背景技术
用于呼吸机的呼吸面罩通常需要患者长期佩戴,佩戴舒适性是衡量该呼吸面罩产品的性能好坏的标准之一。为了缓解呼吸面罩的衬垫给患者面部施加的压迫感,人们通常会固定设置个与衬垫相连的前额支撑架。但是,由于患者的人种、年龄和身高各不相同,使得不同的患者需要的前额支撑架的尺寸或角度也各不相同。

发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种用于呼吸机的呼吸面罩,以实现前额支撑架的自动调节,而无需人工辅助调节。
本发明提供了一种用于呼吸机的呼吸面罩,其包括:接收罩,接收罩包括适用于接合患者嘴部和/或鼻部的接合部和用于连接呼吸管道的连接部,以及衔接接合部和连接部的弹性变形部;支架组件,支架组件包括设置于连接部外的前额支 撑架和固定设置于接合部外的接收罩固定架,以及从的接收罩的底部处连接前额支撑架和接收罩固定架的弹性件。其中,前额支撑架构造成可相对于接收罩朝前或朝后摆动,以使变形部处于被压缩状态或被拉仲状态。

根据本发明的呼吸面罩通过前额支撑架的运动与弹性变形部的变形,可以实现前额支撑架的自动调节,而无需人工辅助调节。
由于弹性件能够增强平缓结构的弹性,因此其能够在前额支撑架摆动的过程中缩减平缓结构被弯折的角度或压缩的距离,以便提高此处的使用寿命。另外,根据本发明的用于呼吸机的呼吸面罩通过前额支撑架来分担来自呼吸面罩头带的作用力,可以有效地降低头带施加给接收罩的作用力,从而缓解由接收罩给患者的面部施加的压迫感。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
图1和2均显示了根据本发明的用于呼吸机的呼吸面罩10,该呼吸机尤其可为CPAP(持续正压通气)呼吸机,该呼吸面罩10用于把持续正压气流送入到患者的呼吸道内。

在本实施例中,弹性变形部203包括设在接收罩2的底部的平缓结构203a和从接收罩2的顶部沿两侧向下延伸至平缓结构203a的褶皱结构203b(见图4)。该褶皱结构203b可构造成上述的凹陷状或凸起状,其限定有开口朝向接收罩2的外部或内部的U形或V形(即径向截面所呈的形状)的凹陷。平缓结构203a能够在保证接收罩2的强度的同时,把接收罩2的局部受到的外力分散到其它部分;而褶皱结构203b能够通过扩大或缩小开口的方式进行变形,以便促使接收罩2的接合部201始终贴合于患者嘴部或鼻部。除此之外,弹性变形部203仅包 括从接收罩2的顶部沿两侧向下延伸至底部的褶皱结构。由此,该褶皱结构可以通过扩大或缩小开口的方式进行变形,以便促使接收罩2的接合部201始终贴合于患者嘴部或鼻部。

