现有技术中,安装有非接触支付应用的支付终端可以通过Tap&Pay(点击支付)功能链接到该非接触支付应用,现有的支付终端只支持设置一个默认非接触支付应用,在进行支付动作时,该支付终端采用该默认非接触支付应用模拟该非接触支付应用对应的银行卡进行资金支付。不同的非接触支付应用对应的银行卡中存在不同的可支付额度,若用户设置的默认非接触支付应用对应的银行卡为可支付额度较高的银行卡,如***,支付时需要在非接触POS机上输入密码和签名;若用户设置的默认非接触支付应用对应的银行卡为可支付额度较低的银行卡,如电子现金卡,支付时无需在非接触POS机上输入密码和签名。
现有技术中,由于支付终端上只能设置一个默认非接触支付应用,为了交 易的便利,通常会设置可支付额度相对较低的电子现金卡作为默认非接触应用,当需要支付的额度超过相应的可支付额度时,用户需要重新选择可支付额度更高的非接触支付应用进行交易,因此,支付步骤繁琐,支付效率较低。
发明内容
为了解决支付步骤繁琐,支付效率较低的问题,本发明提供了一种非接触支付方法、装置及***。所述技术方案如下:
第一方面,提供了一种非接触支付方法,用于支付终端,所述支付终端中存在至少两个默认非接触支付应用,每个默认非接触支付应用对应一个额度区间,所述方法包括:
获得交易的支付金额;
在所述至少两个默认非接触支付应用对应的至少两个连续且不重叠的额度区间中,确定所述支付金额所在的额度区间;
获得第一默认支付应用的应用标识,所述第一默认支付应用为所述支付金额所在的额度区间对应的默认非接触支付应用;
将所述第一默认支付应用的应用标识发送至收款终端,以便于所述收款终端通过所述应用标识对应的支付应用与所述支付终端完成交易。
结合第一方面,在第一种可实现方式中,所述至少两个默认非接触支付应用是按照可支付额度或者优先级的顺序依次排布的,在所述获得交易的支付金额之前,所述方法还包括:

本发明提供了一种非接触支付方法、装置及***,通过在支付终端中设置至少两个默认非接触支付应用,且每个默认非接触支付应用对应一个额度区间,根据交易的支付金额选择支付金额所在的额度区间,以及该额度区间对应的默认非接触支付应用,进行相应的支付行为。可以根据交易金额选择相应额度区间的非接触应用,而用户无需重新设置默认非接触支付应用,因此,简化了支付步骤,提高了支付效率。

本发明实施例提供了一种非接触支付方法的应用***,该非接触支付方法 的应用***中可以包括支付终端和收款终端,支付终端可以为安装有非接触支付应用的可移动智能终端,例如该支付终端可以为手机、平板电脑或智能手表等可移动智能终端,收款终端可以为能够实现资金的转帐的终端,示例的,该收款终端可以为非接触POS机或与非接触POS机关联的服务器。支付终端上安装有多个非接触支付应用,且不同的非接触支付应用可以模拟不同的银行卡,收款终端能够实现资金的自动转帐,且当安装有非接触支付应用的支付终端在靠近收款终端时,该支付终端能够与该收款终端完成相应的支付动作。
如图1所示,本发明实施例提供了一种非接触支付方法,用于支付终端,该支付终端可以为手机、平板电脑或智能手表等可移动智能终端,该支付终端中存在至少两个默认非接触支付应用,该至少两个默认非接触支付应用为预先在该支付终端中的多个非接触支付应用中选择得到的,通常由用户进行选择。每个默认非接触支付应用对应一个额度区间,该至少两个默认非接触支付应用对应的额度区间连续且不重叠。该非接触支付方法可以包括:
步骤101、获得交易的支付金额。
步骤102、在所述至少两个默认非接触支付应用对应的至少两个连续且不重叠额度区间中,确定支付金额所在的额度区间。
步骤103、获得第一默认支付应用的应用标识,第一默认支付应用为支付金额所在的额度区间对应的默认非接触支付应用。

其中,连续且不重叠指的是两个非接触支付应用对应的两个额度区间中的不存在相同的额度值,且两个非接触支付应用对应的两个额度区间能够按照额度区间从小到大或者从大到小依次排布,相邻的两个非接触支付应用存在共同的边界值。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供的非接触支付方法中,通过在支付终端中 设置至少两个默认非接触支付应用,且每个默认非接触支付应用对应一个额度区间,根据交易的支付金额选择支付金额所在的额度区间,以及该额度区间对应的默认非接触支付应用,进行相应的支付行为。可以根据交易金额选择相应额度区间的非接触应用,而用户无需重新设置默认非接触支付应用,因此,简化了支付步骤,提高了支付效率。
