现在人们装修时通常在卫生间内设置淋浴房,现在的淋浴房通常使用带有玻璃板的淋浴门。现在的淋浴门大多分为两种结构,分别是带有轨道的推拉门以及带有铰链的合页门。
合页门具有一个由金属制成的框架,在框架内设有玻璃板,通常至少有一块玻璃板是固定在框架内的固定玻璃板,即固定玻璃板不能相对于框架运动。并且,框架内还设有至少一块可以相对于固定的玻璃板做旋转运动的活动玻璃板,活动玻璃板与固定玻璃板之间通过两个或更多个铰链连接。打开或关闭淋浴门时,推开活动玻璃板并使活动玻璃板绕铰链的轴转动即可。
推拉门具有一个由金属制成的框架,框架包括一根或者两根轨道,轨道设置在淋浴门的上端或者下端,轨道基本上与地面水平布置。并且,框架的两侧分别设有一个边框,边框与轨道垂直布置,且边框与轨道固定连接。在框架内设有至少两块玻璃板,多块玻璃板可以全都是可以在轨道内往返滑动的活动玻璃板,也可以是具有至少一块不可以相对于轨道滑动的固定玻璃板,如设置固定玻璃板,则淋浴门至少包括一块能够在轨道内往返滑动的活动玻璃板。
不管是合页门结构的淋浴门还是推拉门结构淋浴门,都有可能出现弯折结构的淋浴门,如图1所示,这种淋浴门包括多根轨道,其中上轨道包括两根相互间形成夹角的轨道10与轨道11,下轨道包括两根相互形成夹角的轨道12与轨道13,淋浴门靠近墙体的两侧分别设有沿垂直方向延伸的边框14、15,轨道10、12与边框14内装有玻璃板16,轨道11、13与边框15内装有玻璃板17。在轨道10与轨道11转角处设置连接装置18,轨道12与轨道13连接处也设有连接装置19。
由于轨道10、11之间的夹角可以是90°或者135°等角度,因此现有的连接装置18、19均是根据轨道之间的夹角设计成需要的角度,并且开有螺丝孔。在安装淋浴门时,轨道与连接装置之间使用螺丝连接,这种方式比较费时,而且对安装人员的体力消耗大。
现有的另外一些连接装置设计成多个零件,其中一个零件与一根根轨道连接,另一个零件与另一根轨道连接,然后用第三个零件连接上述的两个零件,由此实现两根轨道之间的连接。这种方法虽然解决了现场安装不用上螺丝的问题,但连接装置的零件数量较多,有的连接装置还要预先装配,导致淋浴门的安装时间较长,并且增加生产和安装淋浴门的成本。
技术问题
为了解决上述的问题,本发明的主要目的是提供一种零部件数量较少且组装方便的淋浴门轨道转角连接装置。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种无需安装工具、无需使用螺丝安装带有转角的轨道的淋浴门框架。
本发明的再一目的是提供一种安装时间短且生产成本低的淋浴门。
技术解决方案
为实现上述的主要目的,本发明提供的淋浴门轨道转角连接装置包括***件、包容件以及护盖,***件与淋浴门的第一轨道固定连接,包容件与淋浴门的第二轨道固定连接,***件具有***体,***体上设有第一开口销孔,包容件具有包容体,包容体上设有第二开口销孔,且***体***到包容体后,第一开口销孔与第二开口销孔共轴线设置,护盖设有插销,插销***第一开口销孔与第二开口销孔内。
一个优选的方案是,包容体具有顶壁以及与顶壁相对设置的底壁,第二开口销孔设置在顶壁下方,底壁上设有销孔,销孔与第二开口销孔共轴线设置。
进一步的方案是,***体***到包容体后,第一开口销孔位于第二开口销孔与销孔之间。
更进一步的方案是,***件与第一轨道邻接的表面上设有至少一个第一限位凸台,包容件与第二轨道邻接的表面上设有至少一个第二限位凸台。
更进一步的方案是,插销固定在护盖的顶壁上,并且自护盖的顶壁向下延伸,护盖具有内装饰片以及外装饰片,插销通过连接筋与内装饰片和/或外装饰连接。
更进一步的方案是,***件设有位于***体一侧并与第一轨道邻接的第一本体,包容件设有位于包容体一侧并与第二轨道邻接的第二本体,护盖上设有第一开口与第二开口,第一本体安装到第一开口内,第二本体安装到第二开口上。
更进一步的方案是,第一开口与第二开口位于护盖两个相邻的表面上,且第一开口与第二开口均位于内装饰片与外装饰片之间。
更进一步的方案是,护盖的下端设有止退件,止退件扣合在包容件的下端面上。
