Abstract

The present invention relates to a vehicle air conditioning device using a thermoelectric element, in which a Seebeck element has one surface exposed to a shaded portion of the bottom surface of a vehicle and the other surface exposed to the interior, in which high temperature is generated, so that electricity is generated by the Seebeck element; a Peltier element has a heat absorption portion exposed to the interior and a heat radiating portion exposed to the exterior; and a wire is connected so that electricity generated by the Seebeck element becomes a power source of the Peltier element.
