Abstract

Description

栈板 技术领域
本发明是有关于一种栈板结构,尤指一种利用紧迫卡合方式,可方便且快速的制成各式样的栈板成品结构。
背景技术
目前常见的栈板多以木材、塑胶、金属或瓦楞纸等材料所制成,然而木材栈板于长期使用后会有腐烂情况发生,且有病虫害检疫及砍伐森林的环保问题。而塑胶栈板以射出成型机制造,其不仅需开发大型模具,且其所耗的塑胶物料更是庞大,造成制造成本较高、栈板成品本身重量较重等问题,同时负荷较重的物品时,可能会有碎裂而不堪使用的情况发生。而金属栈板虽然结构稳固,可以负荷极重的物品,但栈板成品本身重量沉重,仓储及运送均十分不便,且造价成本高。而纸制栈板是以瓦楞纸制成,长期使用后会有水份侵入的潮湿问题,造成栈板成品结构强度变差承载力变弱无法承载较重的物品。
技术问题
因此,如何将上述缺失加以摒除,即为本申请发明人所欲解决的技术困难点所在。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的,在提供一种栈板,其是采用塑料承载板、塑料脚座与金属支撑杆的构件混搭组合,同时利用紧迫卡合方式,而可方便且快速的制成各式样不同承载力的栈板。
为达上述目的,本发明的栈板,主要包括有:一承载板、数个脚座及数根支撑杆;其中,各该脚座分别设置于该承载板底部的选定处,各该脚座顶面结合于该承载板底部的选定处上,各该脚座顶面上设有数个安装槽;各该支撑杆设于脚座上,令各支撑杆的二端分别紧迫卡合于该等脚座的安装槽上;借此,通过支撑杆紧迫卡合于脚座的安装槽上的设计,可方便且快速的组成各式样不同承载力的栈板成品,同时,借助该等栈板成品采用塑料与金属材质的混搭组合,可有效解决现有技术中所述的使用木材栈板、塑胶栈板、金属栈板及纸制栈板的各项缺点。

本发明的最佳实施方式
本发明是有关一种“栈板”,请参阅图1、图2所示,其主要包括有:一承载板10、数个脚座20及数根支撑杆30。
其中,该承载板10在本较佳实施例中是一塑料板体(亦可为纸制板体,只是强度则会较差)。
数个脚座20在本较佳实施例中为塑料脚座(亦可为纸制脚座,只是强度则会较差),各该脚座20顶面上设有数个安装槽21。
数根支撑杆30在本较佳实施例中为金属支撑杆(亦可为其他材质所制),设于彼此对应的其中二脚座20的安装槽21上,令各支撑杆30的二端分别紧迫卡合于该二脚座20的安装槽21上,使得各该脚座20顶面可结合于该承载板10底部的选定处上而形成一第一栈板1成品。
如同图1、图2所示,该等脚座20设有四个,分别设于该承载板10底部的四边角,令各该脚座20顶面结合于该承载板10底部的四边角上,且各该脚座20顶面上设有一横向安装槽21及一纵向安装槽21。
该等支撑杆30设有四支,分别设于该承载板10底部四周的二脚座20之间,令各支撑杆30的二端分别紧迫卡合于该二脚座20的横向、纵向安装槽21上,而形成该第一栈板1成品。
请再参阅图3所示,为应付货架(racking)需求,尚可另在各该脚座20底面上分别设有横向/纵向的安装槽21,并于各该安装槽21上分别对应卡合有另一支撑杆30’,及在各该脚座20底面上设有一封板22,使得该四个脚座20的其中二组对应的脚座20上具有上、下的该支撑杆30及该另一支撑杆30’,以形成一第二栈板2成品。
又如同图4所示,该四个脚座20的另二组对应的脚座20上亦具有上、下的该支撑杆30及该另一支撑杆30’,以形成一第三栈板3成品。
请再参阅图5所示,前述该第一栈板1、第二栈板2及第三栈板3的脚座20底面,尚可结合另一承载板11,而形成一第四栈板4成品。
又如同图6、图7所示,该等脚座20设有九个,分别设于该承载板10底部的四周围及中央处,令各该脚座20顶面结合于该承载板10底部的四周围及中央上,各该脚座20顶面上分别设有一横向安装槽21及一纵向安装槽21。
该等支撑杆30设有七支,分别设于该承载板10底部四周及中央的二脚座20之间,令各支撑杆30的二端分别紧迫卡合于该二脚座20的横向、纵向安装槽21上,而形成一第五栈板5成品。
又如同图8A、图8B所示,该等脚座20设有九个,分别设于该承载板10底部的四周围及中央处,令各该脚座20顶面结合于该承载板10底部的四周围及中央上,各该脚座20顶面上分别设有一横向安装槽21、一纵向安装槽21及一斜向安装槽21。
该等支撑杆30设有十一支,分别设于该承载板10底部四周及中央的二脚座20之间,令各支撑杆30的二端分别紧迫卡合于该二脚座20的横向、纵向、斜向安装槽21上,而形成一第六栈板6成品,用以应付较大载重量。
