Description

网络接入的方法及装置 技术领域
本发明涉及无线通信技术领域, 尤其涉及一种网络接入的方法及装置。 背景技术
目前,移动通信网络包括 GSM、 UMTS和 LTE,每个网络使用专有的接入网, 例如 GSM的接入网为 GERAN、UMTS的接入网为 UTRAN、LTE的接入网为 E-UTRAN, 其中 GERAN和 UTRAN可使用同一套网络设备进行实现。 为了提高网络使用效 率, 根据网络速度对网络功能进行划分, 例如使用 GSM和 UMTS网络进行语音 业务(如打电话等), 使用 LTE网络进行数据业务(如上网等)。 如果 UE在进 行数据业务后欲进行语音业务,则网络侧通过 CSFB技术使 UE回落到 GSM/UMTS 的电路域 ( c i rcu i t sec t ion , 简称 CS ) 中, UE子 CS 中进行语音业务。 若 网络侧或 UE无法提供 CSFB技术, 则考虑在 LTE网络中实现语音业务, 又称 VoLTE技术或 IMS语音方案。 在 VoLTE技术中, 使用 IMS网络和 LTE网络, 其 中 IMS 网络用于实现通话建立、 号码分析、 通话拆线等信令处理功能, 而语 音数据承载则在 LTE网络用于实现语音数据承载和传输。 具体流程如下所示: 第一步、 UE建立串联 LTE和 IMS的 IMS PDN连接, 通过建立的 IMS PDN 在 IMS网络中进行注册, 以便 IMS网络实现通话建立、 号码分析、 通话拆线 等信令处理。
第二步、 UE通过建立的 IMS PDN在 LTE中完成语音承载建立过程中需要 进行的信令交互, 并 LTE中建立语音承载通道。
第三步、 当语音承载通道建立成功后, 在 LTE 网络中使用已建立的语音 承载进行语音数据传输, 实现语音业务。
在实现上述网络接入的过程中, 发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问 题:
现有的移动终端中, 存在底层芯片支持 IMS语言但上层业务(如终端中 的软件 ) 不支持 IMS语言的情况。 例如 UE (如苹果手机 iPhone 5 )底层芯片 支持 IMS语音, 上层业务不支持 IMS语音。 当 UE接入到网络时, UE上报给网 络侧的 UE模式配置是语音优先 "Voice Cent r ic "和电路域语音优先, IMS数 据域语音其次 "CS voice preferred, IMS PS Voice as secondary " 。 当 UE 从 LTE接入进行语音业务时, 如果网络侧已支持 VoLTE技术但未部署 CSFB, 则网络响应到终端的信息为 "CS域注册失败", 并提示终端网络侧支持 VoLTE 技术。 UE收到该响应后, 由于 UE的底层芯片支持 IMS语音, 因此其不会重选 GERAN/UTRAN网络,使得 UE将继续驻留在 LTE网络(E-UTRAN)中准备实施 VoLTE 技术。 但是由于 UE 的上层业务不支持 IMS语言, 而底层芯片无法独立实施 VoLTE技术, 因此 UE无法实施 VoLTE, 即 UE无法在 LTE网络中建立用于进行 语音业务数据传输的语音承载通道, 导致 UE语音业务不可用。 发明内容

本发明提供的网络接入的方法及装置, 能够当电路域注册失败时, 根据 用户设备 UE的 IMS功能支持状态确定待转网用户设备, 再根据所述待转网用 户设备的通信配置参数确定目标用户设备; 向所述目标用户设备发送携带有 预设原因值的转网指令。 现有技术中当 UE在电路域注册失败时, 网络侧返回 "CS域注册失败", 并提示 UE网络侧支持 VoLTE技术, 由于 UE底层芯片支持 VoLTE及时, 因此 UE不会重选 GERAN/UTRAN网络, 因此 UE继续驻留在 LTE网 络(E-UTRAN)中准备实施 VoLTE技术, 导致语音业务不可用。 或者由于 UE无 法实施 VoLTE技术, 无法在 LTE网络中建立用于进行语音业务数据传输的语 音承载通道, 导致 UE语音业务不可用。 本发明中, 能够由网络侧判断 UE是 否需要进行转网, 当 UE在电路域注册失败时, 网络侧将该 UE确定为待转网 UE , 再根据 UE 的优先业务类型 (语音优先或数据优先)将待转网 UE确定为 目标 UE , 最后向目标 UE发送带有预设原因值的转网指令, 以便 UE根据该转 网指令进行转网, 即连接到 GSM/UMTS网络中, 使得 UE在 GSM/UMTS网络的电 路域中完成注册, 进而保证 UE的语音业务能够正常使用。 附图说明

