本实施例提供的资源信息推送方法主要应用于资源信息的分享,例如,可以根据用户的实时位置向用户推送周边的购物、饮食、医疗等资源信息。本发明实施例资源信息推送方法是基于资源信息服务器实现的,资源信息服务器包括资源信息推送策略数据库,所述资源信息推送策略数据库储存有对应不同用户终端的资源推送策略。
用户可以通过用户终端访问资源信息服务器提供的指定页面,并输入资源信息下发时间段、可接收资源信息类型、接收方式和周边区域范围等配置数据;资源信息服务器在接收到用户终端发送的配置数据时,根据所述配置数据生成资源信息推送策略,并将所述资源信息推送策略储存至本地的资源信息推送策略数据库中,以供后续资源信息获取时调用。
本实施例中,可由资源信息服务器主动发起资源信息推送流程,也可由用户通过用户终端主动发起资源信息推送流程,所述用户终端可以是手机、PDA(个人数字助理)、平板电脑、智能手表和电脑等任何可联网设备。
下面以资源信息服务器主动发起资源信息推送流程对本实施例进行说明:
上述步骤S10包括:
实时或定时获取每个预设用户终端所处位置的位置信息;
在获取到所述位置信息,且处于所述位置信息对应的用户终端的预设资源信息下发时间段内时,将所述用户终端作为待推送用户终端;
基于预设的用户终端与资源信息推送策略之间的映射关系,确定所述待推送用户终端对应的资源信息推送策略。
本实施例中,资源信息服务器实时或定时查询是否接收到预设用户终端发送的其当前所处位置的位置信息;在接收到所述位置信息,且当前时间位于所述位置信息对应的用户终端的预设资源信息下发时间段(用户基于用户终端输入的资源信息下发时间段)内时,将所述用户终端作为待推送用户终端;基于预设的用户终端与资源信息推送策略之间的映射关系,获取资源信息推送策略数据库储存的与所述待推送用户终端对应的资源信息推送策略。
资源信息服务器还可以在位于用户预设的资源信息下发时间段内时,主动通过定位服务器获取对应用户终端所处位置的位置信息。用户终端可以在位于用户预设的资源信息下发时间段内时,将其所处位置的位置信息发送至所述资源信息服务器。
下面以用户通过用户终端主动发起资源信息推送流程对本实施例进行说明:
上述步骤S10包括:
在接收到用户终端发送的资源信息下发请求时,将发送所述资源信息下发请求的用户终端作为待推送用户终端;
基于所述资源信息下发请求获取所述待推送用户终端对应的位置信息和资源信息推送策略。
本实施例中,用户可以在用户终端的特定界面输入指定的位置信息和资源信息推送策略,用户终端将会根据用户基于特定界面输入的位置信息和资源信息推送策略生成资源信息下发请求,并发送至资源信息服务器;在资源信息服务器接收到用户终端发送的资源信息下发请求时,将发送所述资源信息下发请求的用户终端作为待推送用户终端,并获取所述资源信息下发请求携带的位置信息和资源信息推送策略。例如,在用户出差前,需要了解目的 地周边的资源信息,以作更好的安排。用户可以在手机安装的某定制化APP提供的界面输入目的地的位置信息,以及相应的资源信息推送策略;手机将会根据用户输入的前述数据生成资源信息获取请求,并发送至资源信息服务器,以供资源信息服务器返回用户所需的资源信息。
步骤S20,根据所述资源信息推送策略和所述位置信息,获取储存的资源信息;
所述资源信息推送策略包括用户设置的可接收资源信息类型,以及周边区域范围等。本实施例中,根据所述资源信息推送策略和所述位置信息,获取本地储存的资源信息。例如,用户设置的可接收资源信息类型包括饮食和购物类,周边区域范围为周边1公里内,资源信息服务器根据资源信息推送策略以及所述位置信息获取本地储存的周边1公里内的餐馆、饭店以及超市、商场的相关信息,如包括某餐馆的详细介绍、招牌菜品、与用户的距离和路线等。所述资源信息的形式包括音频、视频、图片和文字中的至少一种。
还可以根据所述资源信息推送策略和所述位置信息通过互联网查询并获取相应的资源信息。
步骤S30,根据所述资源信息推送策略将获取到的资源信息发送至所述待推送用户终端。
所述资源信息推送策略还包括用户设置的接收方式,例如,短信、彩信、多媒体呼叫、APP推送等。本实施例中,资源信息服务器按照所述资源信息推送策略中用户设置的接收方式将获取到的资源信息发送至所述待推送用户终端。例如,用户设置的接收方式为多媒体呼叫,在获取到资源信息后,将所述资源信息发送至已有的多媒体彩铃平台,由多媒体彩铃平台触发已有业务流程向用户的手机推送资源信息。
本发明实施例提出的资源信息推送方法,通过获取待推送用户终端信息、所述待推送用户终端对应的位置信息和资源信息推送策略;根据所述资源信息推送策略和所述位置信息,获取储存的资源信息;根据所述资源信息推送策略将获取到的资源信息发送至所述待推送用户终端,实现了自动根据用户实时位置向用户推送其周边的资源信息,避免了用户手动搜索耗时耗 力,从而本发明实施例能够提高获取资源信息的效率。
