Definitions
- This disclosure relates to an absorbent article suitable for use as a sanitary napkin, a urine absorbing pad, a panty liner, or the like.
- a pad-shaped absorbent article used by attaching to the inner surface of the crotch region of a pant-type article such as a sanitary pant is known. Further, such an article that is worn toward the wearer's front-rear direction and can be extended in the length direction of the article is also known.
- the absorbent article disclosed in Patent Document 1 has a vertical direction and a horizontal direction orthogonal to each other, a liquid-permeable top sheet, a back sheet, and an absorbent body interposed between these two sheets. And both end portions facing each other in the longitudinal direction and both side portions facing each other in the lateral direction, both sheets are extensible in the longitudinal direction, and the topsheet is stretched in the longitudinal direction in the stretched state.
- the absorber has slits extending in the lateral direction from both sides.
- the top sheet and the back sheet have uniform extensibility in the vertical direction.
- a part of both sheets facing the portion where the slit of the absorber exists is extended, while the portion where the slit of the absorber does not exist
- a part of both sheets facing each other is deformed by a pulling force, and the pulling force is not sufficiently effective, and the napkin cannot sufficiently extend in the vertical direction.
- the object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article that can be sufficiently stretched when tensile forces in the longitudinal directions opposite to each other are applied to the absorbent article.
- the present invention has a vertical direction and a horizontal direction perpendicular to each other, both end portions facing each other in the vertical direction and both side portions facing each other in the horizontal direction, and forms a skin facing surface.
- a pad-like absorbent article including a liquid-permeable surface sheet layer, a back sheet layer forming a clothing-facing surface, and a body fluid-absorbing absorbent interposed between the front and back sheet layers.
- the present invention provides the absorbent article, wherein each of the top sheet layer, the back sheet layer, and the absorber has extensibility in the longitudinal direction, and the top sheet layer and the back sheet layer Extensibility of at least one of the sheet layers is elastic extensibility, and the sheet layer crosses the absorbent body in the lateral direction and expresses elastic extensibility; and A second region having a lower elastic stretchability in the longitudinal direction than the first region, and the absorber has a plurality of slits extending in the transverse direction and are opposite to each other with respect to the article. When the tensile force in the vertical direction is applied, the slit expands to develop the vertical extension, and at least one of the slits and the first region are arranged in an overlapping state. Yes.
- the absorbent article which concerns on one or more embodiment of this invention, since it has arrange
- One region can be elastically extended.
- one sheet layer extends in the lateral direction so as to cross the absorbent body, and has a first region for expressing elastic stretchability, and a first region having a lower elastic stretchability in the longitudinal direction than the first region. Since there are two zones, in the longitudinal direction, the deformation in the first zone can be increased, while the deformation in the second zone can be reduced, and the tensile force applied to the articles in the opposite vertical direction to the article Can be extended sufficiently in the vertical direction.
- the following drawings not only illustrate specific embodiments of the present invention, but also include essential configurations, selectively implementable configurations, and preferred embodiments of the invention.
- rupture top view which shows the skin opposing surface of the sanitary napkin which is an example of the absorbent article which concerns on 1st Embodiment of this invention.

However, if the slits 33a and 33b are formed in a wavy curve, the wearer's uncomfortable feeling when the absorbent body 13 is stretched inelastically in the longitudinal direction A can be reduced when compared with a linear one.
- the absorber 13 having such slits 33a and 33b is highly inelastically stretchable in the longitudinal direction A at the portions where the slits 33a and 33b are present, and is oriented in the longitudinal direction A at the portions where the slits 33a and 33b are not present. Inelastic stretchability is low.

- the absorber 13 in the case of joining to the back sheet layer 12 is joined to the non-pleated group region 27 in the first sheet 23 so as not to prevent the second sheet 24 from extending in the longitudinal direction A.
- the present invention can also be implemented in such a manner that the first sheet 23 is joined to the pleat group region 26 or the second sheet 24 is joined to a part thereof.
