现在,许多用户都偏向电子支付进行消费,如在手机终端上通过登陆电子支付软件对某消费订单进行在线支付。用户在应用电子支付进行消费时会产生相应的消费信息,如所支付的消费订单的商品或服务的信息、支付时的用户信息等。
S103,从日志信息中采集查看指定内容数据的用户的第一用户信息。
其中,该指定内容数据可以为指定的商品或服务的数据。所谓第一用户信息为查看这些指定内容数据的用户的相关信息,如用户在查看内容数据所使用的手机唯一标识(Cell phone Unique Identification,CUID)、用户识别号(User Identification number,User ID)以及用户上网时所使用的终端设备的媒体访问控制(Media Access Control,MAC)地址等。
S104,从消费信息中采集支付与指定内容数据相关的产品或服务的用户的第二用户信息。
其中,该指定内容数据为步骤S103中对应的指定内容数据。例如该指定内容数据可以为某商家在网络上发布的商品或服务的广告内容,而与该指定内容数据相关的产品或服务即为该商家提供的同一商品或服务。所谓第二用户信息为通过电子支付消费指定内容数据相关的产品或服务的用户的相关信息,如这些用户在进行电子支付消费时所使用的CUID、User ID以及用户上网消费时所使用的终端设备的MAC地址等。
S105,根据存有用户的多个用户信息的用户信息映射关系数据库对第一用户信息和第二用户信息进行映射匹配,获取第一用户信息和第二用户信息属于相同用户的用户行为关联数据。
为了将用户上网查看指定内容数据的行为信息与通过电子支付进行消费的产品或服务进行关联,本实施例预先通过收集用户的日志信息、cookie数据等方式获取了大量的用户信息,然后对这些信息进行跟踪和数据关联得到了相同用户的不同类型的或是同种类型下的多个不同的用户信息之间的对应关系,并根据这些对应关系,构建了一个用户信息映射关系数据库。该用户信息映射关系数据库中存储的每个用户下都对应着多个的用户信息,这些用户信息之间存在映射关系。例如,同 一用户下可对应着CUID、User ID以及所使用的终端设备的MAC地址等多个类型的用户信息等。
利用上述用户信息映射关系数据库对上述第一用户信息和第二用户信息进行映射匹配,以确定获得第一用户信息与第二用户信息中哪些是对应于同一用户的用户信息。然后将同一用户的相关数据进行关联,生成该用户对应的用户行为关联数据。例如,可将同一用户以第一用户身份查看的指定内容数据与第二用户身份通过电子支付所消费的产品或服务的数据合并,功能构成该用户的用户行为关联数据。
本发明实施例提供的基于电子支付行为的数据处理方法,将从获取的用户日志信息中采集查看指定内容数据的用户的第一用户信息;以及从获取的用户通过电子支付进行消费的消费信息中采集支付与所述指定内容数据相关的产品或服务的用户的第二用户信息在存有用户的多个用户信息的用户信息映射关系数据库中进行映射匹配,从而获取第一用户信息和第二用户信息属于相同用户的用户行为关联数据。该方案以同一用户对应的多个用户信息之间的映射关系作为桥梁,对用户的上网行为数据与消费行为数据进行关联,以便于商家或用户利用这些用户行为关联数据进行有针对性的数据挖掘,获取更具价值的信息。
实施例二
图2为本发明提供的基于电子支付行为的数据处理方法另一个实施例的方法流程图,是如图1所示方法实施例的一种具体实现方式,如图2a所示,该基于电子支付行为的数据处理方法具体包括:
S201,获取用户上网形成的日志信息。
S202,获取用户应用电子支付进行消费所产生的消费信息。
S203,从日志信息中采集查看指定内容数据的用户的第一用户信息。
S204,从消费信息中采集支付与指定内容数据相关的产品或服务的用户的第二用户信息。
S205,根据存有用户的多个用户信息的用户信息映射关系数据库对第一用户信息和第二用户信息进行映射匹配,获取第一用户信息和第二用户信息属于相同用户的用户行为关联数据。
上述步骤S201~S205的具体执行过程可参见步骤S101~S105的相应内容,在此不作赘述。
在获取到上述用户行为关联数据后,可以针对该数据进行进一步的数据挖掘,从而获取有针对性的价值的信息。例如,在步骤S205之后还可以继续执行步骤S206的内容。
S206,根据获取的第一用户信息和第二用户信息属于相同用户的用户行为关联数据生成用户的网络消费信息。
所谓网络消费信息,就是指描述用户通过上网查看指定内容数据后通过电子支付消费指定内容数据相关的产品或服务的消费数据信息。
例如,可根据用户行为关联数据对应的第一用户的数目和第二用户的数目生成用户的到店消费率信息。
具体地,可将所有第一用户的数目与第二用户的数目的比值作为用户通过电子支付消费该产品或服务的到店消费率信息。这里说明,对于仅通过上网产生查看指定内容数据而没有进行通过电子支付消费该指定内容的相关的产品或服务的用户,不作为到店消费率的统计对象。
