需要说明的是,当仅有一个分享终端和接收终端时,是由无线网关设备直接建立分享终端和接收终端的连接,当所述分享终端和接收终端均具有多个时,具体是通过无线网关设备建立所述分享终端的无线热点与所述接收终端的无线热点的连接,以实现多个分享终端与多个接收终端之间的流量的共享。
具体实施时,本发明实施例在分享终端的流量满足流量分享条件时,进入接收终端的范围内,并启动无线局域网WLAN(即,便携式热点功能),接收终端扫描到分享终端启动了无线局域网WLAN后,与分享终端通过路由进行连接(当然也可以由分享终端来扫描接收终端的无线局域网,并在扫描到接收终端无线局域网WLAN后,与接收终端通过路由进行连接)。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例的接收终端在与分享终端进行连接前,还要对分享终端进行鉴权,只有鉴权通过了,才与该分享终端进行连接,具体的,本发明实施例的接收终端可以通过对分享终端的服务集标识(Service Set Identifier,SSID)进行验证,判断该分享终端是否能够连接,如果是,则与该分享终端进行连接,否则,则不与该分享终端进行连接。
相应的,本领域的技术人员也可以设置分享终端对接收终端进行权限验证,并对验证通过的接收终端进行连接以及流量分享,否则,则不进行连接。
当所述分享终端为多个时,本发明实施例所述将所述分享终端的流量分享给所述接收终 端具体包括:对多个所述分享终端的流量进行流量平均分配处理,以使每一个所述分享终端分享的流量均相同,并将处理后的流量分享给所述接收终端。
具体实施时,当所述分享终端为多个时,为了获得更多更稳定的流量,本发明通过将多个所述分享终端的流量进行负载均衡处理,并将负载均衡处理后流量分享给所述接收终端。也就是说,具体实施时,本发明通过对分享终端的流量进行负载均衡处理来达到上述的流量平均分配处理的目的。
即,本发明通过将多个分享终端通过负载均衡处理,从而使接收终端能够获得更多的分享的终端的流量,且能够实现更稳定的网速。
当所述接收终端为多个时,所述将所述分享终端的流量分享给所述接收终端具体包括:对所述分享终端的流量进行提高流量利用率处理,并将处理后的流量分享给多个所述接收终端。
具体实施时,当所述接收终端为多个时,本发明通过将分享终端的流量进行服务质量QOS处理,并将处理后流量分享给所述接收终端。也就是说,具体实施时,本发明通过服务质量QOS处理来达到上述的提高流量利用率处理的目的。
当所述分享终端和所述接收终端为多个时,本发明通过将多个所述分享终端的流量依次进行负载均衡处理和服务质量QOS处理,并将服务质量QOS处理后的流量分享给多个所述接收终端。
本发明通过负载均衡处理将流量平均分配到每个被分享端(也就是所述的接收终端),并通过服务质量QOS处理使网关设备可以更有效率的分配流量,继而提高了流量利用率。
即,本发明通过将负载均衡处理后的流量进行服务质量QOS处理,从而解决了网络延迟和阻塞等问题,以使接收终端能够更好更稳定的获取到分享终端的网速。
本发明实施例所述的方法还包括:
对所述分享终端进行实时监测,当监测到所述分享终端的剩余流量达到预设的剩余流量阈值下限、所述分享终端的分享时间达到预设的第一分享时间阈值和所述分享终端的分享流量达到预设的分享流量阈值中的一种或多种时,断开所述分享终端与所述接收终端的连接;
并且,本发明在当所述分享终端的分享速率超过预设的分享速率阈值时,对所述分享终端的分享速率进行控制,即在达到分享速率阈值时进行分享速率控制。
即,本发明通过对分享终端进行实时监测,当达到预设的分享约束条件时,则结束分享,本发明所述的约束条件包括监测到所述分享终端的剩余流量达到预设的剩余流量阈值下限、所述分享终端的分享时间不在预设的分享时间段;和所述分享终端的分享流量达到预设的分享流量阈值,以及当所述分享终端的分享速率超过预设的分享速率阈值等等。当然本领域的技术人员也可以根据需要设置其他的分享约束条件。
需要说明的是,由于分享时会限制分享终端用户的位置,以及开关机状态,因此为了分 享终端的方便,可以设置分享时间段,不在该分享时间段内,则断开连接不进行流量分享,如,设置每天的分享时间段为早晨8点至晚上8点,等等;
