本实用新型属于折叠车配件,具体涉及一种电动折叠车的折叠轮架。
背景技术
电动折叠车具有可折叠、易操控、便于携带等优点,在折叠的使用过程中不需要借助外来工具,通过手动自行将车折叠或展开,折叠后,能够较方便的存放和移动,避免室外存放的不安全隐患。
当前多数电动折叠车外观同自行车相似或由自行车改装而成,踏板的前、后两端分别设有前轮架与后轮架,前轮架加装前轮,后轮架加装后轮,在车架中段设置有一折叠部位,使得车架能够以该折叠部位为支点进行横向对折,即将前轮向后轮方向折叠, 使前轮架与后轮架叠合,以此缩短该车架的长度。
但是,现有车架的该折叠部位至前轮架及后轮架的距离并不相同,使得前轮架与后轮架在折叠后长度减小,但是其宽度加宽,因此体积较并未减小,又因前、后轮架无法调整,前轮与后轮之间形成前、后错位的情况,携带车辆前行,较为不便 。
如何避免车架折叠后 前轮与后轮前、后错位 ,成为本领域技术人员亟需解决的技术难题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的问题是:提供一种电动折叠车的折叠轮架,轮架折叠后,两个后轮分别排列于前轮的两侧,避免前后错位,有效减小车辆折叠体积。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案来实现的:设计 一种电动折叠车的折叠轮架, 其特征在于,踏板两侧设置固定轴,左轮架和右轮架沿所述固定轴向外旋转折叠,所述左轮架和右轮架分别包括一半圆形旋转连接部;所述左轮架和右轮架的收紧限位槽设置于踏板后端沿,用于卡紧;所述左轮架和右轮架设置磁铁,对应踏板的贴合位置也设置磁铁。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1 、本实用新型一种电动折叠车折叠轮架,轮架与踏板之间能够进行折叠,折叠后轮架翻折于踏板两侧,两个后轮分别排列于前轮的两侧,构成一个稳定的平面,使得车辆能够竖立于地面,较大程度的减小了车辆折叠体积,减小占用空间,便于移动或存放。
2 、左轮架和右轮架分别设置半圆形旋转连接部,半圆形旋转连接部与踏板两侧的固定轴转动链接,此种结构设计使得左轮架与右轮架能够沿固定轴向着踏板的两侧旋转,实现两只轮架的旋转折叠,结构简单,操作方便。
3 、踏板后端沿设置左轮架和右轮架的收紧限位槽,用于卡紧,避免骑行状态下遇意外状况导致左轮架与右轮架发生分离。
4 、左轮架和右轮架设置磁铁,对应踏板的贴合位置也设置磁铁,车辆折叠后,两只轮架能够贴附于踏板两侧,避免折叠状态下轮架因自重打开。

具体实施方式
如图中所示,本实用新型 一种电动折叠车的折叠轮架, 踏板 1 的两侧设置固定轴,左轮架 3 和右轮架沿 4 所述固定轴 2 向外旋转折叠,左轮架 3 和右轮架 4 分别设置一半圆形旋转连接部。
左轮架 3 和右轮架 4 分别设置半圆形旋转连接部, 半圆形旋转连接部与踏板 1 两侧的固定轴 2 转动链接,此种结构设计使得左轮架 3 与右轮架 4 能够沿固定轴 2 向着踏板的两侧旋转,实现两只轮架的旋转折叠,结构简单,操作方便。
左轮架 3 和右轮架 4 的收紧限位槽 7 设置于踏板 1 的后端沿,收紧限位槽 7 用于卡紧两只轮架,避免骑行状态下遇意外状况导致左轮架 3 与右轮架 4 发生分离。 收紧限位槽 7 的两端呈凸起状,相对于踏板略微凸出,轮架展开过程下,将左轮架 3 与右轮架 4 略向地面下压,左轮架 3 与右轮架 4 越过限位槽 7 的两端凸起运动至限位槽 7 的内部,同样的道理,轮架折叠过程中,将左轮架 3 与右轮架 4 略向地面下压,左轮架 3 与右轮架 4 越过限位槽 7 的两端凸起运动至限位槽 7 的外部,向踏板两侧翻折。
