一种可旋转的LED灯管,包括散热固定座(12)、透明罩(11)以及位于两端的灯头座(3);透明罩(11)与散热固定座(12)固定连接且配合成光管(1),还包括旋转套(2),旋转套(2)包括中部的固定板(24)和分别位于固定板(24)两侧的第一套环(21)和第二套环(23),旋转套(2)的第一套环(21)套接在光管(1)外,第二套环(23)活动套接于灯头座(3)内;旋转套(2)的固定板(24)的中部开有安装孔(25);所述灯头座(3)内设有定位柱(32),第二套环(23)内侧面设有限位凸块(27)。通过在光管(1)与灯头座(3)之间设计旋转套(2),使得光管(1)可以相对灯头座(3)旋转,改变照射角度;同时灯头座(3)内的定位柱(32)与第二套环(23)内侧面的限位凸块(27)的配合,对光管(1)的相对旋转进行限位,防止无限制旋转导致导线缠绕而脱落的问题出现。

Description

可旋转的LED灯管 技术领域
本实用新型涉及LED灯具技术领域,具体的说,涉及一种可旋转的LED灯管。
背景技术
普通的日光灯因为其发光比白炽灯更亮、电能利用率更高,使用更为方便省电,因而进入了社会的各个场所,如家庭照明、办公照明等。但日光灯为增加照明效果,在其灯管内涂有荧光粉,灯管内装有少量的汞蒸气,荧光粉和汞蒸气都会造成环境污染,对人体有害;同时日光灯的寿命一般比较短,需要经常的更新。
技术问题
LED灯以其节能、寿命长等特点也已逐渐进入社会各个场所,LED灯管一般包括铝合金散热座体和透光的灯罩;LED灯安装在铝合金散热座体上,发出的光透过透明灯罩照射出去,因此LED灯在照射时,只能朝着灯罩的一侧照射出去,发光角度受到很大限制,一般发光角度为120度,在使用场合中,不能调节其发光角度,也不能像日光灯发光角度为360度可以照射的各个方向,当需要照明的地点改变时,原有的LED灯却照射不到形成盲区,只能另安装LED灯,给使用带来很大不便。
中国专利局于2010年5月12日公告了专利号为200920061039.9的实用新型专利,名称为:LED光管旋转装置,该装置包括帽套、旋转套、光管,旋转套呈环状,旋转套一端固定在光管端部,另一端与帽套活动套接,旋转套可在帽套内旋转,帽套上的电接柱通过软电线与光管内的LED电接头相连接。该装置通过设计旋转套,使得光管能以任何角度无级调节,达到最佳的光照效果。但如果该装置在进行光管旋转时,旋转总是顺时针或逆时针旋转,则将光管内的LED与帽套上的插头连接起来的两根电源线,将会缠绕在一起;如果是两根电源线集成在一根漆包线里,该漆包线将可能绕帽套的接触点缠绕,造成电源线与接触点脱落,需要进行修理,给使用带来不便。
技术解决方案
可旋转的LED灯管,包括散热固定座、透明罩以及位于两端的灯头座;透明罩与散热固定座固定连接且配合成光管,所述可旋转的LED灯管还包括旋转套,旋转套包括中部的固定板和分别位于固定板两侧的第一套环和第二套环,旋转套的第一套环套接在光管外,旋转套的第二套环活动套接于灯头座内;旋转套的固定板的中部开有用于导线穿过的安装孔;所述灯头座内设有定位柱,所述第二套环内侧面设有与定位柱配合的限位凸块。
进一步地,所述旋转套的固定板和散热固定座的侧面均设有相互对应的螺纹孔,螺纹孔内设有螺钉或螺栓,所述旋转套的固定板通过螺钉或螺栓与散热固定座固定连接。
进一步地,灯头座的内侧面设有多个凸起的卡块,旋转套的第二套环外侧面设有与卡块相配合的环形槽。
进一步地,灯头座的内侧面的凸起的卡块的两侧分别开有将卡块隔离的通孔。
更进一步地,灯头座的内侧面设有3个凸起的卡块。
有益效果
可旋转的LED灯管,包括散热固定座、透明罩以及位于两端的灯头座;透明罩与散热固定座固定连接且配合成光管,所述可旋转的LED灯管还包括旋转套,旋转套包括中部的固定板和分别位于固定板两侧的第一套环和第二套环,旋转套的第一套环套接在光管外,旋转套的第二套环活动套接于灯头座内;旋转套的固定板的中部开有用于导线穿过的安装孔;所述灯头座内设有定位柱,所述第二套环内侧面设有与定位柱配合的限位凸块。通过在光管与灯头座之间设计旋转套,使得光管可以相对灯头座旋转,改变照射角度;同时灯头座内的定位柱与第二套环内侧面的限位凸块的配合,对光管的相对旋转进行限位,防止无限制旋转导致导线缠绕而脱落的问题出现。

