台灯是在人们生活中常用的照明装置。台灯通常包括灯架以及通过灯架连接的底座和灯头。灯头设有光源,通过接通电源使光源发光实现照明。
发明内容
本发明的至少一个实施例提供了一种用于台灯的灯头及台灯,以实现不仅在位于灯头下方的作业区域有足够的照明,而且在灯头的上方也有一定的光照。

本发明的第一个实施例提供的台灯,如图1和图2所示,包括底座100,灯架200和灯头300,灯架200将底座100和灯头300连接。灯头300包括矩形导光板310和两个灯条320。矩形导光板310包括相对设置的第一板面311和第二板面312及围在两个板面端部的四个侧面,导光板的第一板面311上设置有凹形圆点型的散射网点313;两个LED灯条320,分别设置在矩形导光板310的两个相对的侧面。与LED灯条相对设置的矩形导光板的侧面是入光侧面,LED灯条320发出的光从导光板的入光侧面进入导光板,经导光板第一板面的散射网点313的散射,一部分光从导光板的第一板面311射出,另一部分光从导光板的第二板面312射出。
在本实施例提供的台灯中,LED灯条发出的光从导光板的入光侧面进入导光板后,射向第一板面的光由于第一板面的散射网点的导光作用,大部分光经第一板面的反射及第二板面的折射从第二板面射出,照亮位于灯头下方的作业区域,另一小部分光直接经第一板面的折射从第一板面射出,照亮位于灯头上方的区域;射向第二板面的光发生全反射后射向第一板面,第一板面的散射网点的导光作用如前所述,重复之处不予累述。本实施例的台灯,不仅在位于灯头下方的作业区域可以提供足够的照明,而且在灯头的上方也可以提供一定的光照,这为使用者提供了比较大且均匀的照明空间,从而可以减缓视觉疲劳。
需要说明的是,导光板的形状可以是多种,矩形只是其中的一种,仅用于举例说明,导光板的形状可以根据需要设计为圆形或正方形或六边形等等。
需要说明的是,散射网点的形状可以是多种。在至少一个实施例中,散射网点的形状可以是凹形或凸形。上述凹形圆点型的散射网点只是一个示例,仅用于举例说明本发明实施例。例如,散射网点的形状还可以是凹形或凸形的折线形等其他形状。
需要说明的是,导光板只是光线散射板的一个具体的例子,仅用于举例说明,只要是能对从侧面入射的光起到均匀散射作用且使上下表面能透射光线的板状器件都可以。例如,光线散射板还可以是采用液晶或高分子复合材料制成的光电器件,如包括但不限于正式聚合物分散液晶(Normal Mode Polymer Dispersed Liquid Crystal)器件,反式聚合物分散液晶(Reverse Mode Polymer Dispersed Liquid Crystal)器件,聚合物网络液晶(Polymer Network  Liquid Crystal,简称PNLC)器件,高分子稳定型胆甾相(Polymer Stabilized Cholesteric Texture)液晶器件等等。
需要说明的是,上述实施例中LED灯条的数量,仅用于举例说明,根据实际需要并结合导光板的形状,LED灯条的数量可以是一个、两个、三个或多个;并且,采用LED灯条作为光源仅用于举例说明,也可以选择其他的光源,如冷阴极光源类。
本发明的第二个实施例提供的台灯,其导光板与第一个实施例提供的台灯中的导光板不同,其他部分与第一个实施例的台灯相同。第二个实施例的台灯的导光板,如图3所示,导光板的第二板面312设置有散射网点314,且所述导光板第二板面的散射网点314的密度小于导光板第一板面的散射网点313的密度。
在至少一个实施例中,导光板第二板面的散射网点可以是凹形或凸形结构,参见上述相关描述,重复之处不再赘述。
导光板第二板面的散射网点可以把更多的光线从导光板第一板面射出,以增强灯头上方区域的亮度。在导光板的第一板面和第二板面都设置有散射网点时,可以使导光板第二板面的散射网点的密度小于导光板第一板面的散射网点的密度,这样能够保证灯头下方的作业区域有足够的照明,同时减小能耗。
作为一种可选的方式,导光板第二板面的散射网点314可以设置在导光板第二板面的边缘区域,如图3所示。这样,从导光板第二板面的中间区域射出的光线较多,即能够保证灯头下方的作业区域有足够的照明;同时,设置在第二板面的边缘区域的散射网点314距离LED灯条近,这可以提高光线的利用率。
