所述终端还包括:
场景判断模块,设置为根据音频信号播放触发指令,判断终端当前是否处于需要开启定向播放模式的场景;在终端当前处于需要开启定向播放模式的场景的情况下,生成定向播放指令;
所述位置信息获取模块,具体设置为根据所述定向播放指令,获取用户相对终端的位置信息。
所述场景判断模块,具体设置为判断终端当前所处的场景类型;根据预设的场景类型与定向播放模式的映射关系,确定终端当前所处场景是否为需要开启定向播放模式的场景。
所述场景判断模块,具体还设置为判断用户相对终端的距离是否处于设定的距离阈值范围、用户人数是否处于设定的人数阈值范围、和/或终端所处环境噪声处于设定的噪音阈值范围;当用户相对终端的距离处于设定的距离阈值范围、用户人数处于设定的人数阈值范围、和/或终端所处环境噪声处于设定的噪音阈值范围,则表明所述终端当前处于需要开启定向播放模式的场景。
本发明实施例所提供的终端及其定向播放音频信号的方法,通过根据音频信号播放触发指令,获取用户相对终端的位置信息;根据所述位置信息选择用以承载待播放的原音频信号相应的高频信号,并计算所述高频信号、原音频信号的输出功率和输出角度;以相应的输出功率和输出角度分别输出所述高频信号和原音频信号,所述高频信号和原音频信号向用户方向传输,并在传输过程中自解调,使用户可听见清晰的原音频信号的方式,在不佩戴耳机的情况下,在公共场合播放音频信号时不会对他人产生噪音干扰,同时播放的音频信号内容不会被他人知晓,有效地防止了音频信号内容泄露的发生,保证了音频信号传输的安全性,大大提高了用户的体验效果。

应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明实施例提供一种终端定向播放音频信号的方法。参照图1,图1为本发明的终端定向播放音频信号的方法一实施例的流程示意图。在该实施例中,所述终端定向播放音频信号的方法包括:
步骤S10、根据音频信号播放触发指令,获取用户相对终端的位置信息。
本实施例,所述用户相对终端的位置信息是指用户耳朵相对终端的位置信息。本步骤S10中所述获取用户相对终端的位置信息的方式包括两种,其中一种具体为:根据接收的位置选择指令,从预设的多个位置信息选择一个位置信息,以所选位置作为用户相对终端的位置。即本实施例中预先设置有多个用户耳朵相对终端的位置信息,在接收到音频信号播放触发指令时,根据用户预先输入的位置选择指令,从预设的多个位置信息中选择一个位置信息,以所选位置信息作为用户耳朵相对终端的位置信息。如上述位置信息包括:高位、中位、低位。即用户耳朵相对终端处于高位、中位、低位。用户可以通过对预先定义好的实体按键进行操作,实现对用户相对终端位置的选择。
本实施例中所述获取用户相对终端的位置信息的另一种方式具体为:获取用户图像信息,根据用户图像信息计算用户相对于终端的位置信息。具体地通过摄像模块获取用户图像,并通过光线传感器定位用户图像相对终端的距离,最终获得用户相对终端的位置信息(包括方位和距离)。
步骤S20、根据所述位置信息选择用以承载待播放的原音频信号相应的高频信号,并计算所述高频信号、原音频信号的输出功率和输出角度。
本实施例中所述高频信号的输出功率的大小需要满足高频信号在向用户方向传输过程中自然解调衰减,到达用户位置处解调衰减为零。而所述原音频信号的输出功率的大小需要满足在向用户方向传输过程中自然解调衰减,到达用户位置处用户可听见清晰的原音频信号。
步骤S30、以相应的输出功率和输出角度分别输出所述高频信号和原音频信号,所述高频信号和原音频信号向用户方向传输,并在传输过程中自解调,使用户可听见清晰的原音频信号。
本实施例中所述终端设置有多个原音频信号扬声器,每个原音频信号扬声器对应设置一个高频信号扬声器,不同原音频信号扬声器的音频信号输出角度不同,每个原音频信号扬声器的音频信号输出角度与对应的高频信号扬声器的高频信号输出角度相同。即本实施例中根据计算出的高频信号的输出角度选择相应的高频信号扬声器,根据计算出原音频信号输出角度选择相应的原音频信号扬声器。
本实施例中,终端在播放音频信号初始时刻会触发生成音频信号播放触发指令,如在播放音乐等音频信号初始时刻、播放电视剧等音视频信号初始时刻,以及在语音通话初始时刻触发生成音频信号播放触发指令。本实施例中的终端可以是智能手机、笔记本电脑、平板电脑等智能终端。
上述终端定向播放音频信号的方法实施例中,在所述获取用户相对终端的位置信息之前还包括如下处理:根据音频信号播放触发指令,判断终端当前是否处于需要开启定向播放模式的场景;在终端当前处于需要开启定向播放模式的场景的情况下,生成定向播放指令。
本实施例中所述判断终端当前是否处于需要开启定向播放模式的场景具体为:判断终端当前所处的场景类型;根据预设的场景类型与定向播放模式的映射关系,确定终端当前所处场景是否为需要开启定向播放模式的场景。
