在本实施例中,将未固化有运营商网络配置信息的SIM卡芯片通过SMT技术固定嵌设在终端的PCB板上,实现无卡座设计,并且SIM卡芯片中信息的下载写入采用远程写入的方式,智能终端通过Wi-Fi连接网络云端,从服务器下载用户想要使用的运营商网络对应的配置数据。然后智能终端将该配置数据写入SIM卡芯片中,完成写卡操作。在此过程中,用户可以通过终端向服务器上传和下载短信息记录及通讯录信息等,更新过程方便快捷。
本实施例提供的SIM卡读写方法,用固定内嵌在终端中的SIM卡芯片,代替传统的SIM卡,无需设置卡座,因此不需要考虑周围净空,有效减小占用面积,并且当用户希 望更换运营商时,终端可以根据用户指令,通过无线网络从服务器获取相应的配置文件,并将所述配置数据写入所述SIM卡芯片,即可完成对所述SIM卡芯片进行相应的运营商网络配置,不需用户更换SIM卡芯片,从而方便快捷地更换用户所需的运营商网络。
图2为本发明实施例二提供的终端的结构示意图,如图2所示,所述终端包括:获取模块21、通信模块22、以及处理模块23;其中,
获取模块21,用于根据接收到的用户指令,获取SIM卡芯片的标识,所述用户指令包括所述用户当前需要使用的运营商网络的标识;
通信模块22,用于通过无线网络,向服务器发送下载请求,所述下载请求包括所述运营商网络的标识和所述SIM卡芯片的标识,所述下载请求用于使所述服务器对所述SIM卡芯片进行鉴权;
通信模块22,还用于接收所述服务器返回的配置数据,所述配置数据是所述服务器对所述SIM卡芯片鉴权成功后返回的,所述配置数据包括所述SIM卡芯片使用所述运营商网络所需的数据;
处理模块23,用于将所述配置数据写入所述SIM卡芯片,以完成对所述SIM卡芯片进行相应的运营商网络配置。
在实际应用中,可以利用传统的表面贴装技术(Surface Mount Technology,简称SMT)技术,将所述SIM卡芯片贴装到终端中的PCB板上,从而实现将SIM卡芯片固定内嵌在所述终端中。通过该实施方式可以实现无卡座设计,有效减小在终端中安装SIM卡所需的占用面积。
具体的,当用户希望更换当前使用的运营商网络的时候,可以通过交互界面向终端发送用户指令,该用户指令可以用于指示所述用户当前需要使用的运营商网络,具体的,终端接收该用户指令之后,需要从SIM卡芯片获取相应的信息,例如,所述SIM卡芯片的标识,用于后续进行SIM卡芯片验证,相应的,所述装置还可以包括:交互模块,用于接收所述用户指令;获取模块21包括:发送单元,用于根据所述用户指令,向所述SIM卡芯片发送获取请求;接收单元,用于接收所述SIM卡芯片返回的所述SIM卡芯片的标识。
其中,所述SIM卡芯片的标识可以包括但不限于:集成电路卡识别码(Integrate circuit card identity,简称ICCID)等。
在实际应用中,所述无线网络包括但不限于Wi-Fi连接、3G或者4G通讯方式,本实施例在此不对其进行限制。则可选的,通信模块22,具体用于通过Wi-Fi连接,向所 述服务器发送下载请求。
具体的,所述服务器可以将供应商生产的未固化有运营商网络配置信息的SIM卡芯片的标识预先存储在本地,后续的,当接收到某终端发送的下载请求后,所述服务器可以根据本地存储的各SIM卡芯片的信息,对该SIM卡芯片进行鉴权,从而提高SIM卡芯片读写的安全性。
其中,所述配置数据可以包括但不限于:为所述SIM卡芯片分配的国际移动用户识别码(International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number,简称IMSI)、SIM卡芯片的个人识别密码(Personal Identification Number,简称PIN码)、PIN码的解锁码(PIN Unlocking Key,简称PUK码)、短信中心号码以及所述用户的手机号码、网络鉴权数据,网络配置参数数据等。
具体的,处理模块24可以包括:分包单元,用于根据所述SIM卡芯片的通讯协议对所述配置数据进行分包;传输单元,用于将分包后的数据依次发送给所述SIM卡芯片,所述分包后的数据用于使所述SIM卡芯片通过对接收到的所述分包后的数据进行解析,完成对所述配置数据的安装写入。
在实际应用中,在SIM卡芯片中写入配置数据后,为了使用户能够使用其希望使用的运营商网络,通信模块22,还用于接收所述SIM卡芯片发送的重启请求,所述重启请求是所述SIM完成对所述配置数据的写入后发送的;所述终端还包括:
处理模块24,还用于根据所述重启请求,控制所述终端重新启动,并根据当前所述SIM卡芯片中的参数,注册相应的运营商网络。
通过对终端进行重启,可以完成SIM卡芯片在相应的运营商网络的注册,从而实现用户使用。
此外,当前移动用户在使用SIM卡时,因为传统的SIM卡里固化有该运营商的配置数据,无法进行修改。所以用户在购买某个运营商的SIM卡之后,基于该SIM卡,用户只能使用此运营商的网络进行通信,而无法使用其他运营商的网络进行通信。若用户想使用其它运营商的网络,还需要到相应的运营商的营业厅再购买一张该运营商的SIM卡,这就导致比较繁琐。并且,用户在更换SIM卡之前,还需要将SIM卡中存储的联系人信息抄下来或是传到手机上,在更换新的SIM卡后,再将手机中存储的联系人信息录入新的SIM卡中,后续的,用户还需要发短信或是打电话将自己的新号码告知其他用户,更新过程非常繁琐,极大影响了用户体验。
在本实施例中,将未固化有运营商网络配置信息的SIM卡芯片通过SMT技术固定嵌 设在终端的PCB板上,实现无卡座设计,并且SIM卡芯片中信息的下载写入采用远程写入的方式,智能终端通过Wi-Fi连接网络云端,从服务器下载用户想要使用的运营商网络对应的配置数据。然后智能终端将该配置数据写入SIM卡芯片中,完成写卡操作。在此过程中,用户可以通过终端向服务器上传和下载短信息记录及通讯录信息等,更新过程方便快捷。
需要说明的是,本实施例中,所述终端的各模块的划分仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式。