本发明实施例提供的基于电子支付行为的数据处理方法,在图1所示方法实施例的基础上,给出了通过获取的用户行为关联数据进行数据挖掘的一个具体实例,即根据用户上网所查看指定内容与用户通过电子消费的用户情况获取用户的网络消费信息如到店消费率,以便于后期的数据挖掘。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。
实施例三
图3为本发明提供的基于电子支付行为的数据处理***一个实施例的结构示意图,可执行如图1所示方法步骤。如图3所示,该基于电子支付行为的数据处理***具体包括第一获取模块31、第二获取模块32、第一采集模块33、第二采集模块34和映射匹配模块35;其中:
第一获取模块31,用于获取用户上网形成的日志信息;
第二获取模块32,用于获取用户应用电子支付进行消费所产生的消费信息;
第一采集模块33,用于从日志信息中采集查看指定内容数据的用户的第一用户信息;
第二采集模块34,从消费信息中采集支付与所述指定内容数据相关的产品或服务的用户的第二用户信息;
映射匹配模块35,用于根据存有用户的多个用户信息的用户信息映射关系数据库对第一用户信息和第二用户信息进行映射匹配,获取第一用户信息和第二用户信息属于相同用户的用户行为关联数据。
进一步的,如图4所示,在图3所示实施例的基础上,还可以包括:
生成模块36,用于根据获取的第一用户信息和第二用户信息属于相同用户的用户行为关联数据生成用户的网络消费信息。
进一步的,上述生成模块36具体可用于:
根据用户行为关联数据对应的第一用户的数目和第二用户的数目生成用户的到店消费率信息。
进一步的,上述用户信息可以包括:
用户的手机唯一标识(CUID)、用户识别号(User ID)和媒体访问控制(MAC)地址中的至少一种信息。
上述图2所示实施例的方法步骤可通过图4所示的基于电子支付行为的数据处理***执行完成,在此对其步骤原理不作赘述。
本发明实施例提供的基于电子支付行为的数据处理***,通过将从获取的用户日志信息中采集查看指定内容数据的用户的第一用户信息;以及从获取的用户通过电子支付进行消费的消费信息中采集支付与所述指定内容数据相关的产品或服务的用户的第二用户信息在存有用户的多个用户信息的用户信息映射关系数据库中进行映射匹配,从而获取第一用户信息和第二用户信息属于相同用户的用户行为关联数据。该方案以同一用户对应的多个用户信息之间的映射关系作为桥梁,对用户的上网行为数据与消费行为数据进行关联,以便于商家或用户利用这些用户行为关联数据进行有针对性的数据挖掘,获取更具价值的信息。
进一步的,本实施例所述方案还给出了通过获取的用户行为关联数 据进行数据挖掘的一个具体实例,即根据用户上网所查看指定内容与用户通过电子消费的用户情况获取用户的网络消费信息如到店消费率,以便于后期的数据挖掘。
图5为本发明提供的计算机设备一个实施例的结构示意图。
参照图5,计算机设备可用于实施上述实施例中提供的基于电子支付行为的数据处理方法。具体来讲:
计算机设备可因配置或性能不同而产生比较大的差异,可以包括一个或一个以上处理器(如Central Processing Units,CPU)510和存储器520。其中,存储器520可以是短暂存储或持久存储。存储器520中可存储有一个或一个以上的程序,每个程序可包括对计算机设备中的一系列指令操作。更进一步地,处理器510可与存储器520通信,在计算机设备上执行存储器520中的一系列指令操作。特别地,存储器520中还存储有一个或一个以上的操作***的数据,例如Windows ServerTM,Mac OS XTM,UnixTM,LinuxTM,FreeBSDTM等等。计算机设备还可包括一个或一个以上电源530,一个或一个以上有线或无线网络接口540,一个或一个以上输入输出接口550等。
具体在本实施例中,计算机设备包括一个或者多个处理器510、存储器520,以及一个或者多个程序,一个或者多个程序存储于存储器520中,且经配置以由一个或者多个处理器510执行一个或者多个程序包含的用于执行基于电子支付行为的数据处理方法的指令:获取用户上网形成的日志信息;获取用户应用电子支付进行消费所产生的消费信息;从所述日志信息中采集查看指定内容数据的用户的第一用户信息;从所述消费信息中采集支付与所述指定内容数据相关的产品或服务的用户的第二用户信息;根据存有用户的多个用户信息的用户信息映射关系数据库对所述第一用户信息和所述第二用户信息进行映射匹配,获取所述第一用户信息和第二用户信息属于相同用户的用户行为关联数据。
进一步地,存储器520中还包括执行以下处理的指令:根据获取的第一用户信息和第二用户信息属于相同用户的用户行为关联数据生成用户的网络消费信息。
