WEB服务器(也称为WORLD WIDE WEB服务器)接收客户端发送的WEB服务器登录信息,并根据所述WEB服务器登录信息得到客户端有访问权限的多个运维软件名称和账号密码。
在一个实施例中,在接收客户端选择的目标运维软件的信息的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
客户端对自身是否安装远程插件进行检测;
若检测到所述客户端已安装远程插件,则WEB服务器接收客户端选择的目标运维软件的信息。
步骤S102:将对应于所确定的目标运维软件名称的目标运维软件登录信息发送给用于集中保存多个运维软件的远程服务器。
在步骤S102中,根据所述WEB服务器登录信息与目标运维软件登录信息的映射关系中的所述目标运维软件名称,确定是否存在对应于所述目标运维软件名称的目标运维软件登录信息;
若存在对应于所述目标运维软件名称的目标运维软件登录信息,则发送所述目标运维软件登录信息给远程服务器。
步骤S103:将接收到的所述远程服务器根据所述目标运维软件登录信息完成登录的目标运维软件的界面发送给所述客户端,以便客户端远程操作所述目标运维软件,实现对远端网络设备的监控和维护。
在步骤S103中,当所述远程服务器接收到目标运维软件登录信息后,经由WEB服务器将根据所述目标运维软件登录信息创建的会话ID发送给 客户端上的远程插件;
所述远程插件根据接收到的会话ID,建立用于远程插件与远程服务器经由远程协议网关进行交互的数据链路;
所述远程服务器获知远程插件已建立数据链路后,将根据所述目标运维软件登录信息完成登录的目标运维软件的界面发送给所述客户端上的远程插件。
在一个实施例中,所述的客户端远程操作所述目标运维软件,实现对远端网络设备的监控和维护是指:所述客户端上的远程插件将来自用户的操作指令发送给目标运维软件,由所述目标运维软件根据所述操作指令对与其连接的远端网络设备进行监控和维护。
本发明实施例提供了一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行前述的集中运维的方法。
图2是本发明实施例提供的集中运维的装置结构图,如图2所示,所述装置包括:确定模块21、发送模块22和传输模块23;其中,
确定模块21,配置为接收客户端选择的目标运维软件的信息,根据该信息确定所述目标运维软件名称;
发送模块22,配置为将对应于所确定的目标运维软件名称的目标运维软件登录信息发送给用于集中保存多个运维软件的远程服务器;
传输模块23,配置为将接收到的所述远程服务器根据所述目标运维软件登录信息完成登录的目标运维软件的界面发送给所述客户端,以便客户端远程操作所述目标运维软件,实现对远端网络设备的监控和维护
客户端对自身是否安装远程插件进行检测,当检测到安装有远程插件时,通知至WEB服务器、具体是所述确定模块21;相应的,所述确定模块21当确定接收到所述客户端已安装远程插件的信息时,接收客户端选择 的目标运维软件的信息。
所述发送模块22,配置为将对应于所确定的目标运维软件名称的目标运维软件登录信息发送给用于集中保存多个运维软件的远程服务器。
其中,所述发送模块22的映射子模块221配置为根据所述WEB服务器登录信息与目标运维软件登录信息的映射关系中的所述目标运维软件名称,确定是否存在对应于所述目标运维软件名称的目标运维软件登录信息。所述发送模块22的登录子模块222配置为若存在对应于所述目标运维软件名称的目标运维软件登录信息,则发送所述目标运维软件登录信息给远程服务器。
所述传输模块23配置为将所述远程服务器根据所述目标运维软件登录信息完成登录的目标运维软件的界面发送给所述客户端,以便客户端远程操作所述目标运维软件,实现对远端网络设备的监控和维护。
其中,所述传输模块23的第一传输子模块231配置为当所述远程服务器接收到目标运维软件登录信息后,将所述远程服务器根据所述目标运维软件登录信息而创建的会话ID发送给客户端上的远程插件。所述传输模块23的第二传输子模块232配置为将所述远程服务器根据所述目标运维软件登录信息完成登录的目标运维软件的界面发送给所述客户端上的远程插件。
在实际应用中,所述确定模块21、发送模块22和传输模块23均可由中央处理单元(CPU,Central Processing Unit)、或数字信号处理(DSP,Digital Signal Processor)、或微处理器(MPU,Micro Processor Unit)、或现场可编程门阵列(FPGA,Field Programmable Gate Array)等来实现;所述CPU、DSP、MPU、FPGA均可内置于WEB服务器中。
图3是本发明实施例提供的集中运维的***结构图,如图3所示,包括:WEB浏览器310、WEB服务器320、远程协议网关330和远程服务器 340。
WEB浏览器310,为使用常见的网页浏览器(IE,Internet Explorer)、火狐Firefox浏览器等,是运维人员操作的入口。WEB浏览器310配置为与WEB服务器320交互(即,向WEB服务器320发送请求,并显示网页结果),并作为远程插件311的载体。其中,远程插件311为安装在IE、Firefox等浏览器上的插件(即,以WEB浏览器310的插件形式存在),用于与远程服务器340交互,显示远程服务器340上的运维软件界面(即,远端运维软件界面),以及接收运维人员输入并将运维人员输入传送到远程服务器340。
WEB服务器320,配置为响应WEB浏览器310请求,管理运维人员权限,控制运维人员可以访问哪些运维软件。通常,运维软件有自己的账号,这些运维软件也需要登录,由于运维人员登录WEB服务器320已经进行过一次登录,因此,称运维软件的登录为二次登录。因此,WEB服务器320还配置为管理第一次登录的账号与第二次登录的账号之间的映射关系。此外,WEB服务器320还配置为与远程服务器340交互,传递需要远程访问的运维软件名称,以及账号密码。
