具有基于感光的信息提醒装置的手机及手机套 技术领域
本发明涉及一种手机及手机套，特别涉及一种具有基于感光的信息提醒装置的手机及手机套。
 背景技术
手机作为一种方便人们通信的工具，已经成为人们日常生活的必需品。随着手机技术的不断发展，手机的功能越来越多样化，外形也越来越美观、大气。为保护手机，人们通常给手机套上一个手机套。现有的手机套多种多样，各种外观精美的手机套备受年轻人的喜爱。但现有的手机套主要改进在于手机套的外观，手机套的实用性不强。
当手机有来电或短信时，而用户又没有听到声音或不在手机旁，又或者手机被设置为静音模式，事后即便用户拿出手机，若不打开手机，也不能及时从手机套的外观上发现有未接来电或未查阅短信等信息，这样便会影响用户使用。因此，现有技术还有待改进和发展。
 技术问题
有鉴于此，本发明提供了一种具有基于感光的信息提醒装置的手机套。
本发明还提供了一种具有基于感光的信息提醒装置的手机。
 技术解决方案
本发明提出的一种具有基于感光的信息提醒装置的手机套，所述手机套包括手机套壳体以及安装在所述手机套壳体上的信息提醒装置，所述信息提醒装置包括发光元件、感光元件及驱动所述发光元件发光的控制电路，所述发光元件及所述感光元件均与所述控制电路电连接，所述感光元件用以感测手机信息提醒指示灯发出的光，所述控制电路根据所述感光元件感测到的光触发所述发光元件进行发光。
在一实施例中，所述手机套壳体包括底盖以及可翻折地连接至所述底盖的上盖，所述底盖用以固定在手机上，所述上盖用以保护所述手机的显示面。
在一实施例中，所述发光元件设置于所述手机套壳体的上盖上。
在一实施例中，所述感光元件的位置与所述手机信息提醒指示灯的位置相对应。
在一实施例中，所述发光元件为发光二极管。
在一实施例中，所述感光元件为光敏二极管，光敏三极管或光敏电阻。
在一实施例中，所述控制电路包括电池及控制模块，所述控制模块用以接收所述感光元件发出的感光信号并驱动所述发光元件使其发光。
本发明提出了一种具有基于感光的信息提醒装置的手机，包括手机正面和手机背面，所述手机还包括手机套，所述手机套包括手机套壳体以及安装在所述手机套壳体上的信息提醒装置，所述信息提醒装置包括发光元件、感光元件及驱动所述发光元件发光的控制电路，所述发光元件及所述感光元件均与所述控制电路电连接，所述感光元件用以感测所述手机的信息提醒指示灯发出的光，所述控制电路根据所述感光元件感测到的光触发所述发光元件进行发光。
在一实施例中，所述手机套壳体包括底盖以及可翻折地连接至所述底盖的上盖，所述底盖用以固定在手机上，所述上盖用以保护所述手机的显示面，所述发光元件设置在所述手机套壳体的上盖上。
在一实施例中，所述感光元件的位置与所述手机信息提醒指示灯的位置相对应。
 有益效果
综上所述，本发明提供了一种具有基于感光的信息提醒装置的手机及手机套。发光元件设置在手机套壳体的上盖上，当手机收到来电或者短信时，无论手机处于什么模式，手机的信息提醒指示灯都会闪烁，感光元件感测到手机的信息提醒指示灯发出的光并将信号传达给控制电路，控制电路根据感光元件感测到的光触发发光元件进行发光。这样用户就可以及时发现手机的信息提示，给用户带来了极大方便。

如图1所示的具有基于声音的信息提醒装置的手机套，该手机套2包括手机套壳体4以及安装在手机套壳体上的信息提醒装置6。信息提醒装置6包括发光元件8、感光元件10及驱动发光元件8发光的控制电路12，其中发光元件8及感光元件10均与控制电路12电性连接。感光元件10用以感测手机信息提醒指示灯发出的光，控制电路12根据感光元件10感测到的光触发发光元件8进行发光。
在所示的实施例中，手机套壳体4包括底盖14以及可翻折地连接至底盖的上盖16，底盖14用以固定在手机上，上盖16用以保护手机的显示面。
发光元件8设置于手机套壳体4的上盖16上，以便于用户观察发光元件8的发光情况。感光元件10的位置与手机信息提醒指示灯的位置相对应，以便于感光元件10能够更好地感测到手机信息提醒指示灯的发光情况。
在所示的实施例中，发光元件8采用发光二极管8。感光元件10采用的是光敏二极管，光敏三极管或光敏电阻。
应当理解的是，本发明并不限定发光元件8为发光二极管，发光元件8也可以采用其他发光器件。