请再参阅图8A、图8B、图9所示,为应付货架(racking)需求,尚可另在第六栈板6成品的各该脚座20底面上分别设有横向、纵向、斜向的安装槽21,并于各该安装槽21上分别对应卡合有另一支撑杆30’,及在各该脚座20底面上设有一封板22。
如同图9所示,该等脚座20位于二侧边的脚座20上具有上、下的该支撑杆30及该另一支撑杆30’,以形成一第七栈板7成品。
又如同图10所示,该等脚座20另二侧边及中央的脚座20上亦具有上、下的该支撑杆30及该另一支撑杆30’,以形成一第八栈板8成品,用以应付较大载重量及货架需求。
请再参阅图11所示,前述该第五栈板5、第六栈板6、第七栈板7及第八栈板8的脚座20底面,尚可结合另一承载板11,而形成一第九栈板9成品。
又如同图12、图13所示,该等脚座20设有十二个,分别设于该承载板10底部的四周围及中央处,令各该脚座20顶面结合于该承载板10底部的四周围及中央上,各该脚座20顶面上分别设有一横向安装槽21及一纵向安装槽21。
该等支撑杆30设有九支,分别设于该承载板10底部四周及中央的二脚座20之间,令各支撑杆30的二端分别紧迫卡合于该二脚座20的横向、纵向安装槽21上,而形成一第十栈板10成品,用以应付较大载重量。
又如同图14A、图14B所示,该等脚座20设有十二个,分别设于该承载板10底部的四周围及中央处,令各该脚座20顶面结合于该承载板10底部的四周围及中央上,各该脚座20顶面上设有一横向安装槽21、一纵向安装槽21及一斜向安装槽21。
该等支撑杆30设有十三支,分别设于该承载板10底部四周及中央的二脚座20之间,令各支撑杆30的二端分别紧迫卡合于该二脚座20的横向、纵向、斜向安装槽21上,而形成一第十一栈板11成品,用以应付较大载重量。
请再参阅图14A、图14B、图15所示,为应付货架(racking)的需求,尚可另在第十一栈板11成品的各该脚座20底面上分别设有横向、纵向、斜向的安装槽21,并于各该安装槽21上分别对应卡合有另一支撑杆30’,及在各该脚座20底面上设有一封板22。
如同图15所示,该等脚座20位于二侧边的脚座20上具有上、下的该支撑杆30及该另一支撑杆30’,以形成一第十二栈板12成品,用以应付货架需求。
又如同图16所示,该等脚座20的另二侧边及中央的脚座20上亦具有上、下的该支撑杆30及该另一支撑杆30’,以形成一第十三栈板13成品,用以应付较大载重量及货架需求。
请再参阅图17所示,前述该第十栈板10、第十一栈板11、第十二栈板12及第十三栈板13的脚座20底面,尚可结合另一承载板11,而形成一第十四栈板14成品。
借上述的构件,使用时,通过支撑杆30、另一支撑杆30’紧迫卡合于二脚座20的安装槽21上的设计,除了可方便且快速的制成各式样不同承载力的栈板(第一、二、三、四、五、六、七、八、九、十、十一、十二、十三、十四栈板1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13、14)成品,同时,借助塑料承载板10、另一承载板11、塑料脚座20与金属支撑杆30、另一支撑杆30’的构件混搭组合,可有效解决现有技术中所述的各项缺点。
请再参阅图1-图17所示,该等支撑杆30、30’的形状可为一圆管、一方管或一梯形管。
前述另一支撑杆30’形状可为一梯形管,令梯形管的斜面可方便推板车的叉臂容易伸入栈板之中。
前述脚座20形状可为一柱状体或一矩形体。
前述脚座20可分别以工业粘着剂、热熔合、螺丝或铆钉等加工方式结合于该承载板10及另一承载板11上。
请再参阅图18A所示,该承载板10、另一承载板11可为一实心板体,或者请再参阅图18B~图18D所示,在该承载板10、另一承载板11之内设有一补强肋101,该补强肋101可为一纵向补强肋、一交叉补强肋或一V形状补强肋。
综上所述,本发明所揭示的构造,确能达到功效的增进,并具可供产业利用性,完全符合专利要件,祈请贵审查委员核赐专利,以励创新,无任德感。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种栈板,其特征在于包括:
    一个承载板;
    数个脚座,该等脚座顶面上设有数个安装槽;及
