상기 통역서비스 단말기의 게스트 혹은 통역사로부터 통역서비스매칭사이트를 경유하여 통역서비스 전용 어플을 통해 프로필정보를 전송받아 저장하고 요청된 통역사 조건검색신호에 따라 해당 통역사의 프로필정보를 DB에서 검색하여 전송표시하며, 통역사가 최종매칭된 게스트에 대해 설정된 방식으로 과금절차를 실행시키는 통역사매칭서버를 포함하는 인터넷을 이용한 통역사 매칭시스템을 제공한다.
본 발명의 또 다른 특징은 통역사를 원하는 게스트 혹은 통역서비스를 제공할 통역사가 자신의 단말기에 통역서비스 전용 어플을 활성화하여 통역서비스매칭사이트를 경유하여 통역사매칭서버에 보안접속하고 그 표시된 초기메뉴의 게스트모드와 통역사모드중 자신에게 필요한 메뉴로 진행하며, 통역사매칭서버가 제공하는 통역사모드에서 통역사가 자신의 개인프로필정보를 등록시키는 제1 과정과;
상기 제1 과정후에 게스트모드로 진행한 게스트가 통역서비스 단말기를 통해 통역사 조건검색신호를 입력할 경우 통역사매칭서버가 해당 조건에 부합하는 통역사들을 DB에서 검색하고 그 검색결과에 따른 간략화된 통역사 프로필과 스케쥴정보를 통역서비스 단말기상에 표시시키는 제2 과정과;
상기 제2 과정후에 게스트가 통역서비스 단말기상에 간략히 표시된 통역사들 중 어느하나를 선택하여 체팅을 요청할 경우 통역사매칭서버가 해당 통역사에게 푸쉬알람하여 채팅을 실행되게하는 제3 과정과;
상기 제3 과정중에 게스트가 자신의 조건에 부합하는 통역사에 대해 예약신청을 설정할 경우 통역사매칭서버가 결제모드로 진행하여 설정된 결제절차를 실행한후 관리 캘린더에 예약된 날짜를 등록하여 날짜관리를 실행시키는 제4 과정을 포함하는 인터넷을 이용한 통역사 매칭시스템의 제어방법을 제공한다.
상기와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 통역수요자와 통역사가 각기 자신의 전용 스마트폰어플을 통해 통역사 매칭시스템에 접속하여 설정정보를 등록한후 체팅방을 통해 자신의 조건에 맞는 상대방을 검색하고 체팅방을 통해 서로 필요한 정보를 얻어 스케줄을 조정할 경우 통역사 매칭시스템이 이를 관리하므로써, 통역수요자 혹은 통역사가 상호간의 조건에 맞는 통역서비스를 지역이나 시간에 구애됨이 없이 미리 계획하여 실행할 수가 있기 때문에 시간의 효율성을 극대화시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한 상기와 같은 본 발명은 통역사의 프로필과 스케쥴을 미리 확인한후 자신의 조건에 부합하는 통역사와 체팅방을 통해 일정정보를 추가로 확인해본후 해당 통역사를 최종선택하게 되므로 그에 따라 통역서비스에 대한 신뢰성과 만족도를 극대화시킬 수 있는 효과도 있다.

이하, 본 발명에 따른 통역사 매칭시스템의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 설명한다.
그러나 본 발명은 여기서 설명되어지는 본 발명에 따른 통역사 매칭시스템의 실시예들에 한정되지 않고 다른 형태로 구체화될 수도 있다. 오히려, 여기서 소개되는 실시예들은 개시된 내용이 철저하고 완전해질 수 있도록 그리고 당업자에게 본 발명의 사상이 충분히 전달될 수 있도록 하기 위해 제공되는 것이다. 명세서 전체에 걸쳐서 동일한 참조번호들은 동일한 구성요소들을 나타낸다. 한편, 본 명세서에서 사용된 용어는 실시예들을 설명하기 위한 것이며 본 발명을 제한하고자 하는 것은 아니다. 본 명세서에서, 단수형은 문구에서 특별히 언급되지 않는 한 복수형도 포함된다. 명세서에서 사용되는 "포함한다(comprises)." 및/또는 "포함하는(comprising)"은 언급된 구성요소, 단계, 동작 및/또는 소자가 하나 이상의 다른 구성요소, 단계, 동작 및/또는 소자의 존재 또는 추가를 배제하지 않는다.