本发明的第三个实施例提供的台灯,在第二个实施例的台灯的基础上,对导光板进行进一步限定:导光板第一板面的边缘区域的散射网点的密度小于导光板第一板面的中间区域的散射网点的密度。
作为一种可替换的方式,导光板的第一板面311的散射网点313设置在第一板面的中间区域,导光板的第一板面311的边缘区域未设置散射网点,如图4所示。这样,可以使更多的光从导光板的第一板面311射出,增强灯头上方区域的亮度。
本发明的至少一个实施例提供的用于台灯的灯头的实施,可参见上述实施例中的台灯的实施方式,重复之处不再赘述。
在本发明实施例提供的用于台灯的灯头及台灯中,光线从光线散射板的入光侧面进入光线散射板后,由于光线的散射的作用,一部分光经第二板面射出,照亮位于灯头下方的作业区域,另一部分光从第一板面射出,照亮位于灯头上方的区域。本发明实施例提供的用于台灯的灯头及台灯,不仅在位于灯头下方的作业区域可以提供足够的照明,而且在灯头的上方也可以提供一定的光照,这为使用者提供了比较大且均匀的照明空间,从而可以减缓视觉疲劳。

    所述光线散射板包括相对设置的第一板面和第二板面及围在两个板面端部的侧面,所述光线散射板的至少一个侧面可进入光线,所述可进入光线的光线散射板的侧面是入光侧面;
    光线可从光线散射板的入光侧面进入光线散射板,经光线散射板的散射,一部分光从光线散射板的第一板面射出,另一部分光从光线散射板的第二板面射出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于台灯的灯头,其中,
    所述光线散射板的所述第一板面设置有散射网点;
    光线可从光线散射板的入光侧面进入光线散射板,经光线散射板第一板面的散射网点的散射后,一部分光从光线散射板的第一板面射出,另一部分光从光线散射板的第二板面射出。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于台灯的灯头,其中,所述光线散射板的第二板面设置有散射网点,且所述光线散射板第二板面的散射网点的密度小于光线散射板第一板面的散射网点的密度。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于台灯的灯头,其中,所述光线散射板第二板面的散射网点位于所述光线散射板第二板面的边缘区域。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的用于台灯的灯头,其中,所述光线散射板包括两个相对的入光侧面。
  6. 根据权利要求2-5任一所述的用于台灯的灯头,其中,所述光线散射板第一板面的边缘区域的散射网点的密度小于光线散射板第一板面的中间区域的散射网点的密度。
  7. 根据权利要求2-5任一所述的用于台灯的灯头,其中,所述光线散射板第一板面的散射网点设置在第一板面的中间区域。
  8. 根据权利要求2-7任一所述的用于台灯的灯头,其中,所述光线散射板第一板面的散射网点是凹形或凸形结构。
  9. 根据权利要求2-8任一所述的用于台灯的灯头,其中,所述光线散射板第二板面的散射网点是凹形或凸形结构。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一所述的用于台灯的灯头,其中,所述光线散射板是导光板。
  11. 根据权利要求1-9任一所述的用于台灯的灯头,其中,所述光线散射板是正式聚合物分散液晶器件、反式聚合物分散液晶器件、聚合物网络液晶器件或高分子稳定型胆甾相液晶器件。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11任一所述的用于台灯的灯头,还包括:至少一个光源,其中,
    所述光源与入光侧面相对设置;
    所述光源发出的光线可从光线散射板的入光侧面进入光线散射板。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的用于台灯的灯头,其中,所述光源是LED灯条或冷阴极光源。
  14. 一种台灯,包括如权利要求1-13任一所述的灯头。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的台灯,还包括:底座和灯架,所述灯架将所述底座和所述灯头连接。