可选的,至少两个默认非接触支付应用是按照可支付额度或者优先级顺序依次排布的,可支付额度指的是默认非接触支付应用对应的银行卡的账户额度或者电子现金余额上限(如电子现金卡)或者银行账户余额上限(如***)或者单笔交易限额。该优先级是预先设置在终端内,或者用户指定(如根据用户选择默认非接触支付应用的顺序或其他指定方法),或者根据默认非接触支付应用的类型(如电子现金卡、***等)来确定,或者根据***策略来确定。
相应的,在步骤101之前,该非接触支付方法还可以包括:
从支付终端中存在的非接触支付应用中,选择至少两个非接触支付应用作为至少两个默认非接触支付应用;获得至少一个分界额度值;根据至少一个分界额度值和至少两个默认非接触支付应用的排布顺序,得到至少两个默认非接触支付应用对应的额度区间,该至少两个默认非接触支付应用对应的额度区间连续且不重叠。其中,连续且不重叠指的是该至少两个非接触支付应用对应的额度区间中的不存在相同的额度值,且相邻的两个非接触支付应用存在共同的边界值,如(0,100]元和(100,200]元即为相邻且不重叠的额度区间。可选的,当一个交易金额属于一个额度区间的范围内时,优先在交易中使用此额度区间所对应的默认非接触支付应用。
其中,获得至少一个分界额度值可以包括:获得预设的至少一个分界额度值作为至少一个分界额度值;或者,接收用户设置的至少一个分界额度值作为至少一个分界额度值;或者,获取至少两个默认非接触支付应用中至少一个默认非接触支付应用的实际可支付额度作为至少一个分界额度值。
具体的,步骤101可以包括:通过下一代***环境(英文:The next generation of system environment;简称:NGSE)消息接收收款终端发送的支付金额;或者,通过近场通信(英文:Near Field Communication;简称:NFC)消息接收收款终端发送的支付金额。
可选的,支付终端可以通过会员卡应用来获得交易的支付金额,其中,会员卡应用是设置在支付终端中,存储了用户的会员卡信息的应用,可以模拟会员卡,会员卡应用可以通过无线保真(英文:Wireless-Fidelity;简称:Wi-Fi)、蜂窝网络或者NFC通信等无线通信技术来获取和会员卡相关的一些信息,如交易金额等,并可进行积分累计和/或金额优惠等相关动作。

用户在进行消费金额的支付时,通常会使用会员卡,通过刷会员卡累积一定的积分,实际应用中,会员卡应用可以模拟会员卡,当安装有会员卡应用的支付终端在靠近收款终端时,该支付终端能够可与该收款终端完成相应的会员卡积分和/或金额优惠等动作。由于用户在通过支付终端注册会员卡时,已将会员卡信息与会员卡应用的对应关系记录在收款终端或相应的服务器中,收款终端能获取该会员卡信息与会员卡应用的对应关系,所以,收款终端可以根据该会员卡信息查询该会员卡信息对应的会员卡应用,确定该会员卡应用的地址(通常为会员卡应用所在的支付终端的地址)或会员卡应用的账户。示例的,该会员卡信息可以包括会员***,手机号等信息。
具体的,支付终端通过会员卡应用获取支付金额的方法至少包括两种:
第一,当支付终端中设置有第一会员卡应用,支付终端可以向收款终端发送第一会员卡信息;收款终端根据第一会员卡信息查询预设的会员卡应用与会员卡信息关系得到第一会员卡信息对应的第一会员卡应用,根据该第一会员卡应用的地址,将支付金额发送至第一会员卡应用;由于第一会员卡应用与默认非接触支付应用均位于支付终端中,该支付终端可以在第一会员卡应用中获得支付金额。
第二,当支付终端中设置有第二会员卡应用,支付终端可以向收款终端发送第二会员卡信息和第一分界额度值;收款终端根据第二会员卡信息累计用户账单金额,在累计的金额大于第一分界额度值时,查询预设的会员卡应用与会员卡信息关系得到第二会员卡信息对应的第二会员卡应用,根据该第二会员卡应用的地址,将累计的金额作为支付金额发送至第二会员卡应用;由于第二会员卡应用与默认非接触支付应用均位于支付终端中,该支付终端可以在第二会员卡应用中获得支付金额。可选的,由于用户账单金额有可能还在累计中,所以,此时该支付金额与实际支付的金额可能不同。
例如,当用户选择了3件商品,其中第一件商品的价格为500元,第二件商品的价格为600元,第三件商品的价格为650元,此时假设该第一分界额度值为1000元。收款终端根据会员卡信息将用户账单金额登记到用户账户,并累计用户账单金额,当收款终端累计第一件商品时,将该第一件商品的价格500元登记到用户账户,当收款终端累计第二件商品时,将该第二件商品的价格600元登记到用户账户,此时由于该用户账户中累计的金额为1100元,大于该第一分界额度值1000元,所以收款终端将该累计的金额1100元作为支付金额发送至支付终端的会员卡应用,该支付终端可以在会员卡应用中获得该支付金额。同时,该收款终端需要进行该第三件商品金额的累计,即将该第三件商品的价格650元累计到该用户的账户中,得到该实际支付的金额为1750元。