步骤 602、 根据所述待转网用户设备的通信配置参数确定目标用户设备。 所述通信配置参数用于表示所述待转网设备的优先业务类型。 在 3GPP协 议中用户设备的优先业务类型分为 "语音优先(Voice cent r ic ) "和 "数据 优先 (Data centr ic ) " 两种类型。 "语音优先 ( Voice cent r ic ) "主要以 语音业务为主, 同时也可以进行上网等数据业务, 通常以语音优先为优先业 务类型的设备为手机。 对于语音优先的用户设备的业务定义为, 确保语音业 务始终可用。 如果是由于 UE自身原因或者网络原因, 导致不能在 LTE网络中 获取到 CSFB语音功能或者不能获取 IMS语音功能,则重选 GERAN/UTRAN接入; 重选后直接在 GERAN/UTRAN网络的 CS域获取语音业务。 对于数据优先的用户 设备, 如果语音业务不能获取, 则继续驻留在 LTE 网络, 以确保数据业务始 终可用。
步骤 603、 向所述目标用户设备发送携带有预设原因值的转网指令, 所述 转网指令用于指示所述目标用户设备接入到语音业务接入网络。
预设原因值为重选 GERAN/UTRAN 指令 ( Rese lec t GERAN/UTRAN Ind i ca t ion )。 现有的协议中已规定, 当 UE接收到重选 GERAN/UTRAN指令时, UE断开与当前网络的连接, 并重新建立与 GERAN/UTRAN网络的连接。
本发明提供的网络接入的方法, 能够当电路域注册失败时, 根据用户设 备 UE的 IMS功能支持状态确定待转网用户设备, 再根据所述待转网用户设备 的通信配置参数确定目标用户设备; 向所述目标用户设备发送携带有预设原 因值的转网指令。 现有技术中当 UE在电路域注册失败时, 网络侧返回 "CS域 注册失败", 并提示 UE网络侧支持 VoLTE技术, 由于 UE底层芯片支持 VoLTE 及时, 因此 UE不会重选 GERAN/UTRAN 网络, 因此 UE继续驻留在 LTE 网络 (E-UTRAN)中准备实施 VoLTE技术, 导致语音业务不可用。 或者由于 UE无法 实施 VoLTE技术, 无法在 LTE网络中建立用于进行语音业务数据传输的语音 承载通道, 导致 UE语音业务不可用。 本发明中, 能够由网络侧判断 UE是否 需要进行转网, 当 UE在电路域注册失败时, 网络侧将该 UE确定为待转网 UE , 再根据 UE 的优先业务类型 (语音优先或数据优先)将待转网 UE确定为目标 UE , 最后向目标 UE发送带有预设原因值的转网指令, 以便 UE根据该转网指 令进行转网, 即连接到 GSM/UMTS网络中, 使得 UE在 GSM/UMTS网络的电路域 中完成注册, 进而保证 UE的语音业务能够正常使用。
本发明实施例还提供了一种网络接入的方法, 作为对图 6 所示方法的具 体说明, 如图 7所示, 步骤 601、 当电路域注册失败时, 根据用户设备 UE的 IMS功能支持状态确定待转网用户设备, 可通过下述方式进行实施:

步骤 1203、 丽 E根据接收到的服务请求确定 UE处于连接状态。
本发明实施例提供的网络连接的方法, 丽 E 可通过寻呼信令指示用户从
IDLE状态切换到连接状态。
进一步的, 当 UE处于空闲状态时, 不下发寻呼请求, 等待 UE重新发起 业务请求或者周期性 TAU请求后, 再指示 UE重选 GERAN/UTRAN网络, 进而结 余网络侧下发寻呼的开销。
本发明实施例还提供了一种网络接入的方法, 作为对图 6 所示方法的具 体说明, 步骤 603、 向目标用户设备发送携带有预设原因值的转网指令, 可通 过下述方式进行实施:
1 ) 当所述目标用户设备处于连接 Connect状态时, 向目标用户设备发送 分离请求 Detach Reques t。
2 )接收所述目标用户设备发送的附着请求 At tach Reques t。
3 ) 向所述目标用户设备发送附着拒绝 At tach Reject , 所述附着拒绝中 携带所述预设原因值。
场景四:
如图 13所示, 当用户设备处于连接状态时:
步骤 1301、 MME向 UE发送分离请求 Detach Reques t , 所述分离请求中携 带有重定位请求 reat tach required。
步骤 1302、 UE向 MME发送分离接收 Detach Accept, 以进行响应。
步骤 1303、 UE向 MME发送附着请求 Attach Request 0
步骤 1304、 MME向 UE发送附着拒绝 Attach Reject, 所述附着拒绝中携 带重选 GERAN/UTRAN指令 Reselect GERAN/UTRAN Indication
或者, 步骤 603、 向目标用户设备发送携带有预设原因值的转网指令, 还 可通过下述方式进行实施:

