本实施例中,手机终端根据获取的语音来电的语音内容,对其进行上述关键词的搜索,若搜索到的关键词与预设关键词一致,手机终端则会自动挂断所述语音来电,并将该语音来电列入黑名单,从而可以防止该陌生来电再次接入;若搜索到的关键词与预设关键词不一致,手机终端则会通过振铃等方式提醒用户接听所述语音来电。
在一实施例中,如图3所示,在上述图1的实施例的基础上,本实施例中,所述步骤S103包括:
步骤S1035,通过后台接通所述语音来电;
步骤S1036,播放接听所述语音来电的预设语音问候信息;
本优选实施例中,手机终端在接通陌生语音来电时,可以首先播放预录的语音问候信息,如:“喂,您好!”“喂,请问您是哪位?”或者其他自定义问候语。
步骤S1037,识别所述语音来电应答所述预设语音问候信息的语音内容。
本实施例中,识别陌生来电的应答语音内容,若搜索到的关键词与预设关键词一致,手机终端则会自动挂断所述语音来电,并将该来电人列入黑名单,从而可以防止该陌生来电再次接入;若没有搜索到预设关键词,手机终端则会提醒用户接听所述语音来电。
在一实施例中,步骤S1034进一步包括:
若搜索到的关键词与预设关键词不一致,则向来电人播放预设的语音等待消息。
本实施例中,若手机终端搜索到的关键词与预设关键词不一致,则向来电人播放预录的语音提醒等待消息,如:这里是语音防骚扰***,已判定您的来电为非骚扰来电,正在接入机主,请稍候……,或者其他用户自定义的提示语,并同时振动或响铃以提醒用户。
本发明还提供一种语音电话防骚扰的装置1,参照图4,在一实施例中,所述语音电话防骚扰的装置1包括:
接收模块101,设置为接收语音来电;
本实施例中,语音来电的后台接入过程如下:语音电话防骚扰的装置收到语音来电寻呼消息;鉴权、安全模式/加密,这个过程是通讯协议规定的流程,而应用层不会参与;无线资源建立完成后,通讯信令由底层转入应用层,手机终端侧即可以接通电话。手机终端应用层对接通电话的方式没有限制。手机终端1可以自动后台接通语音来电,无需通知手机用户,从而避免骚扰。
关联模块102,设置为根据所述语音来电关联通讯录,判断所述语音来电是否为陌生来电;
本优选实施例中,所述语音来电的信息包括来电人的电话号码、来电铃声以及头像等信息,将所述语音来电的信息与所述通讯录进行对比,判断通讯录是否包含这些信息中的一个或多个。
识别模块103,设置为在判断所述语音来电是陌生来电的情况下,通过后台接通所述语音来电,并识别所述语音来电的语音内容;
本实施例中,若所述通讯录不包含有该语音来电的电话号码、预先设置的来电铃声或头像等信息,则判断所述语音来电为陌生来电。此时,手机终端通过后台接通所述语音来电,并识别所述语音来电的语音内容。在本优选实施例中,所述识别过程包括对所述语音来电的语音内容进行关键词搜索,并判断搜索到的关键词是否与预设关键词一致。
处理模块104,设置为根据所述语音内容挂断所述语音来电或提醒用户接听所述语音来电。
在本发明实施例中,还提供了一种计算机存储介质,该计算机存储介质可以存储有执行指令,该执行指令用于执行上述实施例中的方法。
本优选实施例中,通过手机终端用户预设关键字,并根据获取的语音内容中是否包含有所述预设关键词,来决定挂断所述语音来电或提醒用户接听所述语音来电。
本发明通过根据语音来电的信息关联通讯录,判断所述语音来电为陌生来电,在判断所述语音来电是陌生来电的情况下,通过后台接通所述语音来电,并识别所述语音来电的语音内容,根据所述语音内容挂断所述语音来电或提醒用户接听所述语音来电。这样,可以有效地阻挡大量陌生语音骚扰电话,同时又可以不影响正常的非骚扰陌生语音电话的接入。
在第一实施例中,如图5所示,在上述图4的实施例的基础上,本实施例中,所述识别模块103包括:
搜索单元1031,设置为获取所述语音来电的语音内容并进行关键词搜索;
本优选实施例中,可以预先设定关键字,如:保险、抽奖、中奖、优惠或招商等,可以理解的是,用户可以根据自己的需要自定义其他不愿被骚扰的关键词。
本实施例中,手机终端根据获取的语音来电的语音内容,对其进行上述关键词的搜索,并判断搜索到的关键词是否与预设关键词一致。
判断单元1032,设置为判断搜索到的关键词是否与预设关键词一致。
在一实施例中,如图6所示,在上述图5的实施例的基础上,本实施例中,所述判断单元1032包括:
挂断处理子单元1033,设置为若判断搜索到的关键词与预设关键词一致,则挂断所述语音来电;
提醒子单元1034,设置为若判断搜索到的关键词与预设关键词不一致,则提醒用户接听所述语音来电。
本实施例中,手机终端根据获取的语音来电的语音内容,对其进行上述关键词的搜索,若搜索到的关键词与预设关键词一致,手机终端则会自动挂断所述语音来电,并将该语音来电列入黑名单,从而可以防止该陌生来电再次接入;若搜索到的关键词与预设关键词不一致,手机终端则会通过振铃等方式提醒用户接听所述语音来电。
在第二实施例中,如图7所示,在上述图4的实施例的基础上,本实施例中,所述识别模块103包括:
接通处理单元1035,设置为通过后台接通所述语音来电;
播放单元1036,设置为播放接听所述语音来电的预设语音问候信息;
本优选实施例中,手机终端在接通陌生语音来电时,可以首先播放预录的语音问候信息,如:“喂,您好!”“喂,请问您是哪位?”或者其他自定义问候语。
识别单元1037,设置为识别所述语音来电应答所述预设语音问候信息的语音内容。
本实施例中,识别陌生来电的应答语音内容,若搜索到的关键词与预设关键词一致,手机终端则会自动挂断所述语音来电,并将该来电人列入黑名单,从而可以防止该陌生来电再次接入;若没有搜索到预设关键词,手机终端则会提醒用户接听所述语音来电。
在一实施例中,提醒子单元1034进一步用于:
若搜索到的关键词与预设关键词不一致,则向来电人播放预设的语音等待消息。
本实施例中,若手机终端搜索到的关键词与预设关键词不一致,则向来电人播放预录的语音提醒等待消息,如:这里是语音防骚扰***,已判定您的来电为非骚扰来电,正在接入机主,请稍候……,或者其他用户自定义的提示语,并同时振动或响铃以提醒用户。