现有技术中,当用户在消费结算时,若购买了多件商品,通常将所有商品的金额全部累计完成,将总的累计金额作为支付金额告知支付终端,而本发明实施例中,将第一会员卡信息和第一分界额度值同时发送给收款终端,当累计的金额大于所述第一分界额度值时,收款终端立即将支付额度发送给支付终端,这样支付终端可以迅速根据支付额度来确定第一默认支付应用,无需等到总的累计金额算出再进行默认支付应用的选择,减少了非接触支付过程总的时延,提高用户体验。
可选的,支付终端向收款终端发送会员卡信息的动作可以是支付终端与收款终端之间自动进行的动作,也可以是支付终端的用户或者收款终端的用户命令该支付终端或收款终端进行的动作。在该收款终端接收到该会员卡信息后,收款终端可以主动将该支付金额发送至支付终端,或者支付终端主动向该收款终端发送支付金额的查询信息,以便于收款终端向支付终端发送支付金额。
并且,支付终端通过会员卡应用获取支付金额时,收款终端可以通过Wi-Fi或者蜂窝网络建立与位于支付终端上的会员卡应用的网络连接,通过该网络连接将支付金额发送给支付终端上的会员卡应用;或者,收款终端通过与支付终端建立NFC连接,通过NFC信息将支付金额发送给支付终端上的会员卡应用。

所述应用程序包括安装在支付终端230上的任何应用,包括但不限于浏览器、电子邮件、即时消息服务、文字处理、键盘虚拟、窗口小部件(Widget)、 加密、数字版权管理、语音识别、语音复制、定位(例如由全球定位***提供的功能)、音乐播放等等。在一些实施方式中,存储器2305存储了程序,该程序可以被处理器2302执行,这个程序包括:

获得至少一个分界额度值;
根据所述至少一个分界额度值和所述至少两个默认非接触支付应用的排布顺序,得到所述至少两个默认非接触支付应用对应的额度区间。

电源2307用于给支付终端230的不同部件进行供电以维持其运行。作为一般性理解,所述电源2307可以是内置的电池,例如常见的锂离子电池、镍氢电池等,也包括直接向支付终端230供电的外接电源,例如AC适配器等。在本发 明的一些实施方式中,所述电源2307还可以作更为广泛的定义,例如还可以包括电源管理***、充电***、电源故障检测电路、电源转换器或逆变器、电源状态指示器(如发光二极管),以及与支付终端230的电能生成、管理及分布相关联的其他任何组件。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供的非接触支付装置中,通过处理器根据交易的支付金额确定支付金额所在的额度区间,处理器获得第一默认支付应用的应用标识,通信单元将第一默认支付应用的应用标识发送至收款终端,以便于收款终端通过应用标识对应的支付应用与支付终端完成交易。可以根据交易金额选择相应额度区间的非接触应用,而用户无需重新设置默认非接触支付应用,因此,简化了支付步骤,提高了支付效率。
如图23所示,本发明另一实施例提供了再一种非接触支付装置,用于收款终端240,所述收款终端240包括输入单元2401、处理器2402、输出单元2403、通信单元2404、存储器2405、外设单元2406、电源2407等组件。这些组件通过一条或多条总线进行通信。本领域技术人员可以理解,图23中示出的收款终端240的结构并不构成对本发明的限定,它既可以是总线形结构,也可以是星型结构,还可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。在本发明实施方式中,所述收款终端240可以是任何移动或便携式收款终端,包括但不限于收款装置可以为非接触POS机或与非接触POS机关联的服务器,以及上述两项或两项以上的组合等。
