Claims (8)
- 증기터빈과, 복수기와, 압축펌프와, 가열기와, 인입밸브 및 비례제어밸브가 차례로 연결되어 폐루프로 형성되고, 상기 폐루프 내부를 흐르는 작동유체의 양이 상기 증기터빈의 단위시간당 회전수에 따라 인입밸브와 비례제어밸브로 제어되도록 하는 싱크로나이저와 조속기가 구비되는 터빈발전시스템에 있어서,상기 가열기와 인입밸브 사이에 설치되는 온도계와 압력계 및 유량계를 포함하는 입구센서부와;상기 입구센서부와 인입밸브 사이의 일 지점에서 분기되어 복수기로 연결되는 분기 관과, 분기 관에 설치되는 열 제어 수단으로 이루어지는 비상 배출부;를 포함하는 비상운전수단이 구비되는 터빈발전시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열 제어 수단은 상기 일 지점에서부터 분기 관에 차례로 설치되는 열저장 밸브와, 열저장기 및 배출 밸브로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비상운전수단이 구비되는 터빈발전시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 열 저장기는 열교환기로 이루어지며, 열 저장기에서 교환된 열량이 열수요 시설로 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비상운전수단이 구비되는 터빈발전시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 입구센서부의 측정 신호를 실시간으로 접수 받으면서 상기 열저장 밸브와 배출 밸브를 제어하는 한편, 상기 싱크로나이저에 상기 인입밸브 제어 지령을 내리는 제어부가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비상운전수단이 구비되는 터빈발전시스템.
- 증기터빈과, 복수기와, 압축펌프와, 가열기와, 인입밸브 및 비례제어밸브가 차례로 연결되어 폐루프로 형성되고, 상기 폐루프 내부를 흐르는 작동유체의 양이 상기 증기터빈의 단위시간당 회전수에 따라 인입밸브와 비례제어밸브로 제어되도록 하는 싱크로나이저와 조속기가 구비되는 터빈발전시스템에 있어서, 상기 가열기와 인입밸브 사이에 설치되는 온도계와 압력계 및 유량계를 포함하는 입구센서부와, 상기 입구센서부와 인입밸브 사이의 일 지점에서 분기되어 복수기로 연결되는 분기 관과, 분기 관에 설치되는 열 제어 수단으로 이루어지는 비상 배출부를 포함하는 비상운전수단이 구비되는 터빈발전시스템을 이용하는 터빈발전시스템의 비상운전방법으로서,터빈 입구센서부의 온도와 압력 및 유량 측정치를 실시간으로 체크하는 제1단계;상기 측정치가 기기 이상으로 허용치를 벗어날 경우 기기 이상이 제거될 때 까지 상기 인입 밸브와 비례제어밸브를 차단하고 작동유체를 상기 분기관으로 통과시키는 제2단계;기기이상이 제거되면 상기 인입 밸브와 비례제어밸브를 개방하고 분기관을 차단하는 제3단계;를 포함하는 터빈발전시스템의 비상운전방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 열 제어 수단은 상기 일 지점에서부터 분기 관에 차례로 설치되는 열저장 밸브와, 열저장기 및 배출 밸브로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈발전시스템의 비상운전방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 열 저장기는 열교환기로 이루어지며, 열 저장기에서 교환된 열량이 열수요 시설로 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈발전시스템의 비상운전방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 입구센서부의 측정 신호를 실시간으로 접수 받으면서 상기 열저장 밸브와 배출 밸브를 제어하는 한편, 상기 싱크로나이저에 상기 인입밸브 제어 지령을 내리는 제어부가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈발전시스템의 비상운전방법.