本发明实施例还提供一种终端(图中未示出),所述所述终端包括处理器(图中未示出),所述处理器用于接收语音来电;根据所述语音来电关联通讯录,判断所述语音来电是否为陌生来电;在判断所述语音来电是陌生来电的情况下,通过后台接通所述语音来电,并识别所述语音来电的语音内容;根据所述语音内容挂断所述语音来电或提醒用户接听所述语音来电。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,包括如下步骤:(接收语音来电;根据所述语音来电关联通讯录,判断所述语音来电是否为陌生来电;在判断所述语音来电是陌生来电的情况下,通过后台接通所述语音来电,并识别所述语音来电的语音内容;根据所述语音内容挂断所述语音来电或提醒用户接听所述语音来电),所述的存储介质,如:ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。
工业实用性
基于本发明实施例提供的上述技术方案,通过根据语音来电的信息关联通讯录,判断该语音来电为陌生来电,在判断该语音来电是陌生来电的情况下,通过后台接通该语音来电,并识别该语音来电的语音内容,根据该语音内容挂断该语音来电或提醒用户接听该语音来电。这样,可以有效地阻挡大量陌生语音骚扰电话,同时又可以不影响正常的非骚扰陌生语音电话的接入。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种语音电话防骚扰的方法,所述语音电话防骚扰的方法包括以下步骤:
    接收语音来电;
    根据所述语音来电关联通讯录,判断所述语音来电是否为陌生来电;
    在判断所述语音来电是陌生来电的情况下,通过后台接通所述语音来电,并识别所述语音来电的语音内容;
    根据所述语音内容挂断所述语音来电或提醒用户接听所述语音来电。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的语音电话防骚扰的方法,其中,所述通过后台接通所述语音来电,并识别所述语音来电的语音内容的步骤包括:
    获取所述语音来电的语音内容并进行关键词搜索;
    判断搜索到的关键词是否与预设关键词一致。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的语音电话防骚扰的方法,其中,所述根据所述语音内容挂断所述语音来电或提醒用户接听所述语音来电的步骤包括:
    若判断搜索到的关键词与预设关键词一致,则挂断所述语音来电;
    若判断搜索到的关键词与预设关键词不一致,则提醒用户接听所述语音来电。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的语音电话防骚扰的方法,其中,所述通过后台接通所述语音来电,并识别所述语音来电的语音内容步骤包括:
    通过后台接通所述语音来电;
    播放接听所述语音来电的预设语音问候信息;
    识别所述语音来电应答所述预设语音问候信息的语音内容。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的语音电话防骚扰的方法,其中,若判断搜索到的关键词与预设关键词不一致,则提醒用户接听所述语音来电的步骤进一步包括:
    若搜索到的关键词与预设关键词不一致,则向来电人播放预设的语音等待消息。
  6. 一种语音电话防骚扰的装置,所述语音电话防骚扰的装置包括:
    接收模块,设置为接收语音来电;
    关联模块,设置为根据所述语音来电关联通讯录,判断所述语音来电是否为陌生来电;
    识别模块,设置为在判断所述语音来电是陌生来电的情况下,通过后台接通所述语音来电,并识别所述语音来电的语音内容;
    处理模块,设置为根据所述语音内容挂断所述语音来电或提醒用户接听所述语音来电。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的语音电话防骚扰的装置,其中,所述识别模块包括:
    搜索单元,设置为获取所述语音来电的语音内容并进行关键词搜索;
    判断单元,设置为判断搜索到的关键词是否与预设关键词一致。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的语音电话防骚扰的装置,其中,所述判断单元包括:
    挂断处理子单元,设置为若判断搜索到的关键词与预设关键词一致,则挂断所述语音来电;
    提醒子单元,设置为若判断搜索到的关键词与预设关键词不一致,则提醒用户接听所述语音来电。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的语音电话防骚扰的装置,其中,所述识别模块包括:
    接通处理单元,设置为后台接通所述语音来电;
    播放单元,设置为播放接听所述语音来电的预设语音问候信息;
    识别单元,设置为识别所述语音来电应答所述预设语音问候信息的语音内容。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的语音电话防骚扰的装置,其中,所述提醒子单元进一步用于:
    若搜索到的关键词与预设关键词不一致,则向来电人播放预设的语音等待消息。
  11. 一种终端,所述终端包括处理器,所述处理器用于接收语音来电;根据所述语音来电关联通讯录,判断所述语音来电是否为陌生来电;在判断所述语音来电是陌生来电的情况下,通过后台接通所述语音来电,并识别所述语音来电的语音内容;根据所述语音内容挂断所述语音来电或提醒用户接听所述语音来电。
  12. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质存储有执行指令,所述执行指令用于执行权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法。
