技术领域 本发明涉及车辆的脚踏, 具体涉及一种脚踏角度调整机构。 背景技术 对于可以折叠的自行车、 助力车等车辆, 常需要以最小体积地将其方便折 叠收纳, 同时又需要可以方便地展开。 但是对于不同身高、 体长、 脚长的使用 者, 在乘坐在自行车或助力车上后, 由于受座包、 脚踏的位置限制, 使用者只 能适应两者的固定位置, 虽然一般座包的位置可相对于车架进行高低调节, 但 却而难以调整脚踏相对于车架的位置, 无法适应不同的使用者需求, 带来使用 过程中不够舒适的问题。 发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足, 本发明的目的在于提供一种脚踏角度调整机构, 能对脚踏相对于车架的角度、 位置进行调整, 适用性强。
本发明的目的釆用如下技术方案实现:
一种脚踏角度调整机构, 包括车架、 摆动圈、 与摆动圈同轴的齿圈、 与齿 圈啮合的传动装置以及与齿圈同步转动的脚踏, 齿圈可转动地安装于摆动圈内, 摆动圈的上端与车架铰接, 脚踏的一端与齿圈固定, 脚踏的另一端沿齿圈的轴 向向夕卜伸出。
优选地, 所述摆动圈的上端延伸出有一凸耳, 该凸耳经一铰接轴铰接于车 架的内侧, 该铰接轴轴端还固定安装有调节齿轮, 该调节齿轮位于车架的外侧。
优选地, 所述传动装置包括经一转轴同轴相连的齿轮和链轮, 该转轴与铰 接轴同轴, 转轴的内侧端安装有轴承, 轴承承托于车架, 齿轮与齿圈啮合。 优选地, 所述齿圈的外侧扣合有一转圈, 该转圈还与摆动圈的内圈壁转动 配合, 转圈的一端径向延伸出有脚踏杆, 所述脚踏可转动地安装在该脚踏杆的 杆端。
优选地, 所述车架向下延伸出有一弧形挡板, 该弧形挡板具有与摆动圈适 配贴合的内壁。
相比现有技术, 本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的摆动圈可相对于车架摆动, 则通过转动摆动圈, 就可以同时带动 齿圈、 脚踏摆动, 保持齿圈与传动装置的啮合, 从而实现脚踏在一定范围内的 角度、 位置的调节, 可适用于不同使用者的身高、 体长、 脚长, 使不同使用者 可根据需要进行调节, 提高使用舒适度, 适应性强。 另外, 本发明还可通过调 节齿轮来转动带动摆动圈摆动调节, 则可方便地通过手动调节外部的涡轮蜗杆 等传动机构来驱动调节齿轮进行脚踏角度、 位置的调整。 由于转轴和铰接轴同 轴, 所以可以在摆动圈被摆动调整的过程中, 齿轮始终与齿圈啮合, 从而确保 脚踏的驱动、 传动功能。
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。

具体实施方式 2 如图 1~3所示的一种脚踏角度调整机构, 包括车架 1、 摆动圈 2、 与摆动圈 2同轴的齿圈 3、 与齿圈 3啮合的传动装置 4以及与齿圈 3同步转动的脚踏 5 , 齿圈 3可转动地安装于摆动圈 2内, 摆动圈 2的上端与车架 1铰接, 脚踏 5的 一端与齿圈 3固定, 脚踏 5的另一端沿齿圈 3的轴向向外伸出。
摆动圈 2可相对于车架 1摆动, 则通过转动摆动圈 2 , 就可以同时带动齿圈 3、 脚踏 5摆动, 摆动圈 2被摆动后, 脚踏 5仍可绕摆动圈 2的中心绕圈转动; 保持齿圈 3与传动装置 4的啮合, 从而实现脚踏 5在一定范围内的角度、 位置 的调节, 可适用于不同使用者的身高、 体长、 脚长, 使不同使用者可根据需要 进行调节, 提高使用舒适度, 适应性强。 其中, 传动装置 4用于将脚踏 5的驱 动力传动至车轮。
如图 5所示, 摆动圈 2的上端延伸出有一凸耳 21 , 该凸耳 21经一铰接轴 6 铰接于车架 1的内侧,如图 1~3所示,该铰接轴 6轴端还固定安装有调节齿轮 7 , 该调节齿轮 7位于车架 1的外侧。 通过调节齿轮 7来转动带动摆动圈 2摆动调 节, 则可方便地通过手动调节外部的涡轮蜗杆等传动机构来驱动调节齿轮 7 进 行脚踏 5角度、 位置的调整。
如图 3~4所示, 传动装置 4包括经一转轴 14同轴相连的齿轮 8和链轮 9, 该转轴 14与铰接轴 6同轴, 转轴 14的内侧端安装有轴承 10 , 轴承 10承托于车 架 1 , 齿轮 8与齿圈 3啮合。 当脚踏 5被人脚驱使绕圈转动时, 将带动齿圈 3在 摆动圈 2内转动, 从而使齿轮 8和链轮 9同步转动, 可设置齿轮 8与齿圈 3的 大小, 来对应设置齿轮 8与齿圈 3的啮合传动比。 链轮 9则可通过外部链条将 旋转动作传动至外部并带动车轮转动。 由于转轴 14和铰接轴 6同轴, 所以可以 在摆动圈 2被摆动调整的过程中, 齿轮 8始终与齿圈 3啮合, 从而确保脚踏 5 的驱动、 传动功能, 具体地, 摆动圈 2是在一定角度范围内可调整。 本例釆用的脚踏 5传动的具体结构为: 齿圈 3的外侧扣合有一转圈 11 , 转 圈 11与齿圈 3同步转动, 该转圈 11还与摆动圈 2的内圈壁转动配合, 转圈 11 的一端径向延伸出有脚踏杆 12, 脚踏 5可转动地安装在该脚踏杆 12的杆端。
车架 1向下延伸出有一弧形挡板 13 ,该弧形挡板 13具有与摆动圈 2适配贴 合的内壁。 弧形挡板 13提供了摆动圈 2的限位功能, 防止摆动圈 2摆动过度而 使齿轮 8脱离与齿圈 3的啮合, 弧形挡板 13的内壁还可防止摆动圈 2摆动调节 时被碰损伤。