输入单元2401用于实现用户与收款终端240的交互和/或信息输入到收款终端240中。例如,输入单元2401可以接收用户输入的数字或字符信息,以产生与用户设置或功能控制有关的信号输入。在本发明具体实施方式中,输入单元2401可以是触控面板,也可以是其他人机交互界面,例如实体输入键、麦克风等,还可是其他外部信息撷取装置,例如摄像头等。触控面板,也称为触摸屏 或触控屏,可收集用户在其上触摸或接近的操作动作。比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触控面板上或接近触控面板的位置的操作动作,并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。可选的,触控面板可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸操作,并将检测到的触摸操作转换为电信号,以及将所述电信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收所述电信号,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处理单元。所述触摸控制器还可以接收处理单元发来的命令并执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线(Infrared)以及表面声波等多种类型实现触控面板。在本发明的其他实施方式中,输入单元2401所采用的实体输入键可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆等中的一种或多种。麦克风形式的输入单元2401可以收集用户或环境输入的语音并将其转换成电信号形式的、处理单元可执行的命令。
在本发明的其他一些实施方式中,所述输入单元2401还可以是各类传感器件,例如霍尔器件,用于侦测收款终端240的物理量,例如力、力矩、压力、应力、位置、位移、速度、加速度、角度、角速度、转数、转速以及工作状态发生变化的时间等,转变成电量来进行检测和控制。其他的一些传感器件还可以包括重力感应计、三轴加速计、陀螺仪等。
处理器2402为收款终端240的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个收款终端240的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器2405内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器2405内的数据,以执行收款终端240的各种功能和/或处理数据。所述处理器2402可以由集成电路(英文:Integrated Circuit;简称:IC)组成,例如可以由单颗封装的IC所组成,也可以由连接多颗相同功能或不同功能的封装IC而组成。举例来说,处理器2402可以仅包括中央处理器(英文:Central Processing Unit;简称:CPU),也可以是GPU、数字信号处理器(英文:Digital Signal Processor;简称:DSP)、及通信单元2404中的控 制芯片(例如基带芯片)的组合。在本发明实施方式中,CPU可以是单运算核心,也可以包括多运算核心。
所述通信单元2404用于建立通信信道,使收款终端240通过所述通信信道以连接至收款终端240,并从所述收款终端240获取相应信息。所述通信单元2404可以包括无线局域网(英文:Wireless Local Area Network;简称:wireless LAN)模块、蓝牙模块、基带(Base Band)模块、NFC模块等通信模块,以及所述通信模块对应的射频(英文:Radio Frequency;简称:RF)电路,用于进行无线局域网络通信、蓝牙通信、红外线通信及/或蜂窝式通信***通信,例如宽带码分多重接入(英文:Wideband Code Division Multiple Access;简称:W-CDMA)及/或高速下行封包存取(英文:High Speed Downlink Packet Access;简称:HSDPA)。所述通信模块用于控制收款终端240中的各组件的通信,并且可以支持直接内存存取(Direct Memory Access)。
在本发明的不同实施方式中,所述通信单元2404中的各种通信模块一般以集成电路芯片(Integrated Circuit Chip)的形式出现,并可进行选择性组合,而不必包括所有通信模块及对应的天线组。例如,所述通信单元2404可以仅包括基带芯片、射频芯片以及相应的天线以在一个蜂窝通信***中提供通信功能。经由所述通信单元2404建立的无线通信连接,例如无线局域网接入或WCDMA接入,所述收款终端240可以连接至蜂窝网(Cellular Network)或因特网(Internet)。在本发明的一些可选实施方式中,所述通信单元2404中的通信模块,例如基带模块可以集成到处理器2402中,典型的如高通(Qualcomm)公司提供的APQ+MDM系列平台。