本发明的最佳实施方式
可旋转的LED灯管,包括散热固定座12、透明罩11以及位于两端的灯头座3;透明罩11与散热固定座12固定连接且配合成光管1,所述可旋转的LED灯管还包括旋转套2,旋转套2包括中部的固定板24和分别位于固定板24两侧的第一套环21和第二套环23,旋转套2的第一套环21套接在光管1外,旋转套2的第二套环23活动套接于灯头座3内;旋转套2的固定板24的中部开有用于导线穿过的安装孔25;所述灯头座3内设有定位柱32,所述第二套环23内侧面设有与定位柱32配合的限位凸块27。
原有的LED灯管是将灯头座3直接套接固定在光管1的两端,这样的LED灯管一旦固定在灯架上,则照射方向不能改变,因为LED灯管不能转动,其照射方向是一定的;本实用新型在原有的LED灯管的基础上增加旋转套2,旋转套2的第一套环21固定套接在光管1的一端外,不能相对旋转;固定套接的方式可以采用第一套环21的内径与光管1外径配合或过盈配合来实现。旋转套2的第二套环23活动套接于灯头座3内,可以采用第二套环23与灯头座3间隙配合,因LED灯管一旦固定,第二套环23与灯头座3不能沿着轴向相对移动,只能相对旋转运动;安装时,导线的一端与光管1中的LED灯的电源端连接,导线的另一端穿过旋转套2的固定板24中部的安装孔25并与灯头座3的插头电连接。旋转套2相对灯头座3旋转,导线也相对灯头座3上的固定接触点旋转而缠绕,直到灯头座3的定位柱32触碰到旋转套2的的限位凸块27而停止相对旋转,因此光管1可以相对灯头座3旋转350多度,可以满足旋转照明的需要;同时旋转时不会超过360度,不会造成导线相对固定接触点无限缠绕而脱落。

Claims (4)

  1. 可旋转的LED灯管,其特征在于:其包括散热固定座、透明罩以及位于两端的灯头座;透明罩与散热固定座固定连接且配合成光管,所述可旋转的LED灯管还包括旋转套,旋转套包括中部的固定板和分别位于固定板两侧的第一套环和第二套环,旋转套的第一套环套接在光管外,旋转套的第二套环活动套接于灯头座内;旋转套的固定板的中部开有用于导线穿过的安装孔;所述灯头座内设有定位柱,所述第二套环内侧面设有与定位柱配合的限位凸块。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可旋转的LED灯管,其特征在于:所述旋转套的固定板和散热固定座的侧面均设有相互对应的螺纹孔,螺纹孔内设有螺钉或螺栓,所述旋转套的固定板通过螺钉或螺栓与散热固定座固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的可旋转的LED灯管,其特征在于:灯头座的内侧面设有多个凸起的卡块,旋转套的第二套环外侧面设有与卡块相配合的环形槽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可旋转的LED灯管,其特征在于:灯头座的内侧面的凸起的卡块的两侧分别开有将卡块隔离的通孔。