本实施例提供的终端中,用固定内嵌在终端中的SIM卡芯片,代替传统的SIM卡,无需设置卡座,因此不需要考虑周围净空,有效减小占用面积,并且当用户希望更换运营商时,终端可以根据用户指令,通过无线网络从服务器获取相应的配置文件,并将所述配置数据写入所述SIM卡芯片,即可完成对所述SIM卡芯片进行相应的运营商网络配置,不需用户更换SIM卡芯片,从而方便快捷地更换用户所需的运营商网络。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,上述描述的终端的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述各方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成。前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中。该程序在执行时,执行包括上述各方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储介质包括:ROM、RAM、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种SIM卡读写方法,其特征在于,包括:
    终端根据接收到的用户指令,获取SIM卡芯片的标识,所述用户指令包括所述用户当前需要使用的运营商网络的标识,所述SIM卡芯片固定内嵌在所述终端中;
    所述终端通过无线网络,向服务器发送下载请求,所述下载请求包括所述运营商网络的标识和所述SIM卡芯片的标识,所述下载请求用于使所述服务器对所述SIM卡芯片进行鉴权;
    所述终端接收所述服务器返回的配置数据,所述配置数据是所述服务器对所述SIM卡芯片鉴权成功后返回的,所述配置数据包括所述SIM卡芯片使用所述运营商网络所需的数据;
    所述终端将所述配置数据写入所述SIM卡芯片,以完成对所述SIM卡芯片进行相应的运营商网络配置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端根据接收到的用户指令,获取SIM卡芯片的标识,具体包括:
    所述终端根据所述用户指令,向所述SIM卡芯片发送获取请求;
    所述终端接收所述SIM卡芯片返回的所述SIM卡芯片的标识。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端通过无线网络,向服务器发送下载请求,具体包括:
    所述终端通过Wi-Fi连接,向所述服务器发送下载请求。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端将所述配置数据写入所述SIM卡芯片,具体包括:
    所述终端根据所述SIM卡芯片的通讯协议对所述配置数据进行分包,并将分包后的数据依次发送给所述SIM卡芯片,所述分包后的数据用于使所述SIM卡芯片通过对接收到的所述分包后的数据进行解析,完成对所述配置数据的安装写入。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端将所述配置数据写入所述SIM卡芯片之后,还包括:
    所述终端接收所述SIM卡芯片发送的重启请求,所述重启请求是所述SIM完成对所述配置数据的写入后发送的;
    根据所述重启请求,所述终端重新启动,并根据当前所述SIM卡芯片中的参数,注册相应的运营商网络。
  6. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端中固定内嵌有SIM卡芯片,所述终端包括:
    获取模块,用于根据接收到的用户指令,获取SIM卡芯片的标识,所述用户指令包括所述用户当前需要使用的运营商网络的标识;
    通信模块,用于通过无线网络,向服务器发送下载请求,所述下载请求包括所述运营商网络的标识和所述SIM卡芯片的标识,所述下载请求用于使所述服务器对所述SIM卡芯片进行鉴权;
    所述通信模块,还用于接收所述服务器返回的配置数据,所述配置数据是所述服务器对所述SIM卡芯片鉴权成功后返回的,所述配置数据包括所述SIM卡芯片使用所述运营商网络所需的数据;
    处理模块,用于将所述配置数据写入所述SIM卡芯片,以完成对所述SIM卡芯片进行相应的运营商网络配置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的终端,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    交互模块,用于接收所述用户指令;
    所述获取模块包括:
    发送单元,用于根据所述用户指令,向所述SIM卡芯片发送获取请求;
    接收单元,用于接收所述SIM卡芯片返回的所述SIM卡芯片的标识。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的终端,其特征在于,
    所述通信模块,具体用于通过Wi-Fi连接,向所述服务器发送下载请求。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理模块包括:
    分包单元,用于根据所述SIM卡芯片的通讯协议对所述配置数据进行分包;
    传输单元,用于将分包后的数据依次发送给所述SIM卡芯片,所述分包后的数据用于使所述SIM卡芯片通过对接收到的所述分包后的数据进行解析,完成对所述配置数据的安装写入。
  10. 根据权利要求6-9中任一项所述的终端,其特征在于,
    所述通信模块,还用于接收所述SIM卡芯片发送的重启请求,所述重启请求是所述SIM完成对所述配置数据的写入后发送的;所述终端还包括:
    所述处理模块,还用于根据所述重启请求,控制所述终端重新启动,并根据当前所述SIM卡芯片中的参数,注册相应的运营商网络。
