본 고안은 무늬가 인쇄된 정보전달판을 구비한 겔상 화장료용 콤팩트 용기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 콤팩트 용기 내부에 투명배출판을 형성하고 상기 투명배출판 하부에 글씨나 무늬가 인쇄된 정보전달판을 형성하여 잉크 또는 안료 등으로 글씨를 인쇄하여 정보를 전달할 수 있게 함으로써 상호나 브랜드명을 기재하여 광고 효과를 얻을 수 있게 하며, 또한 그림이나 무늬를 통해 시각적 심미성을 충족시킬 수 있도록 하고, 화장품을 사용할 때에 투명배출판 상부로 화장료를 토출시킴으로써 무늬를 인쇄하는 데 사용된 잉크나 안료에 의해 화장료가 오염되지 않도록 하고 배출된 화장료에 의해 무늬나 글씨가 지워지지 않도록 하는 무늬가 인쇄된 정보전달판이 구비된 겔상 화장료용 콤팩트 용기에 관한 것이다.

무늬가 인쇄된 정보전달판이 구비된 겔상 화장료용 콤팩트 용기
본 고안은 무늬가 인쇄된 정보전달판을 구비한 겔상 화장료용 콤팩트 용기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 콤팩트 용기 내부에 투명배출판을 형성하고 상기 투명배출판 하부에 글씨나 무늬가 인쇄된 정보전달판을 형성하여 잉크 또는 안료 등으로 글씨를 인쇄하여 정보를 전달할 수 있게 함으로써 상호나 브랜드명을 기재하여 광고 효과를 얻을 수 있게 하며, 또한 그림이나 무늬를 통해 시각적 심미성을 충족시킬 수 있도록 하고, 화장품을 사용할 때에 투명배출판 상부로 화장료를 토출시킴으로써 무늬를 인쇄하는 데 사용된 잉크나 안료에 의해 화장료가 오염되지 않도록 하고 배출된 화장료에 의해 무늬나 글씨가 지워지지 않도록 하는 무늬가 인쇄된 정보전달판이 구비된 겔상 화장료용 콤팩트 용기에 관한 것이다.
색조화장품이란 용모를 아름답게 변화시켜 피부를 아름답게 연출하려는 목적으로 사용되는 것으로 피부색을 균일하게 하고 결점을 커버하기 위하여 사용되는 베이스 메이크업과 입술, 눈, 손톱 등 부분적으로 입체감을 높이는 포인트 메이크업으로 구분되며 베이스 메이크업에는 메이크업베이스, 파운데이션, 파우더 등으로 구성되어 있고, 포인트 메이크업에는 립스틱, 아이라이너, 마스카라 등으로 구성되어 있다.
상기 파운데이션은 화장료의 형태에 따라 고형 파운데이션, 액상 파운데이션, 겔상 파운데이션으로 구분되며 고형 파운데이션의 경우 커버력은 높지만 수정 화장 시 뭉치는 단점이 있고, 액상 파운데이션의 경우 밀착감은 좋으나 지속력이 약한 단점이 있다. 이에 따라 최근 들어 상당한 지속력을 가지며 또한 피부에 도포 시 밀착감이 좋은 겔상 파운데이션을 선호하는 소비자들이 많아졌다.
이에 따라 겔상 파운데이션에 대한 용기의 개발도 필요하게 되었는데 일반적으로 겔상 파운데이션을 유리 용기나, 튜브 용기에 충전하여 사용 시에 사용자가 손에 덜어내거나, 짜내어 퍼프나 손을 이용하여 피부에 도포하는 방식으로 사용되었다.
하지만, 종래 기술은 사용자가 사용 시마다 손에 화장료를 묻히게 됨으로써 매번 손을 씻어내야 하는 사용상 불편한 문제점이 있었고, 상기와 같이 화장료가 묻은 손을 씻어냄에 따라 화장료가 손실되는 문제점이 있었다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 출원인은 도 1에서 보는 바와 같이 대한민국등록실용신안 제20-0471000호로 에어리스펌프를 갖는 콤팩트 용기를 개시하였는데, 이 종래 고안은 콤팩트 용기(1) 내에 겔 화장료를 충전하고 버튼(2)의 누름에 의해 에어리스펌프가 작동하여 겔 화장료가 배출판(3) 위로 배출되게 한 후 퍼프로 찍어서 사용하도록 함으로써 사용 시에 화장료를 손에 묻히지 않고 사용할 수 있도록 하였다.
