Abstract
본 발명은 화학식 1로 표시되는 제 1단위; 화학식 2로 표시되는 제 2단위; 및 화학식 3 또는 4로 표시되는 제 3단위를 포함하는 중합체를 포함하는 유기 태양 전지에 관한 것이다. 상기 중합체는 전기전도성 물질로 열적 안정성과 높은 전자이동도를 가지므로, 유기 태양 전지에 적용하는 경우에 우수한 전기적 특성과 수명 특성을 보일 수 있다. 또한, 상기 중합체는 HOMO 에너지 준위가 높으므로 이를 포함하는 유기태양 전지는 개방 전압의 특성이 우수하다.