左轮架 3 和右轮架 4 的一端分别设置磁铁 8 ,对应踏板 1 的贴合位置也设置磁铁,车辆折叠后,两只轮架能够与踏板 1 的贴合于踏板两侧, 起到锁定作用, 避免折叠状态下两只轮架因自重打开。
还可以在左轮架 3 与右轮架 4 相贴合的两个内侧面分别设置磁铁,车辆展开后,磁铁能够促使左轮架 3 与右轮架 4 相贴合锁定,避免两只轮架因意外状况展开。
左轮架 3 设置左后轮 9 ,右轮架 4 设置右后轮 10 。左轮架 3 与右轮架 4 相分离,相应的左后轮 9 与右后轮 10 相分离;左轮架 3 与右轮架 4 相合并,相应的左后轮 9 与右后轮 10 相合并。
本方案电动折叠车车架部分包括踏板1、车把架12、座杆13与轮架, 踏板 1 与车把架 12 与之间可折叠,座杆 13 与踏板 1 之间可折叠,轮架与踏板 1 之间可折叠, 折叠完成后,车把架12、座杆13、踏板1及轮架两两相贴,座杆13、踏板1与轮架排列于车把架12的轮廓空间内 ,左轮架 3 与右轮架 4 贴附于踏板 1 的两侧,左后轮 9 与右后轮 10 排列于前轮 11 的两侧,车辆能够竖立于地面,外观呈闭合甲壳状,较大程度的优化了车辆折叠体积,占用空间小,便于移动与存放。
车辆展开状态下,左轮架3与右轮架4被打开, 左侧旋转连接部5与右侧旋转连接部6左右相邻, 左轮架3与右轮架4合并合构成一个整体轮架,左后轮9与右后轮10合并构成一个整体后轮,这种结构,更具行驶稳定性,驾驶安全可靠。
车辆折叠时, 将 踏板1 向着车把架12的方向合并,将 左轮架 3 与右轮架 4 向着踏板1的两侧打开, 左侧旋转连接部 5 与右侧旋转连接部 6 分别沿踏板 1 两侧的固定轴向踏板 1 的两侧旋转运动,带动左轮架 3 与右轮架 4 向踏板 1 的两侧翻折运动,左侧旋转连接部 5 与右侧旋转连接部 6 旋转完成,左轮架 3 与右轮架 4 翻折完成,贴合于踏板 1 的两侧,左轮架 3 与右轮架 4 的外侧面与踏板 1 两侧面相贴合, 左后轮9与右后轮10运动至前轮11的两侧。
本方案轮架为延长型轮架,其长度加长, 左轮架 3 与右轮架 4 与踏板1相闭合后, 左后轮9与右后轮10 刚好能够排列于前轮11的两侧, 实现三轮左右并排相靠,较大程度的缩减了三个车轮的占地空间,折叠后体积更小,并且手拉 车把架即可拉动车辆前行,方便省力。
同样的道理,车辆展开时,将踏板1向着地面翻折, 将左轮架3向逆时针方向旋转打开,将右轮架4向顺时针方向旋转打开, 左侧旋转连接部 5 与右侧旋转连接部 6 分别带动左轮架 3 与右轮架 4 向着踏板 1 的尾部中心靠拢 , 左轮架3与右轮架4伸展完毕合并为一整体轮架,左后轮9与右后轮10合并为一整体后轮 。
车把架12设置折叠车把,车把能够弯折并贴合于车把架12的两侧,更加优化车辆折叠体积。
需要指出的是,上述实施方式仅是本实用新型优选的实施例,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在符合本实用新型工作原理的前提下,任何等同或相似的替换均落入本实用新型的保护范围内。