为实现上述的另一目的,本发明提供的淋浴门包括沿水平方向延伸的轨道以及与轨道垂直设置的边框,轨道包括互间形成夹角的第一轨道与第二轨道,第一轨道与第二轨道通过连接装置连接,连接装置包括***件、包容件以及护盖,***件与淋浴门的第一轨道固定连接,包容件与淋浴门的第二轨道固定连接,***件具有***体,***体上设有第一开口销孔,包容件具有包容体,包容体上设有第二开口销孔,且***体***到包容体后,第一开口销孔与第二开口销孔共轴线设置,护盖设有插销,插销***第一开口销孔与第二开口销孔内。
为实现上述的再一目的,本发明提供的淋浴门包括沿水平方向延伸的轨道以及与轨道垂直设置的边框,边框内装有玻璃板,轨道包括互间形成夹角的第一轨道与第二轨道,第一轨道与第二轨道通过连接装置连接,连接装置包括***件、包容件以及护盖,***件与淋浴门的第一轨道固定连接,包容件与淋浴门的第二轨道固定连接,***件具有***体,***体上设有第一开口销孔,包容件具有包容体,包容体上设有第二开口销孔,且***体***到包容体后,第一开口销孔与第二开口销孔共轴线设置,护盖设有插销,插销***第一开口销孔与第二开口销孔内。
有益效果
本发明提供的淋浴门使用的连接装置带有***件、包容件以及护盖,且***件可以***到包容件内,护盖的插销可以***到***件的第一开口销孔以及包容件的第二开口销孔内,从而将***件与包容件固定。由于***件与第一轨道固定连接,包容件与第二轨道固定连接,这样可以简单地实现淋浴门第一轨道与第二轨道的连接,且两根轨道之间的组装无需上螺丝,也不需要使用任何工具,淋浴门框架的组装消耗时间较短,且组装操作简单,可以降低淋浴门的生产成本与安装成本。
此外,由于轨道转角连接装置只包括一个***件、一个包容件以及一个护盖,所需要的零部件较少,能进一步的降低淋浴门的生产成本。
并且,通过护盖的第一开口与第二开口限制***件的第一主体与包容件的第二主体的位置,从而确定***件、包容件与护盖之间的位置关系,进而实现***件与包容件之间的固定,避免***件与包容件之间绕插销旋转。
此外,护盖的下端设有止退件,可以有效地将护盖固定在包容件的外侧,避免护盖从包容件上松脱。

本发明的实施方式
本发明的淋浴门安装在淋浴房内,且淋浴门为弯折状的淋浴门,其具有淋浴门框架以及安装在淋浴门框架内的玻璃板,淋浴门框架包括沿水平方向延伸的轨道以及与轨道垂直的边框,轨道包括安装在玻璃板上方的上轨道与安装在玻璃板下方的下轨道,其中上轨道包括两根相互间形成夹角的第一轨道与第二轨道,第一轨道与第二轨道之间的夹角为90°或者135°,并且第一轨道与第二轨道之间通过连接装置连接。下轨道也是包括两根相互间形成夹角的第一轨道与第二轨道,第一轨道与第二轨道之间的夹角为90°或者135°,第一轨道与第二轨道之间也是通过连接装置连接。本发明主要是对连接第一轨道与第二轨道的连接装置进行改进,下面详细描述连接装置的结构。
参见图2,本实施例的连接装置用于连接第一轨道20与第二轨道25,第一轨道20与第二轨道25之间形成90°的夹角。
参见图3,连接装置包括一个***件30、一个包容件50、包裹***件30与包容件50外的护盖70。第一轨道20为长条状的型材,其具有封闭腔21、22,并且在封闭腔21、22之间设置有螺钉孔23,螺钉可以旋入螺钉孔23内。相同地,第二轨道25也是长条状的型材,在长度方向上设有沿其长度方向延伸的封闭腔26、27,在封闭腔26、27之间设有螺钉孔28。
参见图4与图5,***件30具有片状的第一本体31,第一本体31靠近第一轨道20的表面31上设有一个限位凸起33,限位凸起33可以***到第一轨道20的封闭腔21或22内,从而限制***件30相对于第一轨道20的运动,也就是避免***件30旋转。第一本体31上还设有贯穿第一本体31两侧表面的通孔34,螺钉可以穿过通孔34并旋入第一轨道20的螺钉孔23内,由此将***件30固定在第一轨道20的一端。当然,***件30也可以通过铆钉或者焊接等方式固定在第一轨道20的端部。
第一本体31背对第一轨道20的方向上设有***体35,***体35自第一本体31的表面向外延伸形成,大致为柱状。***体35具有顶壁36以及与顶壁相对设置的底壁39,在顶壁36与底壁39之间设有一个开口销孔37,开口销孔37的一侧设有一个开口38,开口38沿开口销孔37的轴线延伸。并且,开口销孔37自顶壁36向底壁39延伸,且开口销孔37的轴线垂直于顶壁36与底壁39。
