通过以上技术方案,通过LTE网络提供2/3G网络的OTA消息的隧道,使终端在LTE网络上完成语音通话的建立流程,获知呼叫方的号码,由此决定是否接听。在不接听的情况下,不影响LTE上的数据业务;如果接听,使用户能够做出一定的操作,安全退出LTE数据业务。

在该技术方案中,在终端在仅支持数据业务的第一通信网络上进行数据业务时,如果接收到呼叫请求,则在第一通信网络上建立语音呼叫建立流程,即在第一通信网络上完成终端和移动交换中心之间的协商,从而在终端上显示来电信息,使用户获知该呼叫,这样,用户可以选择是否接听来电,在用户选择接听按键时,则关闭第一通信网络的数据业务,而在支持该语音业务的第二通信网络上建立该语音业务。这样,在用户接听来电时,才将网络从第一通信网络回落到第二通信网络,而在用户不接听来电时,不会断开第一通信网络,从而在用户不接听来电时,不会对正在进行的数据业务造成影响。同时,由于直接根据已接收到的电路资源信息建立语音业务,即电路资源已经准备好了,这样,回落会很快完成。
其中,第一通信网络可以是LTE网络,第二通信网络可以是2G/3G网络,这样,在终端的用户使用LTE网络进行数据业务时,如果此时接收到移动管理实体发送的呼叫请求,则在LTE网络上进行语音呼叫流程的建立,从而使得在不断开LTE网络的数据业务的同时,可以在终端上显示来电信息,从而由用户决定是否接听该来电。在用户接听时,再从LTE网络回落到2G/3G网络,而在用户不接听时,则不需要进行语音回落,从而使得在用户不接听来电电话时,可以不影响正在进行的数据业务,提升了用户的使用体验。
具体地,在移动管理实体接收到包含标识位信息,即标识位的呼叫响应时,会判断是否支持该标识位,在判断结果为支持时,则会发送语音呼叫建立流程所需的参数信息给终端。当然,还会发送支持该呼叫请求对应的语音业务所需的其他通信网络的电路资源信息,从而为后续在用户选择接听电话时,建立语音业务时做准备。

其中,第一通信网络可以是LTE网络,第二通信网络可以是2G/3G网络,这样,在终端的用户使用LTE网络进行数据业务时,如果此时接收到移动管理实体发送的呼叫请求,则在LTE网络上进行语音呼叫流程的建立,从而使得在不断开LTE网络的数据业务的同时,可以在终端上显示来电信息,从而由用户决定是否接听该来电。在用户接听时,再从LTE网络回落到2G/3G网络,而在用户不接听时,则不需要进行语音回落,从而使得在用户不接听来电电话时,可以不影响正在进行的数据业务,提升了用户的使用体验。

步骤802,终端返回带有标识位的呼叫响应。终端在LTE上监听到移动管理实体MME发出的呼救请求(Paging Request)后,在返回给移动管理实体的呼叫响应(Extended Service Request)中使用一个标识位表示能否在LTE上完成语音呼叫建立流程。
步骤804,分配电路资源。如果移动管理实体支持这个标识位,就选择2/3G网络的移动交换中心MSC分配电路资源,同时通知2/3G网络的移动交换中心将语音回落消息、语音呼叫的OTA消息以及必要的***消 息转发给移动管理实体。如果移动管理实体不支持这个标识位,就根据原来的CSFB方式,直接指导终端回落到2/3G网络。
步骤806,移动交换中心将***消息和OTA消息转发给移动管理实体。移动交换中心将2G或者3G网络所处小区的***信息通过移动管理实体转发给终端,
步骤808,进行位置更新和路由区更新。如果需要移动交换中心MSC和终端之间完成Location Update(位置更新)和Routing Area Update(路由区更新)流程,完成这两个流程所需要的OTA消息也经过移动管理实体封装后,在终端和移动交换中心之间转发。其中,在这个过程中,2/3G网络需要通知NB或者BSC分配并保持必要的电路资源,即使终端没有使用。
步骤810,移动交换中心MSC与终端交互语音电话的OTA消息。具体包括:移动管理实体将Setup消息封装后发送给被叫终端,被叫终端识别这些消息后开始语音电话建立流程。在电话建立过程中,包括之前的步骤806和步骤808,终端始终驻留在LTE网络上,不需要切换到2G或者3G网络。终端识别Setup消息后,将Call Confirmed消息发送给移动管理实体,移动管理实体转发给移动交换中心。同样移动交换中心将Alerting发送给移动管理实体,经过封装后转发给终端。