그러나, 상기 종래기술의 콤팩트 용기는 콤팩트 뚜껑 표면이나 밑바닥에 글씨나 무늬 등을 인쇄하여 사용자에게 정보 전달을 하거나 시각적 심미성을 충족시키게 했는데 사용자들은 화장을 할 때에 콤팩트 뚜껑을 열고 사용하기 때문에 화장품 용기 내부가 더 많이 노출되므로 배출판 등의 콤팩트 용기 내부에 무늬나 글씨를 인쇄할 필요가 있었다.
하지만, 종래의 콤팩트 용기는 배출판 표면에 무늬나 글씨를 인쇄할 경우 이에 사용되는 인쇄잉크가 배출된 화장료에 의해 용해되어 화장료가 오염될 가능성이 있으며, 또한 이로 인해 배출판에 인쇄된 글씨나 그림 등의 표현이 지워지게 되므로 콤팩트 용기 내의 배출판에 인쇄방식을 통해 정보를 전달하거나 상호나 브랜드명을 콤팩트 용기 내에 형성시키기 어려운 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 겔 화장료를 펌핑할 때에 겔 화장료의 정확한 배출량을 확인하기 어려움으로써 화장료가 토출되어 피부에 도포될 때에 피부에 도포되는 화장료 양을 예측하기 어려운 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로서, 콤팩트 용기 내부에 투명배출판을 형성하고 상기 투명배출판 하부에 글씨나 무늬가 인쇄된 정보전달판을 형성하여 잉크 또는 안료 등으로 글씨를 인쇄하여 정보를 전달할 수 있게 함으로써 상호나 브랜드명을 기재하여 광고 효과를 얻을 수 있게 하며, 또한 그림이나 무늬를 통해 시각적 심미성을 충족시킬 수 있도록 하고, 화장품을 사용할 때에 투명배출판 상부로 화장료를 토출시킴으로써 무늬를 인쇄하는 데 사용된 잉크나 안료에 의해 화장료가 오염되지 않도록 하고 배출된 화장료에 의해 무늬나 글씨가 지워지지 않도록 하는 무늬가 인쇄된 정보전달판이 구비된 겔상 화장료용 콤팩트 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
또한, 상기 무늬가 인쇄된 정보전달판에 동심원을 다수개 표시하여 화장료의 배출량을 알 수 있도록 함으로써 피부에 도포되는 화장료의 두께를 미리 예측할 수 있도록 하는 무늬가 인쇄된 정보전달판이 구비된 겔상 화장료용 콤팩트 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
또한, 정보전달판과 투명배출판의 조립구조를 간단하게 하여 정보전달판의 교체가 용이하도록 형성함으로써 대량생산이 가능하고, 정보전달판만 교체한 후 여러 회사에 소량씩 분할 판매 할 수 있게 하며, 이에 따라 한가지 무늬나 글씨에 제한되지 않고 여러 무늬나 정보 또는 여러 브랜드를 교체해가며 사용할 수 있어서 저렴한 가격으로 다양한 고객에게 본 고안의 제품을 제공할 수 있는 무늬가 인쇄된 정보전달판이 구비된 겔상 화장료용 콤팩트 용기가 제공하는 효과가 있다.