如图 14所示, 当用户设备处于空闲状态时:
步骤 1401、 MME通过基站 eNB向所述目标用户设备发送寻呼 Pa g i ng消息, 所述寻呼消息携带的寻呼标识为 PS+IMSI, 用于指示 UE清空当前用户状态信 息后, 再以接收请求 Attach Request方式访问网络。
步骤 1402、 UE向 MME发送附着请求 Attach Reques t„
步骤 1403、 MME向 UE发送附着拒绝 Attach Reject, 所述附着拒绝中携 带重选 GERAN/UTRAN指令 Reselect GERAN/UTRAN Indication
或者, 步骤 603、 向目标用户设备发送携带有预设原因值的转网指令, 还 可通过下述方式进行实施:
1 ) 当所述目标用户设备处于空闲 IDLE状态时, 向所述目标用户设备发 送寻呼 Paging消息。
2 )接收所述目标用户设备发送的服务请求 Service Reques t0
3) 向所述目标用户设备发送分离请求 Detach Reques t0 4 )接收所述目标用户设备发送的分离接收 Detach Accept。
场景六:
如图 15所示, 当 UE处于空闲 IDLE状态时:
步骤 1501、 MME通过基站向 UE发送寻呼 Pag ing消息。 所述寻呼消息用 于指示所述目标用户设备重置网络连接状态。 该寻呼消息携带的寻呼标识为 PS+S-TMSI , 用于指示 UE正常访问网络。
步骤 1502、 UE向 MME发送服务请求 Service Reques t 0
步骤 1503、 MME向 UE发送分离请求 Detach Reques t 0
步骤 1504、 UE向 MME发送分离接收 Detach Accept„
本发明实施例提供的网络接入方法, 能够在 UE处于空闲状态时, 通过在 寻呼消息中携带不同的寻呼标识,使 UE通过与寻呼标识对应的方式访问网络。
本发明实施例还提供了一种网络接入的方法, 作为对图 6 所示方法的具 体说明, 如图 16所示, 步骤 603、 向目标用户设备发送携带有预设原因值的 转网指令, 包括:
步骤 1601、 向目标用户设备发送离网请求, 离网请求中携带有用户标识 字段 IMSI detach„
步骤 1602、 接收目标用户设备发送的跟踪区域更新请求 Tracking Area Upda te Ques t。
步骤 1603、 向目标用户设备发送跟踪区域更新拒绝响应 Tracking Area Upda te Reject , 跟踪区域更新拒绝响应中携带预设原因值。
本发明实施例向 UE发送离网请求以使 UE再次进行联合跟踪区域更新, 在想 UE返回拒绝方式来指示 UE重新选择网络。 协议中规定: 具有 CSFB能力 的 UE, 如果已注册为 EPS At tach或者 SMS Only, 则按照 IMSI Detach方式 返回应答。 然而目前在实现时, 存在不按照协议的规定进行实现的 UE。 本发 明实施例中, 能够向目标用户设备发送离网请求, 在接收到目标用户设备发 送的 TAU请求后, 向目标用户设备发送携带有预设原因值的跟踪区域更新拒 绝响应。 需要说明的是, 本发明实施例中所述预设原因值为重选 GERAN/UTRAN 指 令 Reselect GERAN/UTRAN Indicat ion