本实施例中用户可以根据自身意愿或实际需要设置需要开启定向播放模式的场景种类,即本实施例中预先设置有场景种类与定向播放模式映射关系,在接收到音频信号播放触发指令后,首先判断终端当前所处场景类型,然后从所述映射关系中查找所处场景类型,若查找到,则表明终端当前所处场景为需要开启定向播放模式的场景。
本实施例中判断终端当前所处的场景类型可以获取终端当前时间段所处的绝对地理位置信息,然后将获取的所述绝对地理位置与电子地图对比,从而可以判断出终端当前所处场景,如电影院、剧院、公司会议室。同时还可以根据终端当前时间段移动 速度(终端当前时间段所处绝对地理位置变化速度)判断终端的所处场景,如跑步、骑车,乘坐汽车、火车、飞机等。另外还可以根据终端所处的电信小区信息或WIFI广播信息判断终端当前所处场景。
本实施例中,所述判断终端当前是否处于需要开启定向播放模式的场景还可以采用如下方式实现:判断用户相对终端的距离是否处于设定的距离阈值范围、用户人数是否处于设定的人数阈值范围、和/或终端所处环境噪声处于设定的噪音阈值范围;当用户相对终端的距离处于设定的距离阈值范围、用户人数处于设定的人数阈值范围、和/或终端所处环境噪声处于设定的噪音阈值范围,则表明所述终端当前处于需要开启定向播放模式的场景。即本实施例中预先设置有用户相对终端的距离阈值范围与定向播放模式的映射关系,用户人数阈值范围与定向播放模式的映射关系,以及终端所处环境噪声阈值范围与定向播放模式的映射关系。当用户相对终端的距离处于所述距离阈值范围内、用户人数处于所述用户人数阈值范围、和/或终端所处环境噪声值处于所述环境噪声阈值范围,则表明终端当前处于需要开启定向播放模式的场景。
本实施例中所述获取用户相对终端的位置信息具体为:根据所述定向播放指令,获取用户相对终端的位置信息。
另外,本实施例中当终端当前所处场景不属于需要开启定向播放模式的场景,但用户当前想要终端开启定向播放模式时,用户可以通过对预先定义好的实体按键进行操作,实现定向播放模式的开启,一旦开启了定向播放模式,不论终端当前处于何种场景,一旦接收到音频信号播放触发指令,均依次执行上述步骤S10至步骤S30。
上述实施例所提供的终端定向播放音频信号的方法,通过根据音频信号播放触发指令,获取用户相对终端的位置信息;根据所述位置信息选择用以承载待播放的原音频信号相应的高频信号,并计算所述高频信号、原音频信号的输出功率和输出角度;以相应的输出功率和输出角度分别输出所述高频信号和原音频信号,所述高频信号和原音频信号向用户方向传输,并在传输过程中自解调,使用户可听见清晰的原音频信号的方式,在不佩戴耳机的情况下,在公共场合播放音频信号时不会对他人产生噪音干扰,同时播放的音频信号内容不会被他人知晓,有效地防止了音频信号内容泄露的发生,保证了音频信号传输的安全性,大大提高了用户的体验效果。
本发明实施例进一步提供一种终端。参照图2,图2为本发明的终端一实施例的功能模块示意图。在该实施例中,所述终端100包括:位置信息获取模块110、选择计算模块120、信号输出模块130。其中,所述位置信息获取模块110,设置为根据音频信号播放触发指令,获取用户相对终端的位置信息。所述选择计算模块120,设置 为根据所述位置信息选择用以承载待播放的原音频信号相应的高频信号,并计算所述高频信号、原音频信号的输出功率和输出角度。所述信号输出模块130,设置为以相应的输出功率和输出角度分别输出所述高频信号和原音频信号,所述高频信号和原音频信号向用户方向传输,并在传输过程中自解调,使用户可听见清晰的原音频信号。
本实施例中,终端100在播放音频信号初始时刻会触发生成音频信号播放触发指令,如在播放音乐等音频信号初始时刻、播放电视剧等音视频信号初始时刻,以及在语音通话初始时刻触发生成音频信号播放触发指令。本实施例中的终端100可以是智能手机、笔记本电脑、平板电脑等智能终端。
本实施例中所述高频信号的输出功率的大小需要满足高频信号在向用户方向传输过程中自然解调衰减,到达用户位置处解调衰减为零。而所述原音频信号的输出功率的大小需要满足在向用户方向传输过程中自然解调衰减,到达用户位置处用户可听见清晰的原音频信号。
本实施例中所述终端设置有多个原音频信号扬声器,每个原音频信号扬声器对应设置一个高频信号扬声器,不同原音频信号扬声器的音频信号输出角度不同,每个原音频信号扬声器的音频信号输出角度与对应的高频信号扬声器的高频信号输出角度相同。即本实施例中根据计算出的高频信号的输出角度选择相应的高频信号扬声器,根据计算出原音频信号输出角度选择相应的原音频信号扬声器。