본 고안은 상부가 개방된 외용기본체(10)와;
상기 외용기본체(10)의 일측에 결합되어 개폐되는 외용기뚜껑(20)과;
상기 외용기본체(10)의 내부에 결합되는 내용기본체(30)와;
상기 내용기본체(30)의 내측에 결합되어 내용기본체(30)의 상부를 덮는 내용기덮개(40)와;
상기 내용기덮개(40)의 중앙에 설치되는 배출펌프(60)로 이루어지는 겔상 화장료용 콤팩트 용기에 있어서,
상기 배출펌프(60)의 상단에 설치되며, 중앙에 배출구(71)가 형성된 투명배출판(70)과;
상기 투명배출판(70)의 하측에 설치되는 정보전달판(80);으로 구성되되,
상기 정보전달판(80)은 투명배출판(70)의 아래쪽과 배출펌프(60)의 위쪽 사이에 설치되어 투명배출판(70)의 배경 역할을 하는 받침판(81)과,
상기 투명배출판(70)과 받침판(81) 사이에 끼워지는 인쇄지(82)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무늬가 인쇄된 정보전달판이 구비된 겔상 화장료용 콤팩트 용기를 제공한다.
또한, 상기 내용기덮개(40)의 상부 외측에는 마감부재(50)가 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 마감부재(50)의 내측 아래쪽에는 고정환턱(51)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 배출펌프(60)는 피스톤(63)과 상기 피스톤(63)이 삽입되는 실린더(61)와, 상기 피스톤(63)의 외주면과 실린더(61)의 내주면 사이에 설치되는 피스톤링(64)과, 상기 실린더(61)의 하부에 형성된 체크밸브(62)와 실린더(61)의 상부에 체결되는 밀폐부재(65)와 상기 밀폐부재(65)와 피스톤(63) 사이에 결합되는 승하강부재(67) 및 상기 승하강부재(67)와 밀폐부재(65) 사이에 형성되는 탄성부재(66)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 투명배출판(70)은 중앙에 배출구(71)가 형성되고, 상기 배출구(71)에는 배출밸브(72)가 결합되며, 중앙 아래쪽으로는 가압돌륜(73)이 연장 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 정보전달판(80)의 받침판(81)은 하측면에 상기 배출펌프(60)의 승하강부재(67)에 안착되는 안착돌륜(83)이 연장 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 정보전달판(80)의 받침판(81)과 인쇄지(82)의 중앙에는 제1홀(811)과 제2홀(821)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 인쇄지(82)에는 제2홀(821)을 중심으로 다수개의 동심원(822)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 정보전달판(80)은 상기와 같이 받침판(81)과 인쇄지(82)로 구성되지 않고, 받침판(81)의 상면에 인쇄지(82)의 글씨 및 그림을 직접 인쇄하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 정보전달판(80)의 받침판(81)은 불투명재질인 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 본 고안에 따른 무늬가 새겨진 정보전달판이 구비된 겔상 화장료용 콤팩트 용기는 콤팩트 용기 내부에 투명배출판을 형성하고 상기 투명배출판 하부에 글씨나 무늬가 인쇄된 정보전달판을 형성하여 잉크 또는 안료 등으로 글씨를 인쇄하여 정보를 전달할 수 있게 함으로써 상호나 브랜드명을 기재하여 광고 효과를 얻을 수 있게 하며, 또한 그림이나 무늬를 통해 시각적 심미성을 충족시킬 수 있도록 하고, 화장품을 사용할 때에 투명배출판 상부로 화장료를 토출시킴으로써 무늬를 인쇄하는 데 사용된 잉크나 안료에 의해 화장료가 오염되지 않도록 하고 배출된 화장료에 의해 무늬나 글씨가 지워지지 않도록 하는 무늬가 인쇄된 정보전달판이 구비된 겔상 화장료용 콤팩트 용기를 제공하는 효과가 있다.

본 고안의 무늬가 인쇄된 정보전달판이 구비된 겔상 화장료용 콤팩트 용기는 상부가 개방된 외용기본체(10)와, 상기 외용기본체(10)의 일측에 결합되어 개폐되는 외용기뚜껑(20)과, 상기 외용기본체(10)의 내부에 결합되는 내용기본체(30)와, 상기 내용기본체(30)의 내측에 결합되어 내용기본체(30)의 상부를 덮는 내용기덮개(40)와, 상기 내용기덮개(40)의 중앙에 설치되는 배출펌프(60)와, 상기 배출펌프(60)의 상단에 설치되며, 중앙에 배출구(71)가 형성된 투명배출판(70)과, 상기 투명배출판(70)의 하측에 설치되는 정보전달판(80)으로 구성된다.
