Abstract

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a vehicular door structure (1) capable of reliably detecting a lock state between a slide door (6) and a swing door (7) while eliminating the need for fine positional adjustments of components. A vehicular door structure (1) is provided with: a lock means (21) that locks the slide door (6) and the swing door (7) as a latch (26) rotates to a predetermined position to sandwich a striker (23) attached to the swing door (7) in cooperation with a base (24) when the slide door (6) is placed in a fully open state; and a lock detection means (30) that detects, by detecting the rotation of the latch (26) to the predetermined position, the lock state of the slide door (6) and the swing door (7). An operation movement control means (31) activates the operation of a swing door handle (10) upon detection of the lock state by the lock detection means (30).

Description

Vehicle door structure
The present invention relates to a vehicle door structure provided with a slide door that can be opened and closed and a swing door that can be opened and closed.
As a conventional vehicle door structure, for example, the one described in Patent Document 1 is known. The vehicle door structure described in Patent Document 1 includes a slide door that opens and closes a front area of a rear door opening, and a swing door that opens and closes a rear area of the rear door opening together with the slide door. The sliding door slides forward and backward through the slide support mechanism. The swing door rotates together with the slide door with respect to the vehicle body via the hinge mechanism when the slide door is fully opened and overlaps the swing door. In addition, the vehicle door structure detects when the sliding door has reached the predetermined opening when the sliding door is opened to the predetermined opening (fully open position) and the door panel lock mechanism that locks the sliding door and the swing door. The opening detection mechanism that estimates that the slide door and the swing door are locked by the door panel lock mechanism, and the swing door handle can be operated when the swing door is fully closed. And a steering wheel idling mechanism to be invalidated. The opening degree detection mechanism is provided at the rear end of the slide door, and is attached to the guide body that constitutes a part of the slide support mechanism and the swing door so as to be swingable (rotatable). And an engaging lever to be engaged, and a connecting member for connecting the engaging lever and the handle idle swing mechanism. The steering wheel swing mechanism validates the operation of the swing door handle when the opening detection mechanism detects that the slide door and the swing door are locked.

In the vehicle door structure of the above-described prior art, when the shaft portion (detection part) of the guide body provided on the slide door hits the engagement lever and pushes the engagement lever, the slide door is opened to a predetermined opening. It is detected that the slide door and the swing door are locked. Therefore, in order to prevent the sliding door from rattling or moving relative to the swing door while the swing door is rotating, the slide door and the swing door are securely locked at the position. It is necessary that the detection component pushes the engagement lever. For this reason, it takes time to adjust the position of the engagement lever.
An object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle door structure that can reliably detect the locked state of a sliding door and a swing door while eliminating the need for fine position adjustment of parts.
A vehicle door structure according to one aspect of the present invention opens and closes a slide door that opens and closes a first region of a door opening provided on a side or rear portion of a vehicle body, and a second region of the door opening together with the slide door. In a vehicle door structure including a swing door, a swing door handle for opening the swing door, a lock means for locking the slide door and the swing door when the slide door is fully opened, and the swing door The operation control means for invalidating the operation of the handle for the swing door and the lock detection means for detecting the locked state of the slide door and the swing door by the lock means when the door is fully closed. The means includes a base attached to the sliding door, and a pivotally attached to the base, and the sliding door is connected to the swing door. And a striker that is attached to the swing door and engages with the latch, and the latch rotates to a predetermined position so that the striker is sandwiched in cooperation with the base. The lock detection means is means for detecting the locked state of the sliding door and the swing door by detecting that the latch has been rotated to a predetermined position, and the operation control means is When the lock detection means detects the locked state of the slide door and the swing door, the operation of the handle for the swing door is validated.
