【발명의 배경이 되는 기술】
[0002] 사람의 복부는 항상 따뜻하게 유지하여 혈액순환， 소화， 흡수， 배변， 수면， 복식호흡, 체온 유지 및 상승에 도움이 되고, 건강에 이롭다고 알려져 있다. 그러나 여름에는 상의를 입지 않고 생활하거나 수면을 취하는 경우가 많으므 로， 장시간 배가 노출되어 배에 탈이 나기 쉬우며, 넁방중인 사무실 내에서 장시간
대체용지 (규칙제 26조) 근무 할 경우， 체온의 갑작스런 저하로 감기기운, 기침， 배탈증상이 나는 경우가 많다. 또한， 봄가을, 환절기와 추운 겨을에도 복부를 보온하기가 용이하지 아니하 여 건강을 해치는 일이 적지 않다.
[0003] 이에 배를 보온 할 수 있는 것으로， 등록 특허 제 10- 1402420호의 " 복부웨어" 가 제안 된 바 있다. 상기 복부웨어는 착용 후에도 복부웨어가 이동하지 않고 항상 고정된 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 한다는 목적 하에 제안되었다. 그러나 상기 복부웨어는， 착탈부에 있는 조절부의 돌출부분， 결속을 위한 착탈부의 용이한 착탈 및 착용후의 성능 개선, 상단부의 탄성 고리부를 분리 하기 위한 개선, 전방 커버부의 일겹의 이용성， 배코드 전반의 보온성, 심미성， 밀착성， 탄력성, 착용성 의 개선이 여전히 요구 되었다.
【발명의 내용】
【해결하고자하는 과제】

【특허청구범위】
【청구항 1]
인체의 복부를 덮는， 일겹 또는 주로， 양겹의 편물이 역질로 형성되는 전방 커버부 (20) ; 상기 전방 커버부를 인체의 복부에 밀착시킬 수 있도록, 상기 전방 커 버부의 양단부 (21) 또는 양단부의 이음부 (22)， 좌우 단추부 (23) ; 및 묶음에서 조절 할 수 있는 묶음 조절부 (31)가 형성되는 탄성고리부 (32)를 구비한 착탈부 (30)를 포 함하는 결속부 (33) ;및 상기 전방 커버부의 상단 중앙부 (40) 또는 상단 중앙부의 이 음부 (40a)에 단추 또는 스냅 (29)이 구비되어， 상기 착탈부 (30)와 유사한 구성과 기 능의 상단 탄성 고리부 (41) ;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배코드.

제 1항에 있어서，
상기 전방 커버부 (20)의 양겹으로 형성되는 양옆의 좌우 일부분에 개방부 (26)가 구비되어， 내부에 주머니 형상을 형성 (26a)하고, 또는 전면의 중앙부분에 지퍼 (27)가 구비됨으로써, 주머니 (27b)가 형성되고， 별도내피 (51)를 부착할 수 있 도록 내부 일면에 내피 부착부 (50)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배코드.

계 1항에서부터 제 4항에 있어서，
상기 전방 커버부， 양단부 (21)， 양단부 및 상단부의 이음부, 별도내피 (51)의 일정부분 및 가장자리에는 보다 심미성， 밀착성 및 탄력성을 부가 하기 위하여 레 이스， 바이어스, 팻치， 장식둥의 다양한 보조부 (28)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하 는 배코드.