상기 외용기본체(10)는 일측면에 걸림돌기(12)를 구비한 누름버튼(11)과 상기 누름버튼(11)의 마주보는 쪽에 힌지가 형성되어 외용기뚜껑(20)과 힌지 결합으로 이루어지며, 내부에는 내용기본체(30)가 수용된다.
상기 누름버튼(11)은 사용자의 누름동작에 의해 상부에 연장 형성된 걸림돌기(12)가 용이하게 후퇴되어 외용기뚜껑(20)의 후크(21)로부터 이탈될 수 있도록 한다.
상기 외용기뚜껑(20)은 외용기본체(10)의 상부를 덮는 것으로 외용기본체(10)와 힌지 결합으로 연결되며, 상기 외용기본체(10)를 개방하거나 폐쇄하는 역할을 한다.
상기 외용기뚜껑(20)의 일측에는 후크(21)를 형성하되 외용기본체(10)의 걸림돌기(12)와 대응되도록 돌기 형상으로 이루어진다.
상기 내용기본체(30)는 화장료를 수용하며, 외용기본체(10) 내부에 결합된다.
상기 내용기본체(30)는 상부 내주면에 결합홈(31)이 형성되며, 상기 결합홈(31)은 내용기덮개(40)에 형성된 결합돌기(411)와 결합된다.
상기 내용기덮개(40)는 내용기본체(30)의 내측에 결합되어 상기 내용기본체(30)의 상부를 덮는다.
상기 내용기덮개(40)는 원통 형상으로 외측 하부로 외벽(41)이 연장 형성되고, 중앙 하부로 내벽(42)이 형성되며, 상기 내벽(42)의 내측에는 배출펌프홀(43)이 형성되고, 상기 내벽(42)으로부터 내측으로 수평 연장된 수평연장편(44)이 형성된다.
상기 외벽(41)의 외주면에는 결합돌기(411)가 형성되며, 상기 결합돌기(411)는 내용기본체(30)의 결합홈(31)과 결합되어 내용기덮개(40)가 내용기본체(30)에서 분리되는 것을 방지한다.
상기 외벽(41)의 상측 외주연에는 고정돌륜(412)이 형성되며, 상기 고정돌륜(412)은 내용기덮개(40)의 상부 외측에 결합되는 마감부재(50)와 고정 결합된다.
상기 내벽(42)은 내용기덮개(40)의 중앙 하부에 형성되고, 상기 내벽(42)의 내측에는 배출펌프홀(43)이 형성되며, 상기 배출펌프홀(43)에는 배출펌프(60)가 설치된다.
상기 내벽(42)으로부터 내측으로 수평 연장된 수평연장편(44)이 형성되며, 상기 수평연장편(44)의 내측에는 배출펌프(60)의 실린더(61)가 상하로 연장 형성된다.
상기 내용기덮개(40)의 내부에는 밀판(45)이 형성되고, 내용기덮개(40)의 상단 일측에는 공기구멍(46)이 형성된다.
상기 공기구멍(46)으로 공기가 유입되어 밀판(45)이 원할하게 동작되게 한다.
상기 내용기덮개(40)의 상부 외측에는 투명배출판(70)의 상하 이동을 안내하는 마감부재(50)가 더 결합된다.
상기 마감부재(50)의 내측 아래쪽에는 고정환턱(51)이 형성되며, 상기 고정환턱(51)은 내용기덮개(40)의 외벽(41) 상부 외주면에 형성된 고정돌륜(412)과 고정 결합된다.
*상기 내용기덮개(40)의 배출펌프홀(43)에는 배출펌프(60)가 설치된다.
상기 배출펌프(60)는 피스톤(63)과, 상기 피스톤(63)이 삽입되는 실린더(61)와, 상기 피스톤(63)의 외주면과 실린더(61)의 내주면 사이에 설치되는 피스톤링(64)과, 상기 실린더(61)의 하부에 형성된 체크밸브(62)와, 실린더(61)의 상부에 체결되는 밀폐부재(65)와, 상기 밀폐부재(65)와 피스톤(63) 사이에 결합되는 승하강부재(67) 및 상기 승하강부재(67)와 밀폐부재(65) 사이에 형성되는 탄성부재(66)로 이루어진다.