在本发明资源信息推送方法的实施例中,上述步骤S20之后,所述资源信息推送方法还包括:
在未获取到资源信息时,发送相应的提示信息至所述待推送用户终端。
本实施例中,在未获取到资源信息时,发送相应的提示信息至所述待推送用户终端,以供用户根据所述提示信息进行相应的操作。例如,资源信息服务器经过查询,未获取到所述资源信息推送策略和所述位置信息对应的资源信息,发送提示信息“暂无相关资讯”至用户手机。本发明实施例通过在资源信息获取失败时,发送相应的提示信息至所述待推送用户终端,能够提升用户体验。
为了使用户能够获取到最新的,有效的资源信息,在本发明资源信息推送方法的实施例中,所述资源信息推送方法还包括:
在接收到预设用户终端发送的资源信息更新请求时,根据所述资源信息更新请求对储存的资源信息进行调整。
用户终端包括普通终端和管理终端,所述管理终端除了能够和普通用户终端一样接收资源信息服务器推送的资源信息外,还可以对资源信息服务器储存的资源信息进行更新。本实施例中,在接收到预设用户终端(管理终端)发送的资源信息更新请求时,根据所述资源信息更新请求对储存的资源信息进行调整;所述对储存的资源信息进行调整包括修改、删除和增加资源信息。例如,本发明实施例提供的资源信息推送方法还可以应用于商业营销,上述管理终端由商家持有,商家通过所述管理终端对有关自己的资源信息进行维护,还可以设置资源信息的展现形式,如音频、图片、视频、文字等,当需要更新时,可以通过所述管理终端完成。
本发明实施例还提供一种资源信息推送装置,参照图2,在本发明资源信息推送装置的第一实施例中,该资源信息推送装置包括:
第一获取模块10,设置为:获取待推送用户终端信息、所述待推送用户终端对应的位置信息和资源信息推送策略;
本实施例提供的资源信息推送装置主要应用于资源信息的分享,例如,可以根据用户的实时位置向用户推送周边的购物、饮食、医疗等资源信息。本发明实施例资源信息推送装置是基于资源信息服务器实现的,资源信息服务器包括资源信息推送策略数据库,所述资源信息推送策略数据库储存有对应不同用户终端的资源推送策略。
用户可以通过用户终端访问资源信息服务器提供的指定页面,并输入资源信息下发时间段、可接收资源信息类型、接收方式和周边区域范围等配置数据;资源信息服务器在接收到用户终端发送的配置数据时,根据所述配置数据生成资源信息推送策略,并将所述资源信息推送策略储存至本地的资源信息推送策略数据库中,以供后续资源信息获取时调用。
本实施例中,可由资源信息服务器主动发起资源信息推送流程,也可由用户通过用户终端主动发起资源信息推送流程,所述用户终端可以是手机、PDA(个人数字助理)、平板电脑、智能手表和电脑等任何可联网设备。
下面以资源信息服务器主动发起资源信息推送流程对本实施例进行说明:
如图3所示,上述第一获取模块10包括:
获取单元101,设置为:实时或定时获取每个预设用户终端所处位置的位置信息;
第一选择单元102,设置为:在获取单元获取到所述位置信息,且处于所述位置信息对应的用户终端的预设资源信息下发时间段内时,将所述用户终端作为待推送用户终端;
第一确定单元103,设置为:基于预设的用户终端与资源信息推送策略之间的映射关系,确定所述待推送用户终端对应的资源信息推送策略。
本实施例中,获取单元基于资源信息服务器实时或定时查询是否接收到每个预设用户终端发送的其当前所处位置的位置信息;在接收到所述位置信息,且当前时间位于所述位置信息对应的用户终端的预设资源信息下发时间 段(用户基于用户终端输入的资源信息下发时间段)内时,第一选择单元将所述用户终端作为待推送用户终端;第一确定单元基于预设的用户终端与资源信息推送策略之间的映射关系,获取资源信息推送策略数据库储存的与所述待推送用户终端对应的资源信息推送策略。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,获取单元还可以在位于用户预设的资源信息下发时间段内时,基于资源信息服务器主动通过定位服务器获取对应用户终端所处位置的位置信息。用户终端可以在位于用户预设的资源信息下发时间段内时,将其所处位置的位置信息发送至所述资源信息服务器。
下面以用户通过用户终端主动发起资源信息推送流程对本实施例进行说明:
如图4所示,上述第一获取模块10包括:
第二选择单元104,设置为:在接收到用户终端发送的资源信息下发请求时,将发送所述资源信息下发请求的用户终端作为待推送用户终端;
第二确定单元105,设置为:基于所述资源信息下发请求获取所述待推送用户终端对应的位置信息和资源信息推送策略。