参见图6与图7,包容件50具有片状的第二主体51,第二主体51靠近第二轨道25的表面52上设置有长条状的限位凸台53,限位凸台53可以***到第二轨道25的封闭腔53或者54内,从而限制包容件50相对于第二轨道25的运动,即可以避免包容件50相对于第二轨道25旋转。第二主体51上还设有贯穿第二主体51两侧壁的通孔54,螺钉可以穿过通孔54***到第二轨道25的螺钉孔28内,从而将包容件54固定在第二轨道25的端部。当然,实际应用时,包容件50可以通过铆钉或者焊接等方式固定在第二轨道25的端部。
包容件50还设有一个包容体55,包容体55自第二本体51背对表面51的一侧向外延伸,并且设有顶壁56以及与顶壁56相对的底壁59,顶壁56与底壁59之间通过侧壁61连接,并且顶壁56、底壁59、侧壁61以及第二本体51围成一个具有开口的包容腔62,***体35可以***到包容腔62内。
包容体55上设有一个开口销孔57,开口销孔57的一侧设有一个开口58,且开口销孔57的轴线垂直于顶壁56以及底壁59,开口58沿开口销孔57的轴线方向延伸。从图6可见,开口销孔57并没有从顶壁56一直延伸至底壁59,因此开口销孔57与底壁59之间存在间隙,以便于***件30***到顶壁56与底壁59之间。
底壁59上设有一个销孔60,销孔60位于开口销孔57的正下方,并且销孔60与开口销孔57共轴线设置。
参见图8与图9,护盖70具有内装饰片71以及位于内装饰片71外侧的外装饰片72,内装饰片71与外装饰片72之间通过顶壁73连接,且内装饰片71的面积小于外装饰片72的面积。在内装饰片71靠近外装饰片72的一侧设有插销75,插销75自顶壁73的下表面沿垂直于顶壁73的方向延伸。为了避免插销75损坏,插销75与内装饰片71之间连接有连接筋76。当然,插销75也可以设置在靠近外装饰片72的一侧,连接筋连接在外装饰片72与插销75之间。
在护盖70的下端设有两个止退件74,两个止退件74分别设置在外装饰片72的下端,并且两个止退件74分别扣合在包容件50的下端面上,从而避免护盖70从包容件50上松脱。
组装淋浴门框架时,将***件30固定在第一轨道20的端部,将包容件50固定在第二轨道25的端部,如图10所示,使用螺钉44穿过***件30的通孔34并旋入螺钉孔23内,第一本体31与第一轨道20邻接,使用螺钉64穿过包容件50的通孔54并旋入螺钉孔28内,第二本体51与第二轨道25邻接。
然后,将***件30***到包容件50的包容腔62内,并且将***件30的开口销孔37的轴线与包容件50的开口销孔57的轴线对齐,这样开口销孔37、57以及销孔60的轴线在同一直线上。此时,开口销孔37位于开口销孔57与销孔60之间。
最后,将护盖70扣合在包容件50外,也就是将插销75***到开口销孔37、57内。护盖70自上往下***到包容件50与***件30内,随着插销75的***,插销75的下端将***到销孔60内,从而实现***件30与包容件50的固定。
为了避免***件30与包容件50的相对运动,连接筋76***到开口销孔37的开口38以及开口销孔57的开口58内,从而避免***件30与包容件50的转动。此外,如图8所示,护盖70上设有两个开口77、78,两个开口77、78分别位于护盖70相邻的两个侧壁上。当护盖70安装到包容件50外后,***件30的第一主体31以及包容件50的第二主体51分别安装在两个开口77、78上,通过第一主体31、第二主体51与两个开口77、78的配合限制护盖70相对于***件30、包容件50的旋转,进而将***件30、包容件50固定在护盖70内。
并且,当护盖70安装到包容件50后,止退件74扣合在包容件50的下端面上,从而将护盖70固定在包容件50上,避免护盖70从包容件50上松脱。
本发明的淋浴门轨道转角连接装置通过***件30、包容件50以及护盖70的相互配合实现第一轨道20与第二轨道25的固定连接,并且可以避免第一轨道20与第二轨道25发生相对旋转。从上述组装过程可见,淋浴门的组装极为简单,无需任何工具即可以安装,且连接装置的零部件较少,降低淋浴门的生产成本与安装成本。