상기 실린더(61)는 내용기덮개(40)의 수평연장편(44) 내측에 상하로 연장 형성되며, 피스톤링(64)이 끼워진 피스톤(63)이 삽입되어 승하강하고, 하부에는 내용기본체(30)에 수용된 화장료가 유입될 수 있도록 제2유입구(611)가 형성된다.
상기 실린더(61)의 제2유입구(611)에는 체크밸브(62)가 설치되어 일단 실린더(61)로 유입된 화장료가 내용기본체(30)쪽으로 역류하는 것을 방지한다.
상기 피스톤(63)은 내부에 중공(631)이 형성되며, 상기 중공(631)의 하측에는 차단벽(634)이 형성되고, 측면에는 상기 중공(631)으로 화장료가 유입될 수 있도록 제1유입구(632)가 형성되며 하단에 플랜지(633)가 형성된다.
상기 피스톤(63)의 상부에는 밀폐부재(65)가 체결되며, 상기 밀폐부재(65)의 내측으로는 피스톤(63)의 중공(631)과 연통하는 승하강부재(67)가 결합 조립되어 상기 승하강부재(67)의 승강에 따라 피스톤(63)도 함께 승강된다.
상기 피스톤링(64)은 피스톤(63)의 외주면에 끼워져 설치되며, 상기 피스톤(63)의 플랜지(633) 상부에 배치된다. 따라서 상기 피스톤(63)이 하강함에 따라 상기 피스톤(63)의 플랜지(633)와 피스톤링(64) 사이에 간극이 생겨 제1유입구(632)가 열리게 되고, 상기 피스톤(63)이 상승함에 따라 상기 피스톤(63)의 플랜지(633)와 피스톤링(64)이 밀착되어 제1유입구(632)가 폐쇄된다.
상기 밀폐부재(65)의 내측으로 실린더(61)가 끼움 결합된다.
상기 밀폐부재(65)에는 탄성부재(66)가 위치하며, 상기 탄성부재(66)는 승하강부재(67)의 아래쪽에 끼워져서 밀폐부재(65)와 승하강부재(67) 사이에 위치하여 상기 승하강부재(67)의 펌핑 동작을 탄발지지한다.
상기 승하강부재(67)는 내측으로 피스톤(63)이 끼움 결합되며, 중공(631)을 통해 배출되는 화장료가 승하강부재(67)의 내부를 통과하여 투명배출판(70)의 배출구(71)로 배출된다.
상기 투명배출판(70)은 중앙에 배출구(71)가 형성되고, 상기 배출구(71)에는 배출밸브(72)가 결합되며, 중앙 아래쪽으로는 가압돌륜(73)이 연장 형성된다.
상기 배출구(71)를 통해 배출펌프(60)의 피스톤(63)에 형성된 중공(631)과 승하강부재(67)의 내부를 통과한 화장료가 배출된다.
상기 배출밸브(72)는 배출구(71)에 끼움 결합되어 상기 배출구(71)를 개폐하는 역할을 한다.
상기 가압돌륜(73)은 배출펌프(60)의 승하강부재(67)에 끼워져 투명배출판(70)이 배출펌프(60)에서 분리되는 것을 방지한다.
상기 투명배출판(70) 하측에는 정보전달판(80)이 설치된다.
상기 정보전달판(80)은 투명배출판(70)의 아래쪽과 배출펌프(60)의 위쪽 사이에 설치되어 투명배출판(70)의 배경 역할을 하는 받침판(81)과, 상기 투명배출판(70)과 받침판(81) 사이에 끼워져 투명배출판(70)을 통해 글씨나 그림과 같은 정보를 전달하는 인쇄지(82)로 구성된다.
상기 정보전달판(80)은 투명배출판(70)의 하측에 간단하게 설치가 가능하여 정보전달판(80)의 교체가 용이하도록 형성함으로써 대량 생산이 가능하여 저렴한 가격으로 다양한 고객에게 본 고안의 제품을 제공할 수 있다.