射频电路用于信息收发或通话过程中接收和发送信号。例如,将基站的下行信息接收后,给处理单元处理;另外,将设计上行的数据发送给基站。通常,所述射频电路包括用于执行这些功能的公知电路,包括但不限于天线***、射频收发机、一个或多个放大器、调谐器、一个或多个振荡器、数字信号处理器、 编解码(Codec)芯片组、用户身份模块(SIM)卡、存储器等。此外,射频电路还可以通过无线通信与网络和其他设备通信。所述无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议,包括但不限于GSM(英文:Global System of Mobile communication;简称:全球移动通讯***)、GPRS(英文:General Packet Radio Service;简称:通用分组无线服务)、CDMA(英文:Code Division Multiple Access;简称:码分多址)、WCDMA(英文:Wideband Code Division Multiple Access;简称:宽带码分多址)、高速上行行链路分组接入技术(英文:High Speed Uplink Packet Access;简称:HSUPA)、LTE(英文:Long Term Evolution;简称:长期演进)、电子邮件、SMS(英文:Short Messaging Service;简称:短消息服务)等。
输出单元2403包括但不限于影像输出单元和声音输出单元。影像输出单元用于输出文字、图片和/或视频。所述影像输出单元可包括显示面板,例如采用LCD(英文:Liquid Crystal Display;简称:液晶显示器)、OLED(英文:Organic Light-Emitting Diode;简称:有机发光二极管)、场发射显示器(英文:field emission display;简称:FED)等形式来配置的显示面板。或者所述影像输出单元可以包括反射式显示器,例如电泳式(electrophoretic)显示器,或利用光干涉调变技术(Interferometric Modulation of Light)的显示器。所述影像输出单元可以包括单个显示器或不同尺寸的多个显示器。在本发明的具体实施方式中,上述输入单元2401所采用的触控面板亦可同时作为输出单元2403的显示面板。例如,当触控面板检测到在其上的触摸或接近的手势操作后,传送给处理单元以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理单元根据触摸事件的类型在显示面板上提供相应的视觉输出。虽然在图23中,输入单元2401与输出单元2403是作为两个独立的部件来实现收款终端240的输入和输出功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触控面板与显示面板集成一体而实现收款终端240的输入和输出功能。例如,所述影像输出单元可以显示各种图形化用户接口(英文:Graphical User Interface;简称:GUI)以作为虚拟控制组件,包括但不限于窗口、卷动轴、图标及剪贴簿, 以供用户通过触控方式进行操作。

综上所述,本发明实施例提供的非接触支付装置中,通过输入单元接收支付终端发送的第一默认支付应用的应用标识,处理器通过应用标识对应的支付应用与支付终端完成交易。可以根据交易金额选择相应额度区间的非接触应用,而用户无需重新设置默认非接触支付应用,因此,简化了支付步骤,提高了支付效率。
本发明实施例提供了又一种非接触支付***,该非接触支付***可以包括:图22所示的支付终端230和/或图23所示的收款终端240。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供的非接触支付***中,通过支付终端根据交易的支付金额选择支付金额所在的额度区间,以及该额度区间对应的默认非接触支付应用,进行相应的支付行为。可以根据交易金额选择相应额度区 间的非接触应用,而用户无需重新设置默认非接触支付应用,因此,简化了支付步骤,提高了支付效率。

  1. 一种非接触支付方法,其特征在于,用于支付终端,所述支付终端中存在至少两个默认非接触支付应用,每个默认非接触支付应用对应一个额度区间,所述方法包括:
    获得交易的支付金额;
    在所述至少两个默认非接触支付应用对应的至少两个连续且不重叠的额度区间中,确定所述支付金额所在的额度区间;