步骤812,用户接听电话,移动交换中心指导终端执行语音回落。终端接收到SETUP消息后,就可以将呼叫方号码显示给用户,用户据此决定是否接听。如果用户决定接听,终端将接听请求发送给移动管理实体,移动管理实体将接听请求转发给移动交换中心。移动交换中心在收到接听请求后,发送接听应答给移动管理实体,由移动管理实体转发给终端。通知终端可以根据之前接收到的语音回落信息进行回落,终端根据步骤804中接收到的语音回落消息,回落到2G或者3G网络开始语音通话。因为2/3G网络的电路资源已经准备好了,回落会很快完成。
步骤814,如果用户拒绝接听,终端将拒绝电话请求发送给移动管理实体,移动管理实体转发给移动交换中心,移动交换中心释放电路资源。

步骤910,移动交换中心MSC与终端交互语音电话的OTA消息。具体包括:移动管理实体将Setup消息封装后发送给被叫终端,被叫终端识别这些消息后开始语音电话建立流程。在电话建立过程中,包括之前的步骤806和步骤808,终端始终驻留在LTE网络上,不需要切换到2G或者3G网络。终端识别Setup消息后,将Call Confirmed消息发送给移动管理实体,移动管理实体转发给移动交换中心。同样移动交换中心将Alerting发送给移动管理实体,经过封装后转发给终端。
步骤912,用户接听电话,移动交换中心指导终端执行语音回落。终 端接收到SETUP消息后,就可以将呼叫方号码显示给用户,用户据此决定是否接听。如果用户决定接听,终端将接听请求发送给移动管理实体,移动管理实体将接听请求转发给移动交换中心。移动交换中心在收到接听请求后,将需要回落到的2/3G的基站信息(频段和频率)封装在语音回落消息中通过移动管理实体发送给终端,终端据此消息回落到2G或者3G网络开始语音通话。因为2/3G网络的电路资源已经准备好了,回落会很快完成。
步骤914,如果用户拒绝接听,终端将拒绝电话请求发送给移动管理实体,移动管理实体转发给移动交换中心,移动交换中心释放电路资源。
以上结合附图详细说明了本发明的技术方案,通过本发明的技术方案,通过LTE网络提供2/3G网络的OTA消息的隧道,使终端在LTE网络上完成语音通话的建立流程,获知呼叫方的号码,由此决定是否接听。在不接听的情况下,不影响LTE上的数据业务;如果接听,使用户能够做出一定的操作,安全退出LTE数据业务。

Claims (31)

  1. 一种终端,所述终端包括第一通信网络通信模块和第二通信网络通信模块,其中所述第一通信模块对应的所述第一通信网络仅支持数据业务,所述第二通信模块对应的第二通信网络至少支持语音业务,其特征在于,包括:
    呼叫建立单元,在所述终端使用所述第一通信网络进行数据业务时,若接收到来自移动管理实体的呼叫请求,则在所述第一通信网络上进行语音呼叫建立流程;
    交互单元,接收所述移动管理实体发送的建立所述呼叫请求对应的语音业务所需的第二通信网络的电路资源信息;
    处理单元,在所述语音呼叫建立流程完成后,若检测到所述终端的接听按钮被选择,则发送接听响应至所述移动管理实体,并根据接收到的来自所述移动管理实体的语音回落信息断开所述第一通信网络的数据业务,使用接收到的所述电路资源信息建立所述第二通信网络的语音业务。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的终端,其特征在于,所述交互单元还用于:
    在接收到所述呼叫请求时,发送呼叫响应至所述移动管理实体,其中,所述呼叫响应中包含有是否可在所述第一通信网络上完成语音呼叫建立流程的标识位信息,以供所述移动管理实体根据所述标识位信息判断是否支持在所述第一通信网络上完成语音呼叫建立流程。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的终端,其特征在于,所述呼叫建立单元包括:
    信息接收单元,接收所述移动管理实体在判断结果为支持在所述第一通信网络上完成语音呼叫建立流程时发送的进行所述语音呼叫建立流程所需的参数信息;
