Description

一种热泵式干衣机及其换气控制方法
本专利申请要求于2014年11月17日提交的,申请号为201410652978.6申请人为青岛海尔洗衣机有限公司,发明名称为“一种热泵式干衣机及其换气控制方法”的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全文以引用的方式并入本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及干衣机箱体干燥领域,具体涉及一种热泵式干衣机及其换气控制方法。
背景技术
在阴冷潮湿的天气里,被洗的衣服比较难干,还容易发霉。随着人们生活水平的提高,干衣机已逐渐成为人们家中必备的家电。
目前所有类型的干衣机中,最为节能,代表了发展方向和趋势的是热泵干衣机。但是,使用热泵干衣机时,工作中滚筒内的湿气会有部分泄露到箱体内部,箱体内部湿气较重,尤其在环境温度较低(低于15℃)时,箱体内部会有凝露的现象,长期凝露严重的会锈蚀箱体,损坏电器件。
针对以上问题,现有技术中,有的企业是采用在干衣机箱体的侧面、顶面粘贴毛毡,由于毛毡具有隔热保温的作用,会减少箱体内部凝露的产生,有一定效果,但是效果并不是太理想,无法做到全方位的保护。
基于以上描述,亟需要一种新的热泵式干衣机,以解决现有技术中存在的箱体内部湿气较重,箱体内部会产生凝露,进而锈蚀箱体,损坏电器件的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种热泵式干衣机,该干衣机可给箱体换气,保持箱体内部处于干燥状态,防止箱体内部产生凝露,防止凝露锈蚀箱体、损坏电器件的情况产生。
本发明的再一个目的在于提供一种热泵式干衣机换气控制方法,该换气控制方法应用在以上热泵式干衣机上,通过该方法可完成对干衣机的箱体进行换气,保持箱体内部处于干燥状态,防止箱体内部产生凝露,防止凝露锈蚀箱体、损坏电器件的情况产生。
本发明实施例采用以下技术方案:
一种热泵式干衣机,包括箱体、控制***以及设置在所述箱体内的滚筒,所述滚筒外侧的箱体内设置有换气装置,所述换气装置可用于干燥所述箱体与所述滚筒之间的空气,所述控制***与所述换气装置相连,可用于控制所述换气装置的开启或关闭。
作为优选,所述滚筒的进气口和出气口通过风道连通,所述箱体内还设置有用于对流经风道的空气进行除湿加热的热泵***,所述换气装置安装在所述热泵***的压缩机附近或箱体顶部,当所述换气装置安装在所述压缩机附近时距离压缩机的距离小于等于预设距离L。

S1、所述控制***判断所检测到的箱体内的温度值、湿度值、热泵***的温度值或干衣机所处的运行阶段,当箱体内的温度值低于第一预设温度值、箱体内的湿度值超过预设湿度值、热泵***的温度值低于第二预设温度值和/或干衣机距离运行结束的时间小于等于预设时间时,执行步骤S2;
S2、所述控制***控制所述换气装置开启,对所述箱体进行换气。
作为优选,在步骤S1中,所述预设时间大于等于1min。
本发明实施例提出的技术方案的有益技术效果是:

(3)由于本申请提供的热泵式干衣机换气控制方法应用于以上所述的热泵式干衣机上,其包括步骤:S1、所述控制***判断所检测到的箱体内的温度值、湿度值、热泵***的温度值或干衣机所处的运行阶段,当箱体内的温度值低于第一预设温度值、箱体内的湿度值超过预设湿度值、热泵***的温度值低于第二预设温度值和/或干衣机距离运行结束的时间小于等于预设时间时,执行步骤S2;S2、所述控制***控制所述换气装置开启,对所述箱体进行换气。所以通过该方法可完成对干衣机的箱体进行换气,保持箱体内部处于干燥状态,防止箱体内部产生凝露,防止凝露锈蚀箱体、损坏电器件的情况产生。

