Description

本发明涉及车辆装置,特别涉及以一种具有防滑限位结构的手推车。
背景技术
随着商业和公共服务业的发展,商场、超市、机场等公共场所开始广泛的使用手推车及行李车等移动设备,以方便使用者搬运行李及物品。现有的手推车及行李车上也会安装电子播放设备以便于使用者获取信息或者商家进行位置信息、导航信息、广告信息及其它相关信息的播放。但是,目前的车辆很难解决旅客推行中行李滑落、行李架误碰使用者的脚部等问题。另外行李架自身的强度不高,重量大,也不美观。因此,在使用上存在较多不便之处。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种具有限位结构的手推车,其特征在于,包括用于承载物品的带有车轮的底座;与所述底座固定连接的车架,所述车架具有供手持的把手;设置在所述底座上的位于车头一侧的用于限制承载物品运动的第一限位板;设置于所述底座上的位于车尾一侧的用于限制承载物品运动的第二限位件,所述第二限位件表现为端面基本呈三角形的斜坡形元件,所述斜坡形元件具有面朝所述第一限位板的斜面。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述斜面相对于所述底座的倾斜夹角为30-45度。将倾斜角度设置为30-45度可以有效的增加手推车用于承载物品的面积,而且能够防止紧急制动时物品向后滑落。

如图1所示,本发明一实施方式提供了一种手推车,包括底座1、设置于底座1首端的第一限位板2(车架)、设置第一限位板2一端的把手3以及设置于底座1尾端的第二限位板4。第二限位板4呈斜坡形状。所述的底座1、车架2、把手3以及第二限位板4之间形成用于承载物品的承载空间。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手推车,其特征在于,所述斜面相对于所述底座的倾斜夹角为30~45度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的手推车,其特征在于,所述斜坡形元件包括设置于所述斜面两侧的基本竖向的第一支撑板和第二支撑板,所述斜面、所述第一支撑板和所述第二支撑板围合形成收容空间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的手推车,其特征在于,所述车架具有自所述底座的首端向上延伸的两条支撑梁,所述第一限位板设置在所述两条支撑梁之间,所述斜面具有与所述两个支撑梁位置和形状相应的豁口,以当多辆所述手推车前后叠加时,后车的所述支撑梁能够容纳在前车的所述豁口中。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的手推车,其特征在于,所述斜坡形元件的靠近使用者腿部一侧的外沿设有缓冲件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的手推车,其特征在于,所述缓冲件为橡胶。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的手推车,其特征在于,所述底座和所述斜面上设有多个防滑肋条。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的手推车,其特征在于,所述多个防滑肋条交错配置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的手推车,其特征在于,所述防滑肋条包括沿所述斜面宽度方向间隔地设置的横向的第一肋条和第二肋条、由所述第一肋条和所述第二肋条沿所述斜面长度方向分别纵向延伸出的第三肋条和第四肋条,所述第三肋条与所述第四肋条彼此偏置。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的手推车,其特征在于,所述多个防滑肋条上覆设有防滑橡胶。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的手推车,其特征在于,所述斜坡形元件的端面呈三角形。
