在显示阶段,栅极驱动信号GOE输出高电平,控制栅极线G1进行高电平输出,并打开薄膜晶体管T,同时灰阶驱动信号STB输出高电平,驱动数据线D1输入相应的电压值,从而为像素区域113充电,充电完成后,栅极驱动器111提供的栅极驱动信号、数据驱动器112提供的灰阶驱动信号以及公共电极13上的电压Vcom趋于稳定,此时触控检测信号TPE输出高电平指示液晶显示器10进入触控阶段。
在触控阶段,触控电路122在公共电极13和触控电极121中的一者上施加驱动信号,并从公共电极13和触控电极121中的另一者上获取检测信号,进而对触控动作在公共电极13和触控电极121之间引起的电容变化进行检测。
触控组件12进一步在显示组件11执行下一次栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作前结束当前的触控检测动作。具体地,触控阶段结束时由触控检测信号TPE输出低电平进行指示,同时栅极驱动信号GOE输出低电平,控制栅极线G1进行低电平输出,关闭薄膜晶体管T以结束该行栅极线G1的扫描。 随后,控制栅极驱动信号GOE输出高电平指示栅极线G2开始扫描,再次进入触控阶段。
承上所述,可知触控组件12在显示组件11执行当前的栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作且公共电极13上的电压处于稳定后执行触控检测动作,将显示信号和触控信号进行分时段处理,从而降低显示信号和触控信号的相互干扰,改善液晶显示器10的触控效果和显示品质。
本发明实施例优选触控电极121的数量小于栅极线的数量,使得触控电路122在每一帧内对每一触控电极121执行至少两次触控检测动作,触控检测的次数较高,可提高液晶显示器10的触控效果。
在触控阶段,触控检测的频率由触控IC的驱动功能决定,例如具有44个电极引脚(Tx pins)的触控IC实现触控检测的频率为120Hz、显示组件11包括880条栅极线且帧频率为60Hz时,结合图4所示,每条触控电极121在一帧画面的时间内将被发送两次信号,完成120Hz的触控检测需要触控检测信号TPE在一帧时间内发送88次信号,从而保证触控检测动作在预期的时间段发生。其中,根据栅极线数量的变化,每次发送信号的间隔可进行对应调整。
图5是本发明优选实施例的触控检测方法的流程图,该触控检测方法用于对图1和图2所示液晶显示器10进行触控检测。如图5所示,该触控检测方法包括:
步骤S51:液晶显示器的显示组件在每一帧依次执行多次栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作。
步骤S52:液晶显示器的触控组件在显示组件执行当前的栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作且公共电极上的电压处于稳定后执行触控检测动作。
进一步地,触控组件在显示组件执行下一次栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作前结束当前的触控检测动作。
本实施例的触控检测方法,可由上述液晶显示器10的各个结构元件对应执行,该触控检测方法的具体过程可参阅液晶显示器10在显示阶段和触控阶段的工作过程,此处不再赘述。
综上所述,本发明实施例的具有触控功能的液晶显示器,设计触控组件在显示组件执行当前的栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作且公共电极上的电压处 于稳定后执行触控检测动作,将显示信号和触控信号进行分时段处理,从而降低显示信号和触控信号的相互干扰,改善液晶显示器的触控效果和显示品质

Claims (13)

  1. 一种具有触控功能的液晶显示器,其中,所述液晶显示器包括显示组件和触控组件,其中所述显示组件和所述触控组件共用公共电极,所述显示组件在每一帧依次执行多次栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作,所述触控组件在所述显示组件执行当前的栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作且所述公共电极上的电压处于稳定后执行触控检测动作;
    其中,所述触控组件进一步在所述显示组件执行下一次栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作前结束当前的触控检测动作;
    所述显示组件包括栅极驱动器、数据驱动器、多条平行设置的栅极线以及多条平行设置且与所述栅极线绝缘交叉的数据线,所述栅极线和所述数据线定义多个阵列方式排布的像素区域,所述显示组件还包括设置于每一所述像素区域的TFT和像素电极,所述TFT的栅极对应连接所述栅极线,所述TFT的源极对应连接所述数据线,所述TFT的漏极对应连接所述像素电极,所述公共电极与所述像素电极相对设置,所述栅极驱动器依次为所述栅极线提供栅极驱动信号,以依次启动所述栅极线对应的所述TFT,所述数据驱动器向所述数据线提供灰阶驱动信号,以使所述灰阶驱动信号经启动所述TFT施加至所述像素电极,所述触控组件在所述栅极驱动器提供所述栅极驱动信号、所述数据驱动器提供所述灰阶驱动信号且所述公共电极上的电压处于稳定后执行所述触控检测动作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示器,其中,所述触控组件包括与所述公共电极相对设置的触控电极以及与所述触控电极和所述公共电极连接的触控电路,其中所述触控电路在所述公共电极和所述触控电极中的一者上施加驱动信号,并从所述公共电极和所述触控电极中的另一者上获取检测信号,进而对触控动作在所述公共电极和所述触控电极之间引起的电容变化进行检测。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的液晶显示器,其中,所述触控电极为多条,所述触控电极的数量小于所述栅极线的数量,以使得所述触控电路在每一帧内对每一所述触控电极执行至少两次所述触控检测动作。