    流程建立单元,根据所述参数信息在所述第一通信网络上进行所述语音呼叫建立流程。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的终端,其特征在于,所述参数信息包括所 述第二通信网络所处的小区的***信息,位置更新响应信息,路由区更新响应信息和/或SETUP信息,
    则所述交互单元还用于:
    在接收到所述***信息后,向所述移动管理实体发送位置更新请求和路由区更新请求,以及
    接收所述移动管理实体根据所述位置更新请求和所述路由区更新请求发送的所述位置更新响应信息和所述路由区更新响应信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的终端,其特征在于,所述语音呼叫建立流程包括:
    接收所述移动管理实体发送的所述SETUP信息,其中,所述SETUP信息中包括呼叫请求发送终端的标识信息、编码方式信息、频带资源信息;
    对所述SETUP信息进行识别,以根据识别结果发送SETUP响应信息至所述移动管理实体;以及
    接收所述移动管理实体发送的呼叫提醒信息,并根据所述呼叫提醒信息按照预设的提醒方式对所述终端的用户进行来电提醒。
  6. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述交互单元还用于:
    接收所述移动管理实体在判断结果为不支持在所述第一通信网络上完成语音呼叫建立流程时发送的语音回落信息,并根据所述语音回落信息,断开所述第一通信网络的数据业务,以在所述第二通信网络上进行所述语音呼叫建立流程。
  7. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述交互单元还用于:
    接收所述移动管理实体在发送所述***资源时发送的所述语音回落信息,或者接收所述移动管理实体在接收到所述接听响应时发送的所述语音回落信息。
  8. 一种移动管理实体,其特征在于,包括:
    交互单元,接收移动交换中心发送的呼叫请求,并将所述呼叫请求发 送至终端,以及
    接收终端根据所述呼叫请求发送的呼叫响应,其中,所述呼叫响应中包含有是否可在第一通信网络上完成语音呼叫建立流程的标识信息;
    判断单元,根据所述呼叫响应中的所述标识信息判断所述移动管理实体是否支持在所述第一通信网络上完成所述语音呼叫建立流程;

    在判断结果为所述移动管理实体支持在所述第一通信网络上完成所述语音呼叫建立流程时,将所述呼叫响应发送至所述移动交换中心,以供所述移动管理实体根据所述标识信息判断是否支持在所述第一通信网络上完成语音呼叫建立流程,以及
    接收所述移动交换中心在判断结果为支持在所述第一通信网络上完成语音呼叫建立流程时发送的进行所述语音呼叫建立流程所需的参数信息,以及建立所述呼叫请求对应的语音业务所需的第二通信网络的电路资源信息,并发送至所述终端,
    接收所述终端发送的接听响应,并将所述接听响应发送至所述移动交换中心。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的移动管理实体,其特征在于,所述参数信息包括进行语音呼叫建立流程对应的语音业务需回落到的第二通信网络所处的小区的***信息,位置更新响应信息,路由区更新响应信息和/或SETUP信息,
    则所述交互单元还用于:
    在接收到所述移动交换中心发送的所述***信息后,将所述***信息发送至所述终端,以供所述终端根据所述***信息向所述移动管理实体发送位置更新请求和路由区更新请求,以及
    接收所述位置更新请求和所述路由区更新请求,并将所述位置更新请求和所述路由区更新请求发送至移动交换中心;
    接收所述移动交换中心根据所述位置更新请求和所述路由区更新请求发送的位置更新响应信息和路由区更新响应信息,并将所述位置更新响应信息和所述路由区更新响应信息发送至所述终端。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的移动管理实体,其特征在于,所述交互单元还用于:
    接收所述移动交换中心发送的SETUP信息,并将所述SETUP信息发送至所述终端;
