目前的液晶电视的通常具有两种方式进行:一种为采用挂架挂墙的方式,另一种为使用底座支撑的方式。通常情况下,挂架由客户端自行购买;而底座则由电视机厂商提供,底座与电视机分开包装在一个包装纸箱中。当用户选择底座支撑的方式固定底座时,只需要将底座按照说明书的方式固定在液晶电视上;当用户选择挂墙的方式安装液晶电视时,底座则不需要使用,时间一长,容易发生造成底座丢失或寻找困难的情形,致使用户想从挂架支撑换成底座支撑时,却由于找不到底座而无法使用底座支撑方式。并且,用户在切换液晶电视的支撑方式时,底座的拆装操作麻烦。
因此,亟需提出一种新的液晶电视的底座方案,以解决底座的易丢失和底座拆装操作麻烦的问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于一种电视外壳和液晶电视,旨在解决底座易发生丢失及底座拆装操作麻烦的技术问题。

进一步地,参照图1-图8,本实施例中,支架组件20包括第一支撑臂21、第二支撑臂22及与基座10铰接的旋转件23,旋转件23相对基座10转动的轴心为第一中心轴;第一支撑臂21的第一端A与旋转件23转动连接,第一支撑臂21相对旋转件23转动的轴心为第二中心轴,第一中心轴与第二中心轴垂直;第二支撑臂22的第一端C与第一支撑臂21的第一端A铰接;支架组件20在第一状态点时,第一支撑臂21与第二支撑臂22合拢并收容在收容槽110内;支架组件20在第二状态点时,第一支撑臂21与第二支撑臂22位于收容槽110外,第一支撑臂21与第二支撑臂22打开成一夹角,且第一支撑臂21的第二端B和第二支撑臂22的第二端D分别位于电视外壳100的前后两侧。
一、支架组件20从第一状态点切换到第二状态点的操作步骤:S1、支架组件20首先以第一中心轴为转动轴心,向收容槽110外转动而脱离收容槽110,即旋转件23绕其转动轴心转动;S2、第一支撑臂21和第二支撑臂22整体绕第二中心轴旋转,直至第一支撑臂21与电视外壳100底面S的长度方向基本垂直的位置;S3、第二支撑臂22绕其与第一支撑臂21的铰接轴转动以与第一支撑臂21形成一定的夹角大小,从而使第一支撑臂21的第二端B和第二支撑臂22的第二端D分别位于电视外壳100的前后两侧,对电视外壳100进行支撑。
二、支架组件20从第二状态点切换到第一状态点的操作步骤为上述步骤顺序相逆。上述步骤S2和S3的顺序可以对调。
进一步地,参照图4,本实施例中第一支撑臂21与旋转件23的转动连接采用方案一:旋转件23上设有相对位于第二中心轴两侧的两弧形导槽231,弧形导槽231的圆心在第二中心轴上;第一支撑臂21的第一端A上设有与两弧形导槽231一一对应的两过孔211,过孔211与其对应的弧形导槽231经螺栓锁紧。则第一支撑臂21相对旋转件23的旋转时,螺栓的螺杆32沿着弧形导槽231滑动。本实施例中弧形导槽231优选采用一小段圆弧,使得第一支撑臂21相对旋转件23的转动角度范围进行限定,从而在螺栓的螺杆32滑动到弧形导槽231的端部时,即可知道已经转动到位;当然,弧形导槽231也可以为完整的圆形。
本实施例的第一支撑臂21与旋转件23的转动连接还可采用方案二:即第一支撑臂21的第一端A上设有相对位于第二中心轴两侧的两弧形导槽231,弧形导槽231的圆心在第二中心轴上;旋转件23上设有与两弧形导槽231一一对应的两过孔211,过孔211与其对应的弧形导槽231经螺栓锁紧。其原理同与上述方案一相同,可参考图4理解,不在赘述。另外,第一支撑臂21与旋转件23转动连接的还可为其它同类方案。
进一步地,为了使得第一支撑臂21与旋转件23之间的相对转动更顺畅,本实施例通过在支架组件20与螺栓的头部31及螺母33之间分别设有至少一弹性垫圈40(本实施例以一个为例),从而使得第一支撑臂21和旋转件23可通过挤压弹性垫圈40而腾出一定的活动间隙,从而降低第一支撑臂21与旋转件23相对转动时的摩擦阻力,转动更顺畅。本实施中的弹性垫圈40优选为尼龙垫,当然也可以为橡胶垫等弹性材质垫圈。
进一步地,参照图2、图3和图9,本实施例在第一支撑臂21上设有用于收容第二支撑臂22的卡槽212,第二支撑臂22与第一支撑臂21合拢时,第二支撑臂22位于卡槽212中。通过第二支撑臂22在与第一支撑臂21合拢时,卡在卡槽212中,从而使得第一支撑臂21和第二支撑臂22收容在收容槽110中,占用收容槽110的空间更小,收容槽110可以设计的更小,减少对电视壳体的空间占用。
进一步地,参照图3、图8和图9,为了防止支架组件20由于重力作用而自行脱离收容槽110而露出影响液晶电视的美观,本实施例在第一支撑臂21上设有扣位213,收容槽110中对应扣位213设有卡扣111;支架组件20收容在收容槽110内时,卡槽212的槽口朝上,使第二支撑臂22稳稳的卡在卡槽212中,且卡扣111扣合扣位213,从而将支架组件20稳稳的固定在收容槽110中,避免支架组件20自行脱离收容槽110。本实施例中以两个扣位213(凹槽部)分别对称设于第一支撑臂21的两外侧壁上为例,以及以两卡扣111(卡勾)相对设置在收容槽110中为例,卡扣111扣合扣位213即两卡勾分别勾住对应的凹槽部;当然,卡扣111和扣位213还可以为其它配合的结构。
进一步地,为了方便将支架组件20从收容槽110中取出而是支架组件20支撑电视外壳100,本实施例在电视外壳100的底面S上对应每个收容槽110设有至少一抠手部K(本实施例优选一个为例),需要说明的是该抠手部K仅在图1中示出,其它图中省略未画出。本实施例中的抠手部K优选设置在靠近第一支撑臂21第二端的位置,以更加省力。