상기 받침판(81)은 하측면에 배출펌프(60)의 승하강부재(67)에 안착되는 안착돌륜(83)이 연장 형성된다.
상기 정보전달판(80)의 받침판(81)과 인쇄지(82)의 중앙에는 투명배출판(70)의 가압돌륜(73)이 관통하는 제1홀(811)과 제2홀(821)이 형성된다.
상기 인쇄지(82)에 잉크 또는 안료 등으로 글씨를 인쇄하여 정보를 전달할 수 있게 함으로써 상호나 브랜드명을 기재하여 광고 효과가 증대되고, 투명배출판(70) 상부로 화장료를 토출시킴으로써 무늬를 인쇄하는 데 사용된 잉크나 안료에 의해 화장료가 오염되지 않고, 배출된 화장료에 의해 무늬나 글씨가 지워지지 않는 장점이 있다.
*또한, 상기 정보전달판(80)은 상기와 같이 받침판(81)과 인쇄지(82)로 구성되지 않고, 받침판(81)의 상면에 인쇄지(82)의 글씨 및 그림을 직접 인쇄하여 구성할 수도 있다.
또한, 상기 정보전달판(80)의 받침판(81)은 불투명재질로 구성하는 것이 바람직하다. 그렇게 해야 투명배출판(70)의 배경역할이 강화될 수 있다.
상기 인쇄지(82)에는 제2홀(821)을 중심으로 다수개의 동심원(822)이 형성되며, 상기 동심원(822)을 통해서 화장료의 배출량을 확인할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
본 고안의 일실시예에 따른 무늬가 인쇄된 정보전달판이 구비된 겔상 화장료용 콤팩트 용기의 조립방법 및 사용상태를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안의 무늬가 인쇄된 정보전달판이 구비된 겔상 화장료용 콤팩트 용기를 조립하기 위해 외용기본체(10)와 상기 외용기본체(10)에 힌지 결합으로 결합되는 외용기뚜껑(20)에서 상기 외용기본체(10)의 내부에 내용기본체(30)를 장착 결합하고, 상기 내용기본체(30)에 화장료를 주입한다.
이후, 내용기본체(30)의 내측에 내용기덮개(40)를 결합시켜 상기 내용기본체(30)의 상부를 덮되, 상기 내용기덮개(40)의 내부에는 밀판(45)이 형성되며, 상기 내용기덮개(40)의 상부 외측에는 투명배출판(70)의 상하 이동을 안내하는 마감부재(50)를 결합한다.
상기 내용기덮개(40)는 중앙 하부에 내벽(42)이 형성되며, 상기 내벽(42)의 내측에는 배출펌프홀(43)이 형성되고, 상기 배출펌프홀(43)에 배출펌프(60)를 설치하되, 상기 배출펌프(60)는 피스톤(63)과, 상기 피스톤(63)이 삽입되는 실린더(61)와, 상기 피스톤(63)의 외주면과 실린더(61)의 내주면 사이에 설치되는 피스톤링(64)과, 상기 실린더(61)의 하부에 형성된 체크밸브(62)와, 실린더(61)의 상부에 체결되는 밀폐부재(65)와, 상기 밀폐부재(65)와 피스톤(63) 사이에 결합되는 승하강부재(67) 및 상기 승하강부재(67)와 밀폐부재(65) 사이에 형성되는 탄성부재(66)로 이루어진다.
이후, 배출펌프(40)의 상단에는 중앙에 배출구(71)가 형성되고, 상기 배출구(71)에는 배출밸브(72)가 결합되며, 중앙 아래쪽으로는 가압돌륜(73)이 연장 형성된 투명배출판(70)을 결합하되, 상기 투명배출판(70)의 하측에 정보전달판(80)을 설치하여 조립을 완료한다.