工业实用性
本发明提供的淋浴门安装在卫生间内,并且作为淋浴房的重要构成部分,淋浴房可以是带有底盘的整体式淋浴房,也可以是将淋浴门安装在两面相邻并且形成夹角的墙壁之间,由淋浴门以及墙壁围成淋浴房。本发明的淋浴门可以是只包括上端轨道的淋浴门,可以是具有上端轨道以及下端轨道的淋浴门,淋浴门的轨道通过上述的连接装置进行连接。
本发明的淋浴门适用于在客户的卫生间内现在组装的场合,应用本发明的产品,组装淋浴门的操作简单,无需使用螺钉将两根形成夹角的轨道固定、连接,因此组装淋浴门的工作消耗的时间较少,实现淋浴门的快速、简易安装,并且能降低淋浴门的生产、组装成本。

Claims (25)

  1. 淋浴门轨道转角连接装置,其特征在于:包括
    ***件、包容件以及护盖,所述***件与淋浴门的第一轨道固定连接,所述包容件与淋浴门的第二轨道固定连接;
    所述***件具有***体,所述***体上设有第一开口销孔;
    所述包容件具有包容体,所述包容体上设有第二开口销孔,且所述***体***到所述包容体后,所述第一开口销孔与所述第二开口销孔共轴线设置;
    所述护盖设有插销,所述插销***所述第一开口销孔与所述第二开口销孔内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的淋浴门轨道转角连接装置,其特征在于:
    所述包容体具有顶壁以及与所述顶壁相对设置的底壁,所述第二开口销孔设置在所述顶壁下方,所述底壁上设有销孔,所述销孔与所述第二开口销孔共轴线设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的淋浴门轨道转角连接装置,其特征在于:
    所述***体***到所述包容体后,所述第一开口销孔位于所述第二开口销孔与所述销孔之间。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的淋浴门轨道转角连接装置,其特征在于:
    所述***件设有位于所述***体一侧并与所述第一轨道邻接的第一本体,所述包容件设有位于所述包容体一侧并与所述第二轨道邻接的第二本体;
    所述护盖上设有第一开口与第二开口,所述第一本体安装到所述第一开口内,所述第二本体安装到所述第二开口上。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的淋浴门轨道转角连接装置,其特征在于:
    所述***件与所述第一轨道邻接的表面上设有至少一个第一限位凸台。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的淋浴门轨道转角连接装置,其特征在于:
    所述包容件与所述第二轨道邻接的表面上设有至少一个第二限位凸台。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的淋浴门轨道转角连接装置,其特征在于:
    所述插销固定在所述护盖的顶壁上,并且自所述护盖的顶壁向下延伸。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的淋浴门轨道转角连接装置,其特征在于:
    所述护盖具有内装饰片以及外装饰片,所述插销通过连接筋与所述内装饰片和/或所述外装饰连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的淋浴门轨道转角连接装置,其特征在于:
    所述第一开口与所述第二开口位于所述护盖两个相邻的表面上,且所述第一开口与所述第二开口均位于所述内装饰片与所述外装饰片之间。
  10. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的淋浴门轨道转角连接装置,其特征在于:
    所述护盖的下端设有止退件,所述止退件扣合在所述包容件的下端面上。
  11. 淋浴门框架,包括
    沿水平方向延伸的轨道以及与所述轨道垂直设置的边框,所述轨道包括相互间形成夹角的第一轨道与第二轨道,所述第一轨道与所述第二轨道通过连接装置连接;