为了保证分享终端的正常上网的需求,而不将所有流量都进行分享,因此,本发明实施例设置了剩余流量阈值下限,该阈值具体可根据用户的需求自行进行定义;同时,本发明通过设置分享流量阈值来进一步限制分享的流量。
本发明实施例所述的流量分享条件包括:超过分享时间阈值和剩余流量阈值上限。举例来说,本发明可设置分享时间阈值为每个月的最后一周,并设置剩余流量阈值上限为总流量的一半,即,分享终端在每个月的最后一周里,当其剩余的流量还有总流量的一半时,则启动分享。当然本领域的技术人员可以根据实际需要设置其他的流量分享条件,如,具体的分享时间段,等等。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例所述的各个阈值均可以根据实际需要进行任意设定以及后续的调整,并且本发明实施例所述的剩余流量阈值下限的流量小于剩余流量阈值上限的流量,例如,设置剩余流量阈值上限为总流量的一半,剩余流量阈值下限为总流量的1/10,等等。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例所述的各个阈值均可以根据实际需要进行任意设定以及后续的调整。
图2和图3分别为本发明实施例的另一种数据流量分享的方法的流程图,下面将结合图2和图3对本发明所述的方法进行详细的解释和说明:
如图2所示,本发明的数据流量分享的方法包括:
步骤S201,分享终端启动;
步骤S202,检查是否满足流量分享条件,不满足,则进入S206,否则,进入S203;
流量分享条件可以由用户自行设定,并且可以限制分享的速率,以及每日分享的流量限制,等等;
步骤S203,分享终端打开WIFI,扫描接收终端的SSID,当扫描到接收终端的SSID时,分享终端打开便携式WLAN热点,与接收终端的便携式WLAN进行连接;
该步骤中分享终端要持续扫描,如果扫描到接收终端的SSID,则说明已经进入接收终端的范围之内。如果没有扫描到,则说明没有进入接收终端的范围之内,应该继续进行扫描;
当然,本领域的技术人员也可以根据需要,由接收终端来扫描分享终端的SSID,以判断分享终端与接收终端是否在同一个WIFI环境下。而且,为了保证安全,在分享终端与接收终端连接前,分享终端和接收终端也可以设置鉴权验证的步骤。
步骤S204,开始分享;
步骤S205,分享过程中,实时判断是否满足分享约束条件,如果满足则进入S206;
步骤S206,结束分享。
当数据分享时涉及多个分享终端和多个接收终端时,如图3所示,本发明所述的数据流量分享的方法包括:
步骤S301,满足流量分享条件时,分享终端启动WLAN;
步骤S302,分享终端扫描接收终端的WLAN信息,并在扫描到的情况下,与接收终端进行连接;
步骤S303,当具有到多个分享终端和多个接收终端时,则将多个分享终端的流量数据进行负载均衡处理,并将负载均衡处理后的流量数据再进行服务质量QOS处理,并将服务质量QOS处理后的流量分享给多个接收终端;
本发明通过负载均衡处理和服务质量QOS处理能够使多个分享终端的流量同时被多个接收终端所共享,并能够达到流量的合理分配。
步骤S304,分享过程中,实时判断是否满足分享约束条件,如果满足则进入S305;
步骤S305,结束分享。
需要说明的是,本领域的技术人员也可以根据需要将本发明所述的功能完全或部分的设置在接收终端、分享终端或无线网关设备上来实现本发明所述的数据流量分享的方法。
本发明通过将分享终端与接收终端建立连接,并将分享终端的流量发送给接收终端,使接收终端能够分享分享终端的流量,从而有效解决了现有技术中终端间的流量不能共享的问题。
装置实施例
本发明实施例提供了一种数据流量分享的装置,参见图4,该装置具体可以设置在无线网关设备上,该装置包括相互耦合的获取模块、连接模块和分享模块:
获取模块,设置为获取分享终端的流量信息;
连接模块,设置为当获知所述分享终端达到预设的流量分享条件时,建立所述分享终端与接收终端的连接;
分享模块,设置为将所述分享终端的流量分享给所述接收终端。
本发明通过连接模块建立分享终端与接收终端的连接,并通过分享模块使分享终端将流量分享给接收终端,从而有效解决了现有技术中终端间的流量不能共享的问题。