    获得第一默认支付应用的应用标识,所述第一默认支付应用为所述支付金额所在的额度区间对应的默认非接触支付应用;
    将所述第一默认支付应用的应用标识发送至收款终端,以便于所述收款终端通过所述应用标识对应的支付应用与所述支付终端完成交易。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少两个默认非接触支付应用是按照可支付额度或者优先级的顺序依次排布的,在所述获得交易的支付金额之前,所述方法还包括:
    从所述支付终端中存在的非接触支付应用中,选择至少两个非接触支付应用作为所述至少两个默认非接触支付应用;
    获得至少一个分界额度值;
    根据所述至少一个分界额度值和所述至少两个默认非接触支付应用的排布顺序,得到所述至少两个默认非接触支付应用对应的额度区间。

    所述获得交易的支付金额,包括:
    向所述收款终端发送第二会员卡信息和所述第一分界额度值,以便于所述收款终端根据所述第二会员卡信息累计用户账单金额,在累计的金额大于所述第一分界额度值时,查询预设的会员卡应用与会员卡信息关系得到所述第二会员卡信息对应的第二会员卡应用,将所述累计的金额作为所述支付金额发送至所述第二会员卡应用;

    向支付终端发送支付金额;
    接收支付终端发送的第一默认支付应用的应用标识,所述支付终端中存在至少两个默认非接触支付应用,每个默认非接触支付应用对应一个额度区间,所述至少两个默认非接触支付应用对应的至少两个额度区间连续且不重叠,所述第一默认支付应用为所述支付终端在获得交易的所述支付金额后,确定所述支付金额所在的额度区间对应的默认非接触支付应用得到的;
    通过所述应用标识对应的支付应用与所述支付终端完成交易。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述支付终端中设置有第一会员卡应用,所述向所述支付终端发送所述支付金额,包括:
    接收所述支付终端发送的第一会员卡信息;
    根据所述第一会员卡信息查询预设的会员卡应用与会员卡信息关系得到所述第一会员卡信息对应的第一会员卡应用;
    将所述支付金额发送至所述支付终端的第一会员卡应用,以便于所述支付终端在所述第一会员卡应用中获得所述支付金额。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述支付终端中存在两个默认非接触支付应用,每个默认非接触支付应用对应一个额度区间,所述两个默认非接触支付应用对应的两个额度区间连续且不重叠,所述两个默认非接触支付应用对应的两个额度区间是由第一分界额度值划分得到,所述支付终端中设置有第二会员卡应用,
    所述向所述支付终端发送所述支付金额,包括:
    接收所述支付终端发送的第二会员卡信息和所述第一分界额度值;
    在累计的金额大于所述第一分界额度值时,查询预设的会员卡应用与会员卡信息关系得到所述第二会员卡信息对应的第二会员卡应用;
    将所述累计的金额作为所述支付金额发送至所述支付终端的第二会员卡应用,以便于所述支付终端在所述第二会员卡应用中获得所述支付金额。
  11. 根据权利要求8至10任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向所述支付终端发送所述支付金额,包括:
    通过下一代***环境NGSE消息向所述支付终端发送所述支付金额;
    或者,通过近场通信NFC消息向所述支付终端发送所述支付金额。
  12. 一种非接触支付方法,其特征在于,用于收款终端,所述方法包括:
    获得交易的支付金额;
    接收支付终端发送的至少两个默认非接触支付应用的应用标识,所述支付终端中存在至少两个默认非接触支付应用,每个默认非接触支付应用对应一个额度区间,所述至少两个默认非接触支付应用对应的额度区间连续且不重叠;
    根据所述至少两个默认非接触支付应用的应用标识,获得第一默认支付应用的应用标识,所述第一默认支付应用为所述支付金额所在的额度区间对应的默认非接触支付应用;
    通过所述应用标识对应的支付应用与所述支付终端完成交易。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述至少两个默认非接触支付应用的应用标识,获得第一默认支付应用的应用标识,包括:
    获得所述至少两个默认非接触支付应用对应的额度区间;