本发明还提供一种液晶电视,该液晶电视包括电视外壳100,该电视外壳100可包括上述任一实施例中的技术方案,其详细结构可参照图1-图9,在此不做赘述。由于采用了上述电视外壳100的方案,本发明液晶电视相较于现有的液晶电视而言,液晶电视在底座200支撑和挂架支撑的切换方面非常方便,解决了底座200的拆装麻烦,并且不拆卸底座200,避免了底座200发生丢失的情况发生。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种电视外壳,其特征在于,所述电视外壳的底面上设有至少一底座和至少一用于***述底座的收容槽;所述底座包括固定在所述收容槽内的基座及可折叠的支架组件,所述支架组件与所述基座铰接;所述支架组件至少包括第一状态点和第二状态点;在所述第一状态点时,所述支架组件折叠并收容在所述收容槽内;在所述第二状态点时,所述支架组件位于所述收容槽外并展开,以支撑所述电视外壳。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电视外壳,其特征在于,所述电视外壳的底面上对应每个所述收容槽设有至少一抠手部。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的电视外壳,其特征在于,所述电视外壳的底面上至少设有两个在所述电视外壳的长度方向上依次分布的所述底座,所述收容槽与所述底座数量相同且一一对应。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的电视外壳,其特征在于,所述电视外壳的底面上对应每个所述收容槽设有至少一抠手部。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的电视外壳,其特征在于,所述支架组件包括第一支撑臂、第二支撑臂及与所述基座铰接的旋转件,所述旋转件相对所述基座转动的轴心为第一中心轴;所述第一支撑臂的第一端与所述旋转件转动连接,所述第一支撑臂相对所述旋转件转动的轴心为第二中心轴,所述第一中心轴与所述第二中心轴垂直;所述第二支撑臂的第一端与所述第一支撑臂的第一端铰接;在所述第一状态点时,所述第一支撑臂与所述第二支撑臂合拢并收容在所述收容槽内;在所述第二状态点时,所述第一支撑臂与所述第二支撑臂位于所述收容槽外,所述第一支撑臂与所述第二支撑臂打开成一夹角,且所述第一支撑臂的第二端和所述第二支撑臂的第二端分别位于所述电视外壳的前后两侧。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的电视外壳,其特征在于,所述电视外壳的底面上对应每个所述收容槽设有至少一抠手部。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的电视外壳,其特征在于,所述第一支撑臂上设有用于***述第二支撑臂的卡槽,所述第二支撑臂与所述第一支撑臂合拢时,所述第二支撑臂位于所述卡槽中。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的电视外壳,其特征在于,所述第一支撑臂上设有扣位,所述收容槽中对应所述扣位设有卡扣;所述支架组件收容在所述收容槽内时,所述卡槽的槽口朝上,所述卡扣扣合所述扣位。
  9. 如权利要求5所述的电视外壳,其特征在于,所述旋转件上设有相对位于所述第二中心轴两侧的两弧形导槽,所述弧形导槽的圆心在所述第二中心轴上;所述第一支撑臂的第一端上设有与所述两弧形导槽一一对应的两过孔,所述过孔与其对应的弧形导槽经螺栓锁紧。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的电视外壳,其特征在于,所述电视外壳的底面上对应每个所述收容槽设有至少一抠手部。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的电视外壳,其特征在于,所述支架组件与所述螺栓的头部及螺母之间分别设有至少一弹性垫圈。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的电视外壳,其特征在于,所述第一支撑臂上设有用于***述第二支撑臂的卡槽,所述第二支撑臂与所述第一支撑臂合拢时,所述第二支撑臂位于所述卡槽中。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的电视外壳,其特征在于,所述第一支撑臂上设有扣位,所述收容槽中对应所述扣位设有卡扣;所述支架组件收容在所述收容槽内时,所述卡槽的槽口朝上,所述卡扣扣合所述扣位。
  14. 如权利要求5所述的电视外壳,其特征在于,所述第一支撑臂的第一端上设有相对位于所述第二中心轴两侧的两弧形导槽,所述弧形导槽的圆心在所述第二中心轴上;所述旋转件上设有与所述两弧形导槽一一对应的两过孔,所述过孔与其对应的弧形导槽经螺栓锁紧。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的电视外壳,其特征在于,所述电视外壳的底面上对应每个所述收容槽设有至少一抠手部。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的电视外壳,其特征在于,所述支架组件与所述螺栓的头部及螺母之间分别设有至少一弹性垫圈。
  17. 如权利要求14所述的电视外壳,其特征在于,所述第一支撑臂上设有用于***述第二支撑臂的卡槽,所述第二支撑臂与所述第一支撑臂合拢时,所述第二支撑臂位于所述卡槽中。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的电视外壳,其特征在于,所述第一支撑臂上设有扣位,所述收容槽中对应所述扣位设有卡扣;所述支架组件收容在所述收容槽内时,所述卡槽的槽口朝上,所述卡扣扣合所述扣位。
  19. 一种液晶电视,其特征在于,所述液晶电视包括如权利要求1所述的电视外壳。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的液晶电视,其特征在于,所述电视外壳的底面上至少设有两个在所述电视外壳的长度方向上依次分布的所述底座,所述收容槽与所述底座数量相同且一一对应。