本实施例中,用户可以在用户终端的特定界面输入指定的位置信息和资源信息推送策略,用户终端将会根据用户基于特定界面输入的位置信息和资源信息推送策略生成资源信息下发请求,并发送至资源信息服务器;在第二选择单元基于资源信息服务器接收到用户终端发送的资源信息下发请求时,将发送所述资源信息下发请求的用户终端作为待推送用户终端;第二确定单元获取所述资源信息下发请求携带的位置信息和资源信息推送策略。例如,在用户出差前,需要了解目的地周边的资源信息,以作更好的安排。用户可以在手机安装的某定制化APP提供的界面输入目的地的位置信息,以及相应的资源信息推送策略;手机将会根据用户输入的前述数据生成资源信息获取请求,并发送至资源信息服务器,以供资源信息服务器返回用户所需的资源信息。

所述资源信息推送策略包括用户设置的可接收资源信息类型,以及周边区域范围等。本实施例中,第二获取模块20根据所述资源信息推送策略和所述位置信息,获取资源信息服务器本地储存的资源信息。例如,用户设置的可接收资源信息类型包括饮食和购物类,周边区域范围为周边1公里内,第二获取模块20基于资源信息服务器根据资源信息推送策略以及所述位置信息获取资源信息服务器本地储存的周边1公里内的餐馆、饭店以及超市、商场的相关信息,如包括某餐馆的详细介绍、招牌菜品、与用户的距离和路线等。所述资源信息的形式包括音频、视频、图片和文字中的至少一种。
第二获取模块20还可以根据所述资源信息推送策略和所述位置信息基于资源信息服务器通过互联网查询并获取相应的资源信息。
发送模块30,设置为:根据所述资源信息推送策略将获取到的资源信息发送至所述待推送用户终端。
所述资源信息推送策略还包括用户设置的接收方式,例如,短信、彩信、多媒体呼叫、APP推送等。本实施例中,发送模块30基于资源信息服务器按照所述资源信息推送策略中用户设置的接收方式将获取到的资源信息发送至所述待推送用户终端。例如,用户设置的接收方式为多媒体呼叫,在第二获取模块20获取到资源信息后,发送模块30基于资源信息服务器将所述资源信息发送至已有的多媒体彩铃平台,由多媒体彩铃平台触发已有业务流程向用户的手机推送资源信息。
本发明实施例提出的资源信息推送装置,通过获取待推送用户终端信息、所述待推送用户终端对应的位置信息和资源信息推送策略;根据所述资源信息推送策略和所述位置信息,获取储存的资源信息;根据所述资源信息推送策略将获取到的资源信息发送至所述待推送用户终端,实现了自动根据用户实时位置向用户推送其周边的资源信息,避免了用户手动搜索耗时耗力,从而本发明实施例能够提高获取资源信息的效率。
在本发明资源信息推送装置的实施例中,所述资源信息推送装置还包括提示模块,设置为:在第二获取模块20未获取到资源信息时,发送相应的提示信息至所述待推送用户终端。
本实施例中,在第二获取模块20未获取到资源信息时,提示模块基于资源信息服务器发送相应的提示信息至所述待推送用户终端,以供用户根据所述提示信息进行相应的操作。例如,资源信息服务器经过查询,未获取到所述资源信息推送策略和所述位置信息对应的资源信息,发送提示信息“暂无相关资讯”至用户手机。本发明实施例通过在资源信息获取失败时,发送相应的提示信息至所述待推送用户终端,能够提升用户体验。
为了使用户能够获取到最新的,有效的资源信息,在本发明资源信息推送方法的实施例中,所述资源信息推送装置还包括更新模块,设置为:在接收到预设用户终端发送的资源信息更新请求时,根据所述资源信息更新请求对储存的资源信息进行调整。
用户终端包括普通终端和管理终端,所述管理终端除了能够和普通用户终端一样接收资源信息服务器推送的资源信息外,还可以对资源信息服务器储存的资源信息进行更新。本实施例中,在接收到预设用户终端(管理终端)发送的资源信息更新请求时,更新模块根据所述资源信息更新请求对储存的资源信息进行调整;所述对储存的资源信息进行调整包括修改、删除和增加资源信息。例如,本发明实施例提供的资源信息推送方法还可以应用于商业营销,上述管理终端由商家持有,商家通过所述管理终端对有关自己的资源信息进行维护,还可以设置资源信息的展现形式,如音频、图片、视频、文字等,当需要更新时,可以通过所述管理终端完成。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以使用计算机程序流程来实现,所述计算机程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,所述计算机程序在相应的硬件平台上(如***、设备、装置、器件等)执行,在执行时,包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。
可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用集成电路来实现,这些步骤可以被分别制作成一个个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。
上述实施例中的装置/功能模块/功能单元可以采用通用的计算装置来实 现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,也可以分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上。