도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 통역사 매칭시스템은, 게스트모드와 통역사모드로 구분되어 실행되는 통역서비스 전용 어플을 내장하고 통역서비스매칭사이트의 통역서비스메뉴에서 사용자의 선택에 의해 해당 모드로 진행하여 자신의 조건에 맞는 통역서비스정보를 검색 및 설정하며, 그 응답된 매칭결과를 표시하는 통역서비스 단말기(1A-N)와;
상기 통역서비스 단말기(1A-N)를 소유한 게스트 혹은 통역사로부터 통역서비스매칭사이트를 경유하여 통역서비스 전용 어플을 통해 프로필정보를 전송받아 저장하고 요청된 통역사 조건검색신호에 따라 해당 통역사의 프로필정보를 DB(2)에서 검색하여 전송표시하며, 통역사가 최종매칭된 게스트에 대해 설정된 방식으로 과금절차를 실행시키는 통역사매칭서버(3)를 포함하여 구성된다.
그리고 상기 통역사매칭서버(3)는 통역서비스매칭사이트의 통역사모드에서 통역사로 등록하는 통역사에게 설정된 통역관련 테스트용 문제를 음성이나 동영상으로 표시시키고, 그 응답되는 통역사의 통역음성을 채점하여 통역사의 레벨을 측정하는 통역사레벨측정기능을 더 포함한다.
또한, 상기 통역사매칭서버(3)는 결제가 진행되지 않은 상태에서 통역사와 게스트간에 개인연락처나 이메일정보가 체팅방에 올려질 경우 이를 즉시 필터링하는 정보필터링기능을 더 포함한다.
더 나아가, 상기 통역서비스 단말기(1A-N)의 게스트모드에는 통역사가 필요한 시간, 지역, 업무 및 언어를 입력하는 메뉴와 체팅을 이용할 수 있는 메뉴가 구성되어 검색을 실행시키는 게스트 검색 메뉴를 더 포함한다.
그리고 상기 통역서비스 단말기(1A-N)의 통역사모드에는 자신의 프로필정보 예컨대, 사진, 성명, 나이, 지역 및 통역언어정보를 등록하는 메뉴와, 통역가능한 스케쥴정보를 입력하여 예약캘린더에 등록시키는 메뉴와 체팅을 이용할 수 있는 메뉴가 구성되는 통역사메뉴를 더 포함한다.
한편, 상기 통역서비스 단말기(1A-N)에는 스마트폰과 테블릿PC가 포함된다.
다음에는 상기와 같은 구성으로 된 본 발명의 제어방법을 설명한다.
본 발명의 방법은 도 3에 도시된 바와같이 초기상태(S1)에서 통역사를 원하는 게스트 혹은 통역서비스를 제공할 통역사가 자신의 단말기에 통역서비스 전용 어플을 활성화하여 통역서비스매칭사이트를 경유하여 통역사매칭서버에 보안접속하고 그 표시된 서비스메뉴의 게스트모드와 통역사모드중 자신에게 필요한 메뉴로 진행하며, 통역사매칭서버가 제공하는 통역사모드에서 통역사가 자신의 개인프로필정보를 등록시키는 제1 과정(S2)과;
상기 제1 과정(S2)후에 게스트모드로 진행한 게스트가 통역서비스 단말기를 통해 통역사 조건검색신호를 입력할 경우 통역사매칭서버가 해당 조건에 부합하는 통역사들을 DB에서 검색하고 그 검색결과에 따른 간략화된 통역사 프로필과 스케쥴정보를 통역서비스 단말기상에 표시시키는 제2 과정(S3)과;
상기 제2 과정(S3)후에 게스트가 통역서비스 단말기상에 간략히 표시된 통역사들 중 어느하나를 선택하여 체팅을 요청할 경우 통역사매칭서버가 해당 통역사에게 푸쉬알람하여 채팅을 실행되게하는 제3 과정(S4)과;
상기 제3 과정(S4)중에 게스트가 자신의 조건에 부합하는 통역사에 대해 예약신청을 설정할 경우 통역사매칭서버가 결제모드로 진행하여 설정된 결제절차를 실행한후 관리 캘린더에 예약된 날짜를 등록하여 날짜관리를 실행시키는 제4 과정(S5)을 포함하여 구성된다.