优选地,本发明实施例所述的连接模块具体设置为,通过无线网关设备建立所述分享终端的无线热点与所述接收终端的无线热点的连接。
本发明实施例所述的分享终端和接收终端为任何具有上网功能的终端,如手机等等,需要说明的是,本发明实施例的分享终端和接收终端均具有便携式无线局域网WLAN功能,以使本发明所述的分享终端通过WIFI无线网关设备连接到接收终端上,并使用分享终端的数据流量。并且,本发明实施例所述的WIFI无线网关设备均具有中继模式,即本发明实施例所述的WIFI无线网关设备能够通过中继模式使无线网关设备连接其他无线热点,并将其他无线热点的网络分享给连接到自身上。
具体实施时,本发明实施例所述分享模块进一步包括:流量平均分配单元和分享单元;
流量平均分配单元,设置为在所述分享终端为多个时,对多个所述分享终端的流量进行流量平均分配处理,以使每一个所述分享终端分享的流量均相同,并将处理后的流量发送给分享单元;所述分享单元,设置为将所述流量平均分配单元处理后的流量分享给所述接收终端。
需要说明的是,本发明所述分享模块还可进一步包括:提高流量利用率处理单元;具体的,本发明实施例所述的提高流量利用率处理单元设置为,当所述分享终端为多个时,对所述分享终端的流量进行提高流量利用率处理,并将处理后的流量发送给所述分享单元进行流量分享。
本发明所述的装置还包括:监测模块;通过所述监测模块对所述分享终端进行监测:当监测到所述分享终端满足以下至少一种时,触发所述连接单元断开所述分享终端与所述接收终端的连接:所述分享终端的剩余流量达到预设的剩余流量阈值下限;所述分享终端的分享时间不在预设的分享时间段;所述分享终端的分享流量达到预设的分享流量阈值。
即,本发明通过对分享终端进行实时监测,当达到预设的分享约束条件时,则结束分享,本发明所述的约束条件包括监测到所述分享终端的剩余流量达到预设的剩余流量阈值下限、所述分享终端的分享时间不在预设的分享时间段;和所述分享终端的分享流量达到预设的分享流量阈值,以及当所述分享终端的分享速率超过预设的分享速率阈值等等。当然本领域的技术人员也可以根据需要设置其他的分享约束条件。
需要说明的是,由于分享时会限制分享终端用户的位置,以及开关机状态,因此为了分享终端的方便,可以设置分享时间段,不在该分享时间段内,则断开连接不进行流量分享,如,设置每天的分享时间段为早晨8点至晚上8点,等等;
为了保证分享终端的正常上网的需求,而不将所有流量都进行分享,因此,本发明实施例设置了剩余流量阈值下限,该阈值具体可根据用户的需求自行进行定义;同时,本发明通过设置分享流量阈值来进一步限制分享的流量。
本发明实施例所述的流量分享条件包括:超过分享时间阈值和剩余流量阈值上限。举例来说,本发明可设置分享时间阈值为每个月的最后一周,并设置剩余流量阈值上限为总流量的一半,即,分享终端在每个月的最后一周里,当其剩余的流量还有总流量的一半时,则启动分享。当然本领域的技术人员可以根据实际需要设置其他的流量分享条件,如,具体的分 享时间段,等等。
并且,本发明实施例所述的分享模块还设置为,当所述分享终端的分享速率超过预设的分享速率阈值时,对所述分享终端的分享速率进行控制。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例所述的各个阈值均可以根据实际需要进行任意设定以及后续的调整,并且本发明实施例所述的剩余流量阈值下限的流量小于剩余流量阈值上限的流量,例如,设置剩余流量阈值上限为总流量的一半,剩余流量阈值下限为总流量的1/10,等等。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例所述的各个阈值均可以根据实际需要进行任意设定以及后续的调整。

本发明的一种数据流量分享的方法及装置,通过将分享终端与接收终端建立连接,并将分享终端的流量发送给接收终端,使接收终端能够分享分享终端的流量,从而有效解决了现有技术中终端间的流量不能共享的问题。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书的保护范围为准。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种数据流量分享的方法,包括:
    获取分享终端的流量信息;
