分钞装置及其反转轮组
本申请要求于2014年11月03日提交中国专利局、申请号为201410613992.5、发明名称为“分钞装置及其反转轮组”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及金融自助设备技术,尤其涉及一种分钞装置及其反转轮组的单向轴承固定方式。
背景技术
目前在金融设备的分钞机构中普遍使用单向轴承,其作用是限制分钞反转轮沿进钞方向旋转,只允许其沿与进钞方向的反方向旋转。
目前单向轴承的固定大多数采用如图1所示的方式,该反转轮组包括反转轮旋转轴1、反转轮固定架2、E型环3、单向轴承套4、单向轴承5、带法兰轴承6、反转轮轴组件7以及垫片8。该单向轴承5的固定方式可以理解为:该反转轮旋转轴1、反转轮固定架2、单向轴承套4、单向轴承5、带法兰轴承6的外圈及垫片8均为静止端,反转轮轴组件7、E型环以及带法兰轴承6的内圈均为可动端。
这种固定方式中,由于可动端的E型环端面会与静止端的单向轴承5的端面存在挤压接触,从而产生摩擦阻力,导致反转轮轴组件7的自由旋转受阻,若摩擦阻力太大,反转轮组件7甚至无法旋转。反转轮组件7的转动不顺畅或无法转动,将导致反转轮组件的橡胶部分容易被局部磨损,分钞间隙变大。这种缺陷轻则导致分钞装置寿命大大缩短,分钞间隙需要频繁调整,重则导致分钞功能失效,无法满足设计要求。
发明内容
为了消除现有技术中反转轮组件因受摩擦阻力而转动不顺或无法转动的缺陷,本发明提供一种分钞装置,其反转轮组的单向轴承通过新的固定方式,有效地实现单向轴承内静止端与可动端的运动隔离,以提高分钞装置的寿命及保证其功能的可靠性。
本发明提供的分钞装置应用于金融自助设备,该分钞装置包括一分钞轮组和一与该分钞轮相配合的反转轮组,该反转轮组包括一反转轮组转轴、一反转轮固定架以及一反转轮组件,该反转轮组件的一端依次通过一E型环、一带法兰轴承、一单向轴承限位圈以及一单向轴承安装在该反转轮固定架上,其中该单向轴承限位圈将该单向轴承及该反转轮固定架联成一静止的刚体,且该单向轴承限位圈仅与该带法兰轴承的外圈相接触。
优选的,该单向轴承限位圈的外周表面上设置有沿该单向轴承限位圈的轴向延伸的凸棱,该反转轮固定架上设置有与该凸棱相适配的凹槽,组装状态下,该单向轴承限位圈的该凸棱嵌入该反转轮固定架的凹槽内。

本实施例中,如图6和图7所示,该单向轴承限位圈15的外周表面上设置有沿该单向轴承限位圈的轴向延伸的凸棱151,该反转轮固定架上12设置有与该凸棱相适配的凹槽121,组装状态下,如图4所示,该单向轴承限位圈15的该凸棱151嵌入该反转轮固定架12的凹槽121内。该凸棱151的一端伸出于该单向轴承限位圈15的一第一侧,该单向轴承15外周表面设置有与该凸棱151相适配的凹槽161,如图8所示。组装状态下,该单向轴承16位于该单向轴承限位圈15的该第一侧,该凸棱151伸出于该单向轴承限位圈15的第一侧的该端嵌入该单向轴承16外周表面的该凹 槽161中。该单向轴承限位圈15通过该凸棱151的设置,将该单向轴承16及该反转轮固定架12联成一静止的刚体。该凸棱设计可作其他均等变换,不限于图示中所示结构。
另外,该单向轴承限位圈15包括一与该第一侧相对的第二侧,该第二侧的外周缘部分设置成一凸缘152,组装状态下,该带法兰轴承14位于该单向轴承限位圈15的该第二侧,该凸缘152与该带法兰轴承14的外圈相接触,可参阅图4。带法兰轴承14包括内圈141和外圈142,如图9所示。该单向轴承限位圈15通过该凸缘152的设计与该带法兰轴承14的外圈相接触。