상기 정보전달판(80)은 투명배출판(70)의 아래쪽과 배출펌프(60)의 위쪽 사이에 설치되어 투명배출판(70)의 배경 역할을 하는 받침판(81)과, 상기 투명배출판(70)과 받침판(81) 사이에 끼워져 투명배출판(70)을 통해 글씨나 그림과 같은 정보를 전달하는 인쇄지(82)로 구성되며, 상기 인쇄지(82)에는 다수개의 동심원(822)이 형성된다.
상기의 방법으로 조립된 무늬가 인쇄된 정보전달판이 구비된 겔상 화장료용 콤팩트 용기를 사용하기 위해서는 외용기뚜껑(20)을 개방한 후, 도 5에서 보는 바와 같이 퍼프(P)를 이용하여 투명배출판(70)을 가압한다.
상기 투명배출판(70)을 가압하면 투명배출판(70)의 아래쪽에 위치하는 가압돌륜(73)이 배출펌프(60)의 승하강부재(67)를 가압하여 상기 배출펌프(60)의 피스톤(63)이 아래쪽 방향으로 가압된다.
이때 상기 피스톤(63) 외주면에 끼움 설치된 피스톤링(64)은 실린더(61)의 내측벽과의 마찰로 인하여 정지된 상태에 있는 동안 상기 피스톤(63)만 하강하여 상기 피스톤(63)의 플랜지(633)와 상기 피스톤링(64) 사이에 간극이 생기면서 내용기본체(30)의 화장료가 배출될 수 있는 제1유입구(632)가 열리게 된다.
그 후 더욱 피스톤(63)을 아래쪽으로 누르면 승하강부재(67)의 단부가 피스톤링(64)에 닿으면서 상기 피스톤링(64)이 함께 하강하게 되어 상기 실린더(61)의 체적이 줄어들게 된다. 이에 따라 실린더(61) 내에 있던 화장료가 밀려서 상기 피스톤(63)의 플랜지(633)와 피스톤링(64) 사이를 통해 배출되고 이어서 제1유입구(632)를 통과한 후 중공(631)을 거쳐 도 5와 도 6에서 보는 바와 같이 투명배출판(70)의 배출구(71)를 통해서 배출된다.
이때, 상기 실린더(61) 하부의 제2유입구(611)는 실린더(61) 내의 압력이 높아짐에 따라 체크밸브(62)에 의해 폐쇄된다.
상기 투명배출판(70)의 배출구(71)를 통해서 배출된 화장료는 투명배출판(70)의 하측에 설치된 정보전달판(80)의 인쇄지(82)에 형성된 다수개의 동심원(822)에 의해서 화장료의 배출량을 확인할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
화장료의 배출량이 확인되면 그만큼의 화장료를 얼굴에 펴바르면 화장두께가 어느 정도가 되는지 가늠할 수 있어서 화장 표현력을 미리 가늠할 수 있는 장점을 가진다.
또한, 상기 인쇄지(82)에 잉크 또는 안료 등으로 글씨를 인쇄하여 정보를 전달할 수 있게 함으로써 상호나 브랜드명을 기재하여 광고 효과와, 또한 그림이나 무늬를 통해 시각적 심미성을 충족시킬 수 있도록 하고, 화장품을 사용할 때에 투명배출판(70) 상부로 화장료를 토출시킴으로써 무늬를 인쇄하는 데 사용된 잉크나 안료에 의해 화장료가 오염되지 않도록 하고 배출된 화장료에 의해 무늬나 글씨가 지워지지 않는 장점이 있다.
이후, 도 7에서 보는 바와 같이 투명배출판(70)의 가압을 해제하면 피스톤(63)은 탄성부재(66)에 의해 승하강부재(67)와 함께 상승하게 되는데 이때 피스톤링(64)은 실린더(61) 내측과의 마찰력으로 인해 정지하고 있으므로 피스톤(63)의 플랜지(633)가 피스톤링(64)과 맞닿게 되어 제1유입구(632)가 폐쇄되며, 그 후 더욱 피스톤(63)이 상승하게 되면 상기 피스톤(63)의 플랜지(633)가 피스톤링(64)을 끌어올려 실린더(61) 내부의 공간이 늘어나면서 진공압이 발생되게 된다.