    其特征在于:
    所述连接装置包括***件、包容件以及护盖,所述***件与淋浴门的第一轨道固定连接,所述包容件与淋浴门的第二轨道固定连接;
    所述***件具有***体,所述***体上设有第一开口销孔;
    所述包容件具有包容体,所述包容体上设有第二开口销孔,且所述***体***到所述包容体后,所述第一开口销孔与所述第二开口销孔共轴线设置;
    所述护盖设有插销,所述插销***所述第一开口销孔与所述第二开口销孔内。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的淋浴门框架,其特征在于:
    所述包容体具有顶壁以及与所述顶壁相对设置的底壁,所述第二开口销孔设置在所述顶壁下方,所述底壁上设有销孔,所述销孔与所述第二开口销孔共轴线设置。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的淋浴门框架,其特征在于:
    所述***体***到所述包容体后,所述第一开口销孔位于所述第二开口销孔与所述销孔之间。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的淋浴门轨道转角连接装置,其特征在于:
    所述***件设有位于所述***体一侧并与所述第一轨道邻接的第一本体,所述包容件设有位于所述包容体一侧并与所述第二轨道邻接的第二本体;
    所述护盖上设有第一开口与第二开口,所述第一本体安装到所述第一开口内,所述第二本体安装到所述第二开口上。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的淋浴门框架,其特征在于:
    所述插销固定在所述护盖的顶壁上,并且自所述护盖的顶壁向下延伸。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的淋浴门框架,其特征在于:
    所述护盖具有内装饰片以及外装饰片,所述插销通过连接筋与所述内装饰片和/或所述外装饰连接。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的淋浴门框架,其特征在于:
    所述第一开口与所述第二开口位于所述护盖两个相邻的表面上,且所述第一开口与所述第二开口均位于所述内装饰片与所述外装饰片之间。
  18. 根据权利要求11至17任一项所述的淋浴门框架,其特征在于:
    所述护盖的下端设有止退件,所述止退件扣合在所述包容件的下端面上。
  19. 淋浴门,包括
    沿水平方向延伸的轨道以及与所述轨道垂直设置的边框,所述边框内装有玻璃板,所述轨道包括相互间形成夹角的第一轨道与第二轨道,所述第一轨道与所述第二轨道通过连接装置连接;
    其特征在于:
    所述连接装置包括***件、包容件以及护盖,所述***件与淋浴门的第一轨道固定连接,所述包容件与淋浴门的第二轨道固定连接;
    所述***件具有***体,所述***体上设有第一开口销孔;
    所述包容件具有包容体,所述包容体上设有第二开口销孔,且所述***体***到所述包容体后,所述第一开口销孔与所述第二开口销孔共轴线设置;
    所述护盖设有插销,所述插销***所述第一开口销孔与所述第二开口销孔内。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的淋浴门,其特征在于:
    所述包容体具有顶壁以及与所述顶壁相对设置的底壁,所述第二开口销孔设置在所述顶壁下方,所述底壁上设有销孔,所述销孔与所述第二开口销孔共轴线设置。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的淋浴门,其特征在于:
    所述***体***到所述包容体后,所述第一开口销孔位于所述第二开口销孔与所述销孔之间。
  22. 根据权利要求19所述的淋浴门,其特征在于:

    所述护盖上设有第一开口与第二开口,所述第一本体安装到所述第一开口内,所述第二本体安装到所述第二开口上。

    所述插销固定在所述护盖的顶壁上,并且自所述护盖的顶壁向下延伸。