여기서, 상기 통역사 조건검색신호에는 통역사가 필요한 시간, 나이, 통역레벨, 지역, 업무 및 언어 등을 포함한다.
그리고, 상기 제2 과정(S3)에는 통역서비스 단말기의 게스트모드에서 통역사가 필요한 시간, 지역, 업무 및 언어를 입력하는 메뉴와 체팅을 이용할 수 있는 메뉴가 구성되어 검색을 실행시키는 게스트검색단계를 더 포함한다.
그리고 상기 제3 과정(S4)에는 통역사매칭서버가 통역사모드에서 통역사로 등록하는 통역사에게 설정된 통역관련 테스트용 문제를 음성이나 동영상으로 표시시키고, 그 응답되는 통역사의 통역음성을 채점하여 통역사의 레벨을 측정하는 통역사레벨측정단계를 더 포함한다.
또한, 상기 제3 과정(S4)에는 통역사매칭서버가 결제가 진행되지 않은 상태에서 통역사와 게스트간에 개인연락처나 이메일정보가 체팅방에 올려질 경우 이를 즉시 필터링하는 정보필터링단계를 더 포함한다.
여기서, 상기 제4 과정(S5)에는 결제후에 게스트나 통역사가 예약된 상대방의 개인정보 예컨대, 예약날짜, 예약시간, 예약장소, 통역업무, 휴대전화 전화번호 및 숙소위치 등의 정보를 요청할 경우 통역사매칭서버가 해당 개인정보를 문자에 실어 기설정된 휴대전화로 통지해주는 정보문자서비스단계를 더 포함한다.
환언하면, 통역이 필요한 사용자 예컨대, 여행자나 해외무역담당자가 여행지나 외국어업무중에 통역이 필요할 경우 자신의 통역서비스 단말기(1A-N) 예컨대, 스마트폰에 구비된 통역서비스 전용 어플을 활성화시키고 기설정한 ID와 PASSWORD를 이용하여 로그인할 경우 인터넷(4)의 통역서비스매칭사이트를 경유하여 통역사매칭서버(3)에 보안 접속된다(회원가입이 안되었을 경우 회원가입진행). 그러면 상기 통역사매칭서버(3)와 연동하는 통역서비스 단말기(1A-N)는 자신의 디스플레이상에 도 4에 도시된 바와같이 게스트와 통역사가 별도 계정으로 진행할 수 있는 게스트모드와 통역사모드에 대한 초기메뉴가 표시한다.
