Abstract

一种自吸式角膜吸引环,包括角膜环(1)和位于角膜环(1)底部的自吸环(2)。自吸环(2)包括半弧形自吸环本体,正好贴合在角巩膜缘处,通过下压自吸环(2)后的回弹作用自动产生适量的负压吸力,同时自吸环(2)由软橡胶制成,软橡胶的吸力面在形成负压吸引时,能减轻病人的不适感。该自吸式角膜吸引环结构轻便,可以很好地吸附在角巩膜缘上,保证药物在角膜环(1)内进行渗透,防止药液流出眼外导致的浪费。

[0002] 目前,现有的角膜负压吸引环是用塑料制成的空心的环,并连接着三通管和注射器,利用注射器抽出空气使角膜环牢牢固定在角膜缘主要在结膜上,可以让手术中需要的药水很好的停留在环内,并起到固定眼球的作用。但是,现在的角膜负压吸引环因为连接着注射器不够轻便对操作有一定影响,而且病人的不适感比较强烈,特别容易引起结膜水肿、充血和结膜下出血。
发明内容

本发明的有益效果是: 本发明提供了 一种自吸式角膜吸引环, 在角膜环外面再加一个半弧形的 自吸环 结构,正好可以完全贴合在角巩膜缘,通过下压 自吸环 后的回弹作用自动产生适量的负压吸力,同时软的橡胶的吸力面造成负压吸引的时候给病人的主观感觉会舒适一些,本发明可以很好的附和在角巩膜缘上使角膜交联术时的核黄素很好的在角膜环内进行渗透,有效防止液体流出眼外导致的浪费以及加速手术时间。并且本设计外观合理,结构轻便,更加实用。

现结合 图 1 对本发明进行进一步说明, 一种 自吸式角膜吸引环 , 包括筒形的角膜环1 ,所述的 角膜环1底部还设有自吸环2,所述的自吸环2与角膜环1相连通,所述的自吸环2包括半弧形自吸环本体, 所述的自吸环本体的边缘设有一圈高于角膜弧度的 按压部 21 。所述的 自吸环 2 采用塑胶材料制成 。 通过 自吸环本体与角膜之间设置按压部21,以便按压出口气形成负压吸引。 所述的 按压部 21 截面为圆弧形。 自吸环2正好可以完全贴合在角巩膜缘,通过下压自吸环后的回弹作用自动产生适量的负压吸力,同时软的橡胶的吸力面造成负压吸引的时候给病人的主观感觉会舒适一些。 所述的 角膜环1顶部设有手术时添加药物的进料端11。 所述的 自吸环2底部设有药物进入角膜的的出料端22。使角膜交联术时的核黄素由进料端11加入在角膜环内,通过出料端22进行渗透,有效防止液体流出眼外导致的浪费以及加速手术时间。

  1. 一种自吸式角膜吸引环 ,包括筒形的角膜环( 1) ,其特征在于,所述的角膜环( 1)底部还设有自吸环( 2),所述的自吸环( 2)与角膜环( 1)相连通,所述的自吸环( 2)包括半弧形自吸环本体,所述的自吸环本体的边缘设有一圈高于角膜弧度的按压部( 21) 。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自吸式角膜吸引环 ,其特征在于,所述的角膜环( 1)的直径为 9mm,所述的自吸环( 2)直径为 17mm,所述的自吸环本体弧高 3mm。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的自吸式角膜吸引环 ,其特征在于,所述的自吸环( 2)采用塑胶材料制成。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的自吸式角膜吸引环 ,其特征在于,所述的角膜环( 1)顶部设有手术时添加药物的进料端( 11)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的自吸式角膜吸引环 ,其特征在于,所述的自吸环( 2)底部设有药物进入角膜的的出料端( 22)。