此外,存储器520中还包括执行以下处理的指令:根据用户行为关 联数据对应的第一用户的数目和所述第二用户的数目生成用户的到店消费率信息。
进一步地,用户信息包括:用户的手机唯一标识(CUID)、用户识别号(User ID)和媒体访问控制(MAC)地址中的至少一种信息。
本发明提供的计算机设备,利用预先生成的用户信息映射关系数据库将用户上网时所查看的内容数据的行为信息与通过电子支付进行消费的消费信息进行关联,实现有针对性的数据挖掘,获取更具价值的信息。
进一步地,本发明还以用户的网络消费信息如到店消费率作为具体的数据挖掘对象实现有针对性的数据关联。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种基于电子支付行为的数据处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取用户上网形成的日志信息;
    获取用户应用电子支付进行消费所产生的消费信息;
    从所述日志信息中采集查看指定内容数据的用户的第一用户信息;
    从所述消费信息中采集支付与所述指定内容数据相关的产品或服务的用户的第二用户信息;
    根据存有用户的多个用户信息的用户信息映射关系数据库对所述第一用户信息和所述第二用户信息进行映射匹配,获取所述第一用户信息和第二用户信息属于相同用户的用户行为关联数据。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    根据获取的所述第一用户信息和第二用户信息属于相同用户的用户行为关联数据生成用户的网络消费信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据获取的所述第一用户信息和第二用户信息属于相同用户的用户行为关联数据生成用户的网络消费信息,包括:
    根据所述用户行为关联数据对应的第一用户的数目和所述第二用户的数目生成用户的到店消费率信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户信息包括:
    用户的手机唯一标识(CUID)、用户识别号(User ID)和媒体访问控制(MAC)地址中的至少一种信息。
  5. 一种基于电子支付行为的数据处理***,其特征在于,包括:
    第一获取模块,用于获取用户上网形成的日志信息;
    第二获取模块,用于获取用户应用电子支付进行消费所产生的消费信息;
    第一采集模块,用于从所述日志信息中采集查看指定内容数据的用户的第一用户信息;
    第二采集模块,从所述消费信息中采集支付与所述指定内容数据相关的产品或服务的用户的第二用户信息;
    映射匹配模块,用于根据存有用户的多个用户信息的用户信息映射关系数据库对所述第一用户信息和所述第二用户信息进行映射匹配,获取所述第一用户信息和第二用户信息属于相同用户的用户行为关联数据。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的***,其特征在于,所述***还包括:
    生成模块,用于根据获取的所述第一用户信息和第二用户信息属于相同用户的用户行为关联数据生成用户的网络消费信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的***,其特征在于,所述生成模块具体用于:
    根据所述用户行为关联数据对应的第一用户的数目和所述第二用户的数目生成用户的到店消费率信息。
  8. 根据权利要求5-7任一项所述的***,其特征在于,所述用户信息包括:
    用户的手机唯一标识(CUID)、用户识别号(User ID)和媒体访问控制(MAC)地址中的至少一种信息。
  9. 一种计算机设备,其特征在于,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储器;
    一个或多个程序,所述一个或多个程序存储在所述存储器中,且经配置以由所述一个或者多个处理器执行所述一个或者多个程序包含的用于执行基于电子支付行为的数据处理方法的指令:
    获取用户上网形成的日志信息;
    获取用户应用电子支付进行消费所产生的消费信息;
    从所述日志信息中采集查看指定内容数据的用户的第一用户信息;
    从所述消费信息中采集支付与所述指定内容数据相关的产品或服务的用户的第二用户信息;
    根据存有用户的多个用户信息的用户信息映射关系数据库对所述第一用户信息和所述第二用户信息进行映射匹配,获取所述第一用户信息和第二用户信息属于相同用户的用户行为关联数据。
