Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft Verfahren zur Gewinnung, insbesondere zum Ernten, von Algen und/oder Mikroorganismen (3) aus einem Reaktionsmedium (4), beispielsweise zum Ernten aus einer aus Mikroorganismen (3) und Nährlösung bestehenden Suspension, insbesondere bei einer Zucht und Produktion bzw. Hydrokultivierung. Eine Aufkonzentration des Reaktionsmediums (4) erfolgt über ein als Hohlfasermembran ausgebildetes Filtersystem (14, 15). Im ersten Schritt wird das Reaktionsmedium (4) kontinuierlich, insbesondere auch während eines Reinigungszyklus für das Filtersystem (14,15), einem Auffangbehälter (16) von einer Zuchtstation (1) zugeführt. Im zweiten Schritt durchläuft das Reaktionsmedium (4) mehrere, insbesondere zumindest eine weitere Filterstufe (11,12) zur Erhöhung der Konzentration des Reaktionsmediums (4) durch Absonderung von Flüssigkeit, insbesondere der Nährlösung aus dem Reaktionsmedium (4).