이에 따라 제2유입구(611)의 체크밸브(62)가 열리면서 내용기본체(30) 내부에 수용된 화장료가 실린더(61) 안으로 흡입된다.
이상, 본 고안에서 설명한 것은 무늬가 인쇄된 정보전달판이 구비된 겔상 화장료용 콤팩트 용기를 실시하기 위한 하나의 실시예에 불과한 것으로, 본 고안은 상기 실시예에 한정되는 것이 아니다. 첨부된 청구범위에서 청구하는 바와 같이 본 고안의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 고안이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변경 실시가 가능한 범위까지 본 고안의 범위에 속하는 것으로 간주 되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 상부가 개방된 외용기본체(10)와;
    상기 외용기본체(10)의 일측에 결합되어 개폐되는 외용기뚜껑(20)과;
    상기 외용기본체(10)의 내부에 결합되는 내용기본체(30)와;
    상기 내용기본체(30)의 내측에 결합되어 내용기본체(30)의 상부를 덮는 내용기덮개(40)와;
    상기 내용기덮개(40)의 중앙에 설치되는 배출펌프(60)로 이루어진 겔상 화장료용 콤팩트 용기에 있어서,
    상기 배출펌프(60)의 상단에 설치되며, 중앙에 배출구(71)가 형성된 투명배출판(70)과;
    상기 투명배출판(70)의 하측에 설치되는 정보전달판(80);으로 구성되되,
    상기 정보전달판(80)은 투명배출판(70)의 아래쪽과 배출펌프(50)의 위쪽 사이에 설치되어 투명배출판(80)의 배경 역할을 하는 받침판(81)과,
    상기 투명배출판(80)과 받침판(81) 사이에 끼워지는 인쇄지(82)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무늬가 인쇄된 정보전달판이 구비된 겔상 화장료용 콤팩트 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 내용기덮개(40)의 상부 외측에는 마감부재(50)가 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무늬가 인쇄된 정보전달판이 구비된 겔상 화장료용 콤팩트 용기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 마감부재(50)의 내측 아래쪽에는 고정환턱(51)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무늬가 인쇄된 정보전달판이 구비된 겔상 화장료용 콤팩트 용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 배출펌프(60)는 피스톤(63)과 상기 피스톤(63)이 삽입되는 실린더(61)와, 상기 피스톤(63)의 외주면과 실린더(61)의 내주면 사이에 설치되는 피스톤링(64)과, 상기 실린더(61)의 하부에 형성된 체크밸브(62)와 실린더(61)의 상부에 체결되는 밀폐부재(65)와 상기 밀폐부재(65)와 피스톤(63) 사이에 결합되는 승하강부재(67) 및 상기 승하강부재(67)와 밀폐부재(65) 사이에 형성되는 탄성부재(66)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 무늬가 인쇄된 정보전달판이 구비된 겔상 화장료용 콤팩트 용기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 투명배출판(70)은 중앙에 배출구(71)가 형성되고, 상기 배출구(71)에는 배출밸브(72)가 결합되며, 중앙 아래쪽으로는 가압돌륜(73)이 연장 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무늬가 인쇄된 정보전달판이 구비된 겔상 화장료용 콤팩트 용기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 정보전달판(80)의 받침판(81)은 하측면에 상기 배출펌프(60)의 승하강부재(67)에 안착되는 안착돌륜(83)이 연장 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무늬가 인쇄된 정보전달판이 구비된 겔상 화장료용 콤팩트 용기.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 정보전달판(80)의 받침판(81)과 인쇄지(82)의 중앙에는 제1홀(811)과 제2홀(821)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무늬가 인쇄된 정보전달판이 구비된 겔상 화장료용 콤팩트 용기.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 인쇄지(82)에는 제2홀(821)을 중심으로 다수개의 동심원(822)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무늬가 인쇄된 정보전달판이 구비된 겔상 화장료용 콤팩트 용기.
  9. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 정보전달판(80)은 받침판(81)의 상면에 인쇄지(82)의 글씨 및 그림을 직접 인쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무늬가 인쇄된 정보전달판이 구비된 겔상 화장료용 콤팩트 용기.