In such a vehicle door structure, when the slide door is fully opened, the latch is rotated to a predetermined position, and the striker is clamped in cooperation with the base to lock the slide door and the swing door. Here, when the swing door is fully closed, even if the slide door is opened, if the locked state between the slide door and the swing door is not detected, the operation of the swing door handle is invalidated. Thereby, even if the handle for the swing door is operated, the swing door does not open. On the other hand, when the swing door is fully closed, when the slide door is fully opened and the locked state between the slide door and the swing door is detected, the operation of the handle for the swing door is validated. Thus, the swing door can be opened by operating the handle for the swing door. Therefore, the swing door is prevented from opening in a state where the slide door and the swing door are not locked. At this time, the locked state of the sliding door and the swing door is detected by detecting that the latch has rotated to a predetermined position. Accordingly, it is possible to reliably detect the locked state of the sliding door and the swing door while eliminating the need for fine position adjustment of the parts.
The lock detection means is attached to the swing door, has an engagement member that engages with the latch, and a connection member that connects the engagement member and the operation control means, and the latch abuts the engagement member. It may be detected that the latch has been rotated to a predetermined position. In this case, when the slide door is fully opened, the latch comes into contact with the engaging member as the latch rotates, so that the locked state of the slide door and the swing door is detected. Therefore, it is possible to detect that the latch has been rotated to a predetermined position without using a sensor or the like as the lock detecting means.
At this time, the engaging member is a lever swingably attached to the swing door, and one side of the lever is engaged with the latch with respect to the swing shaft of the lever, and the lever is engaged with the swing shaft of the lever. A connecting member may be coupled to the other side. In this case, when the latch is rotated to a predetermined position and the striker is sandwiched in cooperation with the base, the latch hits one side of the lever with respect to the swing shaft of the lever, and the lever swings, so that the slide The locked state of the door and the swing door is detected. Then, by pulling the connecting member connected to the other side of the lever with respect to the swing shaft of the lever, the operation of the swing door handle is validated. Therefore, the detection of the locked state of the sliding door and the swing door and the validation of the operation of the handle for the swing door can be realized with a simple configuration.
Further, the engagement member may be a slider slidably attached to the swing door, and one end side of the slider may be engaged with the latch, and the connection member may be connected to the other end side of the slider. In this case, when the latch is rotated to a predetermined position and the striker is sandwiched in cooperation with the base, the latch hits one end of the slider, and the slider slides to lock the slide door and the swing door. Is detected. Then, by pulling the connecting member connected to the other end side of the slider, the operation of the swing door handle is validated. Therefore, the detection of the locked state of the sliding door and the swing door and the validation of the operation of the handle for the swing door can be realized with a simple configuration.
According to the vehicle door structure of the present invention, it is possible to reliably detect the locked state of the slide door and the swing door while eliminating the need for fine position adjustment of the parts.

As shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, the sliding door 6 slides in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body 2 so that the front region (first region) of the rear door opening 4 can be opened and closed. It is configured. When the slide door 6 is fully opened, the slide door 6 is positioned outside the swing door 7 and overlaps with the swing door 7 (see FIG. 2B).
When the sliding door 6 is fully opened and overlaps the swing door 7, the swing door 7 rotates with respect to the vehicle body 2 as shown in FIG. The area (second area) can be opened and closed together with the slide door 6.
The outer handle 8 for the slide door is provided on the outer surface of the slide door 6, and the inner handle 9 for the slide door is provided on the inner surface of the slide door 6. The slide door outer handle 8 and the slide door inner handle 9 are handles for opening and closing the slide door 6. A swing door handle 10 for opening the swing door 7 is provided at the front end of the swing door 7.
The vehicle door structure 1 includes a slide support mechanism 11A to 11C that supports the slide door 6 so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body 2, and a rotation support mechanism 12 that supports the swing door 7 so as to be rotatable with respect to the vehicle body 2. And.
The slide support mechanism 11A is provided at the upper part of the vehicle body 2 so as to extend in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body 2 (the opening and closing direction of the slide door 6), and is provided at the upper part of the front end of the slide door 6. The slide support mechanism 11B is provided at the lower portion of the vehicle body 2 so as to extend in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body 2, and is provided at the lower portion of the front end of the slide door 6. And a guided roller 16.