当患者把接收罩2接合到患者嘴部和/或鼻部后,前额支撑架501会与患者的前额相接触。由于不同的患者的前额的凸出高度不同,前额支撑架501与接收罩2之间的设定角度未必适用所有患者,因此当前额支撑架501顶抵到前额时,需要相对于接收罩2沿着第一方向B(背向患者前额)或与第一方向B相反的第二方向C(朝向患者前额)摆动前额支撑架501(见图3),以使其适用于不同的患者。具体地说,当所需的前额支撑架501与接收罩2之间的角度大于设定角度时(即患者的前额较凸出)时,前额将促动前额支撑架501沿着第一方向B摆动,使得接收罩2的褶皱结构203b在前额支撑架501的作用下扩大的凹陷的开口(即被拉仲状态),当所需的前额支撑架501与接收罩2之间的角度小于设定角度时(即患者的前额较低)时,头带将促动前额支撑架501沿着第二方向C摆动,使得接收罩2的褶皱结构203b在前额支撑架501的作用下缩减凹陷的开口(即被压缩状态),由此可知,本发明的呼吸面罩10可以实现前额支撑架501的自动调节,而无需人工辅助调节。与此同时,由于弹性件503能够增强平缓结构203a的弹性,因此其能够在前额支撑架501摆动的过程中缩减平缓结构203a被弯折的角度或压缩的距离,以便提高此处的使用寿命。
在图5所示的实施例中,前额支撑架501包括套接在连接部202外的环状部 501a和固定设在环状部501a上用于贴合患者前额的条形弯曲的支架501b,以及设置在支架501b的顶端上用于安装头带的第一连接结构501c。而接收罩固定架502包括套接固定在接合部201外的匹配套502a和设在匹配套502a上的用于安装头带的第二连接结构502b。第一连接结构501c和第二连接结构502b均可优选为双钩结构,以用于快速、可拆卸地安装呼吸面罩10的头带。其中,所述的头带属于本领域技术人员熟知的,在此不再赘述。
在一个实施例中,接合部201包括设置在匹配套502a的两侧的定位肩201a和多个定位凸起201b。通过这种方式,可以在稳定固定该匹配套502a的同时方便其从接合部201的定位凸起201b上拆卸下来。在接合部201中,定位肩201a比用于安装匹配套502a的配合部分要高,而多个定位凸起201b优选为两个径向对置的凸起。该凸起设置在接合部201的顶部到底部之间的中间部位上,这样有利于定位更加平稳稳定。
综上可知,根据本发明的用于呼吸机的呼吸面罩10可以实现前额支撑架501的自动调节,而无需人工辅助调节。同时,根据本发明的用于呼吸机的呼吸面罩10通过前额支撑架501来分担来自呼吸面罩头带的作用力,从而降低头带施加给接收罩2的作用力,因此可以有效地缓解由接收罩2给患者的面部施加的压迫感。另外,根据本发明的用于呼吸机的呼吸面罩10相比于上述呼吸面罩的具有更加简单结构,因此可以降低制造工艺和制造成本。
虽然已经参考优选实施例对本发明进行了描述,但在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可以对其进行各种改进并且可以用等效物替换其中的部件。尤其是,只要不存在结构冲突,各个实施例中所提到的各项技术特征均可以任意方式组合起来。本发明并不局限于文中公开的特定实施例,而是包括落入权利要求的范围内的所有技术方案。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于呼吸机的呼吸面罩,其中,包括:
    接收罩,所述接收罩包括适用于接合患者嘴部和/或鼻部的接合部和用于连接呼吸管道的连接部,以及衔接所述接合部和所述连接部的弹性变形部;以及
    支架组件,所述支架组件包括设置于所述连接部外的前额支撑架和固定设置于所述接合部外的接收罩固定架,以及从所述的接收罩的底部处连接所述前额支撑架和所述接收罩固定架的弹性件;
    其中,所述前额支撑架构造成可相对于所述接收罩朝向患者前额或背向患者前额摆动,以使所述弹性变形部处于被压缩状态或被拉伸状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的呼吸面罩,其中,所述前额支撑架包括套接在所述连接部外的环状部和设在所述环状部上用于接合患者前额的支架,以及设置在所述支架的顶端用于安装所述呼吸面罩的头带的第一连接结构;
    所述接收罩固定架包括套接固定在所述接合部外的匹配套和设在所述匹配套的两侧用于安装所述呼吸面罩的头带的第二连接结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的呼吸面罩,其中,所述接合部包括设置在所述匹配套的两侧的定位肩和多个定位凸起。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的呼吸面罩,其中,所述多个定位凸起为两个径向对置的凸起。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的呼吸面罩,其中,所述弹性变形部包括设在所述接收罩的底部的平缓结构和从所述接收罩的顶部沿两侧向下延伸至所述平缓结构的褶皱结构。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的呼吸面罩,其中,所述褶皱结构具有U形或V形的凹陷。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的呼吸面罩,其中,所述弹性变形部为从所述接收罩的顶部沿两侧向下延伸至底部的褶皱结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的呼吸面罩,其中,所述接收罩为衬垫。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的呼吸面罩,其中,所述接收罩的接合部为衬垫,所述衬垫可拆卸地连接于所述弹性变形部。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的呼吸面罩,其中,所述呼吸管道可旋转地连接于所述接收罩的连接部。
