因此、现有技术仅仅停留在将电话本备份到PC或者其他终端设备的阶段,这些备份方式复杂、低效且安全性差。

本发明第一实施例,一种备份信息的方法,如图1所示,包括以下具体步骤:
步骤S101,根据用户的选择指令从待选信息中确定出待备份的信息。

第一种:将每个加密后的信息段通过邮件的形式发出并存储到邮箱服务器,进行备份。这种方式具体实现过程是,登录发送邮箱客户端应用,将不同的加密后的信息段作为邮件附件、以邮件的形式发送到不同的备份邮箱服务器。这种方式可以适用于大多数智能终端,因为在智能终端中已经可以具备安装的邮件客户端应用程序,通过本发明实施例通过调用该邮件客户端即可实现邮件发送的功能。
第二种:将每个加密后的信息段分别以彩信的形式发出并存储到邮箱服务器,进行备份。这种方式具体实现过程是,进入彩信编辑界面,在所述彩信的目的发送地址中填写备份邮箱地址;将所述加密后的信息段作为彩信的附件,发送到彩信中心,由彩信中心根据所述彩信的目的发送地址中填写的备份邮箱地址,将所述彩信转换为邮件后发送到所述备份邮箱地址对应的备份邮箱服务器。这种方式可以适用于非智能终端,由于非智能终端中通常不具备邮件客户端,但是普遍具有收发彩信的功能,可以将加密后的信息段以彩信的形式发出,借助于彩信中心能够将彩信转换为邮件进行发送的现有功能,实现信息的备份。
本发明第二实施例,一种备份信息的方法,本实施例所述方法与第一实施例大致相同,区别在于,如图2所示,本实施例的所述方法除了包括与第一实施例步骤S101~S102对应的步骤S201~202之外,还包括以下具体步骤:
步骤S203:从所述邮箱中获取相应的信息段,基于所有信息段进行解密合并,恢复出备份的信息。
具体地,在所述邮箱进行备份的所述信息段具有设定的恢复标识。实际上,是在所述邮箱进行备份的所述信息段对应的邮件具有设定的恢复标识。
针对通过邮件的形式发出的所述信息段,该设定的恢复标识可以位于 邮件主题、或者位于邮件正文的设定位置处;针对以彩信的形式发出的所述信息段,该设定的恢复标识可以位于彩信标题,后续彩信中心可以将包含该恢复标识的彩信标题转换成为相应邮件的主题,故相应邮件的主题中也就包含有该设定的恢复标识了。
在一实施例中,在步骤S203中,根据设定的恢复标识,从所述邮箱中获取相应的信息段,基于所有信息段进行解密合并,恢复出备份的信息。
在步骤S203中,从所述邮箱中获取相应的信息段的过程,分为以下两种情况:
针对通过邮件的形式发出信息段的情况:登录所述邮箱,在所述邮箱中查找到包含信息段的邮件后,将所述邮件下载到本终端以获取其附件中的信息段;
针对以彩信的形式发出信息段的情况:登录所述邮箱,在所述邮箱中查找到包含信息段的邮件后,以本终端的电话号码作为发送目的地址,将所述邮件转发出去并存储于本终端的彩信收件箱中,从彩信收件箱中获取信息段。由于发送目的地址填写的是本终端的电话号码,彩信中心首先收到该邮件并将其转换成彩信发送给本终端。
本发明第三实施例,与第一实施例对应,本实施例介绍一种备份信息的装置,如图3所示,包括以下组成部分:
选定模块10,配置为根据用户的选择指令从待选信息中确定出待备份的信息。
具体地,待备份的信息,包括:各种通讯工具中的联系人信息、或者数据库中的各种分类信息。各种通讯工具应用程序中的联系人信息,比如:QQ、微信、电话本等。
备份处理模块20,配置为对待备份的信息进行加密后分段。
备份发送模块30,配置为将加密后的信息段发送到邮箱进行备份;其 中,所述加密后的信息段被分别发送到至少两个不同的邮箱。
实际应用时,选定模块10及备份处理模块20可由备份信息的装置中的中央处理器(CPU,Central Processing Unit)、微处理器(MCU,Micro Control Unit)、数字信号处理器(DSP,Digital Signal Processor)或可编程逻辑阵列(FPGA,Field-Programmable Gate Array)实现;备份发送模块30可由备份信息的装置中的发射机实现。
本发明第四实施例,与第二实施例对应,本实施例介绍一种备份信息的装置,如图4所示,包括以下组成部分:
选定模块10,配置为根据用户的选择指令从待选信息中确定出待备份的信息。
备份处理模块20,配置为对待备份的信息进行加密后分段。
备份发送模块30,配置为将加密后的信息段发送到邮箱进行备份;其中,所述加密后的信息段被分别发送到至少两个不同的邮箱。
恢复模块40,配置为从所述邮箱中获取相应的信息段,基于所有信息段进行解密合并,恢复出备份的信息。
实际应用时,选定模块10及备份处理模块20可由备份信息的装置中的CPU、MCU、DSP或FPGA实现;备份发送模块30可由备份信息的装置中的发射机实现;恢复模块40可由备份信息的装置中的CPU、MCU、DSP或FPGA结合收发机实现。
本发明第五实施例,一种终端,可以作为实体装置来理解,如图5所示,包括一处理器100;
处理器100,配置为对待备份的信息进行加密后分段,将加密后的信息段发送到邮箱进行备份;其中,所述加密后的信息段被分别发送到至少两个不同的邮箱。
本实施例中处理器100所完成的功能细节上与第一实施例或者第二实施例中的流程所涉及的具体步骤相对应。
本发明第六实施例,本实施例是在上述实施例的基础上,以在非智能移动终端上备份电话本中的联系人信息为例,结合附图6~7介绍一个本发明的应用实例。