이 과정에서, 상기 게스트가 만약 회원으로 가입되어 있지 않다면 회원가입메뉴의 게스트가입메뉴로 진행하여 필요한 정보 예컨대, 자신의 개인정보와 결제정보를 입력시킨후 ID와 PASSWORD를 부여받는다. 그리고 상기 통역사가 만약 회원으로 가입할 경우에는 통역사매칭서버(3)가 제공하는 회원가입메뉴의 통역사가입메뉴에서 통역사가 자신의 개인프로필정보를 등록시킨다. 한편, 상기와 같은 통역사 등록과정에서는 통역사레벨측정단계를 반드시 거치게되는데, 상기 통역사매칭서버(3)는 통역사로 등록하는 통역사에게 통역능력(혹은 레벨)을 테스트할 수 있는 미리 설정된 통역관련 테스트용 문제를 해당 통역서비스 단말기(1A-N)로 전송하여 음성이나 동영상으로 표시되게 한다. 그리고 상기 통역사로 등록하는 사용자는 자신의 통역서비스 단말기(1A-N)상에 동영상 혹은 음성으로 표시되는 통역관련 테스트용 문제를 시청하면서 그에 대한 응답을 음성으로 하게 된다. 그러면, 상기 통역서비스 단말기(1A-N)는 통역사로 등록하는 사용자의 음성을 디지털데이터로 변환하여 통역사매칭서버(3)로 전송한다. 따라서, 상기 통역사매칭서버(3)는 상기 통역서비스 단말기(1A-N)로부터 전송된 통역사의 대응 응답데이터를 채점하여 해당 통역사의 통역능력(레벨)을 측정하여 해당 통역사에게 알려줌과 동시에 통역사가 해당 레벨을 인정할 경우 해당 통역사에 대한 통역레벨을 등록시킨후 ID와 PASSWORD를 부여한다. 반면에, 상기와 테스트과정에서 해당 통역사가 현재의 통역레벨에 동의하지 않을 경우 재테스트과정을 설정된 횟수만큼 진행한후 평균 통역레벨을 산출한후 이를 해당 통역사의 통역레벨로 등록시킨다.
한편, 상기와 같은 과정을 통해 통역사들이 등록된 후에 게스트가 도 5에 도시된 바와같이 통역서비스 단말기의 게스트모드를 통해 통역사를 구하는 통역사 조건검색신호 예컨대, 통역사가 필요한 시간, 지역, 나이, 업무, 통역레벨 및 언어를 입력할 경우 통역사매칭서버(3)는 DB(2)에서 해당 조건에 부합하는 통역사들의 프로필을 간략 검색하고 그 검색결과에 따른 간략화된 통역사 프로필과 스케쥴정보를 도 6에 도시된 바와같이 통역서비스 단말기상에 표시시킨다. 이때, 상기 게스트는 상기 검색화면에서 특정 통역사를 클릭할 경우 도 7에 도시된 바와같이 해당 통역사에 대한 좀 더 상세한 정보를 확인할 수 있는 세부메뉴로 진행하여 해당 통역사와 일대일로 체팅하여 좀 더 정확한 정보를 확인할 수 있다.
여기서, 상기 통역사를 구하는 게스트가 세부메뉴에서 해당 통역사에게 체팅을 요청될 경우 통역사매칭서버(3)는 해당 통역사에게 푸쉬 알람한후 게스트와 해당 통역사가 서로 채팅할 수 있도록 체팅화면을 도 8에 도시된 바와같이 구성한다. 여기서, 상기와 같은 체팅과정중에 상기 통역사매칭서버(3)는 결제가 진행되지 않은 상태에서 통역사와 게스트간에 개인연락처나 이메일정보가 체팅방에 올려질 경우 이를 즉시 필터링하여 차단시킨다.
그리고 상기와 같은 체팅과정 혹은 체팅종료후에 게스트가 자신의 조건에 부합하는 통역사에 대해 예약신청을 설정할 경우 통역사매칭서버(3)는 결제모드로 진행하여 설정된 결제절차를 실행한후 해당 게스트와 통역사에게 도 9에 도시된 바와같이 관리 캘린더를 각기 부여한후 해당 관리 캘린더상에 예약된 날짜를 등록하여 날짜관리를 실행시킨다. 따라서, 상기 게스트와 통역사는 자신의 통역서비스 단말기(1A-N)를 통해 관리 캘린더상에 표시된 예약날짜와 공개된 연락처를 활용할 수 있게된다.
한편, 상기와 같은 결제과정후에 통역사매칭서버(3)는 게스트나 통역사가 예약된 상대방의 개인정보 예컨대, 예약날짜, 예약시간, 예약장소, 통역업무, 휴대전화 전화번호 및 숙소위치 등의 정보를 요청할 경우 해당 개인정보를 문자에 실어 기설정된 휴대전화로 통지해주게 된다.
