技术领域
本发明涉及饮料制备装置,特别是涉及一种咖啡酿造装置及具有其的胶囊咖啡机。
背景技术
咖啡胶囊,即把咖啡豆经过特殊处理制成咖啡粉后密封在胶囊内,便于人们在酿造咖啡时使用,同时在胶囊中充满无毒的惰性气体起到延长保质期再次灭菌的作用。需要冲煮咖啡时,把咖啡胶囊放入到专用的咖啡胶囊机内进行酿造,无需磨粉、装粉等过程。
现有的酿造咖啡胶囊的咖啡胶囊机,使用后的胶囊需要用手从酿造腔内取出,操作不方便、安全性差。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术现状,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种操作方便、安全程度高的咖啡酿造装置及具有其的胶囊咖啡机。

酿造支架;

优选地,所述齿条8具有靠近所述胶囊座组件4侧的齿段81和靠近所述活动头组件1侧的非齿段82,所述齿段81上设置有所述第二齿84。这样,当活动头组件1向远离所述胶囊座组件4方向移动的距离小于或等于齿段81的长度时,活动头组件1驱动齿条8移动,从而带动棘轮7和胶囊托板5转动;当当活动头组件1向远离所述胶囊座组件4方向移动的距离大于齿段81的长度时时,齿条8与棘轮7脱离啮合,在弹性复位部件的作用下,胶囊托板复位到支撑位置。
优选地,所述齿条8上设置有沿其移动方向延伸的滑槽83,所述齿条8通过穿过所述滑槽83的销轴9安装在所述活动头组件1上。这样,当活动头组件1刚开始向靠近所述胶囊座组件4方向移动时,销轴9在滑槽83内滑动,齿条8静止,当销轴9滑至滑槽83的尾端时,活动头组件1才带动齿条8移动;同理,当活动头组件1刚开始向远离所述胶囊座组件4方向移动时,销轴9在滑槽83内滑动,齿条8静止,当销轴9滑至滑槽83的首端时,活动头组件1才带动齿条8移动,以使咖啡酿造完时,齿条8才会带动棘轮7旋转。
优选地,所述胶囊托板5通过连接件15与所述转轴16刚性连接。所述弹性复位部件为扭簧6,所述扭簧6套设在所述转轴16上,且所述扭簧6的一端装在所述胶囊托板5,另一端装在所述胶囊座组件4上。
如图5至图9所示,本实施例中的咖啡酿造装置的工作方式如下:
1、初始状态下,活动头组件1处于复位状态,胶囊托板5处于支撑位置即水平水平位置。
2、将原料胶囊2沿胶囊座组件4的卡槽17放入咖啡酿造装置的酿造腔3,原料胶囊2在酿造腔3中受到胶囊托板5的支撑(如图5所示)。
3、在驱动装置11的驱动下,活动头组件1带动齿条8向靠近所述胶囊座组件4方向移动,此时原料胶囊2底部受到胶囊托板5的支撑(如图6所示)。
4、当活动头组件1带动齿条8开始进入胶囊座组件4时,胶囊托板5在棘轮7的作用下开始以转轴16为中心转动,直到完全转到竖直位置状态,此时原料胶囊2底部受到胶囊托板5的支撑;当所述活动头组件1带动齿条8完全进入到所述胶囊座组件4时,且所述活动头组件1继续向胶囊座组件4方向运动直到将原料胶囊2刺穿并完全压紧的过程中(如图7所示)。
5、酿造完成后,活动头组件1在驱动装置11的作用下开始复位,活动头组件1带动齿条8,在原料胶囊2完全脱离胶囊座组件4之前,原料胶囊2底部仍受到胶囊托板5的支撑;直到活动头组件1带动原料胶囊2完全移出胶囊座组件4,此时,胶囊托板5处在竖直位置状态,故原料胶囊2底部没有支撑,原料胶囊2在重力的作用下向下掉出酿造腔3,从而实现自动掉包功能(如图8所示)。
6、当活动头组件1复位至初始位置时,胶囊托板5在扭簧作用下会自动复位(如图9所示)。
综上,本发明实施例的咖啡酿造装置由于采用了上述技术方案,实现了使用后的胶囊自动掉包,具有操作方便,安全程度高的优点。
本发明还提供了一种胶囊咖啡机,该胶囊咖啡机采用上述实施例中的咖啡酿造装置。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种咖啡酿造装置,包括:
    酿造支架(10);
    胶囊座组件(4),所述胶囊座组件(4)固定安装在所述酿造支架(10)上;
