Description

麦克风套件及电子装置 技术领域
本发明涉及电子装置中麦克风的安装结构。
背景技术
手机、平板等电子产品中,设置麦克风以实现通话功能。但现有技术中,经常出现因产品的麦克风进灰,麦克风孔被堵塞等原因引起通话质量下降,影响用户体验。现有技术中的一种麦克风防尘的方案为:另外购买防尘网,将防尘网贴合至壳体的麦克风孔处,实现防尘。但这种方法不仅需要预留相应的结构设计空间,同时由于麦克风防尘网比较小,粘贴工艺较复杂,增加了人力及产品的成本。
发明内容
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种低成本、易于组装的防音器套件及电子装置。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种麦克风套件,包括套体及隔离体,所述套体用于收容麦克风,所述套体设有开孔,所述隔离体遮挡所述开孔使得所述套体的内部空间与外部隔离,所述隔离体包括互连呈一体的遮挡部及连接部,所述连接部包围所述遮挡部,所述遮挡部收容于所述开孔内,所述连接部从所述开孔的内壁处内嵌于所述套体内部,所述隔离体与所述套体一体成型。
在第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式中,所述隔离体为防尘网或防水膜或防尘网与防水膜的结合。
在第一方面的第二种可能的实现方式中,所述套体的材料为硅胶或塑胶。
在第一方面的第三种可能的实现方式中,所述隔离件与所述套体之间通过嵌件成型的方法一体成型。
在第一方面的第四种可能的实现方式中,所述套体包括密封圈,所述密封圈成型在所述套体的外表面,且所述密封圈包围所述开孔。
第二方面,本发明还提供一种电子装置,包括壳体、麦克风套件和麦克风,所述壳体设有扩音孔,所述麦克风设于所述麦克风套件内,所述麦克风套件设于所述壳体内部,所述扩音孔使得所述壳体的内部与所述壳体的外部连 通,所述麦克风套件包括套体及隔离体,所述套体用于收容麦克风,所述套体设有开孔,所述隔离体遮挡所述开孔使得所述套体的内部空间与外部隔离,所述隔离体包括互连呈一体的遮挡部及连接部,所述连接部包围所述遮挡部,所述遮挡部收容于所述开孔内,所述连接部从所述开孔的内壁处内嵌于所述套体内部,所述隔离体与所述套体一体成型,所述隔离体之所述遮挡部与所述壳体之所述扩音孔相对设置。
在第二方面的第一种可能的实现方式中,所述隔离体为防尘网或防水膜或防尘网与防水膜的结合。
在第二方面的第二种可能的实现方式中,所述套体的材料为硅胶或塑胶。
在第二方面的第三种可能的实现方式中,所述隔离件与所述套体之间通过嵌件成型的方法一体成型。
在第二方面的第四种可能的实现方式中,所述套体包括密封圈,所述密封圈成型在所述套体的外表面,且所述密封圈包围所述开孔,所述密封圈与所述壳体的内表面紧密接触,以实现所述壳体与所述套体之间的密封连接。
本发明实施例提供的麦克风套件,通过所述隔离体与所述套体一体成型,所述隔离体的所述连接部从所述套体的开孔的内壁处内嵌于所述套体内部,使得麦克风套件具有防尘防水等隔离功能,而且,一体成型的设计既能节省设计空间,又易于组装,提升了产品的生产效率,降低成本,增强产品的市场竞争力。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚地描述。
请参考图1和图2,本发明提供一种电子装置100和一种麦克风套件20,所述麦克风套件20安装于电子装置100内。电子装置100包括壳体10、麦克风套件20和麦克风(mic)30,所述壳体10设有扩音孔12,所述麦克风30设于所述麦克风套件20内,所述麦克风套件20设于所述壳体10内部,所述扩音孔12使得所述壳体10的内部与所述壳体10的外部连通。声音通过扩音孔12进入麦克风30。
所述麦克风套件20包括套体22及隔离体24,所述套体22用于收容麦克风30,所述套体22设有开孔222,所述隔离体24遮挡所述开孔222使得所述套体22的内部空间与外部隔离。如图3所示,所述隔离体24包括互连呈一体的遮挡部242及连接部244,所述连接部244包围所述遮挡部242,所述遮挡部242收容于所述开孔222内,所述连接部244从所述开孔222的内壁处内嵌于所述套体22内部,所述隔离体24与所述套体22一体成型,所述隔离体24之所述遮挡部242与所述壳体10之所述扩音孔12相对设置。
本发明实施例提供的麦克风套件20,通过所述隔离体24与所述套体22一体成型,所述隔离体24的所述连接部244从所述套体22的开孔222的内壁处内嵌于所述套体22内部,使得麦克风套件20具有防尘防水等隔离功能,而且,一体成型的设计既能节省设计空间,又易于组装,提升了产品的生产效率,降低成本,增强产品的市场竞争力。
具体而言,所述隔离体24为防尘网或防水膜或防尘网与防水膜的结合。所述套体22的材料为硅胶或塑胶(PC、ABS等)。所述隔离件与所述套体22之间通过嵌件成型的方法一体成型。嵌件成型(insert molding)指在模具内装入预先准备的异材质嵌件后注入树脂,熔融的材料与嵌件接合固化,制成一体化产品的成型工法。
所述套体22包括密封圈224,所述密封圈224成型在所述套体22的外表面,且所述密封圈224包围所述开孔222,所述密封圈224与所述壳体10的内表面紧密接触,以实现所述壳体10与所述套体22之间的密封连接。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种麦克风套件,包括套体及隔离体,所述套体用于收容麦克风,所述套体设有开孔,所述隔离体遮挡所述开孔使得所述套体的内部空间与外部隔离,其特征在于,所述隔离体包括互连呈一体的遮挡部及连接部,所述连接部包围所述遮挡部,所述遮挡部收容于所述开孔内,所述连接部从所述开孔的内壁处内嵌于所述套体内部,所述隔离体与所述套体一体成型。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的麦克风套件,其特征在于,所述隔离体为防尘网或防水膜或防尘网与防水膜的结合。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的麦克风套件,其特征在于,所述套体的材料为硅胶或塑胶。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的麦克风套件,其特征在于,所述隔离件与所述套体之间通过嵌件成型的方法一体成型。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的麦克风套件,其特征在于,所述套体包括密封圈,所述密封圈成型在所述套体的外表面,且所述密封圈包围所述开孔。
  6. 一种电子装置,包括壳体、麦克风套件和麦克风,所述壳体设有扩音孔,所述麦克风设于所述麦克风套件内,所述麦克风套件设于所述壳体内部,所述扩音孔使得所述壳体的内部与所述壳体的外部连通,其特征在于,所述麦克风套件包括套体及隔离体,所述套体用于收容麦克风,所述套体设有开孔,所述隔离体遮挡所述开孔使得所述套体的内部空间与外部隔离,所述隔离体包括互连呈一体的遮挡部及连接部,所述连接部包围所述遮挡部,所述遮挡部收容于所述开孔内,所述连接部从所述开孔的内壁处内嵌于所述套体内部,所述隔离体与所述套体一体成型,所述隔离体之所述遮挡部与所述壳体之所述扩音孔相对设置。
  7. 如权利要求6所求的电子装置,其特征在于,所述隔离体为防尘网或防水膜或防尘网与防水膜的结合。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述套体的材料为硅胶或塑胶。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述隔离件与所述套体之间通过嵌件成型的方法一体成型。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述套体包括密封圈,所述密封圈成型在所述套体的外表面,且所述密封圈包围所述开孔,所述密封圈与所述壳体的内表面紧密接触,以实现所述壳体与所述套体之间的密封连接。