    接收所述终端根据所述SETUP信息发送的SETUP响应信息,并将所述SETUP响应信息发送至所述移动交换中心;
    接收所述移动交换中心发射的呼叫提醒信息,并将所述呼叫提醒信息发送至所述终端;以及
    接收所述终端发送的拒接响应,并发送所述拒接响应至所述移动交换中心。
  11. 根据权利要求8至10中任一项所述的移动管理实体,其特征在于,所述交互单元还用于:
    接收所述移动交换中心在发送所述***资源时发送的所述语音回落信息,并发送至所述终端,或者接收所述移动交换中心在接收到所述接听响应时发送的所述语音回落信息,并发送至所述终端。
  12. 一种移动交换中心,其特征在于,包括:
    交互单元,发送呼叫请求至移动管理实体,以及接收所述移动管理实体发送的与所述呼叫请求对应的呼叫响应,其中,所述呼叫响应中包含有是否可在第一通信网络上完成语音呼叫建立流程的标识信息;
    判断单元,根据所述呼叫响应中的所述标识信息判断所述移动交换中心是否支持在所述第一通信网络上完成所述语音呼叫建立流程;
    分配单元,在判断结果为所述移动交换中心支持在所述第一通信网络上完成所述语音呼叫建立流程时,为所述呼叫请求对应的目标终端分配建立语音业务所需第二通信网络的电路资源信息;
    所述交互单元还用于:
    发送进行所述语音呼叫建立流程所需的参数信息和所述电路资源信息至所述移动管理实体,以及
    接收所述移动管理实体发送的接听响应,并发送语音回落消息至所述移动管理实体,以供所述移动管理实体将所述语音回落消息发送至所述目 标终端,以使所述目标终端根据所述语音回落信息断开所述第一通信网络的数据业务,使用接收到的所述电路资源信息建立所述第二通信网络的语音业务。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的移动交换中心,其特征在于,
    所述参数信息包括进行语音呼叫建立流程对应的语音业务需回落到的第二通信网络所处的小区的***信息,位置更新响应信息,路由区更新响应信息和/或SETUP信息,
    则所述交互单元还用于:
    发送所述***信息至所述移动管理实体;
    接收所述移动管理实体发送的位置更新请求和路由区更新请求,以及
    接收所述位置更新请求和所述路由区更新请求;
    根据所述位置更新请求和所述路由区更新请求发送位置更新响应信息和路由区更新响应信息至所述移动管理实体。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的移动交换中心,其特征在于,所述交互单元还用于:
    发送SETUP信息至所述移动管理实体,并接收所述移动管理实体发送的SETUP响应信息,以及根据所述SETUP响应信息发送呼叫提醒信息至所述移动管理实体;以及
    接收所述移动管理实体发送的拒接响应,并根据所述拒接响应释放分配的所述电路资源信息。
  15. 根据权利要求12或13所述的移动交换中心,其特征在于,所述交互单元还用于:
    在发送所述***资源时发送所述语音回落信息至所述移动管理实体,或者在接收到所述接听响应时发送所述语音回落信息至所述移动管理实体。
  16. 一种业务处理***,其特征在于,包括:
    权利要求1至7中任一项所述的终端;
    权利要求8至11中任一项所述的移动管理实体;和
    权利要求12至15中任一项所述的移动交换中心。
  17. 一种业务处理方法,用于终端,第一通信模块和第二通信模块,其中所述第一通信模块对应的第一通信网络仅支持数据业务,所述第二通信模块对应的第二通信网络至少支持语音业务,其特征在于,包括:
    在所述终端使用所述第一通信网络进行数据业务时,若接收到来自移动管理实体的呼叫请求,则在所述第一通信网络上进行语音呼叫建立流程;
    接收所述移动管理实体发送的建立所述呼叫请求对应的语音业务所需的第二通信网络的电路资源信息;