一、移动终端通过MMS、Email备份电话本的流程如图6所示,如下:
步骤1:在移动终端的“电话本”中,添加“备份到邮箱”功能菜单;
步骤2:选择备份到邮箱功能菜单后,进入选择记录界面,提示选择电话本中的联系人,选择框可以是多选方式;
步骤3:移动终端用户完成选择后,确认后进入后台处理流程;
步骤4:移动终端后台根据用户选择,将选中后的联系人信息逐一从移动终端的数据库中读出;
步骤5:将联系人信息数据按照如下数据格式协议,转化成一个temp文件,使用[xxx]来标记字段开始,[@xxx]标记字段结束,开始的标记与结束的标记之间即为该字段的内容,这里的字段指的就是:第一实施例中所说的信息条目,每一个字段都有对应的字段名称,一定数量的字段组成一个数据组,比如,personinfo数据组中所包含的各字段如下:

步骤6:后台程序调用加密算法,对temp文件进行加密(例如MD加 密算法),生成加密文件Contact.jm;
步骤7:读取加密文件Contact.jm中30%的数据生成File1文件,再读取加密文件Contact.jm中30%的数据生成File2文件,剩余数据生成File3文件;
步骤8:当移动终端后台完成联系人处理后,移动终端自动进入彩信编辑;
其中,MMS选择File1~3文件中的一个作为附件,MMS的标题为特定的字符,例如“###contacbackup###”,用来标识MMS的类型为备份电话本;
步骤9:在MMS收件人地址栏中填写邮箱地址,发送MMS,网络中的彩信中心将MMS自动转换成电子邮件发送到邮箱中;
步骤10:重复执行步骤8、9,将每个附件发送到不同的邮箱中,直到全部文件被发送完毕,保存电话本完成。
二、移动终端通过Email、MMS恢复电话本备份的流程如图7所示,如下:
步骤11:移动终端用户在邮箱中将备份的电话本邮件发送回给移动终端,收件人填写的是本移动终端的号码,邮件标题栏要符合移动终端的特定规则,例如:###contacbackup###;
步骤12:网络中的彩信中心自动将该邮件转换成MMS,MMS的标题仍然是###contacbackup###,并且下发到移动终端。
步骤13:移动终端用户收到MMS,判断MMS标题是否标记为###contacbackup###,如果是并且全部文件都收到,提示用户恢复电话本;
步骤14:当用户选择恢复后,移动终端将MMS中附件的电话本数据文件进行解密合并数据后,再次写回电话本完成电话本数据的恢复;
至此,流程结束。
本发明实施例的所述备份信息的方法、装置及终端,通过将待备份的 信息分割、加密后,备份到不同的邮件服务器上,加强了用户数据的安全性。随着互联网的发展,在个人邮箱业务已经在网民中非常普及。利用邮箱中的空间、可以用来保存用户的电话本记录、非常方便也非常安全。在恢复信息时,本发明实施例须在获取被备份的所有信息段后,才能成功恢复出原来备份的信息,即使用于备份某一部分信息段的邮件服务器出现了信息泄露,其他人基于该部分信息段也不能恢复出完成的备份信息,充分保障了用户信息的备份安全性。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,本发明的实施例可提供为方法、***、或计算机程序产品。因此,本发明可采用硬件实施例、软件实施例、或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本发明可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器和光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。
本发明是参照根据本发明实施例的方法、设备(***)、和计算机程序产品的流程图和/或方框图来描述的。应理解可由计算机程序指令实现流程图和/或方框图中的每一流程和/或方框、以及流程图和/或方框图中的流程和/或方框的结合。可提供这些计算机程序指令到通用计算机、专用计算机、嵌入式处理机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器以产生一个机器,使得通过计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器执行的指令产生用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的装置。
这些计算机程序指令也可存储在能引导计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备以特定方式工作的计算机可读存储器中,使得存储在该计算机可读存储器中的指令产生包括指令装置的制造品,该指令装置实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能。
这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备 上,使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机实现的处理,从而在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的步骤。
