制御部14は、何れも図示しないが、CPU(Central Processing Unit)、ROM(Read Only Memory)、RAM(Random Access Memory)等を備え、設備管理装置1を統括制御する。 Although not shown, the control unit 14 includes a CPU (Central Processing Unit), a ROM (Read Only Memory), a RAM (Random Access Memory), and the like, and performs overall control of the facility management apparatus 1. As shown in FIG. 3, the control unit 14 functionally includes an operation screen display control unit 140, a device control unit 141, a capture unit 142, a screen data generation unit 143, and a notification screen display control unit 144. A support screen display control unit 145. The functions of these components are realized by the CPU or the like executing the above-described program stored in the data storage unit 13.
The operation screen display control unit 140 causes the display unit 10 to display an operation screen 100 for managing the operation state of each facility device 2 as shown in FIG. In the operation screen 100 of FIG. 4, a plan view showing a selected floor of the building and each equipment device 2 (in this example, an air conditioner) arranged on the plan view (that is, installed on this floor). ) And a button 102 which is a GUI (Graphical User Interface) button for selecting each floor.
With this operation screen 100, the user can easily recognize the installation location and operation state of each equipment device 2 and can control the operation of the desired equipment device 2. For example, when the icon 101 corresponding to the controlled equipment 2 is pressed by the user, a detailed operation screen (not shown) is popped up. The user can perform various settings for causing the equipment device 2 to perform a desired operation via the detailed operation screen.
Returning to FIG. 2, the device control unit 141 periodically acquires the operation state of each equipment device 2 and stores data indicating the acquired operation state in the data storage unit 13. In addition, the device control unit 141 controls the operation of each facility device 2 according to a condition set in advance according to the time zone and the day of the week, or a condition set as appropriate through the operation screen 100 by the user. For example, when the equipment 2 is an air conditioner, the equipment controller 141 controls each equipment 2 so that air conditioning is performed at the target temperature and air volume set via the detailed operation screen as described above.
Further, when the equipment 2 is an illuminator, each equipment 2 is controlled so as to perform illumination with the illuminance set as described above. The setting of conditions can be performed in units of floors, rooms, and 2 units of equipment, and can also be performed in units of 2 equipments.
The capture unit 142 is activated when an operation indicating a capture start instruction is received from the user, and executes a capture process until an operation indicating a capture end instruction is received from the user. In this capture process, the capture unit 142 captures and captures the displayed operation screen and the content of the operation every time a user operation is performed on the operation screen (the operation screen 100 or the detailed operation screen). The operation screen and the content of the operation are saved as capture data in a memory (RAM or data storage unit 13). The operation content includes, for example, information (ID (identification), display position, etc.) indicating an icon or button that has been operated by the user, or information indicating an item selected by the user from a plurality of items displayed in a list. (Item number, item name, etc.), character strings entered by the user, and the like are included.
The screen data generation unit 143 is activated when the capture process by the capture unit 142 ends. The screen data generation unit 143 displays an editing screen (not shown) for generating an operation support screen on the display unit 10, and shows the operation support screen from the capture data stored in the RAM or the like according to the user's operation. Screen data is generated, and the generated screen data is stored in the data storage unit 13.
Specifically, the screen data generation unit 143 reads one capture data in the order of saving from all the capture data saved in the RAM or the like, reduces the operation screen included in the read capture data, and performs the above-described operation. Display in the editing area of the editing screen. In addition, the contents of the operation included in the read capture data are displayed in a predetermined manner that can be recognized by the user in the operation content area of the editing screen.
The user operates through the edit screen, and the captured data that has been read out can be edited by adding a mark for emphasizing the operated button or adding an annotation to the reduced operation screen. An operation support screen corresponding to the can be generated.
When the generation of the operation support screen for all the capture data is completed, the screen data generation unit 143 assigns a procedure number to each generated operation support screen. Here, the procedure number matches the order in which the corresponding capture data is stored, that is, the order in which the captured data is captured. Then, the screen data generation unit 143 converts the screen data indicating each operation support screen into a file name (for example, a combination of a procedure name (for example, “normal air conditioning operation of floor 1”) input by the user and a procedure number) , “Normal air conditioning operation of floor 1 1.XXX” and the like).