    在所述语音呼叫建立流程完成后,若检测到所述终端的接听按钮被选择,则发送接听响应至所述移动管理实体,并根据接收到的来自所述移动管理实体的语音回落信息断开所述第一通信网络的数据业务,使用接收到的所述电路资源信息建立所述第二通信网络的语音业务。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的业务处理方法,其特征在于,所述呼叫响应中包含有是否可在所述第一通信网络上完成语音呼叫建立流程的标识位信息,以供所述移动管理实体根据所述标识位信息判断是否支持在所述第一通信网络上完成语音呼叫建立流程。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的业务处理方法,其特征在于,所述在所述第一通信网络上进行语音呼叫建立流程,具体包括:
    接收所述移动管理实体在判断结果为支持在所述第一通信网络上完成语音呼叫建立流程时发送的进行所述语音呼叫建立流程所需的参数信息;
    根据所述参数信息在所述第一通信网络上进行所述语音呼叫建立流程。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的业务处理方法,其特征在于,所述参数信息包括所述第二通信网络所处的小区的***信息,位置更新响应信息,路由区更新响应信息和/或SETUP信息,
    则所述方法还包括:
    在接收到所述***信息后,向所述移动管理实体发送位置更新请求和路由区更新请求,以及
    接收所述移动管理实体根据所述位置更新请求和所述路由区更新请求 发送的所述位置更新响应信息和所述路由区更新响应信息。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的业务处理方法,其特征在于,所述语音呼叫建立流程包括:
    接收所述移动管理实体发送的所述SETUP信息,其中,所述SETUP信息中包括呼叫请求发送终端的标识信息、编码方式信息、频带资源信息;
    对所述SETUP信息进行识别,以根据识别结果发送SETUP响应信息至所述移动管理实体;以及
    接收所述移动管理实体发送的呼叫提醒信息,并根据所述呼叫提醒信息按照预设的提醒方式对所述终端的用户进行来电提醒。
  22. 根据权利要求17至19中任一项所述的业务处理方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收所述移动管理实体在判断结果为不支持在所述第一通信网络上完成语音呼叫建立流程时发送的语音回落信息,并根据所述语音回落信息,断开所述第一通信网络的数据业务,以在所述第二通信网络上进行所述语音呼叫建立流程。
  23. 根据权利要求17至19中任一项所述的业务处理方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收所述移动管理实体在发送所述***资源时发送的所述语音回落信息,或者接收所述移动管理实体在接收到所述接听响应时发送的所述语音回落信息。
  24. 一种业务处理方法,用于移动管理实体,其特征在于,包括:
    接收移动交换中心发送的呼叫请求,并将所述呼叫请求发送至终端,以及
    接收所述终端根据所述呼叫请求发送的呼叫响应,其中,所述呼叫响应中包含有是否可在第一通信网络上完成语音呼叫建立流程的标识信息;
    根据所述呼叫响应中的所述标识信息判断所述移动管理实体是否支持在所述第一通信网络上完成所述语音呼叫建立流程;
    在判断结果为所述移动管理实体支持在所述第一通信网络上完成所述 语音呼叫建立流程时,将所述呼叫响应发送至所述移动交换中心,以供所述移动管理实体根据所述标识信息判断是否支持在所述第一通信网络上完成语音呼叫建立流程,以及
    接收所述移动交换中心在判断结果为支持在所述第一通信网络上完成语音呼叫建立流程时发送的进行所述语音呼叫建立流程所需的参数信息,以及建立所述呼叫请求对应的语音业务所需的第二通信网络的电路资源信息,并发送至所述终端,
    接收所述终端发送的接听响应,并将所述接听响应发送至所述移动交换中心。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的业务处理方法,其特征在于,所述参数信息包括进行语音呼叫建立流程对应的语音业务需回落到的第二通信网络所处的小区的***信息,位置更新响应信息,路由区更新响应信息和/或SETUP信息,
