Description

一种室外新风净化*** 技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化技术领域,尤其涉及一种通入室内的新风净化*** 。
背景技术
随着工业、重工业的迅速发展,空气污染情况越来越严重,人们对室内空气的质量要求越来越高。一般通过将室外的新风净化后才通入室内进行换风,并将室内的陈风排出以达到室内风循环。现有的室外新风进入室内时一般通过过滤膜或者水浴进行过滤,但是这种过滤效果比较差,过滤效率低,风质及风量很难满足实际需求。
雨果(Hugo)等人在研究表面疏水长程作用机制的过程中提出了固液界面存在纳米气泡,由于实验条件的差异,各国科学家对纳米气泡的形貌有不同的看法,通常将尺寸小于数百纳米的存在于液体中的气泡称为纳米气泡。纳米气泡的制造有多种方法,如直接浸置法、外源法、醇水替换法、化学反应法等。纳米气泡具有数量庞大,表面积巨大,移动速度缓慢、溶解氧量大等优点,在环保行业、冶金业、水产业及农业、污水处理、健康领域等具有巨大应用前景。
技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题是现有的新风净化***过滤效果比较差,过滤效率低,风质及风量很难满足实际需求的问题,为了解决现有技术中的不足而提供一种净化效果好,效率高的室外新风净化***。
技术解决方案
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种室外新风净化***,包括新风管道和回风管道,所述的新风管道和回风管道在与室内进风口连接前均与净化除尘器连接,所述的净化除尘器下部设有进风口,净化除尘器顶部设有出风口,所述的出风口与室内进风口连接,净化除尘器底部为纳米泡沫机,纳米泡沫机通过循环管道与净化除尘器内的喷淋装置连通,在循环管道上设有循环水泵,通过循环水泵将纳米泡沫机产生的高密纳米气泡压入喷淋装置,出风口处设有干燥装置。现有的一些净化***一般只对进入室内的新风做净化处理,而对于回风则直接通入室内,这样室内的风的质量将大大下降,尤其是在一些生产型的车间或洁净室,一直会产生一些固体、或气体,同时对空气洁净度要求较高,如果直接回风,空气中的固体或气体杂质不能有效去除,将会大大影响室内洁净度。
作为本发明所述的室外新风净化***的一种优选方案,还包括加氧装置,所述的加氧装置设于干燥装置后的出风口,对干燥后的新风进行氧气调节以达到设定标准。
作为本发明所述的室外新风净化***的一种优选方案,所述的新风管道和回风管道与同一个净化除尘器连接。
作为本发明所述的室外新风净化***的一种优选方案,所述的净化除尘器出风口与室内进风口间设有空调箱进行温度调节。
作为本发明所述的室外新风净化***的一种优选方案,所述的纳米泡沫机与加药***连接,根据需要净化的空气的性质可以通过加药***在纳米泡沫机内加入一定的药水,可以为乳化剂、除菌剂、净化剂等,达到更加好的净化功能。

本发明的实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1所示,一种室外新风净化***,包括新风管道1和回风管道2,新风管道和回风管道的出风口均与净化除尘器的进风口连接,室外新风和室内回风分别通过新风管道1和回风管道2进入净化除尘器内部,净化除尘器3底部为纳米泡沫机4,纳米泡沫机4不断产生大量高密纳米气泡,这些纳米气泡被循环水泵5加压后沿循环管道6进入喷淋装置7,并通过喷淋装置7***式喷出高密纳米气泡群,这些纳米气泡群由上向下弥漫在净化除尘器腔体内,与由下部进风口进入的混合风形成逆流,与混合风中的杂质充分发送物理、化学反应。在净化除尘器出风口处设有干燥装置8,将混合风中过多的水汽除掉。净化除尘器出风口与空调箱连接,通过空调箱调节到适合的温度后排入室内进风口。
当然也可以增加一个加药***与纳米泡沫机连接,根据需要净化的空气的性质可以通过加药***在纳米泡沫机内加入一定的药水,可以为乳化剂、除菌剂、净化剂等,达到更加好的净化功能。
虽然说明书中对本发明的实施方式进行了说明,但这些实施方式只是作为提示,不应限定本发明的保护范围。在不脱离本发明宗旨的范围内进行各种省略、置换和变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围内。

  1. 一种室外新风净化***,包括新风管道和回风管道,其特征在于:所述的新风管道和回风管道在与室内进风口连接前均与净化除尘器连接,所述的净化除尘器下部设有进风口,净化除尘器顶部设有出风口,所述的出风口与室内进风口连接,净化除尘器底部为纳米泡沫机,纳米泡沫机通过循环管道与净化除尘器内的喷淋装置连通,在循环管道上设有循环水泵,通过循环水泵将纳米泡沫机产生的高密纳米气泡压入喷淋装置,出风口处设有干燥装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的室外新风净化***,其特征在于:还包括加氧装置,所述的加氧装置设于干燥装置后的出风口,对干燥后的新风进行氧气调节以达到设定标准。。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的室外新风净化***,其特征在于:所述的新风管道和回风管道与同一个净化除尘器连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的室外新风净化***,其特征在于:所述的净化除尘器出风口与室内进风口间设有空调箱进行温度调节。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的室外新风净化***,其特征在于:所述的纳米泡沫机与加药***连接。