    活动头组件(1),所述活动头组件(1)安装在所述酿造支架(10)上,且可相对于所述胶囊座组件(4)往复移动,所述活动头组件(1)与所述胶囊座组件(4)之间形成酿造腔(3);
    驱动装置,所述驱动装置用于驱动所述活动头组件(1);
    其特征在于,还包括:
    自动掉包机构,所述自动掉包机构包括:胶囊托板(5),所述胶囊托板(5)通过转轴(16)可转动地安装于所述胶囊座组件(4)的底部,且所述胶囊托板(5)具有对原料胶囊(2)的底部进行支撑的支撑位置和使原料胶囊(2)的底部悬空的非支撑位置;传动机构,所述传动机构设置于所述胶囊托板(5)与所述活动头组件(1)之间,用于在所述活动头组件(1)向远离所述胶囊座组件(4)方向移动时带动所述胶囊托板(5)从所述支撑位置转动至所述非支撑位置;以及弹性复位部件,所述弹性复位部件用于使胶囊托板(5)从所述非支撑位置转动至所述支撑位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡酿造装置,其特征在于,所述支撑位置与所述非支撑位置之间的夹角为90°~120°。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的咖啡酿造装置,其特征在于,所述传动机构包括:
    棘轮(7),所述棘轮(7)安装在所述转轴(16)上,并与所述胶囊托板(5)同步转动,所述棘轮(7)的外周设置有若干第一齿(71);和
    齿条(8),所述齿条(8)安装在所述活动头组件(1)上,由所述活动头组件(1)带动其往复移动,所述齿条(8)上设置有若干与所述第一齿(71)配合的第二齿(84);当所述活动头组件(1)向远离所述胶囊座组件(4)方向移动时,所述第二齿(84)与所述第一齿(71)啮合使所述棘轮(7)转动,当所述活动头组件(1)向靠近所述胶囊座组件(4)方向移动时,所述第二齿(84)在所述第一齿(71)上滑过使所述棘轮(7)停止转动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的咖啡酿造装置,其特征在于,所述齿条(8)具有靠近所述胶囊座组件(4)侧的齿段(81)和靠近所述活动头组件(1)侧的非齿段(82),所述齿段(81)上设置有所述第二齿(84)。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的咖啡酿造装置,其特征在于,所述齿条(8)上设置有沿其移动方向延伸的滑槽(83),所述齿条(8)通过穿过所述滑槽(83)的销轴(9)安装在所述活动头组件(1)上。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的咖啡酿造装置,其特征在于,包括两个所述棘轮(7)和两个所述齿条(8),两个所述棘轮(7)分别位于所述胶囊托板(5)的两侧,两个所述齿条(8)分别位于所述活动头组件(1)的两侧。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的咖啡酿造装置,其特征在于,所述胶囊托板(5)通过连接件(15)与所述转轴(16)刚性连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的咖啡酿造装置,其特征在于,所述弹性复位部件为扭簧(6),所述扭簧(6)套设在所述转轴(16)上,且所述扭簧(6)的一端装在所述胶囊托板(5),另一端装在所述胶囊座组件(4)上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡酿造装置,其特征在于,所述酿造腔(3)的两个相对的侧壁上设置有沿所述活动头组件(1)移动方向的垂直方向延伸的卡槽(17),所述原料胶囊(2)靠近所述胶囊座组件(4)一端的凸缘(21)卡入所述卡槽(17)内并可沿所述卡槽(17)滑动。
  10. 一种胶囊咖啡机,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的咖啡酿造装置。