본 발명은 다양한 통역 관련 작업 이용될 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 게스트모드와 통역사모드로 구분되어 실행되는 통역서비스 전용 어플을 내장하고 통역서비스매칭사이트의 통역서비스메뉴에서 사용자의 선택에 의해 해당 모드로 진행하여 자신의 조건에 맞는 통역서비스정보를 검색 및 설정하며, 그 응답된 매칭결과를 표시하는 통역서비스 단말기와;
    상기 통역서비스 단말기의 게스트 혹은 통역사로부터 통역서비스매칭사이트를 경유하여 통역서비스 전용 어플을 통해 프로필정보를 전송받아 저장하고 요청된 통역사 조건검색신호에 따라 해당 통역사의 프로필정보를 DB에서 검색하여 전송표시하며, 통역사가 최종매칭된 게스트에 대해 설정된 방식으로 과금절차를 실행시키는 통역사매칭서버를 포함하여 구성하되;
    상기 통역사매칭서버는 통역서비스매칭사이트의 통역사모드에서 통역사로 등록하는 통역사에게 설정된 통역관련 테스트용 문제를 음성이나 동영상으로 표시시키고, 그 응답되는 통역사의 통역음성을 채점하여 통역사의 레벨을 측정하는 통역사레벨측정기능과, 결제가 진행되지 않은 상태에서 통역사와 게스트간에 개인연락처나 이메일정보가 체팅방에 올려질 경우 이를 즉시 필터링하는 정보필터링기능을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인터넷을 이용한 통역사 매칭시스템.
  2. 통역사를 원하는 게스트 혹은 통역서비스를 제공할 통역사가 자신의 단말기에 통역서비스 전용 어플을 활성화하여 통역서비스매칭사이트를 경유하여 통역사매칭서버에 보안접속하고 그 표시된 초기메뉴의 게스트모드와 통역사모드중 자신에게 필요한 메뉴로 진행하며, 통역사매칭서버가 제공하는 통역사모드에서 통역사가 자신의 개인프로필정보를 등록시키는 제1 과정과;
    상기 제1 과정 후에 게스트모드로 진행한 게스트가 통역서비스 단말기를 통해 통역사 조건검색신호를 입력할 경우 통역사매칭서버가 해당 조건에 부합하는 통역사들을 DB에서 검색하고 그 검색결과에 따른 간략화된 통역사 프로필과 스케쥴정보를 통역서비스 단말기상에 표시시키는 제2 과정과;
    상기 제2 과정 후에 게스트가 통역서비스 단말기상에 간략히 표시된 통역사들 중 어느하나를 선택하여 체팅을 요청할 경우 통역사매칭서버가 해당 통역사에게 푸쉬알람하여 채팅을 실행되게하는 제3 과정과;
    상기 제3 과정중에 게스트가 자신의 조건에 부합하는 통역사에 대해 예약신청을 설정할 경우 통역사매칭서버가 결제모드로 진행하여 설정된 결제절차를 실행한후 관리 캘린더에 예약된 날짜를 등록하여 날짜관리를 실행시키는 제4 과정을 포함하여 구성하되;
    상기 제3 과정에는 통역사매칭서버가 통역서비스매칭사이트의 통역사모드에서 통역사로 등록하는 통역사에게 설정된 통역관련 테스트용 문제를 음성이나 동영상으로 표시시키고, 그 응답되는 통역사의 통역음성을 채점하여 통역사의 레벨을 측정하는 통역사레벨측정단계와, 상기 통역사매칭서버가 결제가 진행되지 않은 상태에서 통역사와 게스트간에 개인연락처나 이메일정보가 체팅방에 올려질 경우 이를 즉시 필터링하는 정보필터링단계를 더 포함하며,
    상기 제4 과정에는 결제후에 게스트나 통역사가 예약된 상대방의 개인정보를 요청할 경우 통역사매칭서버가 예약날짜, 예약시간, 예약장소, 통역업무, 휴대전화 전화번호 및 숙소위치가 포함되는 해당 개인정보를 문자에 실어 기설정된 휴대전화로 통지해주는 정보문자서비스단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인터넷을 이용한 통역사 매칭시스템의 제어방법.