    当获知所述分享终端达到预设的流量分享条件时,建立所述分享终端与接收终端的连接,将所述分享终端的流量分享给所述接收终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述建立所述分享终端与接收终端的连接的步骤具体包括:
    通过无线网关设备建立所述分享终端的无线热点与所述接收终端的无线热点的连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,当所述分享终端为多个时,所述将所述分享终端的流量分享给所述接收终端具体包括:
    对多个所述分享终端的流量进行流量平均分配处理,以使每一个所述分享终端分享的流量均相同,并将处理后的流量分享给所述接收终端。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的方法,其中,当所述接收终端为多个时,所述将所述分享终端的流量分享给所述接收终端具体包括:
    对所述分享终端的流量进行提高流量利用率处理,并将处理后的流量分享给多个所述接收终端。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    对所述分享终端进行监测:
    当监测到所述分享终端满足以下至少一种时,断开所述分享终端与所述接收终端的连接:所述分享终端的剩余流量达到预设的剩余流量阈值下限;所述分享终端的分享时间不在预设的分享时间段;所述分享终端的分享流量达到预设的分享流量阈值。
  6. 根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的方法,其中,
    所述流量分享条件包括:超过分享时间阈值和剩余流量阈值上限;
    还包括:
    当所述分享终端的分享速率超过预设的分享速率阈值时,对所述分享终端的分享速率进行控制。
  7. 一种数据流量分享的装置,包括:
    获取模块,设置为获取分享终端的流量信息;
    连接模块,设置为当获知所述分享终端达到预设的流量分享条件时,建立所述分享 终端与接收终端的连接;
    分享模块,设置为将所述分享终端的流量分享给所述接收终端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,
    所述连接模块具体设置为,通过无线网关设备建立所述分享终端的无线热点与所述接收终端的无线热点的连接。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述分享模块进一步包括:流量平均分配单元和分享单元;
    流量平均分配单元,设置为在所述分享终端为多个时,对多个所述分享终端的流量进行流量平均分配处理,以使每一个所述分享终端分享的流量均相同,并将处理后的流量发送给分享单元;
    所述分享单元,设置为将所述流量平均分配单元处理后的流量分享给所述接收终端。
  10. 根据权利要求7-9中任意一项所述的装置,其中,所述分享模块进一步包括:提高流量利用率处理单元和分享单元;
    提高流量利用率处理单元设置为,当所述分享终端为多个时,对所述分享终端的流量进行提高流量利用率处理,并将处理后的流量发送给所述分享单元;
    所述分享单元,设置为将所述提高流量利用率处理单元处理后的流量发送给多个所述接收终端。
  11. 根据权利要求7-9中任意一项所述的装置,其中,还包括:监测模块;
    所述监测模块,设置为对所述分享终端进行监测:当监测到所述分享终端满足以下至少一种时,触发所述连接单元断开所述分享终端与所述接收终端的连接:所述分享终端的剩余流量达到预设的剩余流量阈值下限;所述分享终端的分享时间不在预设的分享时间段;所述分享终端的分享流量达到预设的分享流量阈值。
  12. 根据权利要求7-9中任意一项所述的装置,其中,
    所述流量分享条件包括:超过分享时间阈值和剩余流量阈值上限。
    所述分享模块还设置为,当所述分享终端的分享速率超过预设的分享速率阈值时,对所述分享终端的分享速率进行控制。
  13. 一种无线网关设备,所述无线网关设备包括权利要求7-12中任意一项所述的装置。