基于此,本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质包括一组指令,当执行所述指令时,引起至少一个处理器执行如实施例一或实施例二所述的备份信息的方法。
通过具体实施方式的说明,应当可对本发明为达成预定目的所采取的技术手段及功效得以更加深入且具体的了解,然而所附图示仅是提供参考与说明之用,并非用来对本发明加以限制。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种备份信息的方法,包括:
    对待备份的信息进行加密后分段;
    将加密后的信息段发送到邮箱进行备份;其中,所述加密后的信息段被分别发送到至少两个不同的邮箱。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的备份信息的方法,其中,所述对待备份的信息进行加密后分段之前,所述方法还包括:
    根据用户的选择指令确定出所述待备份的信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的备份信息的方法,其中,所述待备份的信息,包括:通讯工具中的联系人信息、或者数据库中的分类信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的备份信息的方法,其中,所述对待备份的信息进行加密后分段,包括:
    基于设定的存储格式,将所述待备份的信息生成一个临时文件;
    对所述临时文件先加密后再分割成不同的信息段。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的备份信息的方法,其中,所述设定的存储格式,包括:
    属于同一主题或者同一类的信息归为一个数据组,每个数据组中具有设定的信息条目。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的备份信息的方法,其中,所述将加密后的信息段发送到邮箱进行备份,包括:
    将每个加密后的信息段通过邮件的形式发出并存储到邮箱服务器进行备份;或者,
    将每个加密后的信息段分别以彩信的形式发出并存储到邮箱服务器进行备份。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的备份信息的方法,其中,所述将每个加密后 的信息段通过邮件的形式发出并存储到邮箱服务器进行备份,包括:
    将每个加密后的信息段作为邮件附件、以邮件的形式发送到备份邮箱服务器。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的备份信息的方法,其中,所述将每个加密后的信息段分别以彩信的形式发出并存储到邮箱服务器进行备份,包括:
    将所述加密后的信息段作为彩信的附件,发送到彩信中心,由彩信中心根据所述彩信的目的发送地址,将所述彩信转换为邮件后发送到所述备份邮箱地址对应的备份邮箱服务器;所述彩信的目的发送地址为备份邮箱地址。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的备份信息的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    从所述邮箱中获取相应的信息段,基于所有信息段进行解密合并,恢复出备份的信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的备份信息的方法,其中,根据设定的恢复标识,从所述邮箱中获取相应的信息段;其中,所述恢复标识为在所述邮箱进行备份的所述信息段所设定的恢复标识。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的备份信息的方法,其中,所述信息段通过邮件的形式发出;所述从所述邮箱中获取相应的信息段,包括:
    将所述邮箱中包含信息段的邮件下载到本终端以获取其附件中的信息段。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的备份信息的方法,其中,所述信息段以彩信的形式发出;所述从所述邮箱中获取相应的信息段,包括:
    以本终端的电话号码作为发送目的地址,将所述邮箱中包含信息段的邮件转发出去并存储于本终端的彩信收件箱中,从彩信收件箱中获取信息段。
  13. 一种备份信息的装置,包括:
    备份处理模块,配置为对待备份的信息进行加密后分段;
    备份发送模块,配置为将加密后的信息段发送到邮箱进行备份;其中,所述加密后的信息段被分别发送到至少两个不同的邮箱。
  14. 一种终端,包括一处理器;
    所述处理器,配置为对待备份的信息进行加密后分段,将加密后的信息段发送到邮箱进行备份;其中,所述加密后的信息段被分别发送到至少两个不同的邮箱。
  15. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质包括一组指令,当执行所述指令时,引起至少一个处理器执行如权利要求1至12任一项所述的备份信息的方法。