    所述方法还包括:
    在接收到所述移动交换中心发送的所述***信息后,将所述***信息发送至所述终端,以供所述终端根据所述***信息向所述移动管理实体发送位置更新请求和路由区更新请求,以及
    接收所述位置更新请求和所述路由区更新请求,并将所述位置更新请求和所述路由区更新请求发送至移动交换中心;
    接收所述移动交换中心根据所述位置更新请求和所述路由区更新请求发送的位置更新响应信息和路由区更新响应信息,并将所述位置更新响应信息和所述路由区更新响应信息发送至所述终端。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的业务处理方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收所述终端发送的拒接响应,并发送所述拒接响应至所述移动交换中心;以及
    接收所述移动交换中心发送的SETUP信息,并将所述SETUP信息发送至所述终端;
    接收所述终端根据所述SETUP信息发送的SETUP响应信息,并将所述SETUP响应信息发送至所述移动交换中心;
    接收所述移动交换中心发射的呼叫提醒信息,并将所述呼叫提醒信息发送至所述终端。
  27. 根据权利要求24至26中任一项所述的业务处理方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收所述移动交换中心在发送所述***资源时发送的所述语音回落信息,并发送至所述终端,或者接收所述移动交换中心在接收到所述接听响应时发送的所述语音回落信息,并发送至所述终端。
  28. 一种业务处理方法,用于移动交换中心,其特征在于,包括:
    发送呼叫请求至移动管理实体,以及接收所述移动管理实体发送的与所述呼叫请求对应的呼叫响应,其中,所述呼叫响应中包含有是否可在第一通信网络上完成语音呼叫建立流程的标识信息;
    根据所述呼叫响应中的所述标识信息判断所述移动交换中心是否支持在所述第一通信网络上完成所述语音呼叫建立流程;
    在判断结果为所述移动交换中心支持在所述第一通信网络上完成所述语音呼叫建立流程时,为所述呼叫请求对应的目标终端分配建立语音业务所需第二通信网络的电路资源信息;
    发送进行所述语音呼叫建立流程所需的参数信息和所述电路资源信息至所述移动管理实体,以及
    接收所述移动管理实体发送的接听响应,并发送语音回落消息至所述移动管理实体,以供所述移动管理实体将所述语音回落消息发送至所述目标终端,以使所述目标终端根据所述语音回落信息断开所述第一通信网络的数据业务,使用接收到的所述电路资源信息建立所述第二通信网络的语音业务。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的业务处理方法,其特征在于,
    所述参数信息包括进行语音呼叫建立流程对应的语音业务需回落到的第二通信网络所处的小区的***信息,位置更新响应信息,路由区更新响应信息和/或SETUP信息,
    所述方法还包括:
    发送所述***信息至所述移动管理实体;
    接收所述移动管理实体发送的位置更新请求和路由区更新请求,以及
    接收所述位置更新请求和所述路由区更新请求;
    根据所述位置更新请求和所述路由区更新请求发送位置更新响应信息和路由区更新响应信息至所述移动管理实体。
  30. 根据权利要求28或29所述的业务处理方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    发送SETUP信息至所述移动管理实体,并接收所述移动管理实体发送的SETUP响应信息,以及根据所述SETUP响应信息发送呼叫提醒信息至所述移动管理实体;以及
    接收所述移动管理实体发送的拒接响应,并根据所述拒接响应释放分配的所述电路资源信息。
  31. 根据权利要求28或29所述的业务处理方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在发送所述***资源时发送所述语音回落信息至所述移动管理实体,或者在接收到所述接听响应时发送所述语音回落信息至所述移动管理实体。