The slide support mechanism 11C is provided with an intermediate slide rail 17 provided near the center of the swing door 7 and a roller 18 provided at the rear end of the slide door 6 and guided to the intermediate slide rail 17 when the slide door 6 is opened and closed. And have. The intermediate slide rail 17 is provided on the swing door 7 so as to extend in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body 2 when the swing door 7 is fully closed.
The rotation support mechanism 12 includes a rear pillar 19 provided at the rear end portion of the vehicle body 2 and two upper and lower hinges 20 that rotatably connect the swing door 7 to the rear pillar 19.
The vehicle door structure 1 further includes two upper and lower door lock mechanisms (locking means) 21 that lock the slide door 6 and the swing door 7 when the slide door 6 is fully opened.
The door lock mechanism 21 includes a lock member 22 attached to each of the upper front end and lower front end of the slide door 6, and a striker 23 attached to each of the upper front end and lower front end of the swing door 7 and engaged with the lock member 22. It has become.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the lock member 22 includes a base 24, a latch 26, and a rotation restricting member (not shown). The base 24 is attached to the slide door 6 via a lock base 6a (see FIG. 8). The latch 26 is rotatably attached to the base 24 via the rotation shaft 25 and is for locking the slide door 6 with respect to the swing door 7 in cooperation with the striker 23 and the base 24. The rotation restricting member is rotatably attached to the base 24 and restricts the rotation of the latch 26 with respect to the base 24 so that the slide door 6 is locked with respect to the swing door 7. The latch 26 is engaged with the striker 23. FIG. 3 shows the door lock mechanism 21 in a simplified manner.
The base 24 is formed with a concave portion 24a into which the striker 23 enters. The latch 26 is disposed below the base 24 here. The latch 26 is formed with a concave portion 26a for interposing the striker 23 in cooperation with the base 24 when the slide door 6 is fully opened. On the lower surface of the latch 26, a protrusion 26b that engages with a lever 32 described later is provided. The latch 26 is biased by a spring (not shown) so that the concave portion 26a approaches the opening direction of the concave portion 24a of the base 24 (see FIG. 4A).
When the sliding door 6 opens to a predetermined opening, the striker 23 enters the concave portion 24a of the base 24 and the concave portion 26a of the latch 26 as shown in FIG. When the sliding door 6 is further opened, as shown in FIG. 4B, the latch 26 is pushed by the striker 23, so that the latch 26 rotates against the urging force of a spring (not shown). Rotate around 25. When the slide door 6 is fully opened, the latch 26 is pivoted to a predetermined position around the pivot shaft 25, and the striker 23 is sandwiched between the base 24 and the latch 26. At this time, the rotation of the latch is restricted by a rotation restricting member (not shown). Thereby, the slide door 6 and the swing door 7 are locked by the door lock mechanism 21. The unlocking of the sliding door 6 and the swing door 7 is performed by regulating the rotation regulating member (not shown) by opening the sliding door 6 with the sliding door outer handle 8 or the sliding door inner handle 9. It is done by being released.
When the slide door 6 and the swing door 7 are locked, the upper and lower rollers 14 and 16 are separated from the rear end portions of the upper slide rail 13 and the lower slide rail 15. For this reason, the slide door 6 is supported only by the swing door 7 by the door lock mechanism 21, the intermediate slide rail 17 and the roller 18, and can be rotated integrally with the swing door 7.
1, the vehicle door structure 1 further includes two upper and lower swing door lock mechanisms 27 that lock the swing door 7 with respect to the vehicle body 2 when the swing door 7 is fully closed. The swing door lock mechanism 27 includes a hook-shaped lock member 28 attached to the upper and lower portions of the swing door 7 and a striker 29 (see FIG. 2) attached to the upper and lower portions of the vehicle body 2 and engaged with the lock member 28. (See (c)).
When the swing door 7 is fully closed, the lock member 28 moves to the vehicle body 2 side by the biasing force of a spring (not shown) and engages with the striker 29, so that the swing door 7 and the vehicle body 2 are locked. It becomes. The unlocking of the swing door 7 and the vehicle body 2 is performed by opening the swing door 7 with the handle 10 for the swing door. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 5, the swing door 7 and the vehicle body 2 can be unlocked by lifting the swing door handle 10 in the direction of arrow A.