    数根支撑杆,分别紧迫地卡合于彼此对应的该等脚座的安装槽上,且各该脚座顶面能与该承载板的选定处相结合,以形成一个栈板成品。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的栈板,其特征在于:该等脚座设有四个,其顶面分别与该承载板底部的四边角相互结合,且各该脚座顶面上的数个安装槽分别为横向安装槽及纵向安装槽,而该等支撑杆的二端分别紧迫卡合于该承载板底部四周的二个脚座的横向、纵向安装槽上,而形成一个第一栈板成品。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的栈板,其特征在于:该四个脚座的底面上进一步分别设有一个横向、纵向的安装槽,并于各该安装槽上分别对应卡合有一根另一支撑杆,以及在各该脚座的底面上设有一个封板,而使得该四个脚座的其中二组对应的脚座上具有上、下的该支撑杆及该另一支撑杆,以形成一个第二栈板成品。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的栈板,其特征在于:该四个脚座的另二组对应的脚座上亦具有上、下的该支撑杆及该另一支撑杆,以形成一个第三栈板成品。
  5. 如权利要求1、2、3或4所述的栈板,其特征在于:该栈板、第一栈板、第二栈板及第三栈板的脚座底面,尚结合一个另一承载板,而形成一个第四栈板成品。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的栈板,其特征在于:该等脚座设有九个,其顶面分别与该承载板底部的四周围及中央处相互结,且各该脚座顶面上的数个安装槽分别为横向安装槽及纵向安装槽,而该等支撑杆的二端分别紧迫卡合于该承载板底部四周及中央的二个脚座的横向、纵向安装槽上,而形成一个第五栈板成品。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的栈板,其特征在于:该九个脚座的顶面上尚设有一个斜向安装槽,令各支撑杆的二端分别紧迫卡合于该等脚座的斜向安装槽上,而形成一个第六栈板成品。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的栈板,其特征在于:该九个脚座的底面上进一步分别设有一个横向、纵向、斜向的安装槽,并于各该安装槽上分别对应卡合有一根另一支撑杆,以及在各该脚座底面上设有一个封板,而使得该九个脚座位于二侧边的脚座上具有上、下的该支撑杆及该另一支撑杆,以形成一个第七栈板成品。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的栈板,其特征在于:该九个脚座另二侧边及中央的脚座上亦具有上、下的该支撑杆及该另一支撑杆,以形成一个第八栈板成品。
  10. 如权利要求6、7、8或9所述的栈板,其特征在于:该第五栈板、第六栈板、第七栈板及第八栈板的脚座底面,尚结合一个另一承载板,而形成一个第九栈板成品。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的栈板,其特征在于:该等脚座设有十二个,其顶面分别与该承载板底部的四周围及中央处相互结合,且各该脚座顶面上的数个安装槽分别为横向安装槽及纵向安装槽,而该等支撑杆分别紧迫卡合于该承载板底部四周及中央的二个脚座的横向、纵向安装槽上,而形成一个第十栈板成品。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的栈板,其特征在于:该十二个脚座顶面上尚设有一个斜向安装槽,令各支撑杆的二端分别紧迫卡合于该等脚座的斜向安装槽上,而形成一个第十一栈板成品。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的栈板,其特征在于:该十二个脚座的底面上进一步分别设有一个横向、纵向、斜向的安装槽,并于各该安装槽上分别对应卡合有一根另一支撑杆,以及在各该脚座底面上设有一个封板,而使得该十二个脚座位于二侧边的脚座上具有上、下的该支撑杆及该另一支撑杆,以形成一个第十二栈板成品。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的栈板,其特征在于:该十二个脚座的另二侧边及中央的脚座上亦具有上、下的该支撑杆及该另一支撑杆,以形成一个第十三栈板成品。
  15. 如权利要求11、12、13或14所述的栈板,其特征在于:该第十栈板、第十一栈板、第十二栈板及第十三栈板的脚座底面,尚结合一个另一承载板,而形成一个第十四栈板成品。
  16. 如权利要求3、4、8、9、13或14所述的栈板,其特征在于:该另一支撑杆的形状为梯形管的形状。
