一种痰液收集装置,包括用于存储痰液的第一腔体(1)和一与之配套的盖体(2);第一腔体(1)的一端为开口结构,另一端为弹性材料制成的封闭结构;第一腔体的侧壁自其封闭的一端沿轴向延伸形成其支撑底座(3),支撑底座(3)上设有用于连接震荡混匀器的卡槽(4);盖体(2)可闭合于第一腔体开口结构端,盖体上设有一痰液涂嘴(5)、一用于存储痰液液化剂的第二腔体(6)以及一顶尖结构(7);痰液涂嘴(5)通过其内部腔道与第一腔体(1)连通;第二腔体的一端为开口结构,另一端为支撑结构(13),其内设有含痰液液化剂的液化剂囊(8),其支撑结构端用于防止液化剂囊进入第一腔体(1),在其支撑结构端上设有连通第二腔体(6)和第一腔体(1)的孔隙(14);顶尖结构(7)用于刺破第二腔体内的液化剂囊(8),使痰液液化剂流入第一腔体。

Description

痰液收集装置 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗装置领域,具体地说,特别涉及到一种痰液收集装置。
背景技术
在医院多项疾病检查中,需对病人的痰液进行检查。
现有痰液收集器的缺陷在于:
1.大多采用敞口结构,需竖直摆放,容易打翻。2.收集的痰液具有大小不同的粘性,需开盖操作,具有对环境与操作人员的生物危害,且影响检验结果。3.不具有涂抹结构,较难涂抹于检验玻璃片上。4.不具有液化功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种安全的痰液收集、液化和涂抹装置,以解决上述问题。
本发明所解决的技术问题可以采用以下技术方案来实现:
痰液收集装置,包括:
一用于存储痰液的第一腔体,所述第一腔体的一端为开口结构,另一端为由弹性材料制成的封闭结构,所述第一腔体的侧壁自所述第一腔体封闭的一端沿轴向延伸形成所述第一腔体的支撑底座,所述第一腔体的支撑底座上设有用于连接震荡混匀器的卡槽;
一与所述第一腔体配套的盖体,所述盖体可闭合于所述第一腔体开口结构的一端,所述盖体上设有一痰液涂嘴、一用于存储痰液液化剂的第二腔体以及一顶尖结构;
所述痰液涂嘴通过其内部腔道与所述第一腔体相连通,用于将存储在所述第一腔体内的痰液导出;
所述用于存储痰液液化剂的第二腔体的一端为开口结构,另一端为支撑结构,在所述第二腔体内设有含痰液液化剂的液化剂囊,所述第二腔体另一端的支撑结构用于防止所述液化剂囊进入第一腔体,在所述第二腔体另一端的支撑结构上设有连通所述第二腔体和所述第一腔体的孔隙;
所述顶尖结构包括底座和尖端,所述尖端的底部与所述底座连接,所述尖端上设有卡位结构,所述卡位结构用于将所述顶尖结构可移动地部分卡在所述第二腔体内且使所述顶尖结构处于第一位置,当所述顶尖结构处于第一位置时,其尖端的尖部不会刺破所述第二腔体内的液化剂囊;当有外力施于所述顶尖结构的底座时,所述顶尖结构可移动至第二位置,当所述顶尖结构处于第二位置时,其尖端的尖部可刺破所述第二腔体内的液化剂囊。
优选地,所述第一腔体开口一端的外侧壁上设有外螺纹,所述盖体的内侧壁上设有与之匹配的内螺纹。
优选地,所述痰液涂嘴的一端为斜面结构。
优选地,所述痰液涂嘴和所述用于存储痰液液化剂的第二腔体以及所述顶尖结构均设有配套的端盖。
与现有技术相比,本发明的痰液收集装置的有益效果如下:
1.采用第一腔体+盖体的结构,能有效防止痰液打翻倒出。
2.通过对顶尖结构的底座施加外力使之将第二腔体内的液化剂囊刺破,痰液液化剂经由位于第二腔体支撑结构端上的连通第二腔体和第一腔体的孔隙如镂空筛网状结构等流入第一腔体,再与第一腔体内的痰液混合,同时在第一腔体的支撑底座上设有用于连接震荡混匀器的卡槽,从而能有效地在第一腔体的密闭空间里直接完成对痰液的震荡液化处理过程。
3.通过采用气囊状封闭结构+涂嘴的结构,能方便地将痰液涂布在检验载玻片上。
4.将痰液液化剂设置于胶囊内,使得内含痰液液化剂的胶囊和痰液收集装置的主体结构能够分开生产,便于本发明的产业化。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于被明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
参见图1,本发明所述的痰液收集装置,主要包括第一腔体1和盖体2,其中,第一腔体1用于存放痰液,盖体2可闭合于第一腔体1的开口端。
参见图2、图5和图6,所述第一腔体1的一端为开口结构,另一端为由弹性材料制成的封闭结构,在本实施例中,所述封闭结构为气囊结构15,所述第一腔体1的侧壁自所述第一腔体1封闭的一端沿轴向延伸形成所述第一腔体1的支撑底座3,所述第一腔体1的支撑底座3上设有用于与震荡混匀器对接的卡槽4,所述盖体2可闭合于所述第一腔体1开口结构的一端,所述盖体2上设有一痰液涂嘴5、一用于存储痰液液化剂的第二腔体6以及一顶尖结构7;所述痰液涂嘴5通过其内部腔道与所述第一腔体1相连通,用于将存储在所述第一腔体1内的痰液导出;所述用于存储痰液液化剂的第二腔体6的一端为开口结构,在所述第二腔体6内设有含痰液液化剂的液化剂囊8,第二腔体6的另一端设有用于防止所述液化剂囊8进入第一腔体1的支撑结构13,在所述支撑结构13上设有连通所述第二腔体6和所述第一腔体1的孔隙14,用于供痰液液化剂流过。
在发明的优选实施例中,所述支撑结构13可为镂空筛网状结构,一者筛网能防止液化剂囊8进入第一腔体1,二者筛网上的孔隙14可供痰液液化剂从所述第二腔体6流入所述第一腔体1。
参见图3和图4,所述顶尖结构7包括底座9和尖端10,所述尖端10的底部与所述底座9连接,所述尖端10上设有卡位结构11,所述卡位结构11用于将所述顶尖结构7可移动地部分卡在所述第二腔体内且使所述顶尖结构7处于第一位置,当所述顶尖结构7处于第一 位置时,其尖端10的尖部不会刺破所述第二腔体6内的液化剂囊8;当有外力施加于所述顶尖结构7的底座9时,所述顶尖结构7可移动至第二位置,当所述顶尖结构7处于第二位置时,其尖端10的尖部可刺破所述第二腔体6内的液化剂囊8。
在具体的实施中,所述的卡位结构11可采用卡环,所述卡环由若干环状突起设置于所述顶尖结构7的尖端10的表面形成,由于卡环的直径大于尖端10的直径,故而其能使所述顶尖结构7部分地卡在所述第二腔体6内(更准确地讲,应为所述顶尖结构7的尖端10的一部分卡在所述第二腔体6内),且所述顶尖结构7可在外力的作用下在所述第二腔体6内上下移动。
参见图5,为了便于生产和运输,本发明将痰液液化剂先包含于胶囊8内,然后将该胶囊8放置于第二腔体6内,通过采用上述设计,使得含有痰液液化剂的胶囊和痰液收集装置的主体结构能够分开生产,便于后期的产业化。
另外,所述痰液涂嘴5和所述用于存储痰液液化剂的第二腔体6以及顶尖结构7均设有配套的端盖12。通过采用上述结构设计,可在本发明的痰液收集装置的内部形成相对封闭的空间,防止外界灰尘等污染物的进入。
本发明的痰液收集装置的工作过程如下:
拧开盖体2,患者将痰液吐入第一腔体1内,然后拧紧盖体2,拿掉第二腔体6上的端盖12,将顶尖结构7往下推使其尖端10的尖部刺破第二腔体6内的液化剂囊8,液化剂囊8内的痰液液化剂遂经由第二腔体6的支撑结构13端的孔隙14进入第一腔体1内与痰液混合。再通过第一腔体支撑底座3上的卡槽4将本发明的痰液收集装置固定于震荡混匀器上,痰液经充分震荡混匀液化后,拿掉痰液凃嘴5上的端盖12,将本发明的痰液收集装置倾倒,轻按第一腔体1底部的弹性封闭结构15,使得第一腔体1中的痰液经由痰液涂嘴5流出并涂抹于载玻片上,以便进行后续检验。