    根据预设的非接触支付应用的应用标识与额度区间的对应关系,将所述支付金额所在的额度区间对应的默认非接触支付应用的应用标识作为第一默认支付应用的应用标识。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述至少两个默认非接触支付应用的应用标识,获得第一默认支付应用的应用标识,包括:
    根据所述至少两个默认非接触支付应用的应用标识确定所述至少两个默认非接触支付应用对应的银行卡类型;
    根据预设的银行卡类型与额度区间的对应关系,确定所述支付金额所在的额度区间对应的银行卡类型;
    根据确定的银行卡类型,将所述确定的银行卡类型对应的应用标识作为所述第一默认支付应用的应用标识。
  15. 一种非接触支付装置,其特征在于,用于支付终端,所述支付终端中存在至少两个默认非接触支付应用,每个默认非接触支付应用对应一个额度区间,所述非接触支付装置包括:
    第一获得单元,用于获得交易的支付金额;
    确定单元,用于在所述至少两个默认非接触支付应用对应的至少两个连续且不重叠的额度区间中,确定所述支付金额所在的额度区间;
    第二获得单元,用于获得第一默认支付应用的应用标识,所述第一默认支 付应用为所述支付金额所在的额度区间对应的默认非接触支付应用;
    发送单元,用于将所述第一默认支付应用的应用标识发送至收款终端,以便于所述收款终端通过所述应用标识对应的支付应用与所述支付终端完成交易。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的非接触支付装置,其特征在于,所述至少两个默认非接触支付应用是按照可支付额度或者优先级的顺序依次排布的,所述非接触支付装置还包括:
    选择单元,用于从所述支付终端中存在的非接触支付应用中,选择至少两个非接触支付应用作为所述至少两个默认非接触支付应用;
    第三获得单元,用于获得至少一个分界额度值;
    处理单元,用于根据所述至少一个分界额度值和所述至少两个默认非接触支付应用的排布顺序,得到所述至少两个默认非接触支付应用对应的额度区间。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的非接触支付装置,其特征在于,
    所述第三获得单元具体用于:
    获得预设的至少一个分界额度值作为所述至少一个分界额度值;
    或者,接收用户设置的至少一个分界额度值作为所述至少一个分界额度值;
    或者,获取所述至少两个默认非接触支付应用中至少一个默认非接触支付应用的实际可支付额度作为所述至少一个分界额度值。
  18. 根据权利要求15至17任意一项权利要求所述的非接触支付装置,其特征在于,所述支付终端中设置有第一会员卡应用,
    所述第一获得单元包括:
    第一发送模块,用于向所述收款终端发送所述第一会员卡信息,以便于所述收款终端根据所述第一会员卡信息查询预设的会员卡应用与会员卡信息关系 得到所述第一会员卡信息对应的第一会员卡应用,并将所述支付金额发送至所述第一会员卡应用;
    第一获得模块,用于在所述第一会员卡应用中获得所述支付金额。
  19. 根据权利要求15至17任意一项权利要求所述的非接触支付装置,其特征在于,所述支付终端中存在两个默认非接触支付应用,每个默认非接触支付应用对应一个额度区间,所述两个默认非接触支付应用对应的两个额度区间连续且不重叠,所述两个默认非接触支付应用对应的两个额度区间是由第一分界额度值划分得到,所述支付终端中设置有第二会员卡应用;
    所述第一获得单元包括:
    第二发送模块,用于向所述收款终端发送第二会员卡信息和所述第一分界额度值,以便于所述收款终端根据所述第二会员卡信息累计所述用户账单金额,在累计的金额大于所述第一分界额度值时,查询预设的会员卡应用与会员卡信息关系得到所述第二会员卡信息对应的第二会员卡应用,将所述累计的金额作为所述支付金额发送至所述第二会员卡应用;
    第二获得模块,用于在所述第二会员卡应用中获得所述支付金额。
  20. 根据权利要求15至17任意一项权利要求所述的非接触支付装置,其特征在于,所述第一获得单元包括:
    第一接收模块,用于通过下一代***环境NGSE消息接收所述收款终端发送的所述支付金额;
    或者,通过近场通信NFC消息接收所述收款终端发送的所述支付金额。
  21. 根据权利要求15所述的非接触支付装置,其特征在于,所述非接触支付装置还包括:
    配置单元,用于将所述至少两个默认非接触支付应用的应用标识配置到近 距离支付***环境PPSE中;
    或者,将所述第一默认支付应用的应用标识配置到所述PPSE中。