In such a vehicle door structure 1, when the slide door 6 and the swing door 7 are opened from the fully closed state of the slide door 6 and the swing door 7, the slide door 6 is first opened by sliding to the rear side of the vehicle body 2. (See FIGS. 2A and 2B). In this state, the swing door 7 is rotated and opened (see FIG. 2C).
By the way, when the swing door 7 is closed, before the slide door 6 is fully opened, the slide rails 13 and 15 are removed so that the roller 14 is detached from the upper slide rail 13 and the roller 16 is detached from the lower slide rail 15. There is a case where the position of the rear end portion is set. This is to avoid contact between the upper slide rail 13 and the roller 14 and contact between the lower slide rail 15 and the roller 16. In this case, when the swing door handle 10 is operated in a state where the slide door 6 and the swing door 7 are not locked by opening the slide door 6 until just before the fully open state, the slide door 6 is intermediate between the swing door 7 and the swing door 7. It is supported only by the slide rail 17. If the swing door 7 is opened in this state, the slide door 6 may be rattled.
Further, even if the swing door handle 10 is operated during the sliding movement of the slide door 6, the roller 14 is supported by the upper slide rail 13 and the roller 16 is supported by the lower slide rail 15. The door 7 does not rotate together with the slide door 6. However, at that time, if there is a problem that the state in which the engagement between the lock member 28 and the striker 29 is released is maintained, there is a possibility that the slide door 6 may rattle.
Therefore, in order to solve such a problem, the vehicle door structure 1 of the present embodiment includes a lock detection mechanism (lock detection means) 30 and a steering wheel swing mechanism (lock operation operation control means) as shown in FIG. 31 is further provided. 1 and 2, the lock detection mechanism 30 and the handle idle swing mechanism 31 are omitted.
The lock detection mechanism 30 is a mechanism for detecting that the slide door 6 and the swing door 7 are locked by the door lock mechanism 21 by detecting that the latch 26 is rotated to a predetermined position. As shown in FIG. 3, the lock detection mechanism 30 is swingably attached to the swing door 7 via a swing shaft 32a, and engages with the protrusion 26b of the latch 26 of the lock member 22 described above. And a connecting member 33 that connects the lever 32 and the handle idle swing mechanism 31.
As shown in FIG. 5, the lever 32 is provided in the vicinity of the striker 23 above the swing door 7. The swing shaft 32 a of the lever 32 is an axis parallel to the front-rear direction of the swing door 7. The lever 32 normally extends straight in the vertical direction of the swing door 7 by a biasing force of a spring (not shown). The protrusion 26b of the latch 26 engages with the upper end portion of the lever 32 (one side portion of the lever 32 with respect to the swing shaft 32a).
The connecting member 33 is formed of any one of a cable, a wire, a rod, and the like, for example. The connecting member 33 is coupled to the lower part of the lever 32 (the other part of the lever 32 with respect to the swing shaft 32a).
In such a lock detection mechanism 30, as shown in FIG. 4A, the protrusion 26 b of the latch 26 does not hit the upper end of the lever 32 when the slide door 6 and the swing door 7 are not locked. Therefore, the lever 32 is not swung by being pushed by the protrusion 26b. When the lever 32 does not swing, the connecting member 33 is not pulled by the lever 32, so that it is detected that the latch 26 has not been rotated to a predetermined position, and the slide door 6 and the swing door 7 are locked. It is detected that it is not.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4B, the striker 23 enters the concave portion 24a of the base 24 and the concave portion 26a of the latch 26, and the striker 23 rotates the latch 26, so that the slide door 6 and the swing door 7 are moved. Locked. In this case, since the protrusion 26b of the latch 26 hits the upper end of the lever 32, the lever 32 is pushed by the protrusion 26b and swings. When the lever 32 swings, since the connecting member 33 is pulled by the lever 32, it is detected that the latch 26 is rotated to a predetermined position, and it is detected that the slide door 6 and the swing door 7 are locked.