When the screen data generated by the screen data generation unit 143 is stored in the data storage unit 13, the notification screen display control unit 144 notifies the user that an operation support screen exists as shown in FIG. Notification screen 103 is displayed on the display unit 10. On the notification screen 103, an icon displaying a procedure name is arranged. In the example of FIG. 5, it is shown that there are two types of operation support screens, that is, operation support screens corresponding to two different operation procedures. The notification screen display control unit 144 displays the notification screen 103 on the display unit 10 when the sleep state of the facility management apparatus 1 is released. Alternatively, the notification screen display control unit 144 may display the notification screen 103 every time the display screen is switched to the operation screen 100.
When one of the icons is pressed by the user on the notification screen 103 on the notification screen 103, the support screen display control unit 145 stores all screen data stored in the data storage unit 13 that matches the procedure name corresponding to the icon. The screen data with the smallest assigned procedure number is selected. Then, the support screen display control unit 145 causes the display unit 10 to display the operation support screen 104 corresponding to the selected screen data, as shown in FIG.
When the “Next” button is pressed on the operation support screen 104, the support screen display control unit 145 displays the operation support screen 104 having a procedure number one larger than that of the currently displayed operation support screen 104. 10 is displayed. On the other hand, when the “Previous” button is pressed, the support screen display control unit 145 causes the display unit 10 to display the operation support screen 104 whose procedure number is one smaller than that of the currently displayed operation support screen 104.
When the procedure number of the operation support screen 104 currently displayed is “1”, the “Previous” button is disabled, and when the procedure number of the operation support screen 104 currently displayed is the last, The “Next” button is disabled. When there is only one screen data with the same procedure name, that is, when there is only one operation support screen 104 corresponding to a certain procedure name, the operation support screen 104 includes a “Previous” button and The “Next” button is not displayed.
FIG. 7 is a flowchart showing a procedure of operation support screen generation processing executed by the control unit 14. The operation support screen generation process is started when an operation indicating a capture start instruction is received from the user.
When the user performs an operation on the operation screen (the operation screen 100 or the detailed operation screen) (step S101; YES), the capture unit 142 captures the displayed operation screen and the content of the operation and captures the captured operation. The contents of the screen and the operation are stored in the RAM or the like as capture data (step S102). Note that the operation screen captured here is not an operation screen after transition based on this operation, but an operation screen at the time of the operation.
When the operation indicating the capture end instruction has not been received from the user (step S103; NO), the capture unit 142 continues the above-described capture process. On the other hand, when an operation indicating a capture end instruction is received from the user (step S103; YES), the capture process ends, and the screen data generation unit 143 displays an edit screen (not shown) for generating an operation support screen. It is displayed on the display unit 10 (step S104).
Further, the screen data generation unit 143 reads one capture data in the order of saving from all the capture data stored in the RAM or the like (step S105). Then, the screen data generation unit 143 reduces and displays the operation screen included in the read capture data in the edit area of the edit screen, and the operation included in the read capture data in the operation content area of the edit screen. Is displayed in a predetermined manner (step S106).
The screen data generation unit 143 adds a mark for emphasizing the operated button and an annotation on the reduced operation screen in response to the editing operation by the user via the editing screen (step S107).
When the user performs an operation indicating that the editing based on the read capture data has been completed (step S108; YES), the screen data generation unit 143 determines whether there is next capture data, that is, reads It is determined whether or not captured data is stored in a RAM or the like (step S109). When there is next capture data (step S109; YES), the screen data generation unit 143 performs the process of step S105 again.
On the other hand, when there is no next capture data (step S109; NO), the screen data generation unit 143 stores the screen data indicating each operation support screen in the data storage unit 13 as described above (step S110). Further, the screen data generation unit 143 deletes all the capture data stored in the RAM or the like (step S111).
As described above, in the facility management apparatus 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention, the user can appropriately and easily perform the operation support screen showing the procedure of the operation (management operation) for managing the operation state of the facility device 2.