Claims

权利 要 求 书
1、 一种网络接入的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括:
处理器, 用于当电路域注册失败时, 根据用户设备 UE的 IMS功能支持状态 确定待转网用户设备, 所述 IMS 功能支持状态用于表示所述用户设备是否支持 IMS语言;
根据所述待转网用户设备的通信配置参数确定目标用户设备, 所述通信配 置参数用于表示所述待转网设备的优先业务类型;
发射器, 用于向所述处理器确定的所述目标用户设备发送携带有预设原因 值的转网指令, 所述转网指令用于指示所述目标用户设备接入到语音业务接入 网络。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的网络接入的装置, 其特征在于, 所述处理器还用 于:
当电路域注册失败时, 如果用户设备支持 IMS 功能且在预设时长内未建立 IMS承载, 确定所述用户设备为待转网用户设备;
或者, 当电路域注册失败时, 如果用户设备不支持 IMS 功能, 确定所述用 户设备为待转网用户设备。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的网络接入的装置, 其特征在于, 所述处理器还用 于:
获取所述待转网用户设备的通信配置参数;
如果所述通信配置参数为语音业务优先 Voice Centr ic, 将所述待转网用户 设备确定为目标设备。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的网络接入的装置, 其特征在于, 所述发射器还用 于, 当所述目标用户设备处于连接 Connect 状态时, 通过基站向所述目标用户 设备发送离网请求 De t a ch Reques t , 所述离网请求中携带所述预设原因值; 或者,
所述装置还包括接收器,
所述接收器用于, 接收所述目标用户设备发送的跟踪区域更新请求 Tracking Area Update Quest;
所述发射器还用于, 向所述目标用户设备发送跟踪区域更新拒绝响应 racking Area Update Reject, 所述跟踪区域更新拒绝响应中携带所述预设原 因值。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的网络接入的装置, 其特征在于, 所述发射器还用 于, 当所述目标用户设备处于空闲 Idle状态时, 通过基站向所述目标用户设备 发送寻呼 Paging信令;
所述接收器还用于, 接收所述目标用户设备根据所述 Pag ing信令发送的服 务请求 Service Request;
所述处理器还用于, 根据所述服务请求确定所述目标用户设备处于连接状 态。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的网络接入的装置, 其特征在于, 所述发射器还用 于, 当所述目标用户设备处于连接 Connect 状态时, 向目标用户设备发送分离 请求 Detach Request;
所述接收器器还用于, 接收所述目标用户设备发送的附着请求 Attach Reques t;
所述发射器还用于, 向所述目标用户设备发送附着拒绝 Attach Reject, 所 述附着拒绝中携带所述预设原因值;
或者,
所述发射器还用于, 当所述目标用户设备处于空闲 IDLE状态时, 通过基站 向所述目标用户设备发送寻呼消息 Paging, 所述寻呼消息用于指示所述目标用 户设备重置网络连接状态;
所述接收器还用于, 接收所述目标用户设备发送的附着请求 Attach Reques t;

9、 一种网络接入的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括:
待转网用户设备确定单元, 用于当电路域注册失败时, 根据用户设备 UE的 IMS功能支持状态确定待转网用户设备,所述 IMS功能支持状态用于表示所述用 户设备是否支持 IMS语言;
目标用户设备确定单元, 用于根据所述待转网用户设备确定单元确定的所 述待转网用户设备的通信配置参数确定目标用户设备, 所述通信配置参数用于 表示所述待转网设备的优先业务类型;
发送单元, 用于向所述目标用户设备确定单元确定的所述目标用户设备发 送携带有预设原因值的转网指令, 所述转网指令用于指示所述目标用户设备接 入到语音业务接入网络。
10、 根据权利要求 9 所述的网络接入的装置, 其特征在于, 所述待转网用 户设备确定单元还用于:
当电路域注册失败时, 如果用户设备支持 IMS 功能且在预设时长内未建立 IMS承载, 确定所述用户设备为待转网用户设备;
或者, 当电路域注册失败时, 如果用户设备不支持 IMS 功能, 确定所述用 户设备为待转网用户设备。
11、 根据权利要求 9 所述的网络接入的装置, 其特征在于, 所述目标用户 设备确定单元, 包括:
获取子单元, 用于获取待转网用户设备确定单元确定的所述待转网用户设 备的通信配置参数;
确定子单元, 用于当所述获取子单元获取的所述通信配置参数为语音业务 优先 Voice Centric时, 将所述待转网用户设备确定为目标设备。
12、 根据权利要求 9 所述的网络接入的装置, 其特征在于, 所述发送单元 还用于, 当所述目标用户设备处于连接 Connect 状态时, 通过基站向所述目标 用户设备发送离网请求 De t a ch Reque s t , 所述离网请求中携带所述预设原因值; 或者,
所述装置还包括接收单元, 所述接收单元用于接收所述目标用户设备发送 的跟踪区域更新请求 Tracking Area Update Quest;
所述发送单元还用于, 向所述目标用户设备发送跟踪区域更新拒绝响应 racking Area Update Reject, 所述跟踪区域更新拒绝响应中携带所述预设原 因值。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的网络接入的装置, 其特征在于,
所述发送单元还用于, 当所述目标用户设备处于空闲 Idle状态时, 通过基 站向所述目标用户设备发送寻呼 Pag ing信令;
所述接收单元还用于, 接收所述目标用户设备根据所述 Pag ing信令发送的 服务请求 Service Request;
所述装置还包括连接状态确定单元, 所述连接状态确定单元用于根据所述 接收单元接收的所述服务请求确定所述目标用户设备处于连接状态。
14、 根据权利要求 12所述的网络接入的装置, 其特征在于,
所述发送单元还用于, 当所述目标用户设备处于连接 Connect 状态时, 向 目标用户设备发送分离请求 Detach Reques t ;
所述接收单元还用于, 接收所述目标用户设备发送的附着请求 At tach Reques t;
所述发送单元还用于, 向所述目标用户设备发送附着拒绝 At tach Reject , 所述附着拒绝中携带所述预设原因值;
或者,
所述发送单元还用于, 当所述目标用户设备处于空闲 IDLE状态时, 通过基 站向所述目标用户设备发送寻呼 Pag ing消息, 所述寻呼消息用于指示所述目标 用户设备重置网络连接状态;