上述实施例中的装置/功能模块/功能单元以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述提到的计算机可读取存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
工业实用性
本发明实施例实现了自动根据用户实时位置向用户推送其周边的资源信息,避免了用户手动搜索耗时耗力,从而能够提高获取资源信息的效率。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种资源信息推送方法,所述资源信息推送方法包括:
    获取待推送用户终端信息、所述待推送用户终端对应的位置信息和资源信息推送策略;
    根据所述资源信息推送策略和所述位置信息,获取储存的资源信息;
    根据所述资源信息推送策略将获取到的资源信息发送至所述待推送用户终端。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的资源信息推送方法,其中,所述获取待推送用户终端信息、所述待推送终端对应的位置信息和资源信息推送策略包括:
    实时或定时获取每个预设用户终端所处位置的位置信息;
    在获取到所述位置信息,且处于所述位置信息对应的用户终端的预设资源信息下发时间段内时,将所述用户终端作为待推送用户终端;
    基于预设的用户终端与资源信息推送策略之间的映射关系,确定所述待推送用户终端对应的资源信息推送策略。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的资源信息推送方法,其中,所述获取待推送用户终端信息、所述待推送终端对应的位置信息和资源信息推送策略包括:
    在接收到用户终端发送的资源信息下发请求时,将发送所述资源信息下发请求的用户终端作为待推送用户终端;
    基于所述资源信息下发请求获取所述待推送用户终端对应的位置信息和资源信息推送策略。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的资源信息推送方法,其中,所述根据所述资源信息推送策略和所述位置信息,获取储存的资源信息的步骤之后,所述资源信息推送方法还包括:
    在未获取到资源信息时,发送相应的提示信息至所述待推送用户终端。
  5. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的资源信息推送方法,所述资源信息推送方法还包括:
    在接收到预设用户终端发送的资源信息更新请求时,根据所述资源信息 更新请求对储存的资源信息进行调整。
  6. 一种资源信息推送装置,所述资源信息推送装置包括:
    第一获取模块,设置为:获取待推送用户终端信息、所述待推送用户终端对应的位置信息和资源信息推送策略;
    第二获取模块,设置为:根据所述资源信息推送策略和所述位置信息,获取储存的资源信息;
    发送模块,设置为:根据所述资源信息推送策略将获取到的资源信息发送至所述待推送用户终端。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的资源信息推送装置,其中,所述第一获取模块包括:
    获取单元,设置为:实时或定时获取每个预设用户终端所处位置的位置信息;
    第一选择单元,设置为:在获取单元获取到所述位置信息,且处于所述位置信息对应的用户终端的预设资源信息下发时间段内时,将所述用户终端作为待推送用户终端;
    第一确定单元,设置为:基于预设的用户终端与资源信息推送策略之间的映射关系,确定所述待推送用户终端对应的资源信息推送策略。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的资源信息推送装置,其中,所述第一获取模块包括:
    第二选择单元,设置为:在接收到用户终端发送的资源信息下发请求时,将发送所述资源信息下发请求的用户终端作为待推送用户终端;
    第二确定单元,设置为:基于所述资源信息下发请求获取所述待推送用户终端对应的位置信息和资源信息推送策略。
  9. 如权利要求6-8任一项所述的资源信息推送装置,还包括提示模块,设置为:在第二获取模块未获取到资源信息时,发送相应的提示信息至所述待推送用户终端。
  10. 如权利要求6-8任一项所述的资源信息推送装置,还包括更新模 块,设置为:在接收到预设用户终端发送的资源信息更新请求时,根据所述资源信息更新请求对储存的资源信息进行调整。
  11. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1-5任一项的方法。
