Definitions
- the invention relates to a spring-loaded terminal according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- the spring-loaded terminal comprises a clamping spring with a clamping region, by means of which the electrical conductor can be clamped against a current bar of the clamping spring, so that an electrical connection between the electrical conductor clamped against the current bar can be achieved by arranging that current bar on another module, such as a printed circuit board and the further module can be produced.
- the clamping spring furthermore has an actuating region, which is connected to the clamping region in such a way that the clamping region can be lifted off from the current bar by acting on the actuating region, thereby releasing the electrical conductor.
- an actuating element is pivotally mounted on the spring-loaded terminal.
- the actuator has a bearing axis and is rotatably supported by this on a clamping spring of the spring terminal by a bent free end of a bearing arm of the clamping spring engages around the bearing axis of the actuating element.
- the invention is therefore based on the problem of further simplifying a spring-loaded terminal of the type mentioned, in particular with regard to the assembly.
- the solution according to the invention makes it possible to arrange the actuating element pivotably on the clamping spring in such a way that the actuating element is placed with its bearing section (from outside) on the associated bearing area of the clamping spring (and thus on its outer surface).
- the storage area of the clamping spring can be formed by an elastic region of that spring, which is deformed, for example, upon an action of the operating element on the operating area.
- the bearing portion may be embodied as a spring bow of the clamping spring, which has an inner surface and an outer surface, wherein the actuating element is mounted on its bearing portion on the outer surface of the spring bow and is supported on this.
- the actuating element-side bearing section encompasses the associated bearing region of the clamping spring in cross-section U-shaped, which allows a reliable coupling of those two components.
- the actuating section of the actuating element is a separate section from its bearing section, which section is spaced from the bearing section and connected to the bearing section via a further section of the actuating element.
- the actuation section of the actuation element is adjoined by at least one angled support section, which counteracts disengagement of the actuation section with respect to the at least one associated actuation area of the clamp spring
- the actuator further comprises a control panel on which the actuator can be manually or optionally also machine-actuated operated to act on the associated clamping spring and thereby release a trapped at the spring terminal electrical conductor.
- the actuating portion may be arranged along the body of the actuating element between the operating part and the bearing portion.
- its clamping spring can be connected to the current bar via a contact section (as one separate from the clamping spring) Component) and be connected to this, the current bar, for example, the clamping spring surrounds sections and the actuator, for example, in turn, the current bar and the spring clip can accommodate sections.
- the clamping spring and the current bar are designed as an integrally formed, the spring terminal forming unit.
- the at least one actuation region of the clamping spring can protrude laterally beyond the current bar and the actuation element can be designed such that it can act on the actuation region of the clamping spring with at least one part of the actuation section which can be moved laterally past the current limb.
- a respective spring clamp is placed in a housing (eg, closed by a lid).
- a guide surface may be formed on the housing, on which the actuating element is guided when it acts on its operating portion on the at least one operating region of the spring-loaded terminal
- Figure 1 is a perspective view of a first clamp body component in the form of a current bar and a second clamp body component in the form of a clamping spring, which are assembled to form a clamp body in the form of a spring clamp.
- FIG. 2 shows the two clamping body components from FIG. 1 in the assembled state

- the first clamping body component in the form of the current bar 1 has a base portion 10 (formed in the embodiment by a base leg) and a clamping portion 15 (formed in the embodiment by another leg), which are interconnected via a connecting portion 18.
- the base portion 10 and the clamping portion 15 are opposite to each other, so that the current bar 1 is designed in cross-section substantially C-shaped.
- the geometry of the current bar 1 can be varied depending on the requirements in each case; For example, the current bar 1 could be L-shaped.
- the base portion 10 of the current bar 1 serves its (electrical and mechanical) connection with a printed circuit board.

- a projection 13 is arranged (integrally formed).
- the projection 13 is spaced from the (slot-shaped) opening 14 in the base portion 10, in the embodiment along the longitudinal direction of the opening 14.
- the projection 13 faces from the base portion 10 in the direction of the opposite clamping portion 15 of the current bar. 1
- the two sections 1 1, 12 of the base portion 10 are in this case angled to form an obtuse angle to each other.
- the clamping portion 15 of the current bar 1 defines a clamping surface 16, which in the embodiment, the base portion 10 of the current bar 1 faces and on which (by means of the clamping spring 2) an electrical conductor is clamped to connect via the contact element 140 of the current bar 1 with a circuit board is.