当电路域注册失败时, 根据用户设备 UE的 IMS功能支持状态确定待转网用 户设备, 所述 IMS功能支持状态用于表示所述用户设备是否支持 IMS语言; 根据所述待转网用户设备的通信配置参数确定目标用户设备, 所述通信配 置参数用于表示所述待转网设备的优先业务类型;
向所述目标用户设备发送携带有预设原因值的转网指令, 所述转网指令用 于指示所述目标用户设备接入到语音业务接入网络。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的网络接入的方法, 其特征在于, 当电路域注册 失败时,根据用户设备 UE的 IMS功能支持状态确定待转网用户设备,具体包括: 当电路域注册失败时, 如果用户设备支持 IMS 功能且在预设时长内未建立 IMS承载, 确定所述用户设备为待转网用户设备;
或者, 当电路域注册失败时, 如果用户设备不支持 IMS 功能, 确定所述用 户设备为待转网用户设备。
19、 根据权利要求 17所述的网络接入的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述 待转网用户设备的通信配置参数确定目标用户设备, 具体包括:
获取所述待转网用户设备的通信配置参数;
如果所述通信配置参数为语音业务优先 Voice Centr ic, 将所述待转网用户 设备确定为目标设备。
20、 根据权利要求 17所述的网络接入的方法, 其特征在于, 所述向所述目 标用户设备发送携带有预设原因值的转网指令, 具体包括:
当所述目标用户设备处于连接 Connect 状态时, 通过基站向所述目标用户 设备发送离网请求 De t a ch Reques t , 所述离网请求中携带所述预设原因值; 或者, 接收所述目标用户设备发送的跟踪区域更新请求 Tracking Area Upda te Ques t ;
向所述目标用户设备发送艮踪区 i或更新拒绝响应 racking Area Upda te Reject , 所述跟踪区域更新拒绝响应中携带所述预设原因值。
21、 根据权利要求 20所述的网络接入的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述向所述 目标用户设备发送携带有预设原因值的转网指令之前, 所述方法还包括:
当所述目标用户设备处于空闲 Id le状态时, 通过基站向所述目标用户设备 发送寻呼 Pag ing信令;
接收所述目标用户设备根据所述 Pag ing 信令发送的服务请求 Service Reques t;
根据所述服务请求确定所述目标用户设备处于连接状态。
22、 根据权利要求 17所述的网络接入的方法, 其特征在于, 所述向所述目 标用户设备发送携带有预设原因值的转网指令, 具体包括:
当所述目标用户设备处于连接 Connect 状态时, 向目标用户设备发送分离 请求 Detach Reques t ;
接收所述目标用户设备发送的附着请求 At tach Reques t;
向所述目标用户设备发送附着拒绝 At tach Reject , 所述附着拒绝中携带所 述预设原因值;
或者, 当所述目标用户设备处于空闲 IDLE状态时, 通过基站向所述目标用 户设备发送寻呼 Pag ing消息, 所述寻呼消息用于指示所述目标用户设备重置网 络连接状态;