本实施例所述用户相对终端的位置信息是指用户耳朵相对终端的位置信息。所述位置信息获取模块110获取用户相对终端的位置信息的方式包括两种,其中一种具体为:根据接收的位置选择指令,从预设的多个位置信息选择一个位置信息,以所选位置作为用户相对终端的位置。即本实施例中预先设置有多个用户耳朵相对终端的位置信息,在接收到音频信号播放触发指令时,根据用户预先输入的位置选择指令,从预设的多个位置信息中选择一个位置信息,以所选位置信息作为用户耳朵相对终端的位置信息。如上述位置信息包括:高位、中位、低位。即用户耳朵相对终端处于高位、中位、低位。用户可以通过对预先定义好的实体按键进行操作,实现对用户相对终端位置的选择。
所述位置信息获取模块110获取用户相对终端的位置信息的另一种方式具体为:获取用户图像信息,根据用户图像信息计算用户相对于终端的位置信息。具体地通过摄像模块获取用户图像,并通过光线传感器定位用户图像相对终端的距离,最终获得用户相对终端的位置信息(包括方位和距离)。
参见图3,图3为本发明的终端另一实施例的功能模块示意图。本实施例中,所述终端100还包括:场景判断模块140。其中,所述场景判断模块140,设置为根据音频信号播放触发指令,判断终端100当前是否处于需要开启定向播放模式的场景;在终端100当前处于需要开启定向播放模式的场景的情况下,生成定向播放指令。所述场景判断模块140,具体设置为判断终端100当前所处的场景类型;根据预设的场景类型与定向播放模式的映射关系,确定终端100当前所处场景是否为需要开启定向播放模式的场景。
本实施例中用户可以根据自身意愿或实际需要设置需要开启定向播放模式的场景种类,即本实施例中预先设置有场景种类与定向播放模式映射关系,在接收到音频信号播放触发指令后,首先判断终端100当前所处场景类型,然后从所述映射关系中查找所处场景类型,若查找到,则表明终端100当前所处场景为需要开启定向播放模式的场景。
本实施例中判断终端100当前所处的场景类型可以获取终端100当前时间段所处的绝对地理位置信息,然后将获取的所述绝对地理位置与电子地图对比,从而可以判断出终端100当前所处场景,如电影院、剧院、公司会议室。同时还可以根据终端100当前时间段移动速度(终端10当前时间段所处绝对地理位置变化速度)判断终端100的所处场景,如跑步、骑车,乘坐汽车、火车、飞机等。另外还可以根据终端100所处的电信小区信息或WIFI广播信息判断终端100当前所处场景。
另外,上述实施例中所述场景判断模块140判断终端100当前是否处于需要开启定向播放模式的场景还可以采用如下方式实现:判断用户相对终端100的距离是否处于设定的距离阈值范围、用户人数是否处于设定的人数阈值范围、和/或终端100所处环境噪声处于设定的噪音阈值范围;当用户相对终端100的距离处于设定的距离阈值范围、用户人数处于设定的人数阈值范围、和/或终端100所处环境噪声处于设定的噪音阈值范围,则表明所述终端100当前处于需要开启定向播放模式的场景。即本实施例中预先设置有用户相对终端100的距离阈值范围与定向播放模式的映射关系,用户人数阈值范围与定向播放模式的映射关系,以及终端100所处环境噪声阈值范围与定向播放模式的映射关系。当用户相对终端100的距离处于所述距离阈值范围内、用户人数处于所述用户人数阈值范围、和/或终端100所处环境噪声值处于所述环境噪声阈值范围,则表明终端100当前处于需要开启定向播放模式的场景。
本实施例中所述位置信息获取模块110,具体设置为根据所述定向播放指令,获取用户相对终端100的位置信息。
另外,本实施例中当终端100当前所处场景不属于需要开启定向播放模式的场景,但用户当前想要终端100开启定向播放模式时,用户可以通过对预先定义好的实体按键进行操作,实现定向播放模式的开启,一旦开启了定向播放模式,不论终端100当前处于何种场景,一旦接收到音频信号播放触发指令,均依次调用位置信息获取模块110、选择计算模块120、信号输出模块130执行各自相应的操作。
上述实施例所提供的终端100,通过根据音频信号播放触发指令,获取用户相对终端的位置信息;根据所述位置信息选择用以承载待播放的原音频信号相应的高频信号,并计算所述高频信号、原音频信号的输出功率和输出角度;以相应的输出功率和输出角度分别输出所述高频信号和原音频信号,所述高频信号和原音频信号向用户方向传输,并在传输过程中自解调,使用户可听见清晰的原音频信号的方式,在不佩戴耳机的情况下,在公共场合播放音频信号时不会对他人产生噪音干扰,同时播放的音频信号内容不会被他人知晓,有效地防止了音频信号内容泄露的发生,保证了音频信号传输的安全性,大大提高了用户的体验效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种终端定向播放音频信号的方法,所述终端定向播放音频信号的方法包括以下步骤:
