- 제1내용물이 저장되며, 그 상부에 내용물이 배출되도록 배출부가 구비되는 용기본체;상기 용기본체와 분리 형성되며 사용시 상기 용기본체의 상부에 결합되되, 상기 배출부에 나사결합되며 그 중앙부에는 상방향으로 개폐봉이 돌출형성되고 양측면에는 한 쌍의 회전가이드홈이 형성되는 마감캡과, 상기 마감캡의 내측에서 상기 개폐봉을 감싸며 승강 가능하게 결합되며 상기 개폐봉에 의해 개폐되는 중공이 형성되고 그 외주면 양측에 상기 회전가이드홈에 결합되는 한 쌍의 가이드돌기가 형성되는 승강부재와, 상기 마감캡을 감싸며 회전 가능하게 결합되며 그 내주면에 상기 가이드돌기의 수직이동을 가이드하는 수직가이드홈이 형성되는 회전체와, 제2내용물이 저장되는 공간을 형성하며 그 상부에는 내용물 토출구가 구비되는 스포이드 파이프를 포함하는 스포이드부;를 포함하되,상기 회전체의 회전에 의해 상기 승강부재가 상승함에 따라 상기 스포이드 파이프에 저장된 제2내용물이 상기 용기본체로 이동하여 제1내용물과 혼합이 이루어지며, 제1,2내용물의 혼합내용물이 상기 내용물 토출구를 통해 방울 형태로 토출되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이종 내용물 혼합용기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 마감캡에는 승강부재가 삽입되어 이동되는 것이 가능하도록 개폐봉을 둘러싸며 이동홈이 형성되며, 상기 이동홈의 하단에는 상기 스포이드부에 저장된 2제내용물이 용기본체로 이동하거나, 용기본체에 저장된 1,2내용물의 혼합내용물이 내용물 토출구로 이동하는 것이 가능하도록 다수의 내용물 이동홀이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이종 내용물 혼합용기.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 승강부재는 상기 이동홈에 삽입되어 이동홈의 벽면을 따라 승강되는 씰링관과, 상기 개폐봉의 외주면에 밀착되어 상기 스포이드 파이프에 저장된 제2내용물이 용기본체로 이동하는 것을 차단하다가 회전체의 회전에 의해 상승시 상기 스포이드 파이프에 저장된 제2내용물이 용기본체로 이동하도록 상기 개폐봉의 외주면으로부터 이격되는 개폐관을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이종 내용물 혼합용기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 스포이드 파이프는 상기 제1,2내용물의 혼합 내용물을 방울 형태로 토출시키는 것이 가능하도록 하부보다 상부가 좁게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이종 내용물 혼합용기.