远程协议网关330,配置为远程服务器340与远程插件311之间的数据中转。
远程服务器340,配置为接收WEB服务器320传递的信息,启动对应的运维软件,完成对运维软件的单点登录(即,自动将运维软件的账号密码填到软件界面上完成登录),以及与WEB浏览器310交互(即,拦截运维软件界面信息并发送给WEB浏览器310上的远程插件311,接收远程插件311的输入信息并派发到运维软件界面)。其中,运维软件为被远程访问的对象,与设备交互,用于对网络设备进行监控和维护。
其中,WEB服务器320和远程协议网关330,一般安装在网络操作中 心(NOC,Network Operations Center),这样,即可以被运维人员访问到,也便于建立与远程服务器340的网络通道。
远程服务器340可以部署多套,多套远程服务器340可以部署到多个地方,每套远程服务器340上可以安装多个运维软件。远程服务器340即可以部署在NOC,也可以部署到与被维护的网络设备一起。
图4是本发明实施例提供的集中运维的***实现方法流程图,如图4所示,具体实现方法如下:
步骤S401:运维人员从WEB浏览器上输入集中运维***地址,输入账号密码后登录WEB服务器。WEB服务器检查运维人员权限,返回远程服务器中运维人员有访问权限的运维软件列表和JavaScript脚本。
步骤S402:WEB浏览器执行来自WEB服务器的JavaScript脚本,检测运维人员的WEB浏览器上是否安装有远程插件;
如果检测到没有安装远程插件,执行步骤403;
如果检测到已安装远程插件,执行步骤404。
步骤S403:显示远程插件的下载链接并提示运维人员安装,继续执行步骤404。
步骤S404:运维人员选择运维软件列表中的一个运维软件,发送请求到WEB服务器。
步骤S405:WEB服务器判断运维人员是否保存有该运维软件的账号密码(即,是否首次使用该运维软件),如果没有保存,或首次使用,则弹出输入框提示运维人员输入该运维软件的账号密码,并保存该运维软件的账号密码,如果还有与登录有关的其它信息,如网络之间互连的协议(IP,Internet Protocol)地址等,则一并设置到输入框中供运维人员输入。
如果不同运维人员登录同一个运维软件的账号密码,则分别进行保存,实现不用运维人员权限不同。WEB服务器保存运维人员WEB服务器的账 号与运维软件的账号间的映射关系。
步骤S406:WEB服务器发送运维软件名称、账号密码给对应的远程服务器。
步骤S407:远程服务器创建一个新会话,并返回会话ID给WEB服务器,WEB服务器返回会话ID给WEB浏览器、具体是远程插件。
步骤S408:远程插件通过远程协议网关进行数据中转,建立与远程服务器的会话。
步骤S409:远程服务器根据运维软件名称,启动对应的运维软件。远程服务器识别运维软件的登陆框,自动填入账号密码、IP地址等信息,完成运维软件的登录。
步骤S410:远程服务器将运维软件的界面发送给远程插件,并在远程插件上显示运维软件界面。远程插件接收运维人员输入并将所输入的内容发送给远程服务器,远程服务器再派发运维人员的输入到运维软件界面,运维软件界面完成响应,实现运维人员对集中运维***中远程服务器上的运维软件的操控。
步骤S411:运维人员远程操作该运维软件,实现对远端网络设备的监控和维护。
综上所述,本发明实施例具有以下技术效果:能够通过将运维软件集中安装在远程服务器上,运维人员不用自己装这些软件,省去安装麻烦,而且运维人员可以维护多个地方的设备,充分复用人员,提高人员利用率。此外,通过提供统一入口,统一权限控制,以及统一记录日志,提高安全性和运维效率,方便集中运维***对各地网络设备情况进行对比,以及对不同人员工作量进行比较。
尽管上文对本发明进行了详细说明,但是本发明不限于此,本技术领域技术人员可以根据本发明的原理进行各种修改。因此,凡按照本发明原 理所作的修改,都应当理解为落入本发明的保护范围。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,本发明的实施例可提供为方法、***、或计算机程序产品。因此,本发明可采用硬件实施例、软件实施例、或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本发明可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器和光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。
本发明是参照根据本发明实施例的方法、设备(***)、和计算机程序产品的流程图和/或方框图来描述的。应理解可由计算机程序指令实现流程图和/或方框图中的每一流程和/或方框、以及流程图和/或方框图中的流程和/或方框的结合。可提供这些计算机程序指令到通用计算机、专用计算机、嵌入式处理机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器以产生一个机器,使得通过计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器执行的指令产生用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的装置。
这些计算机程序指令也可存储在能引导计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备以特定方式工作的计算机可读存储器中,使得存储在该计算机可读存储器中的指令产生包括指令装置的制造品,该指令装置实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能。