也应当理解的是，本发明并不限定感光元件10为光敏二极管，光敏三极管或光敏电阻，感光元件10也可以采用其他感光装置。
如图2所示，控制电路12包括电池18及控制模块20，控制模块20用以接收感光元件10发出的感光信号并驱动发光元件8使其发光，电池18用于给控制模块20、发光元件8及感光元件10供电。
如图3所示的具有基于感光的信息提醒装置的手机，该手机22包括手机正面24和手机背面26，手机24还包括手机套28，手机套28包括手机套壳体30以及安装在手机套壳体30上的信息提醒装置32。其中，信息提醒装置32包括发光元件34、感光元件36以及驱动发光元件34发光的控制电路38，发光元件34及感光元件36均与控制电路38电性连接。感光元件36用以感测手机22信息提醒装置发出的光，控制电路38根据感光元件36感测到的光触发发光元件34进行发光。
在所示的实施例中，手机套壳体30包括底盖40以及可翻折地连接至底盖的上盖42，底盖40用以固定在手机上，上盖42用以保护手机的显示面。发光元件34设置在手机套壳体30的上盖42上，以便于用户观察发光元件34的发光情况。
感光元件36的位置与手机信息提醒指示灯的位置相对应，以便于感光元件36能够更好地感测到手机信息提醒指示灯的发光情况。
综上所述，本发明提供了一种具有基于感光的信息提醒装置的手机及手机套。发光元件设置在手机套壳体的上盖上，当手机收到来电或者短信时，无论手机处于什么模式，手机的信息提醒指示灯都会闪烁，感光元件感测到手机的信息提醒指示灯发出的光并将信号传达给控制电路，控制电路根据感光元件感测到的光触发发光元件进行发光。这样用户就可以及时发现手机的信息提示，给用户带来了极大方便。

  1. 一种具有基于感光的信息提醒装置的手机套，所述手机套包括手机套壳体以及安装在所述手机套壳体上的信息提醒装置，其特征在于，所述信息提醒装置包括发光元件、感光元件及驱动所述发光元件发光的控制电路，所述发光元件及所述感光元件均与所述控制电路电连接，所述感光元件用以感测手机信息提醒指示灯发出的光，所述控制电路根据所述感光元件感测到的光触发所述发光元件进行发光。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的具有基于感光的信息提醒装置的手机套，其特征在于，所述手机套壳体包括底盖以及可翻折地连接至所述底盖的上盖，所述底盖用以固定在手机上，所述上盖用以保护所述手机的显示面。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的具有基于感光的信息提醒装置的手机套，其特征在于，所述发光元件设置于所述手机套壳体的上盖上。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的具有基于感光的信息提醒装置的手机套，其特征在于，所述感光元件的位置与所述手机信息提醒指示灯的位置相对应。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的具有基于感光的信息提醒装置的手机套，其特征在于，所述发光元件为发光二极管。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的具有基于感光的信息提醒装置的手机套，其特征在于，所述感光元件为光敏二极管，光敏三极管或光敏电阻。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的具有基于感光的信息提醒装置的手机套，其特征在于，所述控制电路包括电池及控制模块，所述控制模块用以接收所述感光元件发出的感光信号并驱动所述发光元件使其发光。
  8. 一种具有基于感光的信息提醒装置的手机，包括手机正面和手机背面，所述手机还包括手机套，所述手机套包括手机套壳体以及安装在所述手机套壳体上的信息提醒装置，其特征在于，所述信息提醒装置包括发光元件、感光元件及驱动所述发光元件发光的控制电路，所述发光元件及所述感光元件均与所述控制电路电连接，所述感光元件用以感测所述手机的信息提醒指示灯发出的光，所述控制电路根据所述感光元件感测到的光触发所述发光元件进行发光。