图1是本发明提供的热泵式干衣机的结构示意图。如图1所示,本申请提供的热泵式干衣机包括外侧箱体1、控制***4以及设置在所述箱体1内的滚筒2,其中,所述滚筒2外侧的箱体1内设置有换气装置3,所述换气装置3可用于干燥所述箱体1与所述滚筒2之间的空气,所述控制***4与所述换气装置3相连,可用于控制所述换气装置3的开启或关闭。
所述换气装置3可以为换气扇,也可以为风机,其主要通过对箱体1内的空气进行换气来达到驱走箱体1内比较潮湿的空气,使得箱体1内的空气处于干燥的状态。
所以本方案提供的干衣机可给箱体1换气,保持箱体1内部处于干燥状态,防止箱体1内部产生凝露,防止凝露锈蚀箱体1、损坏电器件的情况产生。
于本实施例中,作为优选方案,所述控制***4位于所述箱体1的内侧,更具体的,所述控制***4位于所述箱体1门体的上端。当然,所述控制***4的位置并不局限于此,还可以设置在箱体1内的其它位置。
于本实施例中,作为一种优选方案,所述换气装置3安装在所述箱体1的顶部。
于本实施例中,所提供的干衣机在烘干过程中采用热泵烘干方式,采用热 泵烘干方式的干衣机中的热泵***5用于对流经风道的空气进行除湿加热。所提供的干衣机的滚筒2的进气口和出气口通过风道连通,所述箱体1内还设置有用于对流经风道的空气进行除湿加热的热泵***5。