  22. 一种非接触支付装置,其特征在于,用于收款终端,所述非接触支付装置包括:
    发送单元,用于向支付终端发送支付金额;
    接收单元,用于接收支付终端发送的第一默认支付应用的应用标识,所述支付终端中存在至少两个默认非接触支付应用,每个默认非接触支付应用对应一个额度区间,所述至少两个默认非接触支付应用对应的至少两个额度区间连续且不重叠,所述第一默认支付应用为所述支付终端在获得交易的所述支付金额后,确定所述支付金额所在的额度区间对应的默认非接触支付应用得到的;
    交易单元,用于通过所述应用标识对应的支付应用与所述支付终端完成交易。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的非接触支付装置,其特征在于,所述发送单元包括:
    第一接收模块,用于接收所述支付终端发送的第一会员卡信息;
    第一查询模块,用于根据所述第一会员卡信息查询预设的会员卡应用与会员卡信息关系得到所述第一会员卡信息对应的第一会员卡应用;
    第一发送模块,用于将所述支付金额发送至所述支付终端的第一会员卡应用,以便于所述支付终端在所述第一会员卡应用中获得所述支付金额。
  24. 根据权利要求22所述的非接触支付装置,其特征在于,所述支付终端中存在两个默认非接触支付应用,每个默认非接触支付应用对应一个额度区间,所述两个默认非接触支付应用对应的两个额度区间连续且不重叠,所述两个默认非接触支付应用对应的两个额度区间是由第一分界额度值划分得到,所述支 付终端中设置有第二会员卡应用,
    所述发送单元包括:
    第二接收模块,用于接收所述支付终端发送的第二会员卡信息和所述第一分界额度值;
    第二查询模块,用于在累计的金额大于所述第一分界额度值时,查询预设的会员卡应用与会员卡信息关系得到所述第二会员卡信息对应的第二会员卡应用;
    第二发送模块,用于将所述累计的金额作为所述支付金额发送至所述支付终端的第二会员卡应用,以便于所述支付终端在所述第二会员卡应用中获得所述支付金额。
  25. 根据权利要求22至24任意一项所述的非接触支付装置,其特征在于,所述发送单元包括:
    第三发送模块,用于通过下一代***环境NGSE消息向所述支付终端发送所述支付金额;
    或者,通过近场通信NFC消息向所述支付终端发送所述支付金额。
  26. 一种非接触支付装置,其特征在于,用于收款终端,所述非接触支付装置包括:
    第一获得单元,用于获得交易的支付金额;
    接收单元,用于接收支付终端发送的至少两个默认非接触支付应用的应用标识,所述支付终端中存在至少两个默认非接触支付应用,每个默认非接触支付应用对应一个额度区间,所述至少两个默认非接触支付应用对应的额度区间连续且不重叠;
    第二获得单元,用于根据所述至少两个默认非接触支付应用的应用标识, 获得第一默认支付应用的应用标识,所述第一默认支付应用为所述支付金额所在的额度区间对应的默认非接触支付应用;
    交易单元,用于通过所述应用标识对应的支付应用与所述支付终端完成交易。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的非接触支付装置,其特征在于,所述第二获得单元包括:
    获得模块,用于获得所述至少两个默认非接触支付应用对应的额度区间;
    第一作为模块,用于根据预设的非接触支付应用的应用标识与额度区间的对应关系,将所述支付金额所在的额度区间对应的默认非接触支付应用的应用标识作为第一默认支付应用的应用标识。
  28. 根据权利要求26所述的非接触支付装置,其特征在于,所述第二获得单元包括:
    第一确定模块,用于根据所述至少两个默认非接触支付应用的应用标识确定所述至少两个默认非接触支付应用对应的银行卡类型;
    第二确定模块,用于根据预设的银行卡类型与额度区间的对应关系,确定所述支付金额所在的额度区间对应的银行卡类型;
    第二作为模块,用于根据确定的银行卡类型,将所述确定的银行卡类型对应的应用标识作为所述第一默认支付应用的应用标识。
  29. 一种非接触支付***,其特征在于,所述非接触支付***包括支付终端和收款终端,
    所述支付终端包括:权利要求15至21任意一项权利要求所述的非接触支付装置;
    所述收款终端包括:权利要求22至25任意一项权利要求所述的非接触支 付装置。
  30. 一种非接触支付***,其特征在于,所述非接触支付***包括支付终端和收款终端,