本实施例中,该反转轮组转轴11、该反转轮固定架12、该单向轴承限位圈15、该单向轴承16以及该带法兰轴承的外圈142组成静止端,该反转轮轴组件17、该E型环13以及该带法兰轴承的内圈141组成可动端。该反转轮组件17在单向轴承16的作用下只能沿着进钞方向的反方向旋转。由于单向轴承限位圈15通过凸缘152只与带法兰轴承14的外圈接触,利用带法兰轴承14的内外圈运动分离原理,使得静止端与可动端分离,因此静止端与可动端相互之间不存在相互摩擦,确保反转轮组件17的自由顺畅转动,以提高分钞装置的寿命及保证其功能的可靠性。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出的是,上述优选实施方式不应视为对本发明的限制,本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种分钞装置,应用于金融自助设备,该分钞装置包括一分钞轮组和一与该分钞轮相配合的反转轮组,该反转轮组包括一反转轮组转轴、一反转轮固定架以及一反转轮组件,其特征在于:该反转轮组件的一端依次通过一E型环、一带法兰轴承、一单向轴承限位圈以及一单向轴承安装在该反转轮固定架上,其中该单向轴承限位圈将该单向轴承及该反转轮固定架联成一静止的刚体,且该单向轴承限位圈仅与该带法兰轴承的外圈相接触。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的分钞装置,其特征在于,该单向轴承限位圈的外周表面上设置有沿该单向轴承限位圈的轴向延伸的凸棱,该反转轮固定架上设置有与该凸棱相适配的凹槽,组装状态下,该单向轴承限位圈的该凸棱嵌入该反转轮固定架的凹槽内。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的分钞装置,其特征在于,该凸棱的一端伸出于该单向轴承限位圈的一第一侧,该单向轴承外周表面设置有与该凸棱相适配的凹槽,组装状态下,该单向轴承位于该单向轴承限位圈的该第一侧,该凸棱伸出于该单向轴承限位圈第一侧的该端嵌入该单向轴承外周表面的该凹槽中。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的分钞装置,其特征在于,该单向轴承限位圈包括与该第一侧相对的一第二侧,该第二侧的外周缘部分设置成一凸缘,组装状态下,该带法兰轴承位于该单向轴承限位圈的该第二侧,该凸缘与该带法兰轴承的外圈相接触。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的分钞装置,其特征在于,该反转轮组件的另一端依次通过一E型环、一带法兰轴承以及一垫片安装于该反转轮固定架上。
  6. 一种反转轮组,应用于金融自助设备的分钞装置中,该反转轮组包括一反转轮组转轴、一反转轮固定架以及一反转轮组件,其特征在于:该反转轮组件的一端依次通过一E型环、一带法兰轴承、一单向轴承限位圈以及一单向轴承安装在该反转轮固定架上,其中该单向轴承限位圈将该单 向轴承及该反转轮固定架联成一静止的刚体,且该单向轴承限位圈仅与该带法兰轴承的外圈相接触。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的反转轮组,其特征在于,该单向轴承限位圈的外周表面上设置有沿该单向轴承限位圈的轴向延伸的凸棱,该反转轮固定架上设置有与该凸棱相适配的凹槽,组装状态下,该单向轴承限位圈的该凸棱嵌入该反转轮固定架的凹槽内。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的反转轮组,其特征在于,该凸棱的一端伸出于该单向轴承限位圈的一第一侧,该单向轴承外周表面设置有与该凸棱相适配的凹槽,组装状态下,该单向轴承位于该单向轴承限位圈的该第一侧,该凸棱伸出于该单向轴承限位圈第一侧的该端嵌入该单向轴承外周表面的该凹槽中。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的反转轮组,其特征在于,该单向轴承限位圈包括与该第一侧相对的一第二侧,该第二侧的外周缘部分设置成一凸缘,组装状态下,该带法兰轴承位于该单向轴承限位圈的该第二侧,该凸缘与该带法兰轴承的外圈相接触。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的反转轮组,其特征在于,该反转轮组件的另一端依次通过一E型环、一带法兰轴承以及一垫片安装于该反转轮固定架上。