The steering wheel swing mechanism 31 invalidates the operation of the swing door handle 10 when the swing door 7 is fully closed, that is, the swing door 7 does not open even if the swing door handle 10 is operated. The swing door handle 10 is swung freely. As shown in FIG. 5, the handle idle swing mechanism 31 is provided in the vicinity of the swing door handle 10 in the swing door 7.
The handle idling mechanism 31 has three plate-like members 40 to 42 as shown in FIG. The plate member 40 is pivotally supported on the swing door 7 by the shaft portion 43. A connection member 33 of the lock detection mechanism 30 is connected to one end of the plate-like member 40. A curved guide hole 44 extending along the longitudinal direction of the plate member 40 is formed in the other end portion of the plate member 40.
The plate-like member 41 is arranged so as to extend in a direction intersecting with the plate-like member 40. The plate-like member 41 is pivotally supported on the swing door 7 by the shaft portion 45. A connecting member 46 such as a wire connected to the swing door handle 10 is coupled to one end of the plate-like member 41. A substantially L-shaped guide hole 47 is formed in the other end portion of the plate-like member 41. The guide hole 47 includes a substantially oval hole 47 a extending along the longitudinal direction of the plate-like member 41, and a curved hole 47 b extending along a direction intersecting the longitudinal direction of the plate-like member 41. It is made up of.
The plate member 42 is arranged so as to extend in a direction intersecting the plate member 40. The plate member 42 is pivotally supported on the swing door 7 by the shaft portion 45. A connecting member 48 such as a wire connected to the lock member 28 of the swing door lock mechanism 27 is connected to the end of the plate member 42 opposite to the shaft portion 45. An elliptical guide hole 49 extending along the longitudinal direction of the plate member 42 is formed in the plate member 42.
These plate members 40 to 42 are arranged so as to overlap each other. The plate member 41 is disposed between the plate members 40 and 42. A pin 50 passes through the guide holes 44, 47, and 49 of the plate-like members 40 to 42.
In such a handle idle swing mechanism 31, as shown in FIG. 4A, when the lock detection mechanism 30 does not detect the locked state of the slide door 6 and the swing door 7, it is shown in FIG. 6A. It becomes a state. That is, the guide hole 44 and the guide hole 49 are overlapped with the hole 47a of the guide hole 47 and the guide hole 49, and the guide hole 44 and the guide hole 47 are overlapped at the end of the hole 47a on the shaft 45 side. 47 hole portions 47b extend substantially on the same line. At this time, the pin 50 is located at the end portion on the shaft portion 45 side in the hole portion 47 a of the guide hole 47.
When the swing door handle 10 is operated in such a state, as shown in FIG. 6B, the connecting member 46 is pulled and the plate-like member 41 swings (rotates). Tilt. At this time, the pin 50 moves (escapes) relatively along the hole 47 b of the guide hole 47. For this reason, since the plate-shaped member 42 does not rotate with the rotation of the plate-shaped member 41, the connection member 48 connected to the lock member 28 of the swing door lock mechanism 27 is not pulled. That is, even if the swing door handle 10 is operated, the swing door handle 10 is in an idle state. Therefore, the swing door 7 cannot be opened because the swing door 7 and the vehicle body 2 are not unlocked by the swing door lock mechanism 27.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4B, when the lock detection mechanism 30 detects the locked state of the slide door 6 and the swing door 7, the connecting member 33 is pulled by the lever 32 as described above. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7A, the plate-like member 40 swings (rotates), the hole 47a of the guide hole 47 and the guide hole 49 overlap, and the guide hole 44 and the guide hole 47 Is overlapped at the end of the hole 47a on the connection member 48 side. At this time, the pin 50 is positioned at the end of the guide hole 47 on the side of the connecting member 48 in the hole 47a.
When the swing door handle 10 is operated in such a state, as shown in FIG. 7B, the connecting member 46 is pulled and the plate-like member 41 is swung (rotated). Tilt. At this time, since the pin 50 cannot escape along the hole 47b of the guide hole 47, the plate member 42 also rotates and tilts as the plate member 41 rotates, and the swing door lock The connection member 48 connected to the lock member 28 of the mechanism 27 is pulled. That is, the swinging state of the swing door handle 10 is released. Therefore, the swing door 7 and the vehicle body 2 are unlocked by the swing door lock mechanism 27, so that the swing door 7 can be opened.
