行人机交互项的同时,监听通话请求,在监听到通话请求后,提醒用户,并根据用户操作将正在执行的人机交互项利用外部设备来继续执行,并将终端切换到通话请求所属的***供用户接听新通话,在此基础上,即可通过外部设备继续某***操作,又可切换至通话请求所属的***处理新通话,解决了现有技术中用户需要处理某***的电话等新通话时,必须终止其他***的活动的问题,增强了用户的使用体验。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成的,程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,存储介质可以如ROM/RAM、磁盘、光盘等。
以上仅是本发明的具体实施方式而已,并非对本发明做任何形式上的限制,凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施方式所做的任意简单修改、等同变化、结合或修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的保护范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种多***终端的通话管理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在执行人机交互项时,监听通话请求;
    监听到通话请求后,根据用户操作利用外部设备展示所述人机交互项,并切换至所述通话请求所属的***处理所述通话请求。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的通话管理方法,其特征在于,利用外部设备展示人机交互项包括:通过WIFI基于多屏互动协议,利用与多***终端关联的外部设备展示所述人机交互项。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的通话管理方法,其特征在于,当所述外部设备为多个时,还包括:将多个外部设备展示给用户,根据用户操作选择一个或多个外部设备展示所述人机交互项。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的通话管理方法,其特征在于,在监听到通话请求后,还包括:检测是否开启多屏互动功能;当开启时,提示用户是否选择将当前人机交互项通过外部设备展示;当用户选择时,利用外部设备展示人机交互项,并切换至所述通话请求所属的***处理所述通话请求。
  5. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的通话管理方法,其特征在于,在处理所述通话请求之后,还包括:提示用户是否返回所述人机交互项所属的***执行所述人机交互项,若是,则切换至所述人机交互项所属的***执行所述人机交互项。
  6. 一种多***终端的通话管理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    监听模块,用于在执行人机交互项时,监听通话请求;
    管理模块,用于监听到通话请求后,根据用户操作利用外部设备展示所述人机交互项,并切换至所述通话请求所属的***处理所述通话请求。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的通话管理装置,其特征在于,所述管理模块包括连接单元,所述连接单元用于通过WIFI基于多屏互动协议,连接多***终端 与外部设备,并利用所述外部设备展示所述人机交互项;
    所述管理模块还包括选择单元,所述选择单元用于当所述外部设备为多个时,将多个外部设备展示给用户,根据用户操作选择一个或多个外部设备展示所述人机交互项。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的通话管理装置,其特征在于,所述管理模块还包括检测单元,所述检测单元用于检测是否开启多屏互动功能;当开启时,提示用户是否选择将当前人机交互项通过外部设备展示;当用户选择时,利用外部设备展示人机交互项,并切换至所述通话请求所属的***处理所述通话请求。
  9. 如权利要求6至8任一项所述的通话管理装置,其特征在于,所述管理模块还包括切换单元,所述切换单元用于在处理所述通话请求之后,提示用户是否返回所述人机交互项所属的***执行所述人机交互项,若是,则切换至所述人机交互项所属的***执行所述人机交互项。
  10. 一种多***终端,其特征在于,所述多***终端包括存储器和处理器,其中,所述存储器中存储一组程序代码,且所述处理器用于调用所述存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
    在执行人机交互项时,监听通话请求;
    监听到通话请求后,根据用户操作利用外部设备展示所述人机交互项,并切换至所述通话请求所属的***处理所述通话请求。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的多***终端,其特征在于,所述处理器利用外部设备展示人机交互项的具体操作为:通过WIFI基于多屏互动协议,利用与多***终端关联的外部设备展示所述人机交互项;
    当所述外部设备为多个时,处理器还执行:将多个外部设备展示给用户,根据用户操作选择一个或多个外部设备展示所述人机交互项。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的多***终端,其特征在于,所述处理器在监听 到通话请求后,还执行:检测是否开启多屏互动功能;当开启时,提示用户是否选择将当前人机交互项通过外部设备展示;当用户选择时,利用外部设备展示人机交互项,并切换至所述通话请求所属的***处理所述通话请求。
  13. 如权利要求10至12任一项所述的多***终端,其特征在于,所述处理器在处理所述通话请求之后,还执行:提示用户是否返回所述人机交互项所属的***执行所述人机交互项,若是,则切换至所述人机交互项所属的***执行所述人机交互项。