这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备上,使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机实现的处理,从而在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的步骤。

工业实用性
本发明实施例提供的集中运维的方法、装置及计算机存储介质,能够通过采用将运维软件集中安装在远程服务器上的方法,使得运维人员不用自己装这些软件,省去安装麻烦,而且运维人员可以维护多个地方的设备,充分复用人员,提高人员利用率。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种集中运维的方法,包括:
    接收客户端选择的目标运维软件的信息,并根据该信息确定所述目标运维软件名称;
    将对应于所确定的目标运维软件名称的目标运维软件登录信息发送给用于集中保存多个运维软件的远程服务器;
    将接收到的所述远程服务器根据所述目标运维软件登录信息完成登录的目标运维软件的界面发送给所述客户端,以便客户端远程操作所述目标运维软件,实现对远端网络设备的监控和维护。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述接收客户端选择的目标运维软件的信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    WEB服务器接收客户端发送的WEB服务器登录信息,并根据所述WEB服务器登录信息得到所述客户端有访问权限的多个运维软件名称。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述接收客户端选择的目标运维软件的信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    客户端对自身是否安装远程插件进行检测;
    若检测到所述客户端已安装远程插件,WEB服务器接收客户端选择的目标运维软件的信息。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述将对应于所确定的目标运维软件名称的登录信息发送给用于集中保存多个运维软件的远程服务器,包括:
    根据所述WEB服务器登录信息与目标运维软件登录信息的映射关系中的所述目标运维软件名称,确定是否存在对应于所述目标运维软件名称的目标运维软件登录信息;
    若存在对应于所述目标运维软件名称的目标运维软件登录信息,则发 送所述目标运维软件登录信息给远程服务器。
  5. 根据权利要求1或3所述的方法,其中,所述将所述远程服务器根据所述目标运维软件登录信息完成登录的目标运维软件的界面发送给所述客户端,包括:
    当所述远程服务器接收到目标运维软件登录信息后,经由WEB服务器将根据所述目标运维软件登录信息创建的会话身份ID发送给客户端上的远程插件;
    所述远程插件根据接收到的会话ID,建立用于远程插件与远程服务器经由远程协议网关进行交互的数据链路;
    所述远程服务器获知远程插件已建立数据链路后,将根据所述目标运维软件登录信息完成登录的目标运维软件的界面发送给所述客户端上的远程插件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述客户端远程操作所述目标运维软件,实现对远端网络设备的监控和维护,包括:
    所述客户端上的远程插件将来自用户的操作指令发送给目标运维软件,由所述目标运维软件根据所述操作指令对与其连接的远端网络设备进行监控和维护。
  7. 一种集中运维的装置,包括:
    确定模块,配置为接收客户端选择的目标运维软件的信息,根据该信息确定所述目标运维软件名称;
    发送模块,配置为将对应于所确定的目标运维软件名称的目标运维软件登录信息发送给配置为集中保存多个运维软件的远程服务器;
    传输模块,配置为将接收到的所述远程服务器根据所述目标运维软件登录信息完成登录的目标运维软件的界面发送给所述客户端,以便客户端远程操作所述目标运维软件,实现对远端网络设备的监控和维护。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述确定模块,还配置为当确定接收到所述客户端已安装远程插件的信息时,接收客户端选择的目标运维软件的信息。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述发送模块还包括:
    映射子模块,配置为根据所述WEB服务器登录信息与目标运维软件登录信息的映射关系中的所述目标运维软件名称,确定是否存在对应于所述目标运维软件名称的目标运维软件登录信息;若存在对应于所述目标运维软件名称的目标运维软件登录信息,触发登录子模块;
    登录子模块,配置为发送所述目标运维软件登录信息给远程服务器。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述传输模块还包括:
    第一传输子模块,配置为当所述远程服务器接收到目标运维软件登录信息后,将所述远程服务器根据所述目标运维软件登录信息而创建的会话ID发送给客户端上的远程插件;
    第二传输子模块,配置为将所述远程服务器根据所述目标运维软件登录信息而完成登录的目标运维软件的界面发送给所述客户端上的远程插件。
  11. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1至6任一项所述的方法。