As described above, when the locked state of the slide door 6 and the swing door 7 is not detected by the lock detection mechanism 30, the operation of the swing door handle 10 is invalidated by the handle idle swing mechanism 31. On the other hand, when the lock detection mechanism 30 detects the locked state of the slide door 6 and the swing door 7, the operation of the swing door handle 10 is validated.
As described above, in the present embodiment, when the slide door 6 is opened, the latch 26 of the lock member 22 rotates to a predetermined position so that the striker 23 is sandwiched in cooperation with the base 24. Accordingly, when the protrusion 26b of the latch 26 hits the upper end of the lever 32 and the lever 32 swings, it is detected that the slide door 6 and the swing door 7 are locked. Here, when the locked state of the slide door 6 and the swing door 7 is not detected, the operation of the swing door handle 10 is invalidated by the handle swing mechanism 31, so even if the swing door handle 10 is operated, The swing door 7 cannot be opened. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the swing door 7 from opening when the slide door 6 and the swing door 7 are not locked. Further, if the locked state of the sliding door 6 and the swing door 7 is not detected, the locked state of the swing door 7 and the vehicle body 2 is not released, so that the lock of the swing door 7 and the vehicle body 2 becomes incomplete. Can also be prevented. As a result, rattling of the slide door 6 can be prevented.
At this time, by detecting that the latch 26 has been rotated to a predetermined position, the locked state of the slide door 6 and the swing door 7 is detected. Therefore, for example, a detection component provided on the slide door 6 is used as the swing door 7. Unlike the case where it is detected that the sliding door 6 and the swing door 7 are in the locked state when the engaging lever provided on the sliding door 6 is pushed in, the sliding door 6 is not particularly adjusted without finely adjusting the position of any parts. And the locked state of the swing door 7 can be reliably detected.
Further, since the lever 32 that constitutes a part of the lock detection mechanism 30 is provided in the vicinity of the striker 23 that constitutes a part of the door lock mechanism 21, the locking state of the slide door 6 and the swing door 7 can be accurately determined. Can be detected.
Furthermore, since the lock detection mechanism 30 is composed of only the lever 32 and the connection member 33, the number of parts required for lock detection between the slide door 6 and the swing door 7 can be minimized. Further, since the lever 32 is configured to extend in the vertical direction of the swing door 7, it is not necessary to increase the width (thickness) of the swing door 7.
FIG. 8 is a plan view schematically showing a modified example of the lock detection mechanism 30 shown in FIG. 3 together with the door lock mechanism 21 as another embodiment of the vehicle door structure according to the present invention. FIG. 9 is a plan view showing a modified example of the lock detection mechanism 30 shown in FIG. 8 together with the structure of the door lock mechanism 21 described above. In FIG. 8, the door lock mechanism 21 is shown in a simplified manner.
In each drawing, the lock detection mechanism 30 of the present modification has a lever (engagement member) 60 instead of the lever 32 described above. The lever 60 is attached to the swing door 7 through a swing shaft 60 a so as to be swingable (turnable), and engages with the latch 26 of the lock member 22.
The lever 60 is provided in the vicinity of the striker 23 above the swing door 7. The swing shaft 60 a of the lever 60 is an axis parallel to the vertical direction of the swing door 7. The lever 60 normally extends obliquely with respect to the front-rear direction of the swing door 7 by a biasing force of a spring (not shown). The latch 26 engages with one end side portion of the lever 60 (one side portion of the lever 60 with respect to the swing shaft 60a). The connecting member 33 is coupled to the other end portion of the lever 60 (the other portion of the lever 60 with respect to the swing shaft 60a).
In such a lock detection mechanism 30, as shown in FIGS. 8A and 9A, when the slide door 6 and the swing door 7 are not locked, the protrusion 26 b of the latch 26 has the lever 60. Therefore, the lever 60 is not pushed by the projection 26b and does not swing. When the lever 60 does not swing, it is detected that the slide door 6 and the swing door 7 are not locked.