    根据音频信号播放触发指令,获取用户相对终端的位置信息;
    根据所述位置信息选择用以承载待播放的原音频信号相应的高频信号,并计算所述高频信号、原音频信号的输出功率和输出角度;
    以相应的输出功率和输出角度分别输出所述高频信号和原音频信号,所述高频信号和原音频信号向用户方向传输,并在传输过程中自解调,使用户可听见清晰的原音频信号。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的终端定向播放音频信号的方法,其中,所述获取用户相对终端的位置信息具体包括:
    根据接收的位置选择指令,从预设的多个位置信息选择一个位置信息,以所选位置作为用户相对终端的位置;
    或者具体包括:获取用户图像信息,根据用户图像信息计算用户相对于终端的位置信息。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的终端定向播放音频信号的方法,其中,所述获取用户相对终端的位置信息之前还包括:
    根据音频信号播放触发指令,判断终端当前是否处于需要开启定向播放模式的场景;
    在终端当前处于需要开启定向播放模式的场景的情况下,生成定向播放指令;
    所述获取用户相对终端的位置信息具体为:
    根据所述定向播放指令,获取用户相对终端的位置信息。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的终端定向播放音频信号的方法,其中,所述判断终端当前是否处于需要开启定向播放模式的场景具体为:
    判断终端当前所处的场景类型;
    根据预设的场景类型与定向播放模式的映射关系,确定终端当前所处场景是否为需要开启定向播放模式的场景。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的终端定向播放音频信号的方法,其中,所述判断终端当前是否处于需要开启定向播放模式的场景具体为:
    判断用户相对终端的距离是否处于设定的距离阈值范围、用户人数是否处于设定的人数阈值范围、和/或终端所处环境噪声处于设定的噪音阈值范围;
    当用户相对终端的距离处于设定的距离阈值范围、用户人数处于设定的人数阈值范围、和/或终端所处环境噪声处于设定的噪音阈值范围,则表明所述终端当前处于需要开启定向播放模式的场景。
  6. 一种终端,所述终端包括:
    位置信息获取模块,设置为根据音频信号播放触发指令,获取用户相对终端的位置信息;
    选择计算模块,设置为根据所述位置信息选择用以承载待播放的原音频信号相应的高频信号,并计算所述高频信号、原音频信号的输出功率和输出角度;
    信号输出模块,设置为以相应的输出功率和输出角度分别输出所述高频信号和原音频信号,所述高频信号和原音频信号向用户方向传输,并在传输过程中自解调,使用户可听见清晰的原音频信号。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的终端,其中,所述位置信息获取模块,具体设置为根据接收的位置选择指令,从预设的多个位置信息选择一个位置信息,以所选位置作为用户相对终端的位置;或者具有设置为获取用户图像信息,根据用户图像信息计算用户相对于终端的位置信息。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的终端,其中,所述终端还包括:
    场景判断模块,设置为根据音频信号播放触发指令,判断终端当前是否处于需要开启定向播放模式的场景;在终端当前处于需要开启定向播放模式的场景的情况下,生成定向播放指令;
    所述位置信息获取模块,具体设置为根据所述定向播放指令,获取用户相对终端的位置信息。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的终端,其中,所述场景判断模块,具体设置为判断终端当前所处的场景类型;根据预设的场景类型与定向播放模式的映射关系,确定终端当前所处场景是否为需要开启定向播放模式的场景。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的终端,其中,所述场景判断模块,具体还设置为判断用户相对终端的距离是否处于设定的距离阈值范围、用户人数是否处于设定的人数阈值范围、和/或终端所处环境噪声处于设定的噪音阈值范围;当用户相对终端的距离处于设定的距离阈值范围、用户人数处于设定的人数阈值范围、和/或终端所处环境噪声处于设定的噪音阈值范围,则表明所述终端当前处于需要开启定向播放模式的场景。