  1. 痰液收集装置,其特征在于,包括:
    一用于存储痰液的第一腔体,所述第一腔体的一端为开口结构,另一端为由弹性材料制成的封闭结构,所述第一腔体的侧壁自所述第一腔体封闭的一端沿轴向延伸形成所述第一腔体的支撑底座,所述第一腔体的支撑底座上设有用于连接震荡混匀器的卡槽;
    一与所述第一腔体配套的盖体,所述盖体可闭合于所述第一腔体开口结构的一端,所述盖体上设有一痰液涂嘴、一用于存储痰液液化剂的第二腔体以及一顶尖结构;
    所述痰液涂嘴通过其内部腔道与所述第一腔体相连通,用于将存储在所述第一腔体内的痰液导出;
    所述用于存储痰液液化剂的第二腔体的一端为开口结构,另一端为支撑结构,在所述第二腔体内设有含痰液液化剂的液化剂囊,所述第二腔体另一端的支撑结构用于防止所述液化剂囊进入第一腔体,在所述第二腔体另一端的支撑结构上设有连通所述第二腔体和所述第一腔体的孔隙;
    所述顶尖结构包括底座和尖端,所述尖端的底部与所述底座连接,所述尖端上设有卡位结构,所述卡位结构用于将所述顶尖结构可移动地部分卡在所述第二腔体内且使所述顶尖结构处于第一位置,当所述顶尖结构处于第一位置时,其尖端的尖部不会刺破所述第二腔体内的液化剂囊;当有外力施于所述顶尖结构的底座时,所述顶尖结构可移动至第二位置,当所述顶尖结构处于第二位置时,其尖端的尖部可刺破所述第二腔体内的液化剂囊。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的痰液收集装置,其特征在于:所述第一腔体开口一端的外侧壁上设有外螺纹,所述盖体的内侧壁上设有与之匹配的内螺纹。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的痰液收集装置,其特征在于:所述痰液涂嘴的一端为斜面结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的痰液收集装置,其特征在于:所述痰液涂嘴和所述用于存储痰液液化剂的第二腔体以及所述顶尖结构均设有配套的端盖。