具体的,所述热泵***5包括蒸发器、压缩机、冷凝器以及节流装置,所述蒸发器、压缩机、冷凝器以及节流装置通过管道依次连通形成制冷剂循环回路。热泵***的蒸发器设置于风道的进风口处,热泵***内的制冷剂进入蒸发器内时,蒸发器将液态制冷剂蒸发为气态制冷剂,此过程中,蒸发器吸收周围的热量,作为风道内的冷凝装置,用于对流经风道的空气进行冷凝。热泵***5的冷凝器位于与蒸发器相同的风道内,热泵***内的制冷剂进入冷凝器内时,冷凝器将高温高压的气态制冷剂变为低温高压的液态制冷剂,此时冷凝器将向外界放出热量,作为风道内的加热装置,用于加热流经风道的气体。
由于在箱体1内安装的换气装置3也可以起到给压缩机降温的作用,所以该换气装置3可以取代压缩机的散热风扇。该方案在不增加干衣机制造成本,不增加干衣机制造工艺,不增加干衣机制造复杂度的前提下,仅通过改进软件部分即可实现使用一个换气装置3同时达到干燥箱体1内气体及降低压缩机的温度的效果。
于本实施例中,作为优选方案,所述箱体1内设置有用于检测箱体1内温度值的第一温度检测仪,所述第一温度检测仪与所述控制***4相连,可将所检测到的所述箱体1内温度值传递给所述控制***4,所述控制***4将所接收到的温度数据作为参数,进行数据分析,以便所述控制***4对换气装置3的开启或关闭进行控制。
于本实施例中,作为进一步的优选方案,所述箱体1内设置有用于检测箱体1内湿度值的湿度检测仪,所述湿度检测仪与所述控制***4相连,可将所检测到的所述箱体1内湿度值传递给所述控制***4,所述控制***4将所接收到的湿度数据作为参数,进行数据分析,以便所述控制***4对换气装置3的 开启或关闭进行控制。
于本实施例中,作为又一种优选方案,所述箱体1内设置有用于检测所述热泵***5温度值的第二温度传感器,所述第二温度检测仪与所述控制***4相连,可将所检测到的所述热泵***5的温度值传递给所述控制***4,所述控制***4将所接收到的温度数据作为参数,进行数据分析,以便所述控制***4对换气装置3的开启或关闭进行控制。
于本实施例中,所述第二温度传感器的设置位置可以为多处。其中一种优选方案为,所述第二温度传感器设置在所述热泵***5的压缩机的排气口处。
于本实施例中,作为另一种优选方案,所述第二温度传感器设置在所述热泵***5的冷凝器的出口处。
于本实施例中,作为再一种优选方案,所述第二温度传感器设置在与所述滚筒2的出气口相连的风道内。
当然,所述第二温度传感器的设置位置并不局限于以上几处,还可以设置在其它的位置。
方法实施例
本申请还提供了一种热泵式干衣机换气控制方法,该换气控制方法应用于以上所述的热泵式干衣机上。如图2所示,所述热泵式干衣机换气控制方法包括以下步骤:
S1、所述控制***4判断所检测到的箱体1内的温度值、湿度值、热泵***5的温度值或干衣机所处的运行阶段,当箱体1内的温度值低于第一预设温度值、箱体1内的湿度值超过预设湿度值、热泵***5的温度值低于第二预设温度值和/或干衣机距离运行结束的时间小于等于预设时间时,执行步骤S2。
S2、所述控制***4控制所述换气装置3开启,对所述箱体1进行换气,保障干衣机在不用的停机状态下对箱体1内的空气进行干燥。换气完毕则关闭换气装置3。
于本实施例中,所述换气时间可以预先设定,也可以根据所检测到的箱体1内的温度值、湿度值、热泵***5的温度值进行确定。比如当所检测到的箱体1 内的温度值超过第三预设温度值、热泵***5的温度值超过第四预设温度值时,则关闭换气装置3。其中,第一预设温度值小于第三预设温度值;第二预设温度值小于第四预设温度值。
于本实施例中,所述第一预设温度值、第二预设温度值、第三预设温度值、第四预设温度值以及预设湿度值可根据实际需要进行预设定。
于本实施例中,作为优选方案,在步骤S1中,所述预设时间大于等于1min。当然,该预设时间并不局限于此。
通过该方法可完成对干衣机的箱体1进行换气,保持箱体1内部处于干燥状态,防止箱体1内部产生凝露,防止凝露锈蚀箱体1、损坏电器件的情况产生。
注意,上述仅为本发明的较佳实施例及所运用技术原理。本领域技术人员会理解,本发明不限于这里所述的特定实施例,对本领域技术人员来说能够进行各种明显的变化、重新调整和替代而不会脱离本发明的保护范围。因此,虽然通过以上实施例对本发明进行了较为详细的说明,但是本发明不仅仅限于以上实施例,在不脱离本发明构思的情况下,还可以包括更多其他等效实施例,而本发明的范围由所附的权利要求范围决定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种热泵式干衣机,包括箱体(1)、控制***(4)以及设置在所述箱体(1)内的滚筒(2),其特征在于,所述滚筒(2)外侧的箱体(1)内设置有换气装置(3),所述换气装置(3)可用于干燥所述箱体(1)与所述滚筒(2)之间的空气,所述控制***(4)与所述换气装置(3)相连,可用于控制所述换气装置(3)的开启或关闭。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的热泵式干衣机,其特征在于,所述滚筒(2)的进气口和出气口通过风道连通,所述箱体(1)内还设置有用于对流经风道的空气进行除湿加热的热泵***(5),所述换气装置(3)安装在所述热泵***(5)的压缩机附近或箱体(1)顶部,当所述换气装置(3)安装在所述压缩机附近时距离压缩机的距离小于等于预设距离L。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的热泵式干衣机,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)内设置有用于检测所述箱体(1)内温度值的第一温度检测仪,所述第一温度检测仪与所述控制***(4)相连。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的热泵式干衣机,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)内设置有用于检测所述箱体(1)内湿度值的湿度检测仪,所述湿度检测仪与所述控制***(4)相连。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的热泵式干衣机,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)内设置有用于检测所述热泵***(5)温度值的第二温度传感器,所述第二温度检测仪与所述控制***(4)相连。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的热泵式干衣机,其特征在于,所述第二温度传感器设置在所述热泵***(5)的压缩机的排气口处。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的热泵式干衣机,其特征在于,所述第二温度传感器设置在所述热泵***(5)的冷凝器的出口处。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的热泵式干衣机,其特征在于,所述第二温度传感器设置在与所述滚筒(2)的出气口相连的风道内。
  9. 一种热泵式干衣机换气控制方法,应用于如权利要求5至8任一项所述的热泵式干衣机上,其特征在于,包括步骤:
    S1、所述控制***(4)判断所检测到的箱体(1)内的温度值、湿度值、 热泵***(5)的温度值或干衣机所处的运行阶段,当箱体(1)内的温度值低于第一预设温度值、箱体(1)内的湿度值超过预设湿度值、热泵***(5)的温度值低于第二预设温度值和/或干衣机距离运行结束的时间小于等于预设时间时,执行步骤S2;
    S2、所述控制***(4)控制所述换气装置(3)开启,对所述箱体(1)进行换气。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的热泵式干衣机换气控制方法,其特征在于,在步骤S1中,所述预设时间大于等于1min。