  4. 一种具有触控功能的液晶显示器,其中,所述液晶显示器包括显示 组件和触控组件,其中所述显示组件和所述触控组件共用公共电极,所述显示组件在每一帧依次执行多次栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作,所述触控组件在所述显示组件执行当前的栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作且所述公共电极上的电压处于稳定后执行触控检测动作。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的液晶显示器,其中,所述触控组件进一步在所述显示组件执行下一次栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作前结束当前的触控检测动作。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的液晶显示器,其中,所述显示组件包括栅极驱动器、数据驱动器、多条平行设置的栅极线以及多条平行设置且与所述栅极线绝缘交叉的数据线,所述栅极线和所述数据线定义多个阵列方式排布的像素区域,所述显示组件还包括设置于每一所述像素区域的TFT和像素电极,所述TFT的栅极对应连接所述栅极线,所述TFT的源极对应连接所述数据线,所述TFT的漏极对应连接所述像素电极,所述公共电极与所述像素电极相对设置,所述栅极驱动器依次为所述栅极线提供栅极驱动信号,以依次启动所述栅极线对应的所述TFT,所述数据驱动器向所述数据线提供灰阶驱动信号,以使所述灰阶驱动信号经启动所述TFT施加至所述像素电极,所述触控组件在所述栅极驱动器提供所述栅极驱动信号、所述数据驱动器提供所述灰阶驱动信号且所述公共电极上的电压处于稳定后执行所述触控检测动作。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的液晶显示器,其中,所述触控组件包括与所述公共电极相对设置的触控电极以及与所述触控电极和所述公共电极连接的触控电路,其中所述触控电路在所述公共电极和所述触控电极中的一者上施加驱动信号,并从所述公共电极和所述触控电极中的另一者上获取检测信号,进而对触控动作在所述公共电极和所述触控电极之间引起的电容变化进行检测。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的液晶显示器,其中,所述触控电极为多条,所述触控电极的数量小于所述栅极线的数量,以使得所述触控电路在每一帧内对每一所述触控电极执行至少两次所述触控检测动作。
  9. 一种液晶显示器的触控检测方法,所述液晶显示器包括显示组件和触控组件,所述显示组件和所述触控组件共用公共电极,其中,所述触控 检测方法包括:
    所述显示组件在每一帧依次执行多次栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作;
    所述触控组件在所述显示组件执行当前的栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作且所述公共电极上的电压处于稳定后执行触控检测动作。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的触控检测方法,其中,所述触控检测方法进一步包括:
    所述触控组件在所述显示组件执行下一次栅极驱动和灰阶驱动动作前结束当前的触控检测动作。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的触控检测方法,其中,所述显示组件包括栅极驱动器、数据驱动器、多条平行设置的栅极线以及多条平行设置且与所述栅极线绝缘交叉的数据线,所述栅极线和所述数据线定义多个阵列方式排布的像素区域,所述显示组件还包括设置于每一所述像素区域的TFT和像素电极,所述TFT的栅极连接对应的所述栅极线,所述TFT的源极连接对应的所述数据线,所述TFT的漏极连接所述像素电极,所述公共电极与所述像素电极相对设置,所述栅极驱动器依次为所述栅极线提供栅极驱动信号,以依次启动所述栅极线对应的所述TFT,所述数据驱动器向所述数据线提供灰阶驱动信号,以使所述灰阶驱动信号经启动所述TFT施加至所述像素电极,所述触控组件在所述栅极驱动器提供所述栅极驱动信号、所述数据驱动器提供所述灰阶驱动信号且所述公共电极上的电压处于稳定后执行所述触控检测动作。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的触控检测方法,其中,所述触控组件包括与所述公共电极相对设置的触控电极以及与所述触控电极和所述公共电极连接的触控电路,其中所述触控电路在所述公共电极和所述触控电极中的一者上施加驱动信号,并从所述公共电极和所述触控电极中的另一者上获取检测信号,进而对触控动作在所述公共电极和所述触控电极之间引起的电容变化进行检测。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的触控检测方法,其中,所述触控电极为多条,所述触控电极的数量小于所述栅极线的数量,以使得所述触控电路在每一帧内对每一所述触控电极执行至少两次所述触控检测动作。