On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 8B and 9B, when the slide door 6 and the swing door 7 are locked, the protrusion 26 b of the latch 26 hits one end side portion of the lever 60. Is pushed by the protrusion 26b and swings. When the lever 60 swings, it is detected that the slide door 6 and the swing door 7 are locked. At this time, since the lever 60 swings, the connecting member 33 is pulled by the lever 60.
Also in this modification, the locked state of the slide door 6 and the swing door 7 can be reliably detected without particularly performing any fine position adjustment of any part.
FIG. 10 is a plan view showing another modified example of the lock detection mechanism shown in FIG. 4 as still another embodiment of the vehicle door structure according to the present invention. In this figure, the lock detection mechanism 30 of this modification includes an L-shaped slider (engaging member) 65 slidably attached to the swing door 7 in place of the lever 32 described above. The slider 65 is provided in the vicinity of the striker 23 above the swing door 7.
The one end side portion of the slider 65 engages with a protrusion 26 b provided on the latch 26 of the lock member 22. A connecting member 33 is coupled to the other end portion of the slider 65. The slider 65 is urged to the inside of the swing door 7 by a spring (not shown).
In such a lock detection mechanism 30, since the latch 26 is not rotated, the protrusion 26 b of the latch 26 does not hit the slider 65 when the slide door 6 and the swing door 7 are not locked. The slider 65 is not slid by being pushed by the protrusion 26b. When the slider 65 does not slide, it is detected that the slide door 6 and the swing door 7 are not locked.
On the other hand, when the slide door 6 and the swing door 7 are locked by rotating the latch 26 to a predetermined position, the projection 26b of the latch 26 hits the slider 65, so that the slider 65 is pushed by the projection 26b. Slide. When the slider 65 slides, it is detected that the slide door 6 and the swing door 7 are locked. At this time, since the slider 65 slides, the connecting member 33 is pulled by the slider 65.
Also in this modification, the locked state of the slide door 6 and the swing door 7 can be reliably detected without particularly performing any fine position adjustment of any part.
Note that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the protrusion 26b provided on the latch 26 of the lock member 22 is configured to engage with the lever 32, 60 or the slider 65, but is not limited thereto. The latch 26 may have a structure without the protruding portion 26 b, and the latch 26 itself may be configured to engage with the levers 32, 60 or the slider 65.
In the above embodiment, the lever 32, 60 or the slider 65 is provided in the vicinity of the striker 23 in the upper part of the swing door 7. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the lever 32, 60 or the slider 65 is provided on the swing door 7. You may provide in the vicinity of the striker 23 in the lower part.
In the above-described embodiment, the latch 26 of the lock member 22 abuts against the levers 32, 60 or the slider 65 and the levers 32, 60 or the slider 65 move to detect that the latch 26 rotates to a predetermined position. Although it is detected that the slide door 6 and the swing door 7 are in the locked state, the means for detecting that the latch 26 rotates to a predetermined position is not particularly limited thereto. For example, a sensor is provided for detecting whether or not the latch 26 is rotated to a predetermined position and the striker 23 is sandwiched. When it is detected that the latch 26 is rotated to a predetermined position and the striker 23 is sandwiched, the slide is detected. It may be detected that the door 6 and the swing door 7 are locked, and the operation of the swing door handle 10 may be validated by the handle idle swing mechanism 31.
Further, in the above embodiment, the slide door 6 is configured to open and close the front area of the rear door opening 4, and the swing door 7 is configured to open and close the rear area of the rear door opening 4 together with the slide door 6. Has been. However, the present invention is configured such that the slide door 6 opens and closes the rear area of the rear door opening 4, and the swing door 7 opens and closes the front area of the rear door opening 4 together with the slide door 6. The present invention is also applicable to existing vehicle door structures. The present invention can also be applied to a vehicle door structure having a slide door and a swing door that open and close a door opening provided at the rear portion of the vehicle body 2.
